    I had purchased lg 49 inch suhd tv (Model no. 49sj800t) on 24th january, 2018 from flipkart.com - order id: od[protected]

    The problem is that the serial number on the invoice is different from the serial number mentioned on the back of the tv. This may lead to issues in case of any warranty claim with lg.

    Even model number is not mentioned on the invoice, only the size of the tv (49 inch) and resolution (4k) is mentioned, which is very strange.

    Moreover, the serial number mentioned on the invoice is so long that it cannot be of any lg television.

    Now flipkart wants to replace the tv, but why should i go through the hassle of sending this back and receiving another piece just for a mistake on the invoice and that to by flipkart's own seller omnitech retail.

    My tv is installed and has no problem. I have done all the calibration with its picture settings and connected all my devices. Now i'm enjoying this quality product and flipkart wants to hassle me with the long replacement process of a big appliance like 49 inch tv because of a small invoice mistake by their seller.

    I would request them to share a revised invoice with the correct serial number. If they want their technician can visit and verify the serial number on the tv then provide me with a revised invoice.

      I ordered lenovo ideapad 520 on jan, 18 for rs 80000. I received the laptop from flipkart on jan -5-18. I was in vacation for a week and started working on it. I noticed that it was a defective and used, there were few scratches. When i checked the warranty in lenovo site, it shows 8 month instead of one year. After a few days, laptop was not starting. Bluescreen only shown up with repair options. I called flipkart for replacement, they refused to do so. I called lenovo cust care, they suggested few repair options. I tried it, didn't work. I visited lenovo center, they said hard disk damaged and replaced. Still the same issue. Laptop is defective and not working at all. It's been only a frustration, waste of precious money and efforts because of flipkart.

          I had ordered Asus Zenfone 2 ze550ml online which was delivered but on opening the packet I found it was an used product and defective as well .As it had 10 days replacement policy I registered a complaint immediately. Even after complaining continuously to the customer care we have not got it replaced and I had even tried to use it anyways but it is getting switched off automatically.I want an immediate response as I have already waited enough.It would be better if I get a refund for it.Reply as soon as possible else I would register a complaint in consumer Court which I think would be better.

              I ordered oppo f3 plus on flipkart. But there is some issues on it. So they offer me refund. I paid 15160rs. By cash which they give me back in my bank account. But the payment of rs. 7930 which i paod as the exchange of my phone is not refunded to me. I complaint against it so they refund only 2930rs.in my flipkart wallet. My residue of 5000rs. Is not refunded in my flipkart wallet. I want my refund of 5000rs. Otherwise i complaint to consumer court.

                I have received a faulty laptop on 08-Jan-2018 which is having the DVD Drive issue (ODD). I raised complaint on 15-Jan-2018 . they promised to replace the product by 23rd Jan 2018. after that because of technician delayed the visit. he visited on 24-Jan-2018. then again flipkart changed the replacement and delivery date to 29-Jan-2018. but now today(29-Jan-2018) all of sudden they are telling the replacement is cancelled by seller. and again they raised new request today and i need to wait till 06-Feb-2018. without giving any consent to me they changed my order details in my flipkart account, now i am unable to see the details of the return request i created in the flipkart account on 15-Jan-2018. when i try to call flipkart they keep me on hold for 25 minutes. today i am on call from afternoon 2:00 to still (currently) i am on line to speak to their senior customer support representative.

                    I had ordered a tynor make wrap around knee support as i am a senior citizen of 68 years age and suffering from osteoporosis. Order no. Is od[protected]. I hace ordered this product earlier and got the product ordered for. However, when the product against this order was delivered, i found it to be a sub-standard product not manufactured by tynor and not bearing the logo either. The delivery was made on 15.1.18 and my request for return was done on the same day, within one hour of receipt. F or some odd reason, my order details vanished from my order list... Never to be seen later. On enquiry i was told that my order was placed from another e-mail id... Somethinf i have never understood yet. No action has been taken on my request at all till date inspite of mails and telephone calls.

                      I had ordered a shivalik herbal indian ayurvedic goji cream vide order number od[protected]. As per the order 4x50 gms goji creams were to be delivered and i paid rs 4300/- for the same. On opening, it was found that only 1x50 gm goji cream was found. On verbal complaint a replacement was delivered. The packet was opened in front of your company delivery person. To my surprise it found that once again only 1x50 gm goji cream was found in the packet. A formal complaint was lodged vide complaint number in[protected]. Your company executive spoke to on telephone and confirmed that the packet would be collected and the money will be returned in my bank account. However the your person who came to collect the packet, refused to collect stating that he has instruction to collect 4x50 gms. Request your people be more professional and resolve the case.

