Mi note 5 pro mobile purchase option only sale which is started on flip kart dt.28.02.2018 time 12pm. I was waiting for sale as soon as sale started the mobile come into cart the timing of that time was 12pm as soon as i started visiting the payment mode the item was out of stock. Two time i was facing same problem.in the outside marckit this mobile be saleing in extra 1000 rs.
Flipkart sale all stock to market in black.

So i request a strict action taken on flipkart.

      Acer Switch One Atom Quad Core - (2 GB/32 GB EMMC Storage/Windows 10 Home) SW110-1CT 2 in 1 Laptop (10.1 inch, Black).

      With reference to the order id; I received the product in a sealed pack state. The Tablet is working fine. However; the keyboard that came along bundled with the product was malfunctioning as it was not working when the tablet is attached to the key board.

      on 6th Feb-2018, A complaint was logged and a tech from 3rd party (CMS) was sent next day (7-feb-2018) by the Acer customer support to inspect and the engineer de-assembled the Tab to troubleshoot the issue. The issue was not solved.

      Another engineer visited after few days with the spare for the key board but that did not fix the issue.

      The whole product was replaced by flipkart as the issue did not got fixed.

      The replaced product had the same issue.

      Next the engineer visited with the new keyboard as a replacement but still did not got fixed.

      After 24 Days of communication and escalation the product was picked up for refund on 01-Mar-2018. Finally refund is now initiated and hope the amount gets credited back in 10 days.

      Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on March 01, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

        Today received 2 leather jacket parcel from flipkart which we didn't order. Delivery boy asked 1500rs since it is cash on delivery payment. My mother mistakenly gave that amount. Then we checked with our family members.. No one ordered that item. Please help us to find who ordered the item and to cancel the order and refund.

          I ordered a basketball ring and it is severely damaged. I have not received my new order since i have placed the return request.
          It is almost 30 days now and i am being told again and again to generate a new return request.
          I receive a cancellation/verification failed message even though, the there is no attempt to deliver the product.
          No further steps are taken from flipkart's side.

              There have some problems during setup
              I have tried windows 7 professional 64 bit and 32bit also

              Touchpad doesn't work
              Cant be detected properly

              If i have tried to call flipkart they says me out tech support have call u and visit to troubleshoot but all technician called me from company's number and said me to install teamviewer to take action

              But how can i do install the teamviewer app without mouse support

              Lenovo had fraud with all customers
              And flipkart also support him...

                I placed an order on Date: 12- feb-2018
                PrintStar 116 Toner Cartridge through www.flipkart.com. my order ID -- ODOD[protected]. after received my order when I opened I saw a reject small size paper roll inside the box. Then I placed a return and refund request on Dt. 19-feb-2018 to the flipkart(Return Id:[protected]), unfortunately it was cancelled due to not attained the IKART person mobile call and then again placed another return and refund request on Dt. 22-feb-2018 to the flipkart. Unfortunately, instead of return request, it was wrongly inputed replace request by the flipkart customer care. Now tragedy is today on Dt. 27 - feb -2018 product came to my door by IKART PERSON, but it was rejected by IKART due to VERIFICATION FAILED.
                So, kindly help me for refund cash.

                  I ordered a book, 'no onion nor garlic' by srividya natarajan. The time of delivery mentioned was quite long. I called up once, where i was told that i would get my book. However after few days i got a message that i would be refunded by 27th feb. Unfortunately, neither did i get the book nor did i get a refund. I wonder why flipkart takes orders of things which they cannot deliver. After getting their message i purchased the book elsewhere. But i have no idea, whether i'll have my money back or not.

                      Have requested refund because recieved a defective phone twice. But it's been more than 15days Flipkart is simply playing with me increasing days n not accepting my request.i had ordered a Lenovo phab2 which was defective n so took a replacement but the other phone is also defective.n Flipkart is not bothered to resolve my issue.they are playing giving me fake mails n msgs about tech visit but since now no technician have visited nor I have got any refund.i have read the Flipkart return policy which clearly specifies that i[censored] r not satisfied with the product simply return it to us.but forget about the satisfaction m getting problems still Flipkart is not solving it.i want my refund now wihtout any time wasted because it's already 15days i have been calling them everyday but no problem is solved.please help me!

                      No issues have been solved yet. And the technicians are so smart that they dnt even recieve the calls and when they do they are either not well or have met with an accident. What a fake website. Flipkart has been the best website for me but my opinion has changed about it now. Have purchased many costly things from Flipkart but they lost a worthy customer by their unprofessional and cheap behaviour.

