Hi Thomson Team and Flipkart Team,

From last two months you guys have broken my peace in life. I have been continuously followed up to repair my thomson led tv, but you guys have not done yet.
My thomson smart led tv 32 inch "LED display is not working". My complaint id is 9530659. I have lost confidence on thomson company, they are loot company actually.

Question to flipkart team:
Why you guys are selling thomson tv, who dont provide service. flipkart is a trusted brand and you guys are also loosing trust because of thomson.

I have followed up with both of your team but no contacts yet.

Although no hope that this issue will be resolved, god is there to watch your all bad things done to customer service and that day is not far when your downfall will start.

    My account was hacked on 29th june 2019 now, it is recovered but there is an order of rs 13, 999 which was ordered and delivered on when my account was hacked and i told flipkart customer support on 29th june 2019 about my account being hacked and not to accept or deliver any order and that order was ordered on 29th june 2019 and delivered on 1st july 2019. Proof is attached. Please help.

    I cannot change the mobile phone number and the number is wrong in all the orders and courier guy says he cannot contact me. When i try to change the number it says "Identifer already in USE" and it does not go through even if the number is not registered to any account on flipkart.
    My registered mobile number is lost and I want to change my mobile number but it's ask otp but my old mobile number was lost so pps change my mobile number

      I have joined flipkart affiliate program in hope that i can earn extra money through affiliate program.

      I have successfully completed the condition which is minimum threshold for egv is 2500/- and in november '2018, i have earned 3867/- approved payment & egv supposed to be transferred to me in february'2019 (Completion of 60 days). But amount has not transferred in our account till now.

      I have mailed several times but nobody even bother to reply and i have also submitted issue in affiliated program contact us page, but they have not replied.

      They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. I am hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. I have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

          Flipkart is cheating the customers, i ordered poco f1 on 15th july 2019 in the exchange scheme. They rejected the le eco max2 i. Pristine condition. The guy had a preset mind to reject the phone. This happened two weeks before also to test the my theory was right, i booked the phone again. This time time i had a very good phone for exchange but he still rejected.
          I am not exaggerating but an absolutely pristine, wear and tear minimum, to a extent of 0%.
          Then i realized this is purposely done so you pay up. Playing with minds of the customers so that they pay up extra.
          I am planning to go legal, get data on no of phones came for exchange to no rejected..
          Customers with similar complaints can join me, let's expose them.

            Customer service and the call taken by representative is a complete mockery. I was delivered with a defective product and am not able to get refund for the same. There is no point of getting replacement as they hardly sell genuine product.

            Even after multiple calls and mail's am used to get same auto generated message and reply. They genuinely lack common sense in providing support. Am completely stuck and don't know how to proceed.

              I have ordered a product which was supposed to be a gift for my sister was cancelled by the seller without any notification. When I called the customer care and to my request the call was transferred to NAKUL TYAGI who said that he is the floor supervisor and last point of Escalation, who failed to even give me the complaint number and said that he cannot do that. I kept asking for the complaint or reference number but he didn't give me one..after talking to more than I hour, we could not come to a conclusion.
              I request Flipkart to listen to the recording I had to do and make sure serious action is taken against the person.
              If this is the scenario people will loose trust on Flipkart as there is not guaranteed delivery.

                I got delivery on 9th july of order no. Od[protected] ordered on 6th july 19, product is not ok they give me 32 size and i have ordered 30, when i go to app for raise a return request they blocked my account immediately now i am not able to access my account. I also contact flipkart threw telephone and also mail them but still no responce, i want replacement or refund from company but they doesn't respond satisfactorily

                  I bought the asus zenfone max pro m1 on 8th july 2019.
                  The product details:
                  3gb ram/32 gb rom/cost rs.8, 499
                  Two days before buy the above one i was seen the same model with different configurations:
                  4gb ram/64 rom/cost rs.8, 499.
                  Then next day it went up to rs.10, 499.
                  So, i thought to buy the product (4gb ram/64 rom cost rs.8, 499) because it met my budget but i liked to buy rs.10, 499, but i did not buy because of the little high cost.
                  Then i decide to buy the 3gb ram/32 gb rom cost rs.8, 499 and bought it.
                  After that i was ordered back cover and temper class, so it was reached on 12th july 2019.
                  Suddenly the price dropped from rs.10, 499 to rs.8, 499 for 4gb ram/64 rom
                  Then i decided to assemble it on 14th july 2019. At that time, my father seen the same model in flipkart on 15th july, the rate was decreased.
                  The product details:
                  1. 3gb ram/32 gb rom/cost rs.8, 499 to rs.7, 999 as on 15th july 2019
                  2. 4gb ram/64 rom/cost rs.10, 499 to rs.8, 499 as on 15th july 2019

