I purchased two tshirt for my husband and made the payment through debit card on 6 feb 2018

Due to some reason i cancelled the order on the same date, but i did not get my refund within 3 working days of the bank.

I called the customer care of flipkart and they told me the amount is refunded to your account, you need to contact with the bank if you haven’t received the refund. After that i went to the bank and they said, we haven’t get any such amount from flipkart and also said if flipkart has given your refund, it should be credited into your bank account.

Again i called to the flipkart customer care and they said please call the customer care no of the bank. Again i asked the bank, they told me the same thing again.

After that again i called to flipkart the said go to the bank and fill up “charge back form” to the bank, but bank said that they haven’t received the amount

Now flipkart is not doing anything. Sometimes they hang up the call during calling. Whenever i called them they talk so rudely. It’s really frustrating me now.

    I just ordered an acer predators helios 300 laptop for ₹94, 999. I paid in full for this at the time of ordering and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to be delivered the next day.

    The next day i track my order and it says "undelivered due to shipment damaged" at my nearest hub.

    I have attached the photo of the laptop and the tracking details.

      Flipkart is cheating with customers for what you know? They think customer's are fool? Customer will return phone worth rs.10, 999 and pay additional rs.849 then you will provide phone worth rs.4, 999. It's a blunder joke. Od[protected].

      I ordered a phone worth rs.4, 999/ using buyback guarantee rs. 4500, but flipkart is saying i need to return my first phone which i bought on rs.10999 before 6 month and additional pay rs. 849 with it. Then they will deliver me new phone of rs. 4, 999.
      I bought redmi note 4 @ rs. 10, 999 plus buyback guarantee scheme rs.200.

      When i purchased my phone last year on 20th july 2017 with buyback guarantee. Their was some other t&c when i was ordering but now t&c are changed. We can see something else. I had called to customer care for clarify of t&c. They told me i can buy the product worth above the buyback amount and other thing i can upgrade my phone with the buyback amount plus my phone value. But now flipkart told me i can't but from the buyback scheme.

      Now i have received the mail from flipkart they confirm me successfully resolved my case and closed from their side without confirm me. I want to know how they solved it. I haven't any conformation about it. So why they are lying to customers here? Check it print shot.

        I ordered a set of two book of shiva trilogy. First time flipkart only delivered one book. When i asked for replacement flipkart delivered the same one book again. Flipkart is trying to cheat gullible customers. A mistake could have been rectified the second time but flipkart didn't do so and had there been any ignorant person they would have been successfully duped him. Thats cheap business tactics

          Clear cut case of fraudulent practice carries out by seller retailnet and flipkart wrt order no-od[protected]

          All senior concerned officials flipkart
          And retailnet

          This is the worst practice that a reputed online seller and site can carry out where they violatec the basic trust of a loyal customer purely because of their greed and on top of that defend their unilateral action of cancelling a confirned order by issuing lies in justification.
          This is wrt to above mentioned order where during valentine day sale i ordered the aisic sports shoe as per the price and availability offered by the seller using the additional discount on my hdfc card and i was promised
          Delivery within 2days by 16th feb - thus was supposed to be a valentine days gift to me by my wife!!!
          Now to my utter dismay and disappointment - flipkart has arbitrarily and unilaterally cancelled my order citing nonavailabilty of item with seller retailnet as the reason
          Now this lie has been clearly exposed as on checking - the item is definitely available currently but at a higher price and of course now there is no additional card offer which i had availed!!!
          This is unprofessional and unacceptable and as i have suffered both financially and mentally due to this harassment i demand compensation and apology from both the seller and flipkart.
          I am a old and loyal customer of flipkart (As my account will show) but i am shocked at this attitude.
          Being a senior professional i expect professional services from a reputed seller like flipkart.

          I am attaching relevant proof that the item is still available with the seller but they have cancelled my order purely for the reason that they are now selling it at a higher price thus compelling a genuine customer to buy at a higher price now.
          Thus is fraudulent and unfair trade practices and should be not be allowed.
          If there is no satisfactory resolution i will be compelled to escalate the matter both on social media platform exposing flipkart and also legally if necessary
          These are the proofs that nail your lie
          1) your reason for cancelling my order unilaterally

            Sir/mam, maine 5 feb 2018 ko flipkart se phone mangwaya thaa jo mujhe 6 feb 2018 ko deliver ho gya par ye mujhe pasand nahi aya na hi 25000 wali iss phone mai koi khaas baat hai. Flip se maine pehli baar koi chees order ki thi. Par aab mai koi bhi cheez order nahi karunga meri 3 saal ki kamai doob gai hai. Apni id bhi mai disconnect kar raha huu. Agar meri iss preshani koi hal hai to karo nai to saaf hi mana kar dena. Vese bhi maine flip cart use karke galti kar di hai.

