This is really absurd from the flipkart delivery boy. They don't even take a fully functional small scratch phones for exchnage. What do you guys want a brand new phone in return. I ordered two phones with exchange and delivery rejected both of them. Both my old phone are in perfectly working condition and with original screen. Okay the phone have some small wear and tear, but it is a used phone, it is not going to be in pristine condition. I have purchased two phones from amazon recently and they just look for screen and blieve me those phones are in worst condition than these two well functioning phones.

    I have ordered d-link router on big billion days offer 7 october 2019 and paid the money at the time of order and its showed delivered at 10 october 2019 but i didn’t received it. I complaint to customer care of flipkart they also saying its delivered. I told them if i recieved it why should i call you take my compalint and deliver my router then also they were giving miss leading information and try not to take complaint. I already paid for the prouduct it is not delivered to me and showing delivered on their website and also i got sms for the same. Please ressolve the issue my order id :- od[protected]

      Dear team,

      Reference to the order id od[protected] placed successfully on 04th oct, 2019 and shipped on 05th oct, 2019 but till date i haven't received my parcel. On the flipcart it is showing that it will be reached to me by 15th oct, 2019. Why it should take such a long time, when the parcel has been shipped on 05th oct, 2019? On the contrary i have placed some order through amazon seller on the same day i. E. On 04th oct, 2019 and i have received all my items from amazon seller.

      So why flipcart is taking so long time to deliver my parcel? I am very much concerned about the same as i have purchased the product on emi basis and all the formalities related to emi has been processed by my bank (Axis bank ltd) and in the coming days emi amount is scheduled to be billed in my credit card statement. What will happen if the product is not delivered to me? Bank will reverse the whole amount, they won't charge emi cancellation charges to me. If my bank will charge any amount for the reversal of emi will flipcart pay to me? I am just fed up with all that thoughts. This is my first purchase on flipcart. I opted this time for flipcart due to good discount. But never thought that the delivery process is going to be so long.

      Please let me know where is my parcel and deliver to my address at the earliest.

        Flipkart delivered fridge on 6th oct'19 morning. Six days are completing and installation of whirlpool fridge is not done. Many compliments done but flipkart is not completed installation. Everyday complained to customer care of flipkart but installation is not done. Flipkart is not completing the assignments completely even for other purchases also.

        Installation of fridge done today. Flipkart taken 15 days for installation where I could not use the fridge from 6th Oct'19 delivered. Now, warranty is considered from 3rdOct'19. It means customer lost 17 days of warranty. Flipkart is doing fraud and mischievous things. Customer is suffering.

          I need to know the reason for me getting blocked from Flipkart. I ordered a case for the Poco f1 which was cancelled by the seller stating that I am trying to resell the product to someone else. So I ignored that and ordered again, which got cancelled again for the same reason. So I contacted the customer care and they said the issue would be resolved by 5th of October. So I just placed order from a different seller a different mobile case. Again it was cancelled for the same reason. And on 5th of October I received a mail saying that I am trying to buy from Flipkart and sell to others. Are there any human workers left in the company or everything computerized? Do they have any sense left? Is this the way they behave with your customers, and that too with a Flipkart plus customer. This is ridiculous. If Flipkart needs proof that I purchase for myself then they should check with me first. If they have any intelligence, they should have gone through my past orders where they could find the Poco f1 which I have ordered an year back. So what's wrong with me buying accessories for my phone? Flipkart has the worst ever service I have ever seen. This never happened to me with any others like Amazon, paytm, or anyone else. But Flipkart has ruined my day. Their customer service is too useless. They can't even affirm me anything. I have contacted them more than 4 times. They just say everything has to be done by back end team and I have to wait for 72hrs. It's the same reply for 5 calls with the customer service.Always all they is "wait till the end of so and so date". What's the use waiting while I'm receiving mails that I'm blocked ? What am I, a criminal or what? They are violating the customer policies and being too sense less. They don't even send a human written mail to me always I receive a same computer generated mail and got frustrated with it. If they ban my account they should at least let me access through my past orders. Am I a fool to spend loads of money till now in Flipkart. It's the least they can do. There is no use of their customer service. All they can say is that we can understand your situation and will escalate this matter to back end team and they will resolve it soon.

