Have given order dated 27th dec 2017, still the product not delivered and creating so much of noise, now they are asking me to cancel the order due to their internal issue. And the product that i have booked is a dog food its not a normal product. If they do like this if something goes wrong with my puppy who will be the responsible person. This is not acceptable at all. If i cancel the product, what kind of benefit that customer is getting...

I bought redmi 5a on flipkart on 4-jan-2018 at 12pm as part of the sale and by mistake i ordered 2 of them and when i cancelled 1 don't know how both of them got cancelled i have given the order id of one of them in the title, so currently when i am registering this complaint its going through cancellation.

As per the website information they should refund my money within 7 working day. I was suppose to receive my refund amount on 1st jan, 2018 but i didn't receive any refund. Customer care person, his self refund and replace my item without my knowledge.
