I have brought an lenovo k8 plus 4 gb variant mobile from the flipkart by being in poland to my friends house in delhi so that he can bring that to me so he received the product i haven't opened it because it wasn't for him and brought it to poland after opening it i got tot know that they have sent the 3 gb variant then i have raised an issue in the website told the whole story and asked for the balance amount for the lower amount variant from the original amount paid to put into my bank account because i am unable to come and get the replacement in spite of telling all those things again they sent the replacement and there no mobile to replace i am again raised issue an said the same old story then also they have sent the replacement like it happened thrice and now they have stopped answering my mails and complaints. What i am suggesting is i need my balance amount that they have to pay to me for the 4 gb variant that i have paid. I am attaching the basic information and still have all the mails which have they replied. And my name is sai kiran reddy please help me out to solve this issue. Thank you

i can not take time are stress any more on me for this issue so i have accepted the E- voucher they have offers worth of 1000 rupees which will not compliment my loss according to the product and the issue i am into. i can't think are stress anymore on this issue. Flipkart is not ready to pay the balance money they need the product which they want to replace but from Poland i have to send the product to India with my own money which will cost more than my loss with the product so i have to accept the e-voucher that they offer and they named that offer as act of good will.

customer had raised the issue with regards to different model received as customer had ordered for 4 gb but customer had received 3 gb

As we have interacted with the customer brother and we have escalated this issue to the concerned team but the actual customer is in Poland and the mobile is in Poland
as customer brother had informed that the actual customer will be back after 15 days to India so informed him once the actual customer comes back to India informed him to post us back so that we will take further action
hence closing the complaint until customer reverts back to us.

Flipkart contact me through email and they said they want my alternate number because they are trying to Indian number. i told them not to contact to that number and gave my poland number, then they offering the 1000 rupees gift card. i have read their policies before as they have sent the link to policy according to it the seller can not arrange replacement or buyer unable to take it because of some true reasons like mine the seller has to provide the refund but flipkart is saying they can not provide the refund of difference money 2000 and some change rupees, i need my refund Thank you.

yesterday flipkart offer the E-voucher today they have sent the mail that i have sent the product from Poland to India by bearing my own charges with in 15 days other wise they won't pay me any thing but i haven't asked for the whole money i am just asking the balance money in between those two variants how fair it is. they repeatedly asking my alternate contact i have sent all times but no response, response was like above i have mentioned.

    Don't know why your system detect me as a defaulter but honestly as from poor family! For that! Please unblock my account as soon as possible! I also promise you never happen in future again! Please give me one chance for move own!
    The funds remaining in my account is the salary of mine one month so very hard to survive without flipkart wallet! Please as an aplogy from poor person! God knows very well! And he is watching unfair with poor people! Please unblock my account!

      I have ordered my Red MI 5A (GRAY 16GB) mobile phone from flipkart on 08-Feb-2018. And you have shared the confirmation as well to delivered this product by 14-Feb-2018.

      Later, You did notify me that you will delivered it by 11-Feb-2018 which was before the expected delivery date. But somehow your delivery boy didn't delivered it to me and update as status as Delivered.

      I ordered this product after so many attempts in your weekly Red MI 5A sale but you guys are just happy by making your customer fool. Is this your policy to providing the services to your customer and being a No.1 brand in market?

      (On 12-Feb-2018)Additionally now i just want to let you know that your delivery boy whose telling his name as DIVESH, is calling us and offering Rs.1000 to take my complaint back.

      This is the very sick moment which we are experiencing with a brand named as FLIPKART.

      Is this your way to provide the forced resolutions to the customers just by offering an amount. Now You guys are ready to buying the customer's emotions as well.

      (On 14-Feb-2018)Once I got a call from your executive(Mr. Varun) called me after the given crossed TAT reminder to you and gave his best resolution to me.

      He said, We apologize on this. Now On tomorrow there is an another weekly sale on flipkart for that product and do order it again at your own then we will delivered it to you.

      Is this your resolution?

      What about that guy who didn't delivered my product to me and sold it to some other in black?
      What about that guy who doing bribery by giving Rs.1000 to take my complaints back?Should I have to taken it?
      What about my wasted time on you? I had tried for this product since more than 2 months.
      What about my faith on you?
      What about the customer's experience?
      What about the customer's feedback which you asked? Does it really matter?

      I said to Mr. Varun that I am not satisfied with your resolution and I'll take it to further then he replied "NO WORRY, BUT I AM CLOSING IT FROM MY SIDE".

      Means, You people are forcing your resolution without asking customer's view. Have you really not worry about customer perception about Flipkart

      Why are doing just formalities once by reverting on mail and twice by calling if you have the resolution like this. It could be the same if didn't complaint and could be better if I did take that 1000 rupees FROM FLIPKART DELIVERY GUY.

      Now, After all this, I had masked so many reminders through MAIL/SOCIAL MEDIA but you guy's just asked for a TAT of 24-hrs to resolve it but felt not lucky as didn't get any call.

          I am waiting for the technician visit then a person from the flipcart called me and told me that he will arrange a conference call with the technician at 2 rings before i recive the call the call has disconnected and the message comes that we tried to reach you the mistake is not from our side it's from your side so plz arrange that call for me today itself it's very urgent

            complaint on non delivery of sofa on 2nd floor

            I booked a sofa on flipkart 1 month back and paid for it online. Today they call and say as i stay in the 2nd floor they cant deliver it on the 2nd floor?? Why was this not mentioned while ordering.in that case i would not have ordered it from flipkart!!! Worst service! What am i suppose to do now? Change my house so that flipkart can deliver???

