I have just purchased a new number from market and while registering first time on flipkart it says its is alreday regiested on some name as "suresh kumar" with some "[protected]@gmail.com" email id.

Though flipkart is unable to help me as i dont know who suresh kumar is and while using forget password link it send the otp to old email id also which i dont to whom it belongs to.

My question is why flipkart is not help me wherin i am the owner of the number. I am unable to register my number.

Flipkart never respond and ignore consumers by posting irrelevant messages.

Flipkart has not reverted and posting fake comments and not replying. Pathetic Company
I ordered some tops and also payed the amount through phonepay, because of some issues I cancel the order immediately, they said that the amount will refunded to my phonepay wallet by today but it not refunded. It is a big amount for me.

    Hey as i m flipkart plus member i do continous shopping from flipkart on 19th i received my order emporio armani watch as it's dial was broken at the time of delivery so i was placing a return request for exchanging the same product as i was doing soo suddenly my account was blocked and there is no legal against it i m facing trouble help me in this.

      Hi,
      This is preetam singh having the flipkart plus ac with [protected] id.

      Last year in june 2019 i'd purchased a marq inverter ac 1.5 ton 3 star from flipkart with order id# od[protected] and got it installed on the scheduled date.
      Again this year in march i got some problem in my indoor unit as swing problem. Later i got to know by marq personnel that motor for swing of the indoor unit is out of order and then i complained about it on flipkart.
      Next day a person comes and checked the product and product feedback was given to flipkart and same day i got a email from flipkart, as your ac returned request is approved and new product will be delivered by 14 of march and defective products will be picked up on the same day.
      Along with this i got another mail about un-installation of the ac, and one personnel came and he did the un-installation of the ac and packed in the boxes.

      Next when the product was to be delivered on the scheduled date of 14 march 2020, flipkart wishmaster visited my home and he just clicked some photographs of the ac indoor and outdoor unit and immediately he denied to either pick or deliver the ac without giving any reason and he moved.

      Then on the same day i lodged a complaint on flipkart helpline no about the issues and i was given the time of 18 march 2020 that they will solve the problem but on 18 march 2020 again there was no any communication regarding my issues and again i was given the next date of 19 march 2020, still my case is pending no one is taking the initiative and me & my families are living in this summer without ac even though i've purchased the ac.

      I need the reasons why such things happened and no one is taking the initiative. I'm suffering due to flipkart irresponsible behaviour.
      Why flipkart uninstalled the ac if he was not allowed to return the product.
      Why i got the mail about ac return approval and will be uninstalled soon.

      Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible or else i'll move to consumer court how flipkart cheated with customer and waste the time.
      Kindly find the attachment that i received from flipkart for your kind reference.

          Just because i login my mom account into my phone without logged out.. That's all, both me and my mom account get blocked from playing games...

          I contacted customer service 3 times,. But they all give. Same reason that seller is blocked your account...

              I have placed an order on flipkart of below mention product and while receiving the ordered i found that they send me wrong product and next day i placed return request but now one month gone nobody coming to pick up the wrong product nor they returning my money.

              Many time i call customer care and also e-mail them but nobody providing me proper solution they just fooling me and asking me to wait. Already one month now how many days need to wait?

              my product delivered by Delhivery company because that time E - kart company was not opened here so the reverse pick up is arranged through Delhivery company but agent always cancel the pick up without visiting my place

                I ordered maybelline new york fit me matte+poreless liquid (With pump) foundation in the shade 120 classic ivory. The product delivered to me is in the shade 128 warm nude and there is no pump attached.
                I also ordered a maybelline new york fit me concealer in the shade 20 sand. There is barely any product in the tube delivered. It appears empty (Already used).
                Flipkart is selling fake products. They are not returning my money when i raised the issue saying they dont have a return policy.
                Return policy only applies when correct transaction has taken place and not when wrong/possible fake products have been delivered.
                Flipkart should not cheat customer and should return my money immediately.

                The delivery was proposed on the 12th of march, it is 15th march and there is no information from their end. It still informs the 12th of march on their website. In spite of raising a complaint they aren't responding.

                  I bought a new phone... The day i received the phone there was network issues and random switch off problem in the phone so i called the flipkart to return the product... They replaced and gave me another phone and the same problem is the other set too... Now they are just denying to refund my money back... Technician came download 1 app and said everything is right... I cannot make calls from the gionee phone but from my realme phone i can make calls using airtel sim... But technician said no problem signal coming and his testing app is not showing any error... Now what to do...

                    I ordered a ps4 game cd from flipkart on 25 th feb 2020 and have been complaining to them since then, they just keep on delaying it by saying that their team will handle this and they reject my return request again and again.

                      In feb 2019, i had made two travel bookings via flipkart mobile app for air asia airline.