              Hi, this is vignesh i have purchase a mobile lenovo vibe k5 note onnflipkart (04/07/2017). On that time itself i have issue with usb cable. Nmy self have some work so ill take to lenovo care and replace it on/29/12/2017 after my mobile got too much hanging and heating issue also even/in 100 percent charge, mobile will shutdown. So again ill give in to same/lenovo care then they will again put some software then my mobile mic is/not working. After ill submit to replace it on 09/02/2018 untill waiting/for 10 days on lenovo care. Then again my loudspeaker gets, off within a/day. Same as now continue to my mob camera no working properly it shown/like zigzac also very very slow capture on motion, its not like 13mp its/look like 5mp... On primery (Back) camera... Compare to front cam, front/camera gets more better than primary camera. While this much bad experience i never seen before very very worst service with lenovo and bad product with flipkart ill send my inovoice here with work history. {here in work history only login after service in 90 days interval so other complaints or/to be wrote in writtens} pls view it and pls take action on my complaint to/refund my product value or replace it, otherwaise ill raise complaintsnagaints, the seller and the manufacturer on district consumer court...                   The items were picked up and refund not yet issued for 2 items. Am not able to send emails to [protected]@flipkart.com also. Receiving failure notice. Tried several times to sign in to my account according to the instructions also. Nothing helped. Customer support team r repeatedly saying the same procedures to follow like a tape recorder instructing to send email, but i repeatedly said them it's not working, they said that's the only procedure they have. I can't understand wats gonna happen with my money.

                    With respect to above subject these people will take money and cheat the consumers by not delivering the product in given. This happens only in electronic items only. Last time while purchasing tv with id od[protected] same thing has happen. Morning they give message out for delivery and evening they close reattempt to delivery means they indirectly cheating customers. Please let me know why this happens if you can't serve in time close your company don't from the people by giving wrong assurance.

                      Flipkart makes claims of easy return and refund but all the promises are fake and of no use and help.
                      We ordered a watch (Order id: od[protected] which we thought would be of good quality but when we received it, it was broken its battery was also defective. It is very disheartening that even when things are defective we cannot return them and only hv replacement option!!! Our hard earned money is wasted on such a product just because of flipkart.

Initially i thought it might a mistake and requested replacement but was shocked to see even 2nd time the seller has dispatched wrong item and that was mavis 200i on 16th feb. This time i called customer care of flipkart and when i explain the issue i was surprised to hear the answer...

                              Today I visited post office regarding parcel but as there was no Flipkart logo or no item id I have not taken the parcel and I was again harrased by Flipkart as they are licking my information to others and somebody is sending me false parcel in this price please take step against them

                              Flipkart is saying that seller had cancelled the order but today from representative of Flipkart I came to know that seller has directly tried to deliver the product to me without Flipkart logo so Flipkart is just harassing the customer and I have been ill treated by Flipkart so please i pray to forum to deliver the product in the same prise and also pray to provide compensation for harrasement created by Flipkart as early as possible because Flipkart is making contract and not following the contract.

                                  In spite of repeated complaints flipkart keeps saying that refund has been processed, they can not even provide an arn number for bank reference. They tell me to contact bank and raise chargeback dispute request, but for that arn number is required by citibank. I am tired of contacting them repeatedly for help.

                                  I keep getting calls from their escalations team saying this is being taken care of and they would contact me after a few days. But no concrete solution so far from flipkart's end.

                                  Eventually i raised a dispute request with citibank and got a provisional credit but for a "transaction failed" type dispute. For a chargeback dispute, i will need arn number which flipkart doesnt want to provide me.

                                    Dear sir, i have requested one product from flipkart before 10 days. i recieved duplicate product from supplier when i talk with customer executive they said we replace you a product i said him please send me original otherwise don't waste time they again send me a duplicate product that i recieved today.
                                    i call to customer care and i asked who is the responsible for this they says supplier is responsible for this. Let me know who had appoint supplier to sell such duplicate things in your site.
                                    They said we do not have answer. only they asking one things you want to get money back or not.
                                    i am very disappointed with such type of answer and waste my time.
                                    I am asking you one things that you are selling product without any clarification from supplier and if it is sold then good otherwise we will take return.
                                    I am also asking one things to customer representative that can you provide me a detail of action taken by you on supplier they says we are not.
                                    what is the meaning of it?

                                    I am not satisfy with this type of service i want extra amount as a penalty to give such a duplicate item and waste my time.
                                    i am wait from your reply for one day and share same things to all our social media to aware all about the things happen here.
