Hi,
I ordered acer aspire 5 core i5 8th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/linux/2 gb graphics) a515-51g laptop from flipkart, while placing the order the specifiction in product page clearly specified that the display resolution as 1920*1080 but i received a model with 1366*768 resolution. When i requested for return the flipkart customer care rejected my request saying the product matches with the specification in the product page. The specification now has been changed from 1920*1080 to 1366*768. So please accept the product return and refund me my money.

    I have taken part in the flash sale of redmi note 5 pro black colour 4gb ram, 64 gb rom version. At 12 pm, while the flash sale started the phone was succesfully added to cart.
    But while trying to pay for the phone which was already added to cart, within the next 5 minutes, it is shown as the item is out of stock.
    How can it be out of stock if i have already added it to cart.

    Please check the picture attached and take necessary action.

    How can it be out of stock if i have already added it to cart.

    Hi All, I've also been trying to purchase the Redmi Note 5 PRO since its launch. The issue is that retailers are using Chrome extensions and BOTS to order through Flipkart and Mi Store hence we end users are unable to get hands on the product. Ever since the launch at 12 pm as soon as you click BUY within seconds it displays "OUT OF STOCK." This clearly shows Flipkart & MI are hoarding along with the retailers who are in turn selling the product at a premium of Rs.1500 or more. Biggest fail and a red flag to Flipkart and Mi.

    I am planned to buy a redmi note 5 pro from last 3 weeks onwards but every week Wednesday 12 pm flash sale starts I am going click on buy now button. It showing this stick is unavailable then what is meant for flash sale every week. This is making fool of the customer. I thinking redmi already got enough customer they don't want anymore. that why they are doing like this.

      I placed order for moto g5 plus (Order id: od[protected] on jan 22.
      I purchased a jio sim and using with the phonee vodafon. Since in tirupati the vodafone 4g sims (Nano sim) are likeely to available in 15 days. I operated the phone with only one sim. Now when i try to insert the second sim in the slot, i came to know from motorola service center in tirupati that the sim tray is defective and is intended for only slot. Reasons could be
      1) defective piece from manufacturer or 2) fraud from the retailer.

      It was a peculiar manufacturing defect...Motorola resolved it after taking time of mine for escalating the issue. One month of time taken for resolving the issue by Motorola.

      Flipkart may kindly increase the replacement policy from ten days to thirty days for convenience of customers .

        Dear flipcart,
        I have not received my phone as i have mentioned wrong pin code as 110076 instead of 110075.
        I have called in customer care to update pin code.
        Then i called on [protected] (Bamnoli sort centre, flipcart hub), he told me submit my debit card details and said that it is for verification. Then i received a msg with otp for a transaction of 20000 /-.
        Courier boy did not even called me once to confirm the address.
        I mean how you can fool the customers. I am filing the police complaint.
        I want my phone to be delivered by today on following address as i have already paid online :-

          I've book the cellphone redmi note 5 pro black and even i got an option buy now i did it and selected the payment mode also after i saw that product in my card and later got a message out of stock... What the heck is this. Is this how they fool people. How it is possible to get message out of stock after i got that product in my cart...

          Called customer care and they keep repeating same answer I am sorry we can't help ya out and all this crap...I don't think that Flipkart can do anything... Even they are admitting it that it was problem from their own side...still...never seen this kinda service from now onwards me and my friends or anyone whom I know will never ever try to buy things from Flipkart worst customer care and services...for sure I'll complain it to consumer court also have all the proof that how much they wasted my time and everything for a simple thing...

            Hello

            I forgot my flipkart password. My mobile number is registered but the email id in their record is wrong. When i try to reset the password otp is sent to both mobile number and email id.in my case it goes to a wrong email address.

            The customer service is pathetic. They refused to help me.

            Flipkart representative does not get the technical detail and keep repeating the same resolution which does not work.

              I have ordered mnorama year book 2017 and got delivered on 9 february. But after opening it, it was the 2018 edition of manorama year book. I instantly went to flipkart app for replacement and i have received email from flipkart regarding the replacement confirmation. But after 2 days i saw that flikart had cancelled the replacement. I tried one more time and this time i also got confirmation email of replacement but after 2 days my return has been cancelled by flipkart. And now delivery is more than 10 days so i am not getting any return option on your app. What do i do now? Resolve this problem asap unless i have to go consumer forum.

                I opted 6 month emi option and there was no emi cost.

                Now i have charged for interest.. Want to know why and why you cheat like false commitment.

                  Sir there is no item as mentioned in specification in advertisement. No fast recharging. So heat during use... Gorilla glass, ips screen is not good quality. This is cheating with customer.. Due to. This name of company as well as flipkart seller got damage in society. You have to sale proper products which are perfect match with specification given. Please return and refund request is submitting here with. Please credit amount into the bank.. And suggest to pickup man for pick up item..

                      I have ordered multiple items on 16th of feb which was under a offer. And on that day the order was confirmed as well and it was showing that it will be delivered by 20th feb. On 19th morning i had a word with customer care and they confirmed that it will be delivered by 20th. Bt in the evening i received a mail that the order was cancelled. I called customer care bt they are not helping. As per them products are not available bt it is still being sold in Flipkart in a revised price. And now they are asking to reorder the items. Bt if i order i have to pay extra, why should i do that, what was my fault. I was waiting for the delivery as the items were urgently required.                             I have ordered the e traders tent for 4 person about 20 days ago (2 feb friday)
                            I received wrong product after that i talked with customer care executive and he said product is available and it will be replaced and delivered very soon as per my request.
                            I have received something horrible product completely unhygienic that too after so many days. It may be infected. And now because of flipkarts mistakes i have to cancel my trip. I have paid money for it already.
                            Their senior customer care executive said that only refund option is available as product is out of stock and still im able to find same product on site.
                            Now i don't want refund as flipkart have used my money for so many days. I want same product.

                                  Refer to above product, i am purchase through hdfc credit card on emi for the 9 month with no interest as offer. Total cost was rs, 11, 044. Now payment in my credit card deducted rs. 1300 which is total rs.11700.

                                  Please check your end & refund all excess charges & correct in future emi charges.

                                  If not any response we will be complaint cusumer forum.

                                    Ko soul nhi kiya daily 2 business days bola jata hai lekin delivery nhi karva rhey.

                                      I ordered yamaha psr e-263 psr-e263 digital portable keyboard (61 keys)
                                      On thu, jan 18th '18 1:01 am and received it on 31st jan 2018 after two postoned dates. The packaging was damaged and adapter for the product is not from yamaha. I requested for return and refund of the product, which flipkart accepted it but today is 20th of jan and the product has not been picked so no refund. Not a single message or call for pickup has been created.
                                      Every time on promised date of pick up the return is cancelled and i have to call flipkart customer care for re-initiating return.in this past 20 days i got numerous ivr calls from flipkart saying they could not pick the product and make to choose different pick up date. Now the promising date is 26th jan 2018. I have initiated return probably 6 times already. I have attached the invoice. There is one funny scrrenshot i am sharing in this receive. Please entertain yourself by finding what is wrong with the screenshot. I want my refund and return the product.

                                        I bought moto x4 from flipkart, during the time of purchase it was not mentioned anywhere that it didnot have casting feature enabled and i bought that after using for one day there was a personal hotspot error then raised the complaint but phone didnot got replaced by flipkart again casting issue still they didnot replaced. I really dont want such type of product