            Phone problem:
            I purchased oppo f11 pro mobile from flipkart,
            And after just one day o[censored]se i find front camera is faulty,
            After switching to front camera it start and shows main camera on screen instead front,
            So initially i thought it's a software bug,
            So i did reset camera settings, soft format, hard format and every time camera works for half and hour and failed again.

            Replacement issue with flipkart:
            So i placed replacement request on flip kart,
            First they called me on my phone and told me to do server setting related stuff which was not worked for me (And which was i already tried before their call), then they arranged technician visit to check phone.

            Technician 1st visit:
            So technician visited on the same day and again he did hard reset and cancelled my return request,
            Even after i told him that after some time camera will stop work,
            And just after 20 min it failed.
            So again i placed return request and flipkart again arranged 2nd technician visit.

            Technician 2nd visit:
            Technician visited again on next day, and again he did hard reset :),
            And he was there when camera failed again so he took video and photo as a proof and send that video to his organisation,
            And they suggested to check software update,
            Which i already did, but on that same day new update was released which was about (2.5 gb), so technician again cancelled return request and told me to check after update over wifi.

            Now i just updated phone at my home and it's still not working.

            Flipkart is very slow to provide quick solution, i'm really frustrated because of all this.

              I ordered apple airpods with wireless charging on september 30th, 2019 during big billion days sale.
              I recieved the delivery on oct4th, 2019. The box just had the usb cable and nothing else.
              Someone from flipkart or the delivery agent has stolen the product and delivered it to me.
              There is no replacement made or money refunded.
              It has been 8 days since the concern is raised.
              The seller without checking any information rejected the replacement request raised on 4th oct, 2019.
              I have raised a new request again immediatly. Since then i only received a mail asking for my consent to raise the fir but nothing is being done. The customer help desk agents and the seniors in the escalation team give the dumbest response to wait till 19th october, 2019 for "resolution".
              There is not a single call received from flipkart team till now except for social media team because i raised this concern on twitter.
              There is zero progress made. There is no proof that fir is registered after i gave consent.
              Past days i have to call up flipkart daily only to listen to wait till 19th october, nothing except that.
              # customer service ever.
              I am the one who paid the amount and di not even recieve the product and the team says resolution doesnt mean replacement or refund and they will only see what went wrong.
              There is no way for to raise concern against the seller!
              Am put through this mental trauma by flipkart for commiting the mistake of ordering a product from their website during bigbillion days.
              Pay the amount + dont get the product + go through mental toruture is what you get by ordering from flipkart.

                I ordered redmi note 7 pro on 30th september. I got the shipment on 2nd october. After few days i found my phone is not working properly. I requested for return and next day a technician visited me. And he couldn't fixed the problem so he approved for replacement. It was 6th october the replacement was approved. And expected delivery date was 11th oct which is today but my product is still not packed. Flipkart customer service is #. Each time they are giving different excuses. I don't know what to do.

                  I had bought google pixel phone from flipkart on 1/10/19, through flipkart seller omnitechretail. The product was shipped on 3/10/19 via delhivery courier, with tracking id[protected]. It reached the nearest hub on 5/10/19. Since then delivery was not attempted even once. Both flipkart and delhivery courier are not responding, and flipkart is refusing to cancel the order. I suspect a fraud is going on. Please help me in getting my money back

                    Perhaps return policy was up to 9 oct 2019 and i have requested under the return policy date.
                    Please help me to get rid of this problem.
                    Flipkart is cheating and not returning the product.
                    I dont want this product, i want refund for this defective product.

