I am savings account holder (A/c no. [protected]) in sbi branch (001600), kurukshetra university, on 18/03/2020, transaction of rs 52999/- was done by me at flipkart using debit card no (4786xxxxxxxx6934), but on the same day the order done on flipkart was cancelled and flipkart processed the refund vide refund reference no. 74766510081011397128774. And was expected to be credited by 27/03/2020. But till date no amount has been refunded back, in this regard i made complaint on sbi cms portal with complaint id [protected], [protected] but no resolution is provided till date and complaint has been closed. Bank unable to track refund using arn provided by flipkart.

    My running Ongoing Issue, which is a mobile related problem, which is a missing item. I just want a resolution of this.this is the first time such a problem has occurred in the mobile. Flipkart is committed to its customer, so I want the resolution to be given soon. I don't have any other issues.

    Dear Flipkart,

    what is the reason that your account will be closed if the returns are high? This means that the product that I have ordered from Flipkart, I should not return even if I do not like it. Have you written in your terms and conditions, then tell that the product that you have ordered, in spite of not forcing it, keep it. If the quality of your product is not good, then every customer will return it. I don't think there was any reason to block the account. You should go into the subject unblock the my Flipkart account and give me a better resolution against my product.

      I have created a flipkart account way long back... Maybe 4-5 years... Since then i havn't updated anything in my profile since then... But recently when i was about to make a donation for covid-19 relief, the system prompted me to confirm my mobile number... And flashed my mobile number and sent an otp. The mobile number it showed was my old phone number which i had used to create my flipkart account. I gave up this number about one year... So right now i don't have any access to that mobile number.
      I hovered to my profile page and tried to update my mobile number to the newest one. But again the same problem arose... As the system sent the otp to my old mobile number, to which i don't have access, like i have previously mentioned.
      So it is my humble request to look into this issue and kindly direct me a way so that i can update my mobile number. I know you guys are having a tough time regarding the current situation and also doing a great job from your side to help us out in every possible way. I hope that you people will revert back to me. Thank you.

              I have created flipkart account 4-5 years back with a mobile number [protected]. A year ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                I have not applied for Flipkart paylater service.
                There is loan of 60000 on my name on IDFC first bank, which is created by Flipkart for the Paylater service.
                I have no outstanding amount on my name in Paylater account.
                I have asked them to cancel it but they replied it won't be possible.
                It's clear fraud by Flipkart by using customer personal information and creating a loan on it
                It's my request to kindly cancel my account as it is reflecting in CIBIL report.

                  I have been a loyal customer of flipkart and flipkart pay later. I have always made the payment on time for a long time now. Now, during the corona lockdown time, i have no money as my business is closed, so, i requested to give some time to pay. However, flipkart doesn't care about and they levied almost 10% of my payment as a fine and harassing me to pay. I deny that i will not pay, i just asked to wait till the lockdown is lifted. But they are harassing me by saying that they don't care about what my situation is. Even after rbi and government is so particular about not putting pressure on customers, this people really don't care. All they want is to earn money, grow their business. Some one kindly look into this and help me get some time to make the flipkart pay later bill after the lockdown.

                    I have booked a flight ticket on march 16 through flipkart travel with above booking id. My flight got canceled and currently i have no idea about the refund of my cancelled ticket. I have send many emails and also called customercare but no reply. I also called the airlines but they are telling that travel agent should do all the necessary steps to refund. I have no idea of what to do. Please help

                      I placed a samsung level u bluetooth order on 17-march-2020, whose order id - od[protected] and whose price was 2490 rupees, which was delivered to me on 18-march-2020. when i opened the box, i did not receive the product in the box. When i opened my account to apply for return, already my account was blocked by flipkart. when i told the cs team about this, their mail came to me that my account has been blocked due to heavy number of returns. but this was my first order from my account. Cs team generated 1 issue and said to me that by 24-march-2020 you will get resolution. but so far i have not received any resolution nor my amount has been returned to me till now.

                          I have a account on flipkart with registered email id - [protected]@live.com and mobile number - [protected] but recently i lost my number, now when i have to change my phone number it says enter otps from both the numbers, i already contacted flipkart support regarding my issue but they say it can't be done. The name and address on all order is mine so what other proof of identification do they want. This is # stupidity.

                              Some items billed for, not delivered. This order was delivered on April 13th, 2020. 3 items not delivered:
                              1. Daawat Biryani Basmati rice long grain: 3 ordered and billed, only 1 delivered.
                              2. Moong dal whole grain 500 g not delivered.

                              Kindly ensure delivery of the missing items or a refund ASAP.

                                I have ordered the phone way before lockdown as my old phone is damaged. I thought that i would be able to use my new phone incase of some emergency during the lockdown phase but alas my order is still not packed. Abiding by the situation i dont know what to do without a phone. I'm in very much trouble. Cannot operate properly. Look into the matter seriously and if tou guys could prioritise the delivery.

There is some useless chat bot that doesn't seem to be working.

                                    I have ordered some items on 25th March'20 & they were supposed to be delivered on 02nd April'20, then again on 11th and then again on 14th April'20. I have also filed a complaint on flipkart site but no resolution till now but they claim to get back in 24 hours..
                                    Now today again as i was waiting for my order to be delivered they have again changed the date and it is 19th April.
                                    While ordering you asked that please pay online .. as pre-paid orders won't take much time..
                                    I completely understand the virus situation but now you guys have completely gone nuts.. I will also suggest other people not to order from flipkart. You guys are also writing that u r more busy in supply of essential items.
                                    I have ordered rice.. soaps.. i want to know that u don't find these items essential or what..
                                    I didn't expected this kind of service from flipkart.. While on the other hand Grofers which is much lower company than flipkart is delivering the orders in 3 days..

                                      I ordered a casio from flipkart on 24th of march but due to lock down i was forced to cancel my order as it was not an essential order and i was assured that i get my refund without any trouble... I cancelled my order on 27th march and got an sms on the same day that my refund was initiated and i would get my refund by 6th of april at the maximum time limit. But today it's been 14th of april and i have been contacting flipkart everyday from 6th april but i get same message that i will get my issue solved by 24 hours and some day it's 48 hours and some day it's by the end of the day. I was even asked to share my bank statement but even then my issue was not resolved.

                                      I was never given the reference number regarding the refund and when asked for it I was told that reference no. Is not provided by the seller . I even shared my bank statement but even that didn't help me