                      1. Bengaluru to indore, booking id: ff[protected]st march 2020)
                      2. Indore to bengaluru, booking id: ff[protected]th march 2020)

                      As government of india, health department advice to avoid non mandatory travels due to covid19 issue & airasia india also waives rescheduling charges on bookings till march 31, 2020, i decided to reschedule this travel for later month.

                      I am raising this complaint as i am not getting flipkart support even after taking much follow-up and unsuccessful tries

                      1. Since last 4 days starting from 14th march 2020, i am trying to reach flipkart travel desk on[protected], however this number is not reachable at all.
                      2. When on 17th march 2020, i have submitted the request to rescheduling the booking via flipkart mobile app. I have received the confirmation mail from flipkart stating "reschedule request received, support executive will call within 30 mins to assist with the rescheduling request.". However no response received till date
                      3. As i didn’t received any call & travel desk not reachable, i tried to spoke with regular flipkart customer support multiple times, however they refused to help stating that travel booking assistance is not in their scope & i have to reach flipkart travel desk on[protected] after sometime (I already highlighted that this number is not reachable at all since many days)
                      4. I sent mail about the issue to flipkart travel desk on [protected]@flipkart.com, however there as well no response.
                      5. I had conversation with air asia, however they mentioned that if i did the booking via third party website (Flipkart), so i have to follow-up with flipkart only for changing the booking.

                      21st march 2020 is current travel date, and i am unable to travel due to risk of health and life to me and my family. Hence in case if there would be any financial loss due to delay in rescheduling the travel from flipkart side, flipkart will be responsible of these losses.

                      It seems that flipkart is least bothered about their customer requirement, especially in this worldwide panic situation. Hence i am raising this seek your intervention to get the help in this regard.

                      I am right now on the exact situation with similar March last week travel plans to be rescheduled. Tried all the ways mentioned by you only to get disappointed and more frustrated. I would like to know if you had any success in your change of bookings at [protected]@live.com. For me it's Indigo airlines and they are willing to reschedule but for a charge of ₹2500 per person per flight, else I have to route through the travel agent. :-(

                            I ordered one phone with exchange on 14th march 2020. I had to pay 1799 and i did it through paytm upi. Now paytm shows the transaction was successful so my money is debited but flipkart says they didn't receive the payment, they told me to contact with my bank. I did contact with paytm and tthey confirmed the payment was successful at their end. So i wanted to know the details of the transaction to flipkart, but they didn't give a response, they just said "please be patient we are looking into it." i just want my refund.

                                I’ve bought a iphone xs 4 days back for 60000. Now flipkart decreased the price to 53000. I told them to return this product as 7000 is too much so i’ll buy again for lesser price but they denied it saying that it’s against that policy. It’s totally fraud. They are playing with there customers. Please help me regarding this. 7k for a common man is too much. It’s totally frustrating. Please please help me. I want to return this product. Please help me on this.

                                  I am trying to order realme 6 from flipkart frequently for 1 item but flipkart is rejecting order with the comments " seller cancelled shipment.

                                  I am plus member in flipkart. I talked about this concern with executive for 1+ hour still no solution

                                  The same thing is happening with order brand phone.

                                  Please help me out in this.

                                  I have been trying to buy new smartphone from Flipkart since two months but Flipkart website is cancelling my order again and again with the error limited quantities of each item can be purchased by each customer . There are other good e commerce website than this and why I am showing the internet here is my 13k gift card balance is stuck, there is no option to withdraw it send gift card . It's horrible . I am still facing the issue

                                    My account is blocked and the company is not responding. I've received an item with tampered seal. And as per flipkart's advice, i requested it to be returned without opening the packaging. And also, the product delivered is more than 6 months old.

                                    But, instead of investigating the incident, flipkart has blocked my account. I've sent many emails, but i'm not getting any reply, apart from a standard auto reply.

                                    Please do investigate the incident, complete the transaction and then take action. If flipkart is responsible for inefficiency, then why should the customer suffer?

                                    How can we co operate, when the Company is using authoritarian rules. I've bought a Camera, and I'm unable to register for warranty. It has got 3 years warranty. Who will bear the loss? If there are returns, please investigate and stop future transactions, for certain months or period, but the company's obligation towards past purchases should be obliged.

                                    Investigate first about the current return and then decide. Without investigating, If you stop all communication, then this case becomes a cheating case. The item is still unpacked. So, where is the question of fraud. And the delivered item is with tampered seal and more than 6 months old. This has to be resolved.

                                    I've other minor issues, which has to be resolved. You cannot escape responsibility for the past purchases.

                                    So, kindly resolve the issues and then block future purchases. Kindly unlock my account at the earliest.

                                    NO Reply from Flipkart. Issue is unresolved. So, what's the next step to be taken? Flipkart is avoiding giving any kind of reply, apart from a auto generated reply.

                                      I ordered some tops and also payed the amount through phonepay, because of some issues I cancel the order immediately, they said that the amount will refunded to my phonepay wallet by today but it not refunded. It is a big amount for me, now I fell like don't trust Flipkart and don't by anything.
