Hello sir, i won 2 rewards (1 earphone and one powerbank on 25th and 26th september respectively), many supercoins and few gift vouchers in quiz time and crazy cannon games held under the game zone section in flipkart between 22nd september to 4th october and the rewards and all other winnings were supposed to be credited till 9th october as mentioned by flipkart but when i complained to them on 10th october that i have not received my winnings they kept escalating the issue and on 15th october the seller and flipkart blocked me from playing further games and also not crediting the earlier rewards telling that according to sellers update you are blocked from playing and won't get the awards too, they are telling that according to the t&cs if you login same account in different devices you will be disqualified, but i have checked many times it is nowhere written in the t&cs and they are deliberately not mentioning as to save themselves from giving away the rewards. Also wanted to expose their double standards - a person can order from same account in different devices but can't play games. If thisnis the t&c they should have mentioned in the t&cs page but nothing is mentioned about this thing there and now flipkart is not willing to help and not giving the pending rewards too. I urge you to help me getting my rewards and made flipkart to unblock me from playing in the gamezone too. Flipkart is shamelessly blocking many users like me, even when i played all the games fairly & genuinely. Also i want to mention that i played according to the t&cs mentioned by them even then they are doing such things. I hope you take appropriate action on this and urge flipkart to help me on this regard. Hoping for a quick and positive response. I'm also attaching screenshots of flipkarts response to the complaint and the t&cs page. Thanks.

We would like to inform you that Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.

Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right to determine the winners and such determination shall be as per the terms and conditions. The decision of Sellers and Flipkart in this regard shall be final.

First tell me the reason why my account is not eligible for game zone? What have I done? Is it Just because I won rewards, supercoins and gift vouchers playing the games in the game zone and the seller and flipkart doesn't want to give me the rewards now? Or is that seller only wants his fake and dummy players to win so that he need not give away the prizes to the genuine players?

Secondly I want to ask, whether I will be able to play in the game zone in future or not? Is my account temporarily blocked or permanently? Answer in YES or No? And if YES than tell me a date range and if NO than By to flipkart forever, I will uninstall flipkart right away and do Reply to my above queries, It's my right to know why I'm blocked @flipkartsupport .

    I have booked a nikon camera on oct 3, expected delivery oct 13. On 13th, they inform me, there is some issue. Please give us time till oct 16. On oct 16, they ask for time till oct 17. Then, till oct 18. Finally, they disappeared. I raised a concern on chat. She tell me, she can't solve it right now. They will call back in 24 hours. I managed to miss that call and called them back. Again response will be only in 24 hours.
    Now, begins the real story.
    Final settlement is to cancel the order. Place the new order at new price and new payment terms (Which of course does not include no cost emi). They will refund you the difference in the form of gift voucher after you pay and receive the new order. Gift voucher amount cannot be encashed in account and has to be spent within one year, only on flipkart.

    @flipkart, why is this disappointing to me as a customer and i will not trust you again?
    1. You are not giving me same deal again which is no mistake of mine. Issues with your sellers, technical glitches in website, if any, are your problems. Not mine as a customer.
    2. You didn't even bother to follow up about a situation where you are failing to deliver an order until i followed up. Shows poor concern for the customers and their orders.
    3. Your customer care is not at all cooperative and apologetic beyond the formal figure of speech. They are like, 'this is the system. This is the policy. We don't care even if you are customer. This is it. Take it or not. Your wish!'
    4. When you have booked my order, of course i trusted you and did not place the same order with any other portal. Because of your failure to deliver, i missed the opportunity to order from any other portal. Clearly, disappointing for the trust shown your brand.
    5. You have also blocked my money from my account for this period. So again, i could not place another order with you or anybody else because i my money is with you till you solve the issue. Was it planned?
    6. Let me not talk about getting the frustration of all this instead of joy of buying a new product during biggest festival season.

    Dear Support,
    Seller is providing the difference amount only in terms of price. But payment terms are different. Earlier, I was buying it on no cost EMI option. Now, that option is not at all there. I have to pay the interest in the EMI which was not the case earlier. So please realize that the new deal is not same as before. You (your seller) might have matched the price difference but not the payment terms. And hence I am ending up paying extra for no fault of mine.

    And thanks for accepting that refund will be reflected back to my account by 30th Oct. So you kept my money from Oct 2 to Oct 30. For doing what?

          Last month, we did ordered and paid for 2 bottles of english perfume. We have received only one bottle of the perfume. Our claim is also well supported by a video evidence. I do believe that the supplier must have omitted a quantity either with or without knowledge.
          The matter remained unsolved for a long. Requested to sort it out before an authorities designed to protect consumer approchead. Some customers shouldn’t be underestimated.

