I ordered quaker oats amounting to rs. 255/- from flipkart on 10/04/2020. Item was delivered on 14/04/2020. When i opened the box i found the packet in damaged condition. I tried calling the customer care on the same day i. E on 14/04/2020 to lodge the complaint about the damaged product received. However, due to nationwide lockdown no customer support executive was available on telephone and the recorded message was requesting to raise the compliant from my orders on the app itself.

I tried to raise the compliant through my orders however, that services also were unavailable due to lockdown. I tried to contact through my chats on 14/04/20, 15/04/20, 19/04/20, 21/04/20, 24/04/20, 28/04/20, 03/05/20 & 06/05/20. Attached are the screenshots of my chats. On 06/05/20 while chatting i got reply saying to write e-mail for your queries. Immediately on the same day i. E 06/05/20 i wrote e-mail informing about the damaged product issue and requested to collect it and refund my money. However, i was shocked to see the reply stating that the product has no return policy and hence the seller cannot fulfill your return request.

Again i sent e-mails stating all the facts and attaching all the relevant screen shots of my chats/proof on 07/05/20, 08/05/20, 09/05/20 & 10/05/20 and even called the customer care twice informing that i was trying to contact but your services were unavailable due to lockdown. Inspite of explaining the whole issue and sending the relevant proof/screen shots of chats still they are not ready to accept their mistake and are saying that the product has no return policy and i am complaining about the issue after 10 days of product delivery and hence we cannot consider the refund request.in past also i received damaged product that was an cat food item and the same was also not having any return policy but since i received the item in damaged condition flipkart has collected the item and refunded my money.

It is indeed very much incorrect to blame the customer when the party knows that the customer was trying to contact so many times but their services were unavailable. If there was no customer care support to take the complaints than why flipkart have started the delivery of essential items. They should have not started the delivery of essentials if they don’t have sufficient staff to take complaints of the customer. I highly object to the replies of flipkart and want my refund at any case.

    Then Flipkart scammed me and deleted my order history.

    I have paid 30000 now but no solution is provided from Flipkart scammers side

      Hi i ordered item from flipkart the delivery executive delivered wrong item first on telling him that i have received different item i want my ordered item he return to pickup first item & to deliver correct item. I got my delivery upon checking i find few items bikano navratan mixture& catch turmeric powder missing so i told him instantly but he refused to come to deliver my order told me that he will update missing item at office now flipkart has blocked my account & not given refund of my missing item, 2 packet of bad quality milk for proof pics of bad quality sent to their customer support. I have recordings of talk with delivery guy of incorrect order. Today after my payment of rs. 1250 to them they blocked my account. I want my refund of missing item, bad quality milk & my upi payment refund which flipkart have initiated for amount rs 1250. I am ready to take this matter to district consumer court if not resolved. Kindly take strict action against flipkart for harrashing customer.

          Dear Sir,

          I Placed order for Ryan Spin Bucket Mop on 1st may. The same was delivered on 6th May but the product was entirely different and very low quality.
          i requested for replacement and the same was approved. I got massage that the product will get replaced by 11th May but in the morning Delivery boy informed me that the product received at his office but got instruction from Flipkart not to deliver.
          I contacted Flipkart Customer care and they confirmed that no such message given by Flipkart. Product delivery date shifted to 12th May then after 13th May but I not received any delivery intimation via SMS.
          Today I contacted Customer Care twice, they committed that product will be delivered by today before 7:00 PM but still not delivered.
          I am getting pathetic experience.
          Please ensure product should get delivered by 14th May afternoon in any case.
          Please arrange a call back of senior executive to whom I can discus about
          Reason for delivery of low grade product.
          Reason for postponing replacement after commitment.

            I am unable to play any games in flipkart since last 2 months.. flipkart blocked it deliberately for no reason. Please fix this issue at the earliest.

              I ordered a set of 12 bottles (1 litre each) of mustard oil from Flipkart. The courier delivered a packaging containing only 1 bottle. When I disputed the delivery with the courier he said such a concern should be raised with Flipkart as he does not know the contents of the box being delivered.

              I raised the concern with Flipkart - it has been more than 2 weeks and now Flipkart has said it cannot process the refund as the courier has confirmed that the shipment was delivered in tact. Of course the 1 bottle was delivered in tact... the ### doesnt understand that 11 items were missing.

              Flipkart is a total fraud. Save yourself and dont order from Flipkart. Their customer service is pathetic and their agents are ###. They dont even understand the issue. Sellers on Flipkart are fraudsters.

                        Hi i a flipkart affliate partner for a long time since 2018. I have already earn some amount in flipkart it will be transfer to me through evg on 28 august, 2018. After that i have earned 2700+ rupees as approved payment. But that payment will not received for a long. I preferred evg payment only. More than 8 months they don't sent the payment. The approved amount will be showing 2700+. After 9 to 10 months i am checking the approved amount will be showing 979 rupees only. I check my payment history no payment they have done for me.                           I am using flipkart since 3 year i used it for my daily needs such as grocery, garments, mobile, electronics etc.
                          In these year i thought i can trust this and i started putting money in its wallet everything thing was fine but today morning when i tried to login into my account it show me that my account is blocked.
                          Now there is no way to withdraw my money from the flipkart wallet.
                          I think that flipkart don't have the right to block it's customers hard earned money illegally.
                          Please help me in this regard.

                              I was a regular shopper from flipkart so i got lot of coins.. I saved the coins to redeem it some day.. When is was about to redeem.. My account was blocked. I dont know the reason. No email notification came. I contacted customer executives since last 2019. I was at many cities amd ordered many things.. But now they are asking what you baought,, area pincode id proof.. I submitted everything.. Even now my account is blocked..

                                  The material is not as described and it full opposte to description.
                                  Problems against described.
                                  1 it is not thick meterial and not three thred stich.
                                  2 it is not water proff and uv protect.
                                  3 they not used good buckel. It is not 2inch as mentioned.
                                  4 mirror pocket is not available only but they mentioned in cover descriptin.

                                      I ordered jeans on 22nd of october 2019 through the mode of net banking in which amount was deducted but the order wasn't placed so i placed the order again on the mode of cod of the very same day but on the date of delivery i was out of station so i canceled the order but the earlier ordered amount of inr 598.00 has yet not been credited to my account and now i just have the details of debited amount on my net banking history but not in flipkart. Since i have been suffering a lot because of it so i need a solution asap

                                      I have already contacted the bank for this but they said that thee amount has been deducted from their side and gave me the proof that the seller has received the amount. I have no reason left with me to push them for my money. the problem has occurred from Flipkart. Give me any valid reason with proof so that I should ask them for my money. attaching the screenshot of my net banking showing that the amount has been received by the seller so I don't have any rights to push the bank for this.
