Updated by Ahmed Lakadkutta Waah Re Waah Flipkart and Ekart Courier...!!!
As per your solution you told me to book fresh order believe or not just for testing i placed new order on Flipkart same as cash on Delivery . I placed order on Jan 25th 2018 and expected delivery date is 1st feb 2018.
But as i know, today (3rd Feb 2018), at 9.07 am i got message from Flipkart as :
“Cancelled : Sorry, Redmi 5A (Gold, 16gb) with order Id: OD[protected]” shas been cancelled as our courier partner is unable to deliver.”
1) I am not getting after almost 8 days you are informing this.
2) Your solution to previous complain as “Place Fresh Order” is not working
3) On call you are giniving you will definately not faced this kind of issue further .
I understand that you are only giving words of promise but not follwing .
This is “Flipkart and its service”
Even i tried to call courier person, but they are picking the call.They are not informing are calling about this.
