I have order a phone from flipkart in the offer. My order is accepted by seller and i got the message that "order is shipped".
Next day offer gets over and my order is cancelled.in order section its showing that order "shipment cancelled by you" (Screen shot attached).
But i haven't cancel my order. Cusomer care gives me some nonsense response and disconnected the call. Why this is happens, if seller dont have enough stock why this useless portal allow user to order?
Why no one take any legal and genuine action against it?
I already paid for the product and also wasted time on it.

Flipkart must have to give proper details when anyone book order, if stock is not available, dont allow to book an order.
if order cancleled due to such reasons, allow user to book same order with same offer price in next day or when product will available.
ask your seller to dont accept the order if stock is not available, because in my case order is canceled after product shipped.
also show proper details, proper reasons in account order section that why order cancel ?

    I had purchased a lenovo vibe shot (Grey, 32 gb) (3 gb ram) from flipkart on 15th oct 2017. After 1 month the mobile not working properly (Sim not detected and unavailability of network). Due to busy schedule i was not able to the service centre. Today i visited lenovo exclusive service center 11th main road, aurobindo marg, 4t block, near main post office, jayanagara, bengaluru, karnataka 56001. They said the product out of warranty. The website they mention that 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. I had raised a replacement request on 11/09/17. But they replied that there is no option for replacement. I have attached all the necessary document and snapshots. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take corrective actions.

      Dear sirs

      I have purchased mi mobile mode no a1, wide order no od[protected] which was delivered to me on
      6th feb. Time it has been delivered and started following problems are been faced

      1) new mobile network connectivity is not there and it is coming and going even internet connection is
      Not good
      2) mobile is hanging and software working is very slow,
      3) battery charging is very slow.
      4) call is dropping
      5) call is getting on hold while talking
      6) internet operations are also slow, though its jio 4g connection.

      It has been processed for replacement, but i do not want replacement because now i am scared about the
      Performance of mi mobile, i want refund of my money thats all or i should have choice to select any

        Hi,

        I have ordered the product on the 2nd feb 2018. The package was delivered to me on 3rd feb 2018. When i opened, i found the item missing. The box contained only packaging cover.
        I immediately contacted flipkart and raised a complaint (In[protected] and opted for a full refund instead of replacement. As promised they called me on 6th feb 2018 and said they need some time and call back after 24-48 hrs. This is a serious waste of time. This continued for a week, flipkart promises a call within 24hrs and never calls.

        Now i demand flipkart to provide me more compensation as they delayed the resolution time and for not delivering the product.

        I have ordered for a apple airpods on 2nd of this month. When the package got delivered to me i found that the item was missing in the box. I immediately called flipkart and raised a complaint. Later i received a call on 6th with an update stating that i would receive a call on 8th feb by 11.00am. I did not receive a call until now.

        I want flipkart to refund the entire amount. To keep you informed i am going to file a complaint in the nearest police station along with the supporting documents that i have received by yourselves.

        I called up flipkart customer services team to check for the status. They informed their systems aren’t working at the moment. Is this something that can be told by a reputed company?

        I have no idea what the consumer complaints team are doing because it’s been more than a week.

          I had received lenovo ideapad 110 laptop on 24 jan. 2018. Windows10 was not updated. I. Complained on 31 jan. For exchange. But on 10th feb. They told me that they could not replace laptop because any software issue is not covered in worranty. They sold me defective laptop and they escape from them responsibility.. Think twice before purchasing on flipkart.

              Redmi al (Black, 32 gb) order no.[protected] amounting to rs. 10999/- was ordered via bajaj finesrv emi card. Order had been cancelled on 23th jan 2018. At 4:29 pm. Waited for the amount to be credited to my bajaj finserv account, but still showing debited. The flipkart team told me to wait for 8 active business days without holidays as soon as the seller refund rs. 10999/- to my as bajaj emi account. As per standard banking procedures, it should be credited within 8 business days. It has been more than 10 business days and i have still not received the refund to my emi card account. I dont want to be trouble with payment of a cancelled item on my emi card. The flipkart team is not helping me at all. Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible to avoid false emi payment.

                I had charged the battery for 45 min but it was still not working.
                How many time will you send "defaulted battery". Last time when i spoke with customer care they assured me, they will check the battery before replacement it.

                  My order no. Is od[protected]. I made it on 7th feb 2018 & delivery date was 9th feb 2018. It was a samsung phone. My complaint no. Is in[protected].

