I had ordered a Yonex badmintion racquet.
received the parcel on 7th March'2020
just a month before i received my racquet, but within a span of 2 weeks the wiring of the racquet came out.
which caused a problem for me during the match.
I am looking forward for a replacement or a repair as soon as possible.
I here by attach the photo copy of the invoice copy and the damaged racquet.

    On flipkart there is a offer that play 1 game regularly for 5 days and earn 5 supercoin and i am playing games from 10 days regularly but not recieve even a single supercoin. And there is a one more offre that you can convert 5000 gems into 25 supercoinn. And yesterday i have reached at 4700 gems and today they stop my game playing service...

      I have ordered s. R. Fabrics 310 tc cotton double striped bedsheet on 06th march 2020, i received the parcel on 13th march 2020, where i found i have only one pillow cover instead of two. I lodged request for replacement, it was accepted by the party but due to covid 19 crises, my replacement order could not be delivered to me, it went back to company and i received status that company's replacement period is overed on 23 march 2020.

        As per flipkart customer care the seller has initiated a refund on 12th march and today its 5th of april 2020. Till date the money has not been credited to my account. Every time i raise an issue, they mark it as resolved saying the seller has initiated a refund.

        Note: the money has not been credited into my account till date and i have already checked with the grievance department of my bank. They confirmed that there was no such transaction initiated by the seller. The probable could be that the refund initiated never got through or failed.

        Please check this and do the needful. Stop wasting the time of customers.

        This is for all those people facing such kind of issue, here is what I did to get back my refund back. 1. Visited the bank and conveyed to them the incident that had occurred. 2. The bank provided me their office email. 3. I drafted a mail addressing to the bank manager and provided all the details of the order including the 20 digit ARN number that was provided to me by flipkart. 4. I kept re-opening the issue even though I was getting the same redundant response from the customer care. 5. The bank checked my bank statement and informed their debit cards department. 6. Finally, after 1 month and 6 days the money was refunded/credit in my account. Questions that you may be asked by the bank: 1. How was the money refunded. RTGS or NEFT? A: The money is always refunded with 'BACK TO SOURCE' method and not by any RTGS or NEFT. 2. What is this ARN number? A: Tell them this is a 'Acquirer Reference Number' that every refund transaction gets after being initiated. 3. Has the seller actually initiated the refund? How are you sure on this? A: The very fact that an ARN number is provided means that the refund transaction was started but was lost at the payment portal due to some technical issues. 4. ARN number is usually 23 digits right? A: Yes its usually 23 digits, but depending on the bank it could be different. Mine was 20 digits. 5. How to proceed if the bank doesn't find any transaction with the specified ARN number? A: Don't panic. Just inform the bank to send you the response of their investigation via email and then you can forward the same email to flipkart customer care. 6. Where do I find the flipkart customer care email? A: Just call up customer care and ask them for their email. or else you could reply to the mail that you receive after the call ends with the customer care. Hope this helps anyone who faces this same kind of issue in future.

        I confirmed with my bank. They checked all the transactions but are unable to find any such refunds being sent towards my account. Also, I checked the bank statement of March 2020 & April 2020, and I have not received the amount. Also, is the ARN number correct? My bank informed me that a valid ARN number should be of 23 digits whereas your ARN number is of 20 digits. Please check the ARN number you'll have sent me. You'll can forward me the correct ARN number on my flipkart account instead of directly pasting it here for the public. Also, nothing has failed on my bank side. Please check refund transactions on your side.

            I have ordered for eateries and other essentials from flipkart on 20th march.
            Due to the unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of the items is delayed. I totally understand it. But at least some support should be provided by flipkart.

