I have purchased a shoes form flipkart on 13th september 2019, by making payment of 474 rs through indian bank debit card. Due to some reason i cancelled the order on the same date i. E13th september and flipkart initiated refund on 13th sept only but amount is not credited to my account, and according to flipkart it should reflect in my account by 23rd september but still money didn't came. After asking flipkart executive, they gave me reference no (Protected) told me to ask from bank and when i spoke to bank executive they are saying they can not help me with this no. They asked me for utr no, which flipkart executive is not giving. And when i again i ask flipkart they told me to raise dispute against bank in their grievance cell but when i gone to their cell they told they can't track with this number they again asked me for a proof that flipkart has initiated the amount so they asked me for utr number, and when i told them that i don't have utr number they told me to give me a confirmation mail provided on that date when amount was initiated, mode of payment and from which bank seller has transfered and his account number and ifcs code.
I request flipkart to give me utr no or this mail which states all the above things which i stated above so that i can show in bank as a proof and can raise grievance in bank.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number (ARN: 85215229256936243306605)in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

They want utr number or a mail which contains seller bank account number, IFSC code so that they can check.
