They said i have high return issue.. Seriously.. I am using flipkart from 2013... I found a product without the actual product... Is this is the way to solve my issue...     My phone overheats and the notification light is bugged. And also my system ui stopped working couple of times now. I contacted flipkart to have it replaced as its still under the 10 days replacement guarantee. But when i check on flipkart it says they will contact me on 19th oct 2 pm and it's 21 oct and the date keeps getting pushed forward and the 10 days gonna be over now. They haven't called me once. And the phone was sold by your company.
    This seller is really a fraud... They sell bad products and don't take back them... By using cheap methods, they ends the return period...plzz someone take notice of this cruelty

      Flipkart has blocked my account ([protected]) for game zone.

      Only thing i did was switched my account to my other number account.
      Is it wrong in doing so?

      I didnot do anything apart from it.

      I have sent mails after mails but they are not taking and response nor they are replying to my mails.
      Also i tried calling them but it seems their all agents are busy from last 5 days continuously

      Kindly help as flipkart customer care is worst.

        I am digambar powar, try to complete my due bill amount of rs 1500 from last 41 days but still facing some technical error which is 'transaction was declined on the basis of risk check' is shown during the pay bill so please give solution as early as possible. So flipkart still not working on my issue. I also call to flipkart but they told only we working on your issue but still my issue is not resolved.

            On 14 oct 2019 i was not accept the order due to too late delivery. I was already spoken to your customers care for cancellation of my order. Your executive also take my cancellation request he said i issue a your cancellation request also you received the email and msg. So i already cancle my order so how come it's show delivered? I want my money back or refund there is no option given by your return policy. I have all recording which i was spoke to your customers care executive i clear said that i don't want this order due to late delivery... Also when the delivery boy come for delivery in my house reject the order and return.. So how come it's show delivered? I have that boy mobile number[protected] he was come to my house for delivery.. I was told him i don't want order please cancle it he said he will update the same with filpkart. So how come it's show delivered tom i will file a case against you for fraud transaction. Customer don't have the product still filpkart company said its delivered. I want my money back this is my hard money... I really surprised from filpkart such a pathetic services on. Now the filpkart given me excuse for my solution that today not tom or they after tom it will be solve. Every time i was call customer care service they was told me we will get back to you on 3-4 days

            Today is 23 October 2019 I still not received any refund about my product... This is how filpkart doing business. Just buy the product from filpkart but if any problems or default happened we are not helping to our customers just full them... We make such problems to the client where customer will get frustrated . Your customers care executive are pathetic they don't no what to said there client . I am sharing one query I'd IN[protected] I WANT MY MONEY BACK BY TOMORROW OTHER WISE I WILL COMPLAINT THIS MATTER ON SOCAL MEDIA AND CONSUMER COMPLAINT Today is 23 October 2019 I still not received any refund about my product... This is how filpkart doing business. Just buy the product from filpkart but if any problems or default happened we are not helping to our customers just full them...             Every day your excutive call me ask stupid questions about the product. I was already told you that I was not received the product so why every time your excutive ask this question. I was already mentioned the logistics service boy mobile number. Your executive said it will be take time for investigation, for investigation how many days you want I think you have investigate only in mumbai not a out of India? It's almost a month gone. Every time filpkart told ma'am you get the resolution with in 24 - 48 hrs. I am literally frustrated on you guys for this. I want my refun . How many days or a month you want for investigation? This is filpkart service? This is pathetic services from filpkart I never ever buy a single product from filpkart once I received my refund . I want resolution in next 24 hrs next call from filpkart I want the resolution not a 24 hrs.

              I have played several games in flipkart game zone section and won some prizes, as mentioned at that time the rewards was to be given on 20 oct. I will surly move to consumer court if my problem not solved.

              "fraudulent activity" what do you mean? I am sure l haven't been in any such kind of activities. Whole and sole if feel this all contest is scam just to attract footfall for the sale. Highly disappointed with Flipkart and for sure i am escalating this problem under law.

                Actully i had order a casio watch and 3 shirts of ether brand but due to some quality issue i had file return request againt 2 products which was casio watch and one casual shirt brown and my returned was successfully completed and i got refund of casio watch and i did not recieve refund againt my casual shirt. And i registed comlaint against this matter from last of 8th oct.. But they did not redolve my problem till now and every custumer increase the date of resolution.