                  Myself himanshu panwar, i purchased realme xt mobile phone 8gb ram, 128gb rom varient from flipkart on 14-october-2019. Which got delivered on 19-oct-2019. I have complaint about the camera of phone which is not performed well as per said by flipkart website, the camera got blurred on 5x zoom it shows dots which got more blurred on 10x zoom. As i register my complaint issue to flipkart for phone exchange 3 times, they send the same technician again and again for visit to my home and technician said that its the issue of company and all phones are same like this. I said him to atleast write my issue in his examination sheet which is clearly visible and accepted by technician also but he said this issue can only be solved by flipkart and when i again contact flipkart executives they register the replacement issue with same technician visit and there procedure and finally technician send normal report and my complaint got unilaterally resolved by flipkart themselves, so again and again my replacement complaint got no solution. I got fedup and frustated with the issue, i want my money back. I want refund, so kindly help me please.

                    Dear team,

                    Please note that i have ordered a samsung 253 l frost free double door 3 star refrigerator from the flipkart website on 7th october 19, and the promised delivery date was 11th october 19. After not receiving the product on 11th october i kept my patience and decided to wait for another 5 days.

                    Then i was notified on the app from the flipkart that the issue will be resolved by 19th october, but yet there was no response nor any resolution until 20th october.

                    On 21st october i received a call from their end stating that the issue will resolved in another 24-48 hours.

                    Now it has been the height on my patience and yet i have not received my product. Seeking a speedy resolution & a compensation from flipkart for the miss.

                    Hope you would do the needful at the earliest.

                      R/s sir my self dinesh jain a regular customer of yours purchased a iphone 7 order id no od[protected] on 27 th august 2019 through flipkart on 1st sep it was delivered but i shocked that it is a old out of warranty phone instead of new i got it when i went to service centre for understanding functions they said it is a old device then i contacted with flipkart they promised me for refund on date 27 th oct but they cancelled it i again contacted them they again promised me for replacement on date 3th oct but they again cancelled i contacted again they again promised me for replace on 8th oct but again they cancelled at again i contacted they again promised me for replacement on 14th oct and on 15 th oct they again cancelled once again your team committed for 23 the oct and at last they again cancelled it 22th oct so sir this happened for fivetimes and i am feeling very harassment that this is out of limit no action was taken against seller so sir je it is not good for flipkart areputed company so look into this matter immediately otherwise i will go to upper legal authority for justice than it will be not good for your goodwill my order id no is od[protected] and my mobile no are [protected], [protected] and contact me for gave a positive solution

                        Sharing my personnel experience
                        Please don't buy any mobiles from flipkart. If you are not happy with the product they don't care and they are not worried about the customer satisfaction. They have jeeves as their technical service partners and they work only under the guidelines of the flipkart. Fflpkart's customer service is a major problem especially relates to mobile. Either refund or replacement or enhancement nothing is possible as they always use the word sorry for n number of times and they only talk about their policy matters relates to the product. They hide the sellers contact and email details of the vendor too.
                        Though we know the seller is vision star, we cannot find any details on search to contact.
                        Think twice before buying any mobiles from flipkart.

                        There is no point in reverting back, your comment is just for the sake of public information. If you are really serious post the seller details otherwise return the money back or replace the mobile with the 128gb ram with 8gb ram blue

                          I ordered a refrigerator as part of the order no od[protected],
                          I received a refrigerator which is way smaller than the pictures shown on the website, it have scratches at right side below main door, it makes weird noise.

                          The order was delivered on october 17 2019 and i am continuously raising a refund request and the seller is cancelling it again and again, even though the policy says i can return it till oct 27 2019,

                          The seller name is omnitechretail.

                          Flipkart customer care again and again replies with an automatic reply saying

                          "sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item.in case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand"

                          Which has already happened thrice in last 4 days.

                          Flipkart is frauding the customers by lurking them to buy crap products by showing lucrative pictures and then not accepting the returns, this is a big online scam taking place.

                          Please do not buy any product from flipkart, i am filing this complaint and will definitely go ahead with the legal proceedings be required.

                          " They replied and showed me a link with Return policy "saying that Refrigerators are not eligible for returns from this seller", There is no mention of this link on the listing page or if they want to write such things, They should write in bold letters at selling page, not at some link which nobody goes and access while buying online.

                          Or "Flipkart while showing ads on television should say these terms and conditions aloud so that people are aware that buying products from Flipkart is like it would never be accepted as a return"

                          This is how they treat their customers and look at this world's best so called Flipkart "Customer Care" Team, closing the complaints without any proper comments, saying it duplicate which we do not even know.

