Respected sir,
I have received a defaulted battery for micromax phone a310 even after replacement.
I had charged the battery for 45 min but it was still not working.
How many time will you send "defaulted battery". Last time when i spoke with customer care they assured me, they will check the battery before replacement it.
Again received a defaulted battery
Kindly refund back the money.

    Hi,

    My order no. Is od[protected]. I made it on 7th feb 2018 & delivery date was 9th feb 2018. It was a samsung phone. My complaint no. Is in[protected].

    I need to know today morning my order shipment was showing to me nearest address hub and now showing delivery date is 12th feb 2018. How it can be delay 3 days?

    I just called to customer care & ms. Ekta (Your customer care executive) informed me that it was misroute & will be deliver on 12th feb 2018. How it is possible that it can be delay more then total delivery time, meanwhile delivery time was total 2 days at the time of order placement.

    It is very bad if flipkart can't maintain the value for the customer time.
    Is flipkart ready to compensate? As misroute was not issue from my side and i paid well in advance total amount.
    At least delivery date should be correct. Let me know if you can deliver my order on tomorrow or i will cancel it. I am facing this delay delivery issue from last 3 orders.

      I have placed the order several days back and scheduled for delivery on february 7th, it was not delivered. After several follow ups rescheduled to feb 9th, again it is not delivered. Everyday i need to spend several hours to contact customer care and they are not providing a solution. Now they are not delivering the product, not taking necessary steps and not allowing me to cancel too. Kindly give me a solution and compensation.
      What is the use of ordering in flipkart? I might have bought from store or amazon.com. Highly frustrating and waste of time.

        I brought a torch on 11 jan 2018 from flipkart.com app. It's costing ₹3999. Model is phoenix 1900 m usb rechargeable torch. Torch was dead after using for 12 days. Not getting recharged. When we took it to shop in village for repair they told it's a fake product not a genuine britelite torch. We tried contacting flipkart but they are telling that only 10 days replacement is provided with the product. No warranty or guarantee is there for the torch. They are behaving rudly and telling me that you should have read the complete terms and conditions regarding product. But not willing to reply on why did they sell a fake product in the name of a branded torch company.

          Dear sir/madam

          I am purchases lenovo core i5 7th gen - (8 gb/2 tb hdd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics) ip 520 laptop from flip cart and found defective product and complain raised on flip cart. Flip cart fixed technician visit till 5th nov 2018 and delivery of replacement product fixed on 10 feb 2018. As schedule of technician visit completed on 03rd feb 2018 and also lenovo acknowledge for replacement of 6th feb 2018 but flip cart rescheduled replacement time 10 feb 2018 to 17 feb 2018.

          I have very panic this decision of flip cart and doubt for his intention.

          We're unable to fetch any order id with details shared. Request you to message us the correct order id or registered email id used to place the order with us so that we can look into this.
          The prepaid order was supposed to be delivered today 4th feb, but logistic team shows address - pin code missmatch ...which isn't case, when i called flipkart they changed stance saying it is now inaccessible, and saying it should be cancelled and ordered again which costs me 28000 more...

            Dear flipkart, i had ordered a women's gym shoes from chennai. The delivery was slated to be on tuesday 6th feb, till now the product had not been delivered. I had requested a call back assistance from your website. A telecaller called and started talking to me in hindi which i could not understand, i then requested him to talk in engish, but unfortunately his english was not up to the level of my understanding and it might have unintentionally sounded rude to me. Please make sure you have people who can atleast talk the basic level of thelanguage english. For the conversation which went on 5 mins, i am still trying to figure out what he was trying to say.. Thank you i hope my order is delivered soon.

              I had received a defected product (Redmi note a1) on 3 february 2018 and had complaint for this on 4 feb and they rejected my complaint and then i filled another complaint of 7 feb of refund and they rejected that also and they said to you can place refund/replacement request after 48 hr and after 48hr there is no option to replace or refund. And know also i m not able to do that my order id is[protected] so sir please take action against this help me out

                Hi last week i ordered a asus zenfone charger from manipar seller, i bought it it was damaged so i returned the product..
                I selected the phonepe wallet option for refund but now its showing that i have to enter the bank details after it was pickup, the problem is i cant update the bank details because there is no option to enter it. I want my refund on phonepe wallet please help

                    This is to inform you that, we had purchased a inverter from flipkart on 12/04/2016 with full product 2 years warranty and for the past one week it was not working.

                    We called a local mahindra dealer m/s. Sunpower services, porur, chennai � 600116 for service of my inverter but he said, warranty will be covered for product purchased in tamil nadu that to for only one year from the date of purchase.

                    He also informed us that the product was obsolete and service will be done on chargeable bases.

                    I even called up flipkart for service support and they provided me a technician no. [protected] but he gave the same information as mentioned above.

                    We are facing frequent power cut at chennai especially in maduravoyal area and wanted you to fix this issue on high priority or else refund the full amount.

                          I ordered kolhapuri centre men tan causal shoes of number 9 but got number 8.
                          I have paid money and got the parcel.
                          I request you to take it back and give me my sized shoes. And the 8 number shoes is too small that i can't even wear 9 number. I think i need 10 number size for this shoes (Kolhapuri). Send me 10 number size same shoes. Quickly in 4 days i have to attend a ceremony.

                                Yesterday on 7th feb i ordered the harmen hansen strap watch order i'd od[protected]. Which was under special offer time for rupees 1709. Today the same product is of rupees 1699. This means that you are making fool to customer by showing special time offer.
                                This type of practice of trade are covered under the unfair tarde practice by the seller. Please stop harrassing the customers by showing speciall time prices.
                                I personally have many proofs when you declares the special offer for time and the same product are at lower prices after the special time ends.
                                This means that your special time offer makes the prices high.

                                  I have raised request 4 times for my moto c plus regarding hanging and over heating problem also camera very poor quality but customer care not at all supporting. Always saying troubleshooting process but even not yet resolved totally no use of it MOTO C PLUS.

                                    Hello sir, i ordered 2 cz finger rings from flipkart 8 days ago, i had to give to someone i took money from him in advance and i said i was going to give it to him after product delivery but they cancelled my order automatically saying it is not in stock now! After 7-8 days of order placement, now i have to pay him some extra money as a compensation, please help... Order od[protected].

                                      Iam very satisfied with flip kart, bt now iam very very disappointed i ordered a saree with offer and i paid through a debit card bt they cancelled my order without any confirmation and then i request that i want my order back bt they are no responsible they mentioned refund completed in their status bt still i didn't receive my refund iam very worried about that they told me the problem was solved on feb7 bt still my problem didn't solved i want my refund or my order back. Solve my problem immediately and send email properly
