I am a flipkart plus veteran customer who has completed a good range of order in flipkart from past. I have placed order od[protected] on 4th of october. And promised date of deliver is oct 11. And it has reached our near by hub 3 days back but i havent received the product till now. I tried calling customer support team multiple teams. No response at all. They dont have any info about it. Worst service flipkart

    I ordered a Jockey Men's Brief and a book 'A century is not enough' from flipkart on 29th September, 2019. Delivery date of Jockey Men's Brief was 6th October and that of the book was 8th October. Today is 14th October. I have raised the issue to flipkart. All they say the matter has been escalated and those two items will be delivered as soon as possible. Please help me out. The order ID of the books is OD[protected] and that of the Jockey Men's Brief is OD[protected]. I am providing all the images regarding this two products below.

      I had ordered an apple ipad air on october 3rd 2019 via flipkart. Promised delivery date was 11th october 2019. Today is 14th october 2019. I havent recieved the order. Tracking shows it is still not packed or shipped. No response from customer service. Kindly help me in this regard.
      I have been calling flipkart numbers times for resolution but all im getting js blank reassurance that a team is working on it and please wait for 48 hours. Atleast 4 forty eight hours have been crossed and yet they havent given my product or an explanation as to why it is delayed. Kindly resolve this issue flipkart

        I have a product booked on 29 Sep 2019 and so far not delivered, it is supposed to deliver on 07 Oct 2019.

        I called the customer care and raised the complaint on 10 Oct 2019. But no action taken so far, tried reaching your customer care on 12 Oct and 14 Oct 2019 and when explained the problem to your representative, he asked he will escalate the problem but action taken.

        Please see that my courier is reached immediately to my location or let me know were can I pick my product in Hyderabad.

        I feel the delivery of 15 days for a product with in Hyderabad is very late and want to know the actual reason behind the delay.

        Hope I get a resolution to my complaint ASAP.

I can't able to trace the order. If you can't deliver with the given time, pl.cancel the order and refund the same.

            This message is regarding to the incidence i have faced in flipkart and their customer support, i have raised issues multiple times and nothing is happening. I called customer support multiple times and its all in vain all ask me to wait for some time and the deadline keeps on extending and its been more than 10 days now. I'm writing this mail in complete frustration i have faced because of flipkart and its customer support team. i cant find any solution and even after the deadline there is no update from flipkart and neither flipkart contacted me for same. I want my product at any cost and i cant tolerate this behaviout from flipkart anymore, i will look forward towards legal proceedings. Incidence: IN[protected] Order ID Order ID - OD[protected] Transacton id- PZT[protected]Z132K01 Product name Wrangler Skinny Men's Grey Jeans The promised delivery date of this product was 2nd of October and it was shipped on 28th sept however there were no updates after 28th sept for the same product, I waited for it and finally raised a concern for same at Flipkart on 7th oct and I was assured that it will be solved by 8th oct. however on 8th of October I received that it will be solved by 10th oct. I waited patiently and on [protected]@th after calling the customer support said wait until 12th oct 11am and I did same and nothing happened. After calling again on 12th they said the issue is unresolved and I should wait until 7pm on same day and item will be delivered at any cost still nothing happened. And when I called at 7pm they asked me to wait for next day 11 am and now when I called they are asking me to wait for another 24hours and I’m completely frustrated by this behaviour of yours, I’m in position where I’m frustrated by calling again and again and sending mails again and again with no support from customer support team. I’m sick of your false assurance. I have proof of everything flipkart have said and assured and nothing happened . I’m doing this as last resort and I hope my issue is resolved. If not, I will be looking further for legal proceedings of wasting my time and money. I'm attaching photos for proof. Its been so many fake assurance that it will be delivered to me within 24 hours at any cost and it havent been delivered. the deadline is passed and its not delivered even after multiple complaints. i have raised at least 20 complaints on social media, customer care, email and nothing happened. Please look into it and give me resolution as its high time. i have attached the proof that the item was supposed to be delivered by today as per said by flipkart customer service agent and its not delivered. what should i do in this case? i'm fed up of flipkarts false promises. I’m harassed by customer support from Flipkart and my mental peace is completely disturbed by such treatment by Flipkart. I have invested a lot of hard earned money on multiple calls and other resources used by me to contact flipkart. Flipkart is responsible for any wrong-doings happened to me.

            My complaint still remains unsolved and I haven’t got any revert even after sending multiple mails and trying to contact on social media. My mails regarding to same are getting ignored. No support is provided by Flipkart regarding to matter.

One article reached me on 02/10/2019, but the second one, which was scheduled to be delivered within 09/10/2019, has yet not been delivered till date. The shipment information of the article shows that the product will be delivered by ekart bearing tracking id: fmpp[protected].
              Please, ensure that the product reaches me soon.

                The flipkart cancelled my order without my permission. Refund will delayed. I cant afford others. How can flipkart cancel my order without any permission or notification. i cant utilise the sale season and it take much time to refund the amound. while calling the customer care they telling foolish answer and every customer care executives telling different answer. very bad experience from flipkart

                  I ordered a laptop from flipkart on 1st Oct 2019 and they promised the delivery date of 9 oct 2019 but after that changed delivery date to 12th Oct. and again changed to 16th October.
                  When I contacted customer care they said that due to high volume sells in big billion day sale the order is taking longer.
                  But on 13th they called and says that your order cannot be delivered as seller is not able to deliver the product and to cancel the order and to place new order.
                  The same seller is still selling the same laptop in Diwali sale also but cannot provide the laptop to previous order, what kind of service is that. And flipkart is not seeing that the seller is still selling the laptop but don't want to deliver to previous orders that were bought in discount.
                  If flipkart cannot honour the deals they run on their site then why give such offers, just to loot the customers.