                      I have made a return request of my product on 5 october and tech visit was promised by 9 october since then i had been contacting customer care by mail and telephone but didn't receive any response only. They are delaying this matter and spoiling my festival. Status is not updated in tracking section. Neither the technician had arrived nor contacted. Team support is not marketable and efforts are not satisfying and even did not showing concern about the product damage. Installation team has not guided us. We feel insecure about our purchase and money. We will soon move to consumer court for this attitude

                        product not been delivered though it reached nearest hub since 3 days

                        I wonder why flipkart and ekart has failed to deliver my mobile product ordered on oct-2 and which reached my nearest hub 4 days back in hyderabad but still not delivered and even no proper communication for delay in delivery. The tracking of product showing its dispatched and received stories from mother hub to local hub and back again. Please don't cheat customers like this, other wise you will loose your business and credibility....

                        I have placed order and paid money on purchase.
                        Order was suppose to deliver on 3rd oct 19 today its 11 oct 19 and no any response from flikpart about solid solution.
                        Pathetic service by flipkart. I tried several times to connect with flipkart cc, initially they promised my order will be delivered on 9th oct 19 still no any response from them.

                        Flipkart is scam. I have suffered a lot for mentally by chasing for my own product for which i have paid money.

                        I will never buy from flipkart again anything and advice will be same to everyone.

                              Sir, i placed an order by order no. Cs[protected] and it was accepted by the company.
                              1. When the delivered boy came to deliver the delivery, he demanded for extra money which not gated by them due to which he failed the delivery, which is very wrong. It has become a habit of this person. This person deliver in this area for more than 2 year, so cast this man to change.
                              2. The payment of rs.8299/- accepted by the company, which i should be back in my account at earliest as possible.

                                Had booked mi note 7 pro on 30 sep 2019 on flip-kart and got
                                Successfully delivery on 4 oct 2019.
                                On receipt the parcel, when i opened box i saw mobile of different
                                Specifications. Like mi note 7a with 2 bg rm 16 memory & my mobile has
                                Specification of 4 gb ram & 64 gb memory. Charges toward the same has been
                                Paid at the time of booking.

                                After delivery, immediately called & informed to flipkart call center &
                                Register complaint on the day i received wrong mobile, but till date i have
                                Not received any positive reply from flipkart which is making me irritate.
                                I was three time register replacement request. From my side have done
                                Enough followups and mailing with you but in reply i am just getting your
                                Ivr notifications.

                                  I have ordered one mobile phone "mi a2" from flipkart on 2nd sep 2019. (Amount 14301)

                                  Order number: od[protected]

                                  I got an used product.

                                  • mobile box is not shield pack.
                                  • charger and mobile contains 26-28 scratches.
                                  • mobile phone is laminated with gorila glass as well as front camera of mobile phone is dusty.
                                  • contains oil on the body of the phone.
                                  • not found any warranty card and assessor in the mobile box.
                                  • even box has many scratches.
                                  • seller sticks the bar-codes and all sticker on box again.

                                  I was going to the mi service center for tracking the mobile by its imei number. Fortunately, they told me that this mobile phone was activated in the 28 jan 2019. You delivered that old phone as a new one on 5th sep 2019.

                                  I continuously try to contact flipkart, from 5th sep 2019 but there is 0% progress on my refund. They always extend my refund date period. Today is 10th oct 2019.

                                  I got one mail from flipkart on 6th sep 2019, that we need your permission to file a fir against the seller and revert on this mail. Within in 10 min i revert back to then with my permission to file fir against seller.

                                  I have file two complains against the product “mi a2 mobile phone” which i received by flipkart. I have got used product (8.5 month used phone) and i have also, mailed them all details. But every time you extend the date of solution.

                                  Order date: 2th sep 2019
                                  Delivery date: 5th sep 2019
                                  First refund request creation date: 5th sep 2019
                                  First refund request cancellation date: 11th sep 2019 (Cancelled by your cs executive during phone call)
                                  Second refund request creation date: 11th sep 2019 (Cs executive told me to create new one)
                                  Second refund request cancellation date: 17th sep 2019

                                  Reason behind the cancellation of 1st refund request is, flipkart cs told me i have selected wrong reason for request. He cancelled my request during a phone call on 11th sep 2019. I call flipkart every day for my request result but they did not tell me that my reason was wrong. Suddenly, on 11th sep cs told about that and he cancelled my request from his side. And told me to create new one.