                I purchased a i kall n4 tablet from flipkart. I opt for black color tablet but they sent me a white one so i requested flipkart to replace the white one with black one but flipkart sent me white color tablet again so i left complaining again to flipkart to replace it and started using the tablet but after some days the battery of the tablet start creating problem. While charging it suddenly reach to 100 percent from 32 (Or near to 30 percent) and while using the tablet it suddenly turn off. So i register a complain to i kall so they said that we will replace it. After i received the replacement i started checking the tablet that is there every thing correct with the tablet but it was a 8 gb and i purchased a 16 gb. So i told i mall team that you have sent a 8 gb instead of 16 so again they told me they will replace it. Then again they sent a defective tablet of which sim slot is not working, touch issue, and it was not volte so again i told them they again told me we will replace it. But this time they have just crossed the limits they sent the same tablet of which i complaint for (Last replacement that i have received). If i kall you are seeing this i just need money back your services are very poor as like your product

                  I don't which ticket is relevant.
                  Madam,
                  I am attaching the photo of the package slip with the mail.

                  But I've already raised an issue regarding payment on 14th of February and on 15th and 16th, I've spoke to 14 customer care
                  executives regarding this I can't see any tickets raised on this issue.
                  I've bought moto x4, flipkart protect and back cover. 14th feb I've
                  received a package mensioning the tempered glass and moto x4 also the
                  package slip on the package was mentioning Rs:26998/- as COD. I've asked
                  the delivery person regarding this he told you could file a complaint on
                  this on flipkart for the excess amount printed on the slip. He took 26998/-
                  from me and I've logged a complaint on this on flipkart on the same day
                  afternoon regarding the payment. one representative called me and told that
                  the actual amount to be paid is 26123/- including flipkart protect. Same
                  day night I've again contacted the customer care regarding the flipkart
                  protect because i didn't get any information regarding that in the package
                  and the representative clarified me about that we could find the details
                  could be found on registered email id. Now the problem is I didn't receive
                  the back cover and excess amount paid to the delivery due to wrong bill
                  amount printed on the package.
                  Also one delivery called me yesterday and told that he has a package
                  containing back cover and I have to pay RS.1124/- for that

                            Had purchased Redmi 5a on Flipkart less than 10 days back, and right after 2 days o[censored]sage I noticed battery being drained and have to charge frequently thereby unhappy with product. I asked for return and Flipkart has denied refund for the product. Customer satisfaction is not their prime motto. They only go by policy. I am left out with forcefully using the mobile that I am not happy with. This time I am unhappy with what Filpkart did to me. I am in mid, unable to purchase a different mobile with good battery. They are not giving any resolution, it has been more than 5 days and I have to keep following up. I am disappointed.

                            This issue is never resolved by Flipkart. They cheated me. I had never expected. For the mistake I did by ordering phone on Flipkart . I never got satisfied resolution. They are only telling that technician told that issue is resolved. I am the one who is using the phone. I will know it and what the hell with technician know. I am very unhappy and disappointed with the calls I had with Flipkart too. The representative is telling me as if I am new using smart phone and trying to convince me. I will never ever order anything from Flipkart again. I will tell my dear ones also that Flipkart doesn't want customers to be satisfied. Seriously I am so disheartened and disappointed. I want a compensation from Flipkart for this. But I know they themselves are beggars and convincing customers to keep phone with them as they don't have money for refund. For the worst mistake I did, I will throw away this phone, but will not ask for refund again from stupid sadistic Flipkart. And this case is never resolved . I hate Flipkart.. Keep the money with u u beggars.

                              This is regarding the order with order id od[protected] placed on 17th feb 2018 for an acer predator helios 300 original price 1, 09, 990/- at an offer discount of 81, 999/-.

                              When i check my product shipping status on 18th feb 2018 it shows "undelivered due to shipment damaged". I contacted the customer care and they had only one solution for it was to cancel and reorder again. Now the price is 1, 09, 990/- and obviously, i don't want to pay the extra amount when i ordered the product in the offer.

                              I thought i was the only one facing this issue. But when i searched about this on the internet i found that flipkart has been doing this with many people who have ordered the same product from the same seller.

                              I have been always happy with flipkart with their service, but this sort of behavior has really disappointed me. I request you to please look into this and resolve this asap. And if you think this is not your mistake then do investigate ekart and retailnet because if this happens once then its fine but it has happened to many. So it's a planned trick.

                              Flipkart gives me a Deal Of the day of 4TB WD My Passport Hard Drive at 4, 999 and I ordered it with a pouch, After 4 days they Delivered me the Pouch but cancelled the My HardDrive due to the unavailability of the product from the seller.
                              Now I have only Pouch of the HardDrive.
                              Will I get The Deal of 4tb HD at 4, 999 ?

                                  This is regarding order id - od[protected]. I had requested a return for yonex shoes (Price rs. 2489) from this order on 12th feb and it showed in the app that somebody from flipkart would contact me by 14th feb. But till date no one has contacted me. I have raised complaint twice for this. Both the times customer care executive said someone would contact me within 24-48 hours but no one has contacted me even after complaining twice. The return window for these shoes is ending on 22nd feb 2018. This is not expected from flipkart. This is highly unprofessional. Please look into this and get it resolved.
