I ordered an hp laptop (Model no.: hp 14s cr 1005tu) on 1st october 2019 during flipkart big billion day sale. I received my order on 9th october 2019. The laptop has dark patches of the keyboard on the display screen. I informed flipkart for a replacement on that very day i received it. They said the seller has an option for return only. I said i would like to return then. They said the concerned team will contact you by 12th october. Today they send me an email saying it will be resolved by 15th october. The return policy is only for 10 days after delivery. And all they say is my issue has been escalated to the concerned team and it will be resolved soon. The name of the seller is laser techno solution and it is a flipkart assured seller. i really don't know if they are delaying it intentionally or not. The laptop costs around 47k. I really don't know what to do with this faulty laptop. I would anyway buy this laptop be it online or offline. So i am fine with replacement also from flipkart. I am using flipkart since 2012 but never been hassled like this. I am providing all the images below regarding this order. Please help me out.

I paid 46990/- through Axis Bank Credit Card for the laptop. If the return is not processed on time then the Axis Bank will charge money for delaying of payment in credit. I have to pay extra money for nothing. Please help.

Flipkart cancelled my return request citing confusion between the chat and reason for return. Sir, I enquired in the offline markets about the price and if there are any problems with the screen for this laptop. And the offline market said no problem of faulty screen or dark patch on screen if I buy with them. I informed this to flipkart. And I don't know why they have cancelled my return citing stupid reason. Being a flipkart plus member and shopping for more than 8years on flipkart, facing this hassle is a nightmare. I received the product with a defective screen. I ordered it on 29th September. I received it on 9th October and requested for a return. Today is 13th October. A laptop worth 47k paid through a credit card. Now I have again raised it for return. HP Technician will visit now by 20th October to check the problem. The last day for return is 10 days after delivery. I really regret the decision buying the laptop from Flipkart. Thank you flipkart for delivering the prolonged mental agony just on time before diwali in the name of Big Billion Day!!!

Buying a new laptop a customer don't expect such mishap and that too continuing for 15 days after order. The experience is terrible and it's not my fault. In the review section of HP 14s cr1005tu on Flipkart, there are many others who cited the same problem of the screen like mine. I ordered the laptop for work. It's been more than 15 days I have paid the money for the laptop but cannot use it because they had send a laptop with a defective screen. Flipkart cancelled the last return citing confusion between comment and selected reason. Please help me to return the defective laptop.

Customer raised a complaint stating that there is an issue with product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 21 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
Buying a new laptop a customer don't expect such mishap and that too continuing for 15 days after order. The experience is terrible and it's not my fault.     I bought mi led tv order id [od[protected]] the tv is delivered on 10 october. And the flipkart message us that the technician will come tomorrow on 11 october but he is not come. Again the flipkart message that your installation residualed on 12 october. But similarly no one comesyet.
    I am very frustrated. When i call the jeeves customer care noumber which is obtained from flipkart message. They say technician will come but when?

At the time of delivery delivery boy has rejected my exchange. There was no crack was there. Phone was in good condition. But he rejected my exchange by saying phone is damage. Flipkart is cheating all people in the name of exchange. They want just order and their delivery boy don't exchange the phone.

          My flipakrt affiliate id: ameensabi

          Flipkart has not paid me my hard earned affiliate fee of rs. 2709. I have chosen th egv mode of payment in which the minimum threshold limit is 2500. I have already covered this limit and i am fully eligible for the payment through egv. My account is a verified account and i have submitted all the required details and documents including pan card. Its almost a year now and they have not paid the amount.

          Now i feel like flipkart affiliate programme is a scam. I trusted flipkart and was a regular customer. Now i feel like i am cheated by flipkart.

          Please pay my hard earned money..

            Order was delayed by more than 10 days. Apparently order delivery attempt was made and failed. But as a consumer, i wasn't informed about the delivery attempt. When i called customer care, they cancelled the order without my confirmation. Multiple attempts to contact the company has been made but they do not provide effective answers. They just keep saying issue will be resolved in 24 hours but hasn't been resolved till now.

                    I ordered for a mobile on 1st oct. I was first told it will be delivered by 4th oct.. After check out the date changed to 10th.. After complaining and so much trouble i was said till 15th oct.. But the product is still not packed..
                    Highly disappointed and fed up.. Will never shop on flipkart again..
                    Have spoken to so many agents but of no avail.. I am waiting for the past 12 days for a mobile. Amazon n other apps provide the service in 3-4 days.. This is really not done.                       I have ordered a laptop on exchange basis during big billion sale on flipkart, i have entered the details of the old product as mentioned in the exchange checklist of flipkart but during the delivery the ekart person has shown a different checklist finally disqualifying my laptop for exchange. I have attached the checklist given to me in the site. The delivery was not on time on top of that they made me wait for 2 days and finally they show a different checklist to the customers and wasting our time. Worst experience with the customercare and flipkart aswell. Flipkart on the name of sale it cheats people and wastes peoples time.