            This is the first message i got when i placed the order.
            ""order placed: your order for aashirvaad superior mp...+10 more products with order id od[protected] amounting to rs.1449 has been received. Your flipkart supermart item (S) will be delivered on fri, mar 27, 2020 between 6:31 am and 2:00 pm""

            After the lockdown was announced.. They have sent another message...
            ""delivery update: we're sorry to let you know that the delivery of your flipkart supermart order for aashirvaad superior mp...+10 more products has been delayed as we? Re working on fulfilling higher orders than usual. Rest assured, you can expect the delivery on[protected] between 04:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Option to call us is not available during this period, however you can track and manage your orders, returns and refunds in no time here: http://fkrt.it/bqWLi~NN"""

            Now the delivery date changed to 13th april. I begged the support agent to deliver the eateries at least and the non eateries can be delivered at a later point of time as we are struggling with shortage of food in these difficult hours.. But they have shown me a deaf ear. I relied on flipkart to deliver my items but got rejected. I request to take up the issue and provide justice to me...

                My account was blocked due to purchase of mobile phones periodically. They blocked the account without any information. I have added gift card for value of 10000. I bought from early salary as coupon for emi. I requested to enable the account and they told that it is freezed so we can't do anything. I requested to transfer the gift card that also they are not doing and refund is not possible. Because bought from third party. Now my money got strucked in flipkart account. So i am requesting to give me solutions for the same.

                  Sir,
                  I have booked an air ticket from raipur to kochi on 27th february 2020 for my daughter reshma who has been a pg resident doctor at aiims, raipur. I booked the ticket through flipkart and the booking id was ff[protected]. The travel date was 18th march 2020. Due to the outbreak of covid 19 pandemic she was instructed by the authorities to cancel the journey and be available at aiims for the next few days. So on 14th march 2020 i requested flipkart to reschedule the journey to 20th may 2020 upon which i got the an acknowledgement mail from flipkart (Attached separately).

                  I preferred the reschedule at that point of time because the indigo airlines was offering flight rescheduling for bookings for travel between 12th and 31st march 2020 without change fee. I am eligible for this exemption of change fee as i have requested for reschedule three days prior to departure. Please see the screen shot of the indigo ad. (Attached separately).

                  Though the mail from flipkart on 14th march stated that i would be contacted over phone within 30 minutes nobody called me. I sent at least a dozen mails enquiring the status of my request but didn’t get any specific reply. The screenshots of some of the mails are shown below (Attached separately).

                  Now on 27th march i got the following mail from flipkart saying that they cannot entertain the request for reschedule as the travel date is already over. Please see screenshot of the mail (Attached separately).


                  Kindly see that i have requested on 14th march for rescheduling the travel originally scheduled for 18th march 2020 and the reason framed by flipkart travel desk for rejection of the request is totally baseless. I request that i may be either granted the reschedule as per my request or a refund of the full amount i paid for the ticket.

                    Now flipkart support please look into this and please reactivate my game zone account i never try to hack or crack flipkart also if flipkart want to check my words they can chek my device using an expert that if i have cracked the app / do anything else or if flipkart need proof i would play in front of them.

                      Order cancelled by seller iam flipkart plus customer and i have order asus laptop from flipkart on 22 march 2020 after 1 week i think, order was cancelled by seller without even intimation or message. It costs 45000 not a joke. I know he cancelled because he can't deliver product due to lockdown

                      What i want is when flipkart starts its sale

                      After lockdown i need my same product with the same rate which i ordered. I want commitment and assurance and agreement from u about this reason. I can wait long for my product.

                      I need justice because at that time when i ordered product it was in offeer and shops are also offered discounts but i believed flipkart.

                          I purchased a boat rockerz 510 headphone worth 1799 rs from flipkart and availed their pay later system and i was given a deadline to pay the due amount within 10th of april.

                          I paid the amount on 3rd april, my money got debited from sbi bank account and i also got a confirmation message and also a reference no for the transaction was generated.
                          But flipkart is saying they did not receive the amount and also saying that the transaction was cancelled.

                          But i have proof that the transaction was successful, my money got debited and i am not supposed to pay them 1799 rs again for a glitch in their side.
                          I confirmed from state bank of india, they also confirmed that the transaction is successful and flipkart surely got the money.