                  I had bought the laptop in sale and on EMI, also flipkart want me to cancel the order after 13 days of placing the order.
                  I just want the laptop I ordered. I am not going to cancel the order.

                  Experience is getting worse. Delivery date changed to 20 Oct. After talking to social media representative and customer service executive I waited till today but to vain . package is not packed yet.
                  1. If flipkart seller cannot deliver why are they extending delivery date day by day.
                  How is seller able to sell same laptop even now when he is not able to ship previous orders made in BBD sale, this means BBD was scam and seller intentially donor want to deliver it.
                  3. Who will pay the cost of preclosure of EMI that will be imposed to close the EMI as seller has not yet cancelled the order.
                  Worst mental trauma from India's biggest e-commerce website. I recieved a message that seller will credit 300 rs to flipkart walllet for delay in delivery also not recieved that
                  Thank you for this experience. I think I will never be able to buy expensive things online again.

                  Finally flipkart cancelled my order stating the item was out of stock.
                  Seller is still selling same model. Wow that's great kind of out of stock.

                      I ordered oppo f11 pro from Flipkart on 30th Sept delivery date was 2nd October but not received I complained about that but they told me to wait 2 days after 2 days I asked about issue they again said we raised your issue wait for 24-48 hrs and again I call on 7 th October they assured me it will be delivered by 10th of October and they cancelled my product without my concern and when I asked about they said sir product was cancelled from your side...hold me for more than10 days and cancelled the order without any reason. Again I ordered same product on 11th October delivery date is 14th oct but again they are delaying my product without any reason

                          I purchased one washing machine from flipkart vide od[protected]. Upon receipt of product, i found that box as well as machine is damaged. When i raised this issue with flipkart and asked for replacement, flipkart asked me to wait for tech visit from ifb. Yesterday tech visit has happened yet no sign of new machine from flipkart.
                          I struggling to get timely replacement ifb 8kh washing machine. Flipkart is just delaying the process in the name of tech visit, un - installation (When first installation is not done), delayed pick up etc

                            Hi,
                            I bought 3 products on 29 september'19 with order id od[protected] from flipkart.
                            1 denver deo - ₹272
                            2 treo bottle -₹272
                            3 syska power chord - ₹179
                            I bought all of the above from flipkart and paid for them using my flipkart pay later account a total of ₹723 amount.
                            Now i cancelled all the above order the very next day, as it was taking too long to get delivered and got refund only for 1 product i. E. Treo bottle amounting ₹272.
                            I didn't received the refund for other two products i. E. Denver deo and syska power chord.
                            My billing cycle is 10th october 2019 as i didn't get refund for the two remaining products flipkart wants me to pay for the product which i cancelled and not even received. I logged the complainant many times but no resolution received fro their end.
                            Now they are charging fine on that amount as i haven't paid them till now for incorrect billed amount.

                            Please help me i'm very frustrated with flipkart and their cheap services.

                              Ref. To order id no. Od[protected], please don’t sell the product on exchange basis although you have not to take at all old one. On 4th oct-2019 i placed a order of mobile on exchange basis. After waiting a long time today (14th oct-2019) i got your delivery but after checking my old phone, your delivery boy didn’t except it to take inspite of best condition & asked for balance amount in cash. Its second time such type of things happened to me. Few days back also, your delivery boy refused to take another well conditioned phone. Either it is your hidden strategy to take order & upon delivery refuse to take old mobile or your delivery boy deliberated does such types of things.
                              Also note your delivery boy’s behaviour also not good. Its very irritating to finally get the order after a long time almost 10 days passed and now i am standing where i was on 4th oct. Next time i will think thousand time while placing order on flipkart. So kindly please improve your services & polices

                                I have ordered oppo f11 and the deliver should be done by 12 th oct 2019 and then it is modified to 14 by flipkart and now it is further modified to 19th. Worst delivery service . Amazon is better in the terms of delivery. They have collected money and cheating customers .

                                  This complaint regarding od[protected] order number. Flipkart has delivered 3 star invert ac in place of 5 star i ordered and in-spite of many followups they are not looking at the issue.
                                  It is clearly mentioned in their website that it is 5 star invert ac but delivered 3 star. It is almost 15 days from the follow up but none is listening in flipkart escalation department

                                    ₹336 on 3oct... After 10 days i rcvd notification as order delivered but i did not receive the order yet even i did not get any call by delivery boy... Only message fr out fr delivery n shippment delivered

                                    Even i checked with my neighbours and everyone there was no product delivery...

                                    I am also not getting any resolutiin n response by flipkart escalation... Giverence n cs care..

                                    Worst worst worstttt... I will suggest everyone to not ordr anything frm flipkart

                                      I have called 7 times for the day but no one helped but! I got cut off many times no body called me back! I asked for sup and manager no body transferred the call! I am so unhappy with you me service and going to write it to mr kalyan ramamurthy! Your service is so bad and i am not going to use it any more! I will go to twitter and facebook also! Bad service and really bad customer service!

                                        Hello this is sarthak pattanaik, i have placed 2 order from flipkart but till now no updates and support are not able to solve the issue.. One order id is od[protected], promised date was 8th oct but till now no updates, they are saying to cancel the order... Is this a solution.. I want that product asap... Disgusting services, providing wrong informations to customers and worst services...
