I have bought shirt, received, just saw and placed order for return, pick up man comes and refuses to pick up, as per pick up man reason for return should be stain, as per customer care poor fabric quantity is a valid reason, the same pick man comes, he understands neither Hindi nor English, he is not ready to listen to customer care explanations, total 4 return orders got canceled automatically,
Even customer care personnel are horrible, their patent dialogues are " we understand your concerns Sir, you don't worry, we will do 100% to help you, " but their support is zero, and at end of call of call, they will ask for good feedback,
I have placed return request for 5th time with Order ID - OD[protected].
I have left shopping with Flipkart 2 years ago, this is biggest mistake I did shopping with Flipkart,
Other online sites are much better,
" Shopping with Flipkart is horrible "
Flipkart has to understand, spending money on advertisements is not enough, spending money on celebrities for promotions will futile if your ground level employees are working this way,
Customer care personnells are only modest to lilsten to, but not able to resolve the problems.
Pick up man not potent enough to understand.
If it was Amazon, i would have order new shirt after having got the refund.
Even customer care personnells don't try escalate the problems to their seniors after having been not able to resolve the problems.