                          Hi there,

                          My name is tabrez nagaralli from lives in navi mumbai. My mobile number is [protected]. I had ordered iphone 8 64gb by paying rs.55069 on 21.01.2018 which has to be delivered to me by 22.01.2018, as promised i got the product on given date at my office address mazgaon, mumbai. Me and my friends opened the box after sometime then i noticed main box i. E apple iphone8 box doesn't have little sealed tapes at sides. When i opened the main box to my shock there was soap bars instead of mobile phone. It was very disheartening to see that.
                          Then i immediately contacted delivery guy then he told me to call customer care. The executive first told me to wait till my order's status become delivered. On same night it changed to delivered then my issue was escalated and promised date given was 25jan 4.30pm and incident no:[incident: in[protected]]. After this i contacted so many times, one of their social media executive called me on 23.01.2018 and said that issue will be resolved within 24hrs, but this didn't happened. On second day i. E 24.01.2018 i got call from social media team and they told me that it will take 12 days and disconnected my call. Now when once again called customer executive they are saying issue will be resolved by 25.01.2018. I am really worried about this because just now received email saying your issue is taking time to get resolved and now given date is 28.01.2018 and one more time they have given new date 29.01.2018. I am very disappointed right now.
                          I want my issue to be resolved on given date and time i. E 29.01.2017 3pm. I am very frequent buyer of products from flipkart website.

                          Yesterday got email from Flipkart saying "they have cancelled my refund/replacement request because i have returned so many devices in my previous purchase history hence they blocked my account".
                          Disgusting right? FYI i have purchased around 34-38 devices from them over the period of 5 years and out of them 3-4 were replaced because they sent faulty devices intially and only 2-3 returned. They are now totally behaving like irresponsible marketplace who cheats an common Man.
                          I urge everyone not to buy from this cheap company and support me against them. Look at the email they have sent, how childish they are.

                              I would like to share experience me and my friend have recently face with flipkart.

                              I placed an order od[protected] for honor 9 lite on 23rd jan'18 on flipkart and after 2 days i. E, 25th jan'18 my product got shipped. After 2 hours of shipping the product flipkart cancelled the order and updated a status "cancelled by you". When i called the executive and asked them for reason of cancellation then they said that the order was cancelled by seller. I argued for updating the wrong status of cancellation on website. As per flipkart executive it was cancelled by seller but when i checked on their website it was saying cancelled by you. (Screen shot shared)

                              On further discussion flipkart executive "nilesh vishwakarma" who is designated at senior executive level told me that due to bulk order the seller is not able to execute the order. I further opposed his reply and asked 2 questions
                              Q1: why the seller was not able to reconcile the order qty received and qty available with him on a same day?

                              Q2: i also asked flipkart executive howcome the seller realised shortage after shipping the order?

                              Nilesh was having no answer of that questions.

                              My friend was also having similar type of experience. He somehow able to book redmi 5a on flash sale dated 11th jan'18. After couple of days the product got shipped but flipkart cancelled the order when it was about to reach his address. Later on my friend asked them a reason of cancellation then they told seller cancelled the order in order to give equal opportunity to all buyers. When my friend contradicted their statement and asked them to check that it was his 1st order for redmi 5a then how come you are giving equal opportunity. Flipkart had no asnwer and refused to execute the order and asked for placing fresh order in next sale.

                              Again my friend made efforts and placed an order for redmi 5a dated 18th jan'18. Again same thing happened and order got cancelled after 3 days. When he again raised a question they again gave that pathetic excuse again and blocked his flipkart id.

                              Even in this case flipkart updated a wrong status that order cancelled by customer itself instead of seller cancellation.

                              Its a clear cut indication that flipkart is involved in unethical practices and selling the high demanded phone on premium prices.