                  My question is:
                  1. How the price will drop down with in one week?
                  2. What is the strategy followed by seller and flipkart?
                  3. How the same seller sell it higher price on last week and how it sells in lower price on this week?
                  4. Why the price was high on the product
                  (4gb ram/64 rom/cost rs.10, 499 to rs.8, 499) and why it’s low on this week?
                  5. Is this fraudulent on product or with the customer by flipkart?
                  6. If the price fixed by seller means why he kept the price on last week as high and why ots low on this week?
                  7. What about the customer sentiment who all bought for higher price till 14th july 2019 and how is this happening?

                  If seller fixed the price means,
                  For e. G.: last week 10 people bought 4gb ram/64 rom/cost rs.10, 499, after price drop down cost rs.8, 499. So per item rs.2, 000 dropped. Then seller looted rs.20, 000 from the customer. I don’t know who looted.

                              I have ordered one new mobile Realme 3Pro from flipkart in exchange of my.old handset Lenovo KE Power.
                              As per the checks (enclosed) and the pics of handset condition which is not acceptable, mentioned by the flipkart, I cross checked my old handset condition and then only ordered the new phone in exchange offer.

                              When the pick up boy of old handset visited to ky place, he denied to accept the old handset only on the basis that there are very minor 2-3 dents in the handset.
                              The pics of dents are enclosed.
                              However, in checks, there is mention of physical damage not acceptable. But have not specified what type of physical damage flipkart means.
                              The decision of rejecting the handset that also in the said basis is totally arbitrary and discretionary on the part of flipkart.
                              The company is making fool of simple customers without clearly mentioning the criteria of accepting old handset in exchange.
                              And, also since they are not properly check the condition of old handset before placing order this cause huge inconvenience as the older handset has to be formatted before handing over and also I paid online for my new phone. So now in case of accepting it I have to give cash. Whereas, many of customers like me they plan to take new phone on the basis of exchanging the old one.
                              It seems like flipkart wants to take only new handset in exchange of new one if it count minor dents which are not visible in normal eyes as the physical damage.
                              This whole thing cause not only financial burden but also mental stress.
                              So, please necessary action to resolve the grievances against such companies who are making fool of innocent customers.

                                    2019 July 11, I have ordered a product and after the product has been approved by the seller it got cancelled after sometime. I have called customer care and they has given suggestion to place the order again right away or at night 8 pm sale and they logged the complaint as well for the approved order as cancelled.

                                    Now, I have done the same and got an email from Flipkart support that I am using the account not for personal use and they blocked it without any discussion.

                                    I have 500 rs Gift Card their and all of my bills of past orders are there for which they are not responding. I just want that they show a single proof that I have used it for commercial purpose then they can do what so ever they want.

                                    Total messed up happened due to their support only and they can check the recordings as well.

                                      I tried to purchase the Redmi K20 GIft card which is for 855 rupees, after entering my pin i got a message saying "Unable to process request".
                                      I tried again thinking it might have failed due to something or might be because so many people trying for it, again I got the same message.
                                      I stopped after that i got 2 messages from my band after like 10 minutes that amount have been deducted twice.
                                      This is a new way by Flipkart to fool customers so that they keep trying and later they say GIFTS CARDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, New strategy by FLIPKART TO LOOT CUSTOMERS.

                                        I bought m! A1 phone from flipkart on 7th july 2018.
                                        Few days back i visited mi service centre for screen replacement as its fall down couple of days back but its in woking state. I agreed to pay 5000 for screen changes, when i have went to collect my phone they were asking did you repaired it before, i told know, they told it was repaired in april 2018 as per history (Which is 4 month before i bought) and it was not rebooting, i loose all my data. After some follow-up got to know that imei on device is different than invoice. I followed up from 4-5 days still not resolved the issue. Its major thing
                                        1. To sell used phone to customer
                                        2. To provide device which has different imei than invoice

                                        Anything could happen in these period using the phone whose invoice is on my name.