                        11 october 2019 i have successful bought other items thru:

                        So why is flipkart cancelling my orders on 12 october 2019? Its the second time my orders is cancelled.

                        I am an overseas customer and the address i use is a address from shoppre to allow items to ship there prior to

                        I am a overseas customer and Flipkart asked for my citizenship proof. Does my citizenship have anything to do with Flipkart? This is infringement of privacy. However, I have since gave Flipkart a copy of my citizenship card but Flipkart is still asking for my citizenship proof for more than 1 week.

                          I have purchased a shoes form flipkart on 13th september 2019, by making payment of 474 rs through indian bank debit card. Due to some reason i cancelled the order on the same date i. E13th september and flipkart initiated refund on 13th sept only but amount is not credited to my account, and according to flipkart it should reflect in my account by 23rd september but still money didn't came. After asking flipkart executive, they gave me reference no (Protected) told me to ask from bank and when i spoke to bank executive they are saying they can not help me with this no. They asked me for utr no, which flipkart executive is not giving. And when i again i ask flipkart they told me to raise dispute against bank in their grievance cell but when i gone to their cell they told they can't track with this number they again asked me for a proof that flipkart has initiated the amount so they asked me for utr number, and when i told them that i don't have utr number they told me to give me a confirmation mail provided on that date when amount was initiated, mode of payment and from which bank seller has transfered and his account number and ifcs code.
                          I request flipkart to give me utr no or this mail which states all the above things which i stated above so that i can show in bank as a proof and can raise grievance in bank.

                            My order od[protected] was cancelled without telling me.

                            Now they are telling the item will go back to seller and then refund will be done and so. Also i need the same item in same price but the price has increased. I waited for more than 10 days and they are lying that i have cancelled the order.

                            Also the customer care executive is unprofessional and do not have proper knowledge on how to resolve the issue and giving unnecessary advice to customer.

                            I have faced harassment from flipkart i need a resolution for that.

                              The product i ordered (Od[protected] was to be deliver on 8th october but was not delivered on time. And i got mail that it will be delivered on[protected]. But on given new time and date it was not delivered.
                              When i called customer care, they said we did not send mail to deliver on[protected], and said that we will deliver on 12th oct. And they said that you can cencek the product if you want. But again today they are saying we will work on its, our team will revert you back on this. They are just making fake promises. They are harassing customer a lot.

At the time of placing an order, flipkart app shows me the delivery date of 12th oct'19. Today is 12th oct'19 and i still don't have my order. I spoke to flipkart and they are asking me to this order is cancelled from flipkart with address not found reason. But i am not cancelled this order. Flipkart customer support team says, due to high orders their delivery partner is taking time to deliver address is not found. My mobile no is [protected] please help me

However, the seller has completed the refund on 14 Oct 19 and it will be reflected in your PhonePe on 22 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                  All they wanted to fool their costumers by showing the number of sale after that the just cancelled it.
                                  Why just they cancelled if they accepted it.

                                    On 1st oct 2019 i order of smartphone brand name realme xt pearl white online through flipkart. On 4th oct 2019 i received the parcel when i opened the parcel i found that the smartphone is of gionee f9 which is of different brand as per my order. On that day 4th oct i registered a complain through a telephonic call with flipkart customer care.in reply flipkart customer care answer me that the complain is note & it will be resolve in 72 hours. After that i got email on 7th oct regarding this issue in which it was stated that to solve this matter it was take time of one more days. On 8th oct next day i got another mail from flipkart that the complain is been rejected by seller. Reading this mail i talk with customer care about the same in reply they told me that another complain is been raised will get the solution till 11th october. On 11th oct i got mail in which it was written that "the seller is currently reviewing your return request well' get back to you with an update in this request by 12 business days". On 12th oct another mail came in which it was written that "sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return for the item.in case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand". Since from the 9 days i have requesting and registering complains by mails & telephonic talks with customer care my issue is still not solve that a wrong brand smartphone is received. I have all the proofs regarding this whole issue which is attached with this complain.

                                    it is now taking too much time to solve my matter. here in your forum i have logged my complain on 12th oct 2019 still today it unsolved. The same thing happen with the flipkart i log complains & in reply answers are coming are same " we will revert on it " but no one is providing final solution. it is my humble request to you that please take this matter very seriously & solve it urgently.

                                      I had booked these 2 sarees one month back and returned it on 10th september still now i had not recived my refund of this two products but in app for one product it was showing that the money was refunded to source but for that also i had not received any refund but the app still showing the sam regarding this i had spoken with several customer care executives of flipkart but no one had helped me to close the issue each and everyone was saying that you will recive a call from back end team but still now i had not received any call from them plz sort it out as early as possible because of this issue today i had not paid my paylater bill also so kindly close the issue thank you

                                      There is no response from your back end team till know but still know I had made so many call to your customer care but no use even I had not paid my paylater bill this month and I had sad to your executive regarding this when ever you solve my issue then only I will pay my due but no response from Flipkart