                  I need to know today morning my order shipment was showing to me nearest address hub and now showing delivery date is 12th feb 2018. How it can be delay 3 days?

                  I just called to customer care & ms. Ekta (Your customer care executive) informed me that it was misroute & will be deliver on 12th feb 2018. How it is possible that it can be delay more then total delivery time, meanwhile delivery time was total 2 days at the time of order placement.

                  It is very bad if flipkart can't maintain the value for the customer time.
                  Is flipkart ready to compensate? As misroute was not issue from my side and i paid well in advance total amount.
                  At least delivery date should be correct. Let me know if you can deliver my order on tomorrow or i will cancel it. I am facing this delay delivery issue from last 3 orders.

                    I have placed the order several days back and scheduled for delivery on february 7th, it was not delivered. After several follow ups rescheduled to feb 9th, again it is not delivered. Everyday i need to spend several hours to contact customer care and they are not providing a solution. Now they are not delivering the product, not taking necessary steps and not allowing me to cancel too. Kindly give me a solution and compensation.
                    What is the use of ordering in flipkart? I might have bought from store or amazon.com. Highly frustrating and waste of time.

                      I brought a torch on 11 jan 2018 from flipkart.com app. It's costing ₹3999. Model is phoenix 1900 m usb rechargeable torch. Torch was dead after using for 12 days. Not getting recharged. When we took it to shop in village for repair they told it's a fake product not a genuine britelite torch. We tried contacting flipkart but they are telling that only 10 days replacement is provided with the product. No warranty or guarantee is there for the torch. They are behaving rudly and telling me that you should have read the complete terms and conditions regarding product. But not willing to reply on why did they sell a fake product in the name of a branded torch company.

                        Dear sir/madam

                        I am purchases lenovo core i5 7th gen - (8 gb/2 tb hdd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics) ip 520 laptop from flip cart and found defective product and complain raised on flip cart. Flip cart fixed technician visit till 5th nov 2018 and delivery of replacement product fixed on 10 feb 2018. As schedule of technician visit completed on 03rd feb 2018 and also lenovo acknowledge for replacement of 6th feb 2018 but flip cart rescheduled replacement time 10 feb 2018 to 17 feb 2018.

                        I have very panic this decision of flip cart and doubt for his intention.

                        The prepaid order was supposed to be delivered today 4th feb, but logistic team shows address - pin code missmatch ...which isn't case, when i called flipkart they changed stance saying it is now inaccessible, and saying it should be cancelled and ordered again which costs me 28000 more...

                          Dear flipkart, i had ordered a women's gym shoes from chennai. The delivery was slated to be on tuesday 6th feb, till now the product had not been delivered. I had requested a call back assistance from your website. A telecaller called and started talking to me in hindi which i could not understand, i then requested him to talk in engish, but unfortunately his english was not up to the level of my understanding and it might have unintentionally sounded rude to me. Please make sure you have people who can atleast talk the basic level of thelanguage english. For the conversation which went on 5 mins, i am still trying to figure out what he was trying to say.. Thank you i hope my order is delivered soon.

                            I had received a defected product (Redmi note a1) on 3 february 2018 and had complaint for this on 4 feb and they rejected my complaint and then i filled another complaint of 7 feb of refund and they rejected that also and they said to you can place refund/replacement request after 48 hr and after 48hr there is no option to replace or refund. And know also i m not able to do that my order id is[protected] so sir please take action against this help me out

After the payment i cant able to find my order in my orders and also didnt receive any e-mails in my registered e-mail id. Till now i didnt receive my order from flipkart also. My txn no is :tx[protected]. Dont know how to get my money back.

                                  This is to inform you that, we had purchased a inverter from flipkart on 12/04/2016 with full product 2 years warranty and for the past one week it was not working.

                                  We called a local mahindra dealer m/s. Sunpower services, porur, chennai � 600116 for service of my inverter but he said, warranty will be covered for product purchased in tamil nadu that to for only one year from the date of purchase.

                                  He also informed us that the product was obsolete and service will be done on chargeable bases.

                                  I even called up flipkart for service support and they provided me a technician no. [protected] but he gave the same information as mentioned above.

                                  We are facing frequent power cut at chennai especially in maduravoyal area and wanted you to fix this issue on high priority or else refund the full amount.

                                  Kindly find the below link at the time of purchase of mahindra inverter and also attached the invoice copy for mahindra inverter.

                                    and today I have received one courier on top(Tax invoice) they 2 quantities and price of for 2 quantities.