                          So, i request consumer complaint forum to look into the matter and ask flipkart to update that they received the money and reset my pay later credit account.

                            invoice not showing for my order

                            I purchased power bank with order "od[protected]" in oct-2019 and
                            Recently i noticed charging problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
                            The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

                            Please look into this...

                            Hello flipkart

                            Fristly
                            You have blocked my account without doing anything i never try to hack or crack or patch the flipkart app also i do nothing with the app and its a clear app install and further updated only using google play.

                            And i only used the app only on my device and ony for one time yes only for one time i move the app to samsung secure folder some days ago and now from today i created multiple issues on flipkart app regarding it but nothing fruitful.

                            And an esecutive say to try after sometime but its also not helpful (Screenshot given)
                            And one said that its my connection issue (Screenshot given)

                            Secondly
                            I have won the flipkart game 17 times in the month of february and as per flipkart rewards are available to redeem on 15 mar but till today i got only 4 vouchers. (I have the winning proof as picture as screenshot is blocked on that page)
                            And i have a won gems for 10 times and only 3 times i got the gems (I have proof of only 8 and for other 2 i have only note down them so its not clear when or which time i have won that)

                            Frist time they onlyvsent me 3 gift vouchers
                            When i raise issue about that i have not given the gift vouchers frist time they say they would be send to your mail within 24- 48 hours.
                            After 2 days and 6 hours i return raise a issue that i have received nothing
                            Then they sent me a gift vouchers and 3 times gems
                            When i then raise a issue they said again
                            The gift vouchers would be send to your mail within 24- 48 hours.

                            After 5 to 6 hours my account got blocked.

                            And flipkart now say that the already won reawrds would not given as my account got blocked.

                            Now flipkart support please look into this and please reactivate my game zone account i never try to hack or crack flipkart also if flipkart want to check my words they can chek my device using an expert that if i have cracked the app / do anything else or if flipkart need proof i would play in front of them.

                                I have been dealing with the problem of my order for the last 1 month i complained and then three times my request for a return item was accepted and on march 25th i was assured by flipkart to replace my jbl speaker but not on 2 april. The day has been canceled without any reason for me. Please solve my problem. Now flipkart doesn't give a good answer. And i received a jbl speaker from flipkart but i received a speaker from a different brand that has not been resolved till date. So reaturn your product and give my refund

The seller will initiate the refund of Rs.8899/- and 100 supercoins as soon as the courier service provider confirms the pickup and amount will be credited to your credit card account and flipkart supercoins section respectively within 5 business days from then as per standard banking procedures.

                                  I had purchased a poco smartphone through flipkart on 17th march but the order got cancelled later by flipkart.

                                  The pre paid payment was done through my icici credit back for rs 16499. I got a message that on 24th march, the refund has been processed but am yet to receive the amount.

                                  On following up with flipkart through mails, i am not getting any satisfactory reply and they are saying that refund has been processed on 24th march. Upon contacting my icici bank, they said that no refund has come for the said amount and the credit card statement too is not reflecting any such amount.

                                  Flipkart is not sharing the transaction details of the refund done while i have already shared the screenshot of the credit card statement as required by them

                                    No refund for my order id OD[protected] has been initiated to my bank account and it's been more than 13 days and whenever I'm sending you my bank statement your team is replying me with the same answer that your refund has been credited till now. Kindly look after my issue for this.

                                      I have ordered a laptop and the order id is od[protected]. But they have cancelled the order without my consent. Saying that due to covid -19 they have to deliver essential products. Ok i got your point but i didn't asked you to deliver it right now then what is the problem that you have. They have increased the price of the laptop now and don't want to deliver the product which was sold at 7500 less price then it was before this is clear fraud. I just want ou people to replace the order asap and deliver it when ever it is feasible for you i don't have issue with that. If i had an issue then i would have cancelled the order by myself in the first place itself.