                          I have ordered honour 9 lite on 7th feb 2018, my order was not conform and my amount 10, 999₹ has been debited from my hdfc credit card after that i have contact customer support they have said that refund has been initiated and within 8 working days money will credit and now its almost 20days i have not yet received my amount and customer support is still keep on postpone my issue for further and from my side i have contacted my hdfc bank they said that money have been debited by flipkart india on 17-feb-2018 and provided me proof of authorities code of transaction i have forwarded details to flipkart i have not yet received any response.

                            I have placed online order for phone booking & after successfully placing i was waiting for my order delivery but today i came to know that my order has been cancel. Its really ridiculous to see that truenet commerce has cancel my order without any communication, i have been trying for a long time for placing this order & after successfully placing my order. Its a fraud by the seller & flipkart really doesn't care about it.

                            Very bad service by flipkart & the vendor truenet commerce seems like they are selling the products in black.
                            I Ordered only one piece why you guys cancelled that one in order to provide equal quantity to all customers what was that logic equally providing means not providing even one piece also
                            I had placed a order redmi 5a after half an hour my order had been cancelled without any reason
                            Sale is going out if stock without any further information and many people are not able to buy it. Please Help the citizens and the customers.

                              I had received a gift card in the form of e-gift voucher worth Rs. 5, 000. I am not a regular flipkart user. Due to oversight i missed on redeeming the e-gift voucher. It expired recently. Now, Flipkart guyss won't extend the expiry.

                              The point is that how can flipkart so conveniently eat up all the money. Even after requesting to condone the delay in redemption effort and also after requesting that worst case they may levy some sort of penalty, flipkart won't agree.

                              It is utter nonsense that due to oversight, flipkart will loot all your money. One person has gifted to the other person. Flipkart is an intermediary. Have you ever heard a platform provider taking away all the gift money an not considering any sort of delay? This is absolutely bizarre. They just cant get away with such ridiculous behaviour.

                              The first rule of business is to please the customers and not loot them. Do you guys at flipkart have no ethics? Okay you guys are loss making, but this is certainly not the way to adopt to turn into a profit making entity.

                              Such ethics will only help you lose your customer base.

                              What if somebody gifts are worth 1, 00, 000 or more? Do you really think you should forfeit? At the most charge you commission and earn you margin, levy delay charges...but eating up the entire principal amount is just not acceptable.

                              I hope that my concern will be addressed positively.

                                    I requested for a replacement of Moto E4 plus as its display is not working well and the mobile is a defective​. They called and said they will send a service engineer by 28th of this month. Their authorized service partner Jeeves sent a message that on 26th around 10am itself a guy will come and check. But no one came. As i called customer care they said it will be solved​. I got messege that before 2.30pm of 28th will be solved. Agian they sent a message that 6pm of 28th. But no response from service partner Jeeves. They are just delaying it. Fake promises again and again.

                                    They sent a technician guy. He said it is a software issue. The touch is good. By hard resetting the problem is solved. I hope it won't happen again.

                                    These are the messages they sent. they are just rescheduling that's it. When i called a number from that he said he is on leave today. Very poor response.

                                    They are just rescheduling the appointment time. The worst part is Jeeves. Themselves they are rescheduling the appointment time. When i call them they just say someone else is arranged for your visit.

                                    The seller rejected my return request without visiting of technician guy. When i called flipcart customer service they just said the same thing. Now again they started from beginning. Agian they scheduled technician visit. Now I am ready to raise a complaint in consumer court. When read about seller reviews big cheaters. They did same to many. Iam ready to lodge a complaint if they are not resolving problem.

                                    The technician guy came and checked the problem. He said it is a software issue. He gave a hard reset. The phone is working finely now. I hope the same problem won't occur again. Thanks for the response.

                                        Sir my self santosh gupta i have bought 1 redmi 5a phone from your website on 15 of feb. 2018 . The item as delivered on 18 of feb which was empty . I complainedto customer care and they have told me to wait for few day i will be back with resolution but after 1 or 2 day they have told me to give your addar card and current address and contact no i have provided all the detail to the investigationteam after ward they have told me that i will not provide you the refund or replacement because seller hai confirm the delivery . What can i do sir if you have all the detail of that phone just track it and block or what you want to but give me my refund