                          This is a big scam and fraud run online by Flipkart running together with OmniRetailTech,
                          PLEASE BEWARE EVERYONE ABOUT THIS.
                          Just to add "THEY REJECTED MY RETURN AND REFUND FOR THE 5TH TIME AFTER REQUESTING WITHOUT ANY PROPER COMMENTS AND I AM STILL WITHIN 10 DAYS RETURN PERIOD"

                            Hello team,

                            I purchased a sony bravia led smart tv from flipkart on 6 october 2019 and i have paid all the money. The expected delivery date was 16 october but today is 22 october tv is not delivered yet. I have complaint many times in customer care but they are not delivering tv.

                            The most annoying thing is that when i complain about delivery the customer service says our courtier partner called you but you refused to take the delivery but i didn't receive a call from their courier partner gati courier

                            Then i apply for reattempt then they say our courier partner didn't find your address how is this possible first they said i didn't pick up call when their courier partner about to deliver (As the customer care executive said) and now second time the courier didn't find address.

                            After expected delivery date 16 October they say we will resolve your issue by 22 then nothing happened now they are saying wait for 48 hours.

                            I have paid my money about 20 thousands 3weeks ago and now they are just saying wait we will resolve it.

                            And who is responsible for it i want full explanation .

                            Flipkart is doing mental harrasment, playing with my emotions and wasting my time and money who is responsible for this?

                            The Gift Cards can be redeemed online against Sellers listed on www.flipkart.com or Flipkart Mobile App or Flipkart m-site (“ Platform”) only.
                            Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.

                            1. Gift Cards will expire after 12 months from the date of issue.
                            2. Gift Card cannot be club with cash on delivery option, it can only club with prepaid mode of payment { credit card, debit card or online banking }.
                            3. Within 24 hours gift card will be reflecting in your flipkart account.

                            Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card. The Gift Card payment option is not available for single orders with multiple sellers.

And in this account i have 1500 super coin and gift voucher also added.. I am using this account for personal uses and my brother, sister and collegue. And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. And return the order without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please provide the resolution and unlock my account

                                  Still my request status is inprogress from last 3 days. Just because of
                                  Your executive mistake im facing lot of problem. Last week saturday pickup
                                  Boy rejectected to collect my mobile. From that day onwards my request is
                                  In inprogress status and not able to raise another request for replacement.
                                  Saturday customer care executives told me wait for 24 hours to close
                                  Existing rquest later they said wait for 40hours. Yeasterday monday again
                                  When i contacted to customer care they said existing request is inprogress
                                  Status wait for 4more days. I never expected this kind of service from
                                  Flipkart. This is the worst experience in my life. As im travelling to out
                                  Of station on 29th october and im not available. My 10 days replacement
                                  Warranty its going to expire on 25th october. If my issue is not resolved
                                  Before 25th then im going to raise complaint. This is the worst service of
                                  Flipkart.

                                  Yesterday when i checked with customer care they told me request is still inprogress due to some technical issue from flipkart.
                                  But today when i talked with executive through chat confirmed that request is still inprogress because seller is not closed my existing request and not able to raise another request for replacement.

                                    Myself himanshu panwar, i purchased realme xt mobile phone 8gb ram, 128gb rom varient from flipkart on 14-october-2019. Which got delivered on 19-oct-2019. I have complaint about the camera of phone which is not performed well as per said by flipkart website, the camera got blurred on 5x zoom it shows dots which got more blurred on 10x zoom. As i register my complaint issue to flipkart for phone exchange 3 times, they send the same technician again and again for visit to my home and technician said that its the issue of company and all phones are same like this. I said him to atleast write my issue in his examination sheet which is clearly visible and accepted by technician also but he said this issue can only be solved by flipkart and when i again contact flipkart executives they register the replacement issue with same technician visit and there procedure and finally technician send normal report and my complaint got unilaterally resolved by flipkart themselves, so again and again my replacement complaint got no solution. I got fedup and frusted with the issue, i want my money back. I want refund, so kindly help me please.

                                        I ordered for bajaj product with order id od[protected] i received other company (Racold) product, i have raised a request for replacement, but without any notification flipkart initiated refund, but i didn't receive any refund/return, now the status showing refund/replacement is cancelled without any reason why it is cancelled, when i call to customer support executive they response is very rude and unprofessional. I didn't receive any call/email for return or refund or refund cancellation., now they are telling me to contact bajaj customer care, i didn't receive any bajaj product how can they help me in this. And the customer care executive ask me to contact seller, i didn't order from the seller and i didn't pay him directly, i ordered in flipkart and paid to flipkart, now they are telling the refund policy period is expired and they are not going to replace or refund me. There is no reason updated why the return request has been cancelled, please do needful.
