I have ordered a lenovo k10 plus mobile in march 2020. Due to lock down the order was delaying. Recently when i track my order, i found that the order has reached my nearest hub. But suddenly i got a message that refund is processed for my order. I fact i didn't cancel my order. Immediately i contacted the support but not helped. I paid my bill through idfc card and they have charged intrest for the april month. It's all causing by flipkart and i didn't get my order too.

    The order no OD[protected] was expected to deliver as replacement but this poor company does not understand customer problem the product that was delivered on 22nd April was faulty and seller was asked to arrangement of replacement. They just kept on deferring it by 2 days today I am at 10th May. Despite they assured me best services they failed to resolved. Because of these people I could not start my medical treatment for my head allergy which I was suppose to start after shaving the head.

                      I am having worst flipkart experience :-

                      I purchased a whirlpool ac on 21/03/2020. Order id - od[protected]. The order has not been deleivered yet. While flipkart has already started the delivery of non-essential in orange while i am being given the excuse of lockdown and there is no update on my order from flipkart side at all, all they repeat is the issue has been escaleted, i have no idea to whom they escalate the issue. I have already paid two emi's for this purchase and badly stuck with flipkart. Such an insensible company.

As discussed with the team, the refund of Rs. 22753 for Whirlpool 1 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC - White order with order ID OD[protected], was completed on 15th May 2020. Same will reflect on or before 27th may 2020. The amount will be refunded back to source as per standard banking procedures.

                        I have ordered theree items and the made payment through gpay. The amount was deducted from my account. But from flipkart giving message ordered not place. I am also attaching the account statement. I need clarification what's going on. When i will get my refund money please let me known. I have wasted couple of times yesterday to chat with their support agent. But my issue was marked as resolved without of my knowledge. How many days will be taking to credit my refund amount. Also sent me the clear message regarding the same.

                        I had long discussion with your support ream today. But I am not convinced at all with his statement. He clearly said that the amount whatever was deducted from account is totally my responsibilities as sellers is not confirm the amount and ordered. So, my question is why flipkart giving such kind of payment methods if they are not able to take responsibility. Also he told me that the amount which was deducted from my account it's my responsibilities if seller not confirmed. This is my horrible experience in flipkart. I also raise concern for payment to gpay.

                            Registered mobile no. - [protected] i have ordered a product (Spotzero by milton royale steel wringer spin mop mop) & on 29/04/20 it was delievered to me & it was a damaged one as there was a crack on its body & for your reference i am also attaching some images of the product. So i forwarded the complaint to there customer care but instead of solving my problem they have blocked my account giving the reason that there were unusual high number of returns from my account & unfortunately i was a flipkart plus member too & my membership was already renewed for the next year too. See if this is the case than my last order which was cancelled, it was cancelled by your side as due to this corona situation you were only supplying essential items & my order was for a non-essential item & please also check my order history too, i have ordered laptops, mobiles & many other things from flipkart & yes i have returned some products but most of the products were from clothing category & i think it is understandable & logically going no one is that much free that he/she first place a prepaid order & than return it & than wait the refund to get credited into his/her bank account & my last order which was cancelled by you was also a prepaid one & it took almost 20 days for the refund to get credited in my account. See man has created all this system so there is always a chance of an error. So thereby i request you to please get it checked & return this product & unblock my account. Thank you

                                  I ordered and product from flipkart and it delivered... But there was size issue. So when i tried to raise return.. Account gets blocked... Many other pending orders are also there in my account.. Please take serious action and unblock my account please

                                  This is so brutal from flipkart..
                                  I ordered product worth 53k and still to be delivered and now flipkart blocked my account without any consent... I didnt do anything wrong.. So unblock my account... Otherwise i will lost my all hard earned supercoins

                                  I raised this complaint 4 days ago and still i didnt get any resolution from flipkart

                                  They send me an mail telling that my account blocked due to unwanted returns..I didnt raised any returns on wrong intentions or not raised any unwanted returns...

                                  All the returns i raised was only because of the defects of the product i ordered..

                                  So please unblock my account...

                                  Otherwise i will file complaint legally against flipkart for doing fraud

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: poor and slow service in picking up the return leading to more delays

                                    The issue that I have experienced was: Order ID - OD[protected]

                                    I paid for this TV on 27th FEB 2020, the TV turned out to be defective (switching off at random) so i placed a request for a replacement within 10 days. The technician sent by flipkart to diagnose the issue had no knowledge about the product and didn't know what was wrong with it. They arranged for multiple visits to my house, causing further delay and inconvenience at my expense and then wrongly cancelled my replacement after falsely updating remarks that the issue was software related.
                                    Still within the 10 day return period, I immediately contacted Flipkart and arranged for another replacement, this time the TV was uninstalled and packed for return. The initial replacement request and the second request was still weeks before the lockdown was imposed and this could've been replaced in time had Flipkart and the seller: Omnitech Retail done their jobs in the promised time frame.

                                    It occurred on: 5/03/2020

                                    I am no longer seeking a replacement from the seller. Omnitech Retail had wrongly cancelled my request. Flipkart should not honour the seller's policies as they are not acting in good faith. Flipkart has admitted that my request was falsely cancelled since the issue was never software related but hardware related. I would also like Flipkart to compensate me for the subscription bills for the above mentioned platforms and I am seeking a complete refund for the product and that is the only resolution I will be satisfied with.

                                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance(P2007021722187329720190). If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

                                      unable to get delivery even after 2 months

                                      Sir I have ordered from past 2 month but even not delivery is not delivered due to over break of covid 19 I think it will be late but sir I am student how without phone I will attend online classes so please deliver my smartphone so I can study well.....

                                      Recently i ordered a 4K tv set from FLIPKART.COM on 22nd mar just before lockdown while a sale was going on. The product was supposed to be delivered by 28th mar, which never happened due the unexpected circumstances of covid19. Under the circumstances it would've been difficult to deliver the product they kept me on hold for a long time as of today is 5th may, they kept on telling the product will be delivered soon and nothing happened.And the final blow was that they themselves cancelled my order a few days back without my notice and kept on saying that they did that with my consent while they never asked me a thing, and finally all was gone the deal, the product everything.Moreover they kept my money on hold( a quite large sum bcoz of a tv) for more than 40 days and refunded without any kind of compensation.They literally gave me nothing other than trouble like countless hours of mailing them without any fruit. I dont even understand how can they survive against amazon(customer satisfaction at its peak).

                                      The day i ordered from flipkart there was an equivalent available on amazon too and now that is gone too, i really regret choosing flipkart. And its not my first my first bad experience from flipkart, they successfully disappointed me before too.

                                      In order to fix this provide me with some kind of compensation like vouchers nd all or at least provide me the deal i was getting.

                                      well they contacted me but just for nothing. They did absolutely nothing and were only concerned with getting their reviews corrected for doing nothing! They called me just to waste my time.