                              Flipkart social media guy called on 31st Jan and after listening my entire case he told me that we will come back to u again after getting more details and now after 2 days I can see that they have even blocked my flipkart id.. Cheat and big fraud online shopping portal.. I will not let u go so easily and raise my voice in consumer court

                                Iam writing to do complain of poor service recieved from ur company. I placed my order 2 weeks back. Which is ma order nmbr (Od[protected] ur compny said that orderd item will be deliverd on 29th jan. Bt the item retrned on 28th jan. I didnt get ma order. Ur service agent call me nd said that ma order will be deliverd on mndy. Bt it retrned tody. I feel so bad for ur service.😥😥😥

                                  Flipkart service assured me to deliver my headphones order to specific address before a deadline. They cancelled my order without my permission. Reason is delivery boy has lost the product. They did this third time and i have purchased in sale. I am unable to buy same headphones at same price..
                                  Let me tell you from start i purchased an item (headphones from skullcandy) through flipkart on republic day sale dated 21 January 2018 for rs 599. the delivery date was 24 Jan and product did not appear, so i waited and waited. And on 26 i contacted them and they said we will delivery to you before 27 before 7pm. And again I waited till 29 and product did not showed up. Now the product is auto cancelled and the price have been risen up. This is the third time happening with me. All i want is that product at same price and a serious sorry note from flipkart.

                                    Sir,
                                    I had ordered redmi mi 5a mobile phone from "flipkart sale" dated on 18jan 2018. But phone was delivered to another stranger person and i have received the message that phone is delivered to your friend to whom i do not know. But when i raised the complaint to flipkart they kept me on hold for approx. 10 days. Lastly they suggested me a solution to book another phone else we can not do anything. They just passed on my complaint to many representatives and each time i had to explain my complaint to each representative right from the beginning which was a headache for me a also a wastage of my precious time.
                                    Why i am raising the complaint?
                                    1) the courier is not mistakenly delivered to a wrong guy because of following information i got from their side.
                                    - first of all on 20 jan, 2018[at 7:53 pm] i got the message that your phone is about to arrive today.
                                    - as soon as i got the message i called an "ekart wishmaster" about my order status.
                                    - but he told me that his duty time was already ended, will see your phone's delivery on monday i. E. On 22nd jan, 2018.
                                    - but approximately after 1 hour i got another message from ekart that
                                    "your phone is delivered to your friend : yogesh batra" whom i don't know at all.
                                    - then i again called to same "ekart wishmaster", he did not respond me.
                                    - and then i raised a complaint to flipkart around 10 pm on the same day.
                                    - on monday, i got a call from ekart about the complaint which i raised on flipkart and i asked him that whom have you delivered my phone? And do you have any id proof of that person or his contact information as according to your policy? But they replied me that they don't have any such details of that guy. Then again i asked him that why did not you give me a confirmation call before delivering it to that guy named yogesh batra, acoording to them.? A delivery destination was ner-parsopant [pin code – 445102]. But, it was delivered in yavatmal, 30 km apart from delivery destination approximately. Hence i got a doubt over all these events happened in above mentioned order and finally raised a compalint.
                                    Please do a strict action against all these events as this may have happened before with many consumers as well as may happen in near future if any proper action against it will not be done.

                                    As per your solution you told me to book fresh order believe or not just for testing i placed new order on Flipkart same as cash on Delivery . I placed order on Jan 25th 2018 and expected delivery date is 1st feb 2018.
                                    But as i know, today (3rd Feb 2018), at 9.07 am i got message from Flipkart as :
                                    “Cancelled : Sorry, Redmi 5A (Gold, 16gb) with order Id: OD[protected]” shas been cancelled as our courier partner is unable to deliver.”
                                    1) I am not getting after almost 8 days you are informing this.
                                    2) Your solution to previous complain as “Place Fresh Order” is not working
                                    3) On call you are giniving you will definately not faced this kind of issue further .
                                    I understand that you are only giving words of promise but not follwing .
                                    This is “Flipkart and its service”

                                    Even i tried to call courier person, but they are picking the call.They are not informing are calling about this.

                                    I am not satisfied by your solution . As you gave me solution after almost 10 Days as “Place Fresh Order”. Same answer I got when I raised the complain (21 the Jan 2018) because my product is “COD”.From that I understand that when we place a order on “Flipkart” which is based on cost on Delivery(COD), no one care about you and your product.I am not getting why there is option as “COD”.
                                    As everyone from “Flipkart Custer Executive “ wants to close problem any how, don’t care about customer.From my side I am totally unsatisfied by Flipkart service as well as solution. They are wasting customer time [almost 10 days] without giving proper solution. From my side complain is still open as I am correct from my side from flipkart it is close.I hope this will not happen with anyone in future.Third person enjoying my product and I am wasting my time in picking phone from flipkart or from courier service.

                                      I brought one mens shaper through app bt product size wrong communication. And i need replacement they delivered same size again. Then i call toll free help they hold my call more the 26 minutes finally i disconnect the call. I share the call detial and timing with 28 th jan.

                                      Money not matter bt fake product catog and pover help dask.
