    Od[protected] i received the message that it was delivered. But it was not delivered to my home. This is not fare. The person told us that product was heavy he cant deliver home. So then y we send the address and all things. Your delivery teams are not good for your work. Now we have to take auto or taxi to take the product from your office it will cost 150 rs who will pay the taxi charges i need a full explanation. We people are trusting you guys because you people deliver to home.

      The item tupperware polypropylene steamer was in deliver but it doesn't reach us and now it is showing that the item was returned. It was an urgent order. But we realize that now flipkart and it's delivery department is in the careless manner. We didn't expect these from you. We were waiting for our product. But now it is cancelled and when we decided to order it once more, it shows that it is in out of stock. Now we are disliking the flipkart as this problem was occured. Flipkart had a good approach to us. But now it changed. Now we are in a situation which making us hate the flipkart. We are believing that you will approach this complaint as a good way and solve this problem as soon as possible. Now also we are believing you as always.

            Have orderd transcedence 2 tb hard drive which costs me rs 2999 on 9th of feb 2018 by cash on delivery and the order is confirmed by flipkart via email but they cancelled my order on 14th feb by saying that there currier partner unable to deliver

            Which i think is rubbish. This is the second time that my order got cancelled..

            Please help me out... I want the product because due to that offer i cancel my producr on amzon which cost is 3500 on sale and now its price is 8000. Or i will (Complaining state consumer dispute redressal solution) for that order.

              I ordered redmi 5a grey 16 gb today. (15/02/2018) i got confirmation mail from flipkart. However afterfew minutes they sent me email saying your order is canceled... How can they cancel my order without consulting or without any explanation... I got that phone in flash sale and now i have to wait for 1 week..                   I had placed the order for cloudwalker full hd 43" tv on flipkart and after installation i came to know that its not full hd and its hd ready tv bcz it supports only upto 720 so i called them and asked for refund bcz its their mistake they mentioned wrong product details.. Flipkart person told me refund is not possible for first delivery so they replace it so i agreed thinking that ill send it back again and ill order any other 4k or full hd tv bcz i need it for my work... Now its been 8 days still am waiting and sitting at home without work.. F such a worst service from flipkart they are just escalating my issue they are not bothered at all.. So am planning to give complaint against flipkart as well as cloudwalker for cheating people in the name of full hd... Please dont buy from flipkart their service is worst

                  I tiered fighting with flipkart they are just escalating my issue.i dont want replacement for this product bcz its not full hd... And cloudwalker people telling that they will update the software soon... I dont know how software update will update the tv panel as its already 720p... I dont think they are matured enough.. And they are giving bloody foolish answers ... I suggest everyone not to buy cloudwalker tv as their customer service is very very poor... Waiting for my refund... I got trapped here

                    I order a mobile from flipkart with order no od[protected]. I contact flipkart many times regarding my order but not receive any reply from you. I'll only get each time mail from flipkart that your product is delivered successfully. But really i don't get the product inside the box and box was also tempered.
                    I request you to sent me refund or replacement soon for my order because i'll not get product inside the box. If you don't want to give any response i'll file a case in consumer court.

                    I can't share my government ID. it my privacy. N sab ko nahi de sakte.

                    Many time talk and bol raha ghar se bahar hu 20 days k liye . I can't provide ID n meet. phir vi harassment kor raha hai.

                    1 month wait korne ko bol raha hai. Mein 20 days bad job ghar pe back korunga uske bad resolution provide korenge. Bohot pareshan ho raha hu. Issue resolve quickly.

                    Missing product 10 days over ho gaye but refund or replacement nahi provide kiya.

                    I can't wait for resolution. Refund or replacement.

                      Firstly the product i ordered and the product i got there was 100 miles difference. Secondly after the return request the pick is not done yet and the promise date is over and the the refund is still to be done. The customer care service was too low they keep customers waiting. They don't know how a person is frustrated when he is continuously waiting and still waiting. Plz help me to refund me cash... It's urgent.

                          The website while buying does not allow to enter gst information and after purchase also, there is no mechanism to reach seller/flipkart where they can take buyer's gst. I...

                              I've ordered "SEAGATE 5 TB External Hard Disk Drive (Blue)" Order ID: OD[protected] from seller: Innovativefashionn on 11th February, 2018 10:53 AM at Rs 4, 999.And on 17th February 5:41 p.m they cancelled my order stating that "our courier partner was unable to deliver to your address" which is purely a false claim as I live in a popular city(Salt Lake, Kolkata) and my pin code was under their service area as I've ordered many products from them before.I didn't even receive any e-mail regarding the same.This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract.Thanks and regards.

                                I had ordered mi A1 from flipkart against order number OD[protected], the product i recieved is not as per the invoice.
                                Imei number on the product is different from the imei number given on invoice.
                                I requested for the replacement of product but the flipkart peoples were said we had file your complaint it will resolve in 24 hour but it is not resolving. After 24 hour i called to flipkart customer care they told sorry for inconvinence give us more 24 hours time. I dont know what the hell these people are doing. I have to gift the same mobile on birthday.

                                  I was purchase a mi a1 (gold, 64 gb) mobile from flipkart by invoice no.#fabauct[protected].

                                  I was found that this mobile automatically restart again and again.During a day this problem occurs 2/3 times.

                                  Some times i was unable to found my contact lists also .

                                  After restarting the mobile again i could able to got my contact lists again.

                                  I feel that it may be a defective one.

                                  And this is very bad as before this, my feelings was flipkart sells only genuine products but this time contradicts the same.

                                  Kindly do the needful at your end, and if possible replace the same by another new one.

                                    I had ordered for sewing machine of PV star from flipkat.. but the product received was totally different company... And it's used product..
                                    Problems such as:
                                    1) it's not the company we ordered
                                    2) the box doesn't have adapter, which is actually mentioned in the order specifications.
                                    3) most of the machine parts are misplaced.
                                    4) some parts of machine are broken

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I had ordered for a 5TB external hard drive order number OD[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, I made the order via credit card ( rs. 4999) of the same through my credit card on 11 th Feb, 2018. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my house address in 2-3 business days. However, on 14th feb, 2018, they sent a mail to me canceling the order. They now claim that the said product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price of around 12000 rs plus.
                                      They canceled my order saying that the product is not available in spite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me. Even though I complained them they are not responding properly.