                                  Reason behind the cancellation of 2nd refund request is, flipkart cs told me i have selected wrong reason for request. Then i told him back don’t lie and check again in your system, then he told me you are right your request is correct and he will forward my issue to backend team, all this thing done on 17 sep 2019.

                                  The date extend period by flipkart :
                                  They provide the solution of every problem in 72 hours.
                                  1. Complained on 5th sep 2019
                                  2. Date given by flipkart: 8th sep 2019
                                  3. Got request for extend 24 hours more: 9th sep 2019
                                  4. Date given by flipkart: 11th sep 2019
                                  5. Got request for extend 24 hours more: 11th sep 2019
                                  6. Date given by flipkart: 14th sep 2019
                                  7. Got request for extend 72 hours more: 14th sep 2019
                                  8. Closed my request on 17th sep 2019
                                  9. Wait more till 21 sep 2019
                                  10. Wait more till 24 sep 2019
                                  11. Wait more till 27 sep 2019

                                  As well as, i got a call from flipkart on 16th sep 2019 from unknown number, he told me that flipkart wish master pickup product from my home in 2 days (19 sep 2019). And next day on 17 sep 2049, i got a mail of related to cancellation of request. How this can be possible?

                                  Also, when i call on the toll-free number of flipkart on 16th sep 2019, then they told me i got my refund till 19th sep 2019. But i got mail on 17th sep 2019 that my request was cancelled.

                                  I have attached mobile photos in pdf. So, you can check the quality of your product.

                                  Now, flipkart doesn't respond to my any message, call and mails. Last on 27 sep 2019, got a mail related to my refund request, and that is "we got an info from delivery agency that box was shield."

                                  Flipkart doesn't provide open delivery for this kind of items. So, how can delivery agency confirmed that box is shield pack?. But still i got above mail

                                  I have all mails, messages, chats and call recordings which i have make to flipkart. The biggest proof: mi service center gives me the activation date (28-jan-2019) of that mobile by its imei number. Also, i have told this to flipkart as well.

                                  I have gone through consumer court as well but one branch was asking to pay 10000 for file a case. And they don't provide guarantee that we will win the case.

                                  Today, I have got call from Flipkart. Customer call executive told me that we already provide the resolution related to your query. I have raised this query 3rd time. Now Flipkart doesn't support me more.

                                  But now they cheaters doesn't help me to get my refund and take actions against that fraud seller.

                                    I order a phone from flipkart online on 30 sep 2019 and they promised the delivery date of 4 oct 2019 but after it is not delivered i am following up to get it delivered and they are giving a new date but yesterday they called me up and asked me to cancel my order. They have cheated me
                                    It was ordered during festive offer discount and i bought this on no cost emi so i asked them to compensate the difference of amont of the phone by current rate plus bank penalty to cancel the emi and also compensate for delayed and creating trouble to contacting many times over phone and chat. This was purchase for an occasion to be gifted on 7 oct but due to non delivery i had to purchase from market at regular price. Where i was wrong to ask for compensate. Phone is not delivered yet

This is repeated from oct 8 and 7 days are passed with this exercise by doing this the complaint would not be resolved. i demand compensate with regular price[protected] with 432+77 bank penalty immediately

                                      Transaction failed of order id od[protected] and the transaction amount 999 rupees. I was booking a boat rockerz 400 super extra bass bluetooth headset with mic 30th sep 2019 and payment was through the bank (Debit card) transfer and after i finished the payment by entering the otp, amount got debited and the order was not confirmed. Spoke with the flipkart team they said they did not receive the payment and discussed with the bank they said amount has been settled to flipkart, bank shared me the proof for the payment confirming that flipkart has received the amount. Customer care at flipkart said that amount will be credited to my account in 7 working days and today is 11th oct 2019 and my amount is not refund in my account.