                  I have orderd bluetooth headphone on 30 th sep 2019 by flipkart, they give me a expected date 9 th of oct and on 9 th of oct the product was show out for delivery at 9 pm wishmater called me and he will be deliverd product 10 oct. On 10 oct number give by flipkart not responsing after that i called the customer care and they file my complaint and told me that it will solve 24 or 48 hrs. After that i called customer care they give me 15 oct after 15 oct they give me 17 oct after 17 oct i called customer care they give me 19 oct also they give me 21 oct nxt 24 oct. Also customer care executive disconnected my call. No one to proper answer about my product, only give me dates.

                    I ordered a swiss eagle watch online. On 10th oct product was delivered with empty box. I then submitted a replacement request. Then i received another parcel but the box was broken, watch was not working and there was scratches on watch.
                    Also watch manufacturing date was of 2015 with 2 years warranty which already expired

                    I immediately ordered refund which was accepted and i got a message that product will be collected and refund will be done within 3 days. However then it got rejected

                      Book original price: 299 rs
                      Book discounted price :168 rs (After clubbing many books in same order and big billion day discount)

                      I have not received the the book (The heart of success) yet (21st oct 2019), irrespective of many complaints and customer calls/even after emai. Not got the proper message why book is not yet delivered.

                      My concern is if flipkart by any chance cancel my order by then they should pay full amount 299rs or else please deliver the book within estimated time frame.

                        Ordered a samsung fridge 415 ltr on big billion day sales on 01/10/2019. I got it at very good price compared to any other sites. The promised delivery was before 14/10/2019. But its already 21/10/2019 there is no clue of the delivery. Tried to reach out to flipkart like 20 times and finally they blocked my number from calling their customer care and now i cannot call. From this it seems like all the big billion day sales is a scam. I believe the product was never supposed to be delivered at first place. It's just a scam of making money by earniing interest on the amount paid. Keep prolonging the delivery until the customer cancels.

                        The delivery partner gati is also in hand with this scam. They kept on updating fake progress and updated saying customer not available. The shipping was done from very near by location where they could have directly delivered. But they chose to send to opposite end of the city. From there again it was sent back to a hub near to my location which it again sent to opposite end of my location. This went on until 21/10/2019 and today i can see the product is being sent back to another opposite end of the city probably for return.

                        All the people who believe they got a product at cheaper price in flipkart, beaware, its just waste of time and their means of earning interest.

                                I ordered a home town bolton queen size bed on flipkart on 3rd oct 2019. Firstly the technician to install the bed was unavailable we had to make multiple calls to get the installation done.

                                The bed delivered by flipkart was damaged and was not in a condition to install it.
                                I had initiated a refund and return on 11th october. The order was supposed to be picked up on 17th of october as mentioned by the flipkart team.

                                    I ordered a home town bolton queen size bed on flipkart on 3rd oct 2019. Firstly the technician to install the bed was unavailable we had to make multiple calls to get the installation done.

                                    The bed delivered by flipkart was damaged and was not in a condition to install in.
                                    I had initiated a refund and return on 11th october. The order was supposed to be picked up on 17th of october as mentioned by the flipkart.
                                    But the order is not yet been picked up and there is not update mail or even calls from the company. I have tried calling them several times but there is no response from them. Their service is extremely bad.
                                    Please look into it and try to resolve this.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I smriti gurung ordered for redmi note 7s on 13th october 2019. I received the product on 14th of october 2019. The back camera seemed to have some issue as there were black ripples and shadow while i tried to take pictures or videos. I immediately complained for the same vide complaint number in[protected]. I received a call from the technician for the visit. The technician could clearly see the issue however he closed the issue with fake comments stating the phone was ok. I raised the issue again on the same day after i received a mail about the fake updates of the technician. Since then i tried to contact flipkart and has almost spoken to 5 customer case service executive regarding the issue however then did not pay any heed to my problems. Finally they marked me a mail to go and visit an y nearby service center. I would like to highlight they are misbehaving nd sending defective products against our har4d earned money and then forcing us to face such issues. Kindly help us.
