Flipkart has blocked my account [protected]@gmail.com and not reactivating and reason for deactivating is that your recent order (Od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history.

Order mentioned above is not cancelled nor i have made any returns but their system is giving wrong data and showing as cancelled. After repeated emails they blocked my userid on 13th jul 2019 which got unblocked on 14th jul then again blocked on 17th jul 2019. Fed up with irresponsible customer care with same copy paste responses. This is harassment from flipkart's irresponsible behaviour. Blocking my account leads to blocking of my purchase history and supercoins. I am a flipkart plus user.

Please do the needful to unblock my account.

    Mi led smart tv 4a pro... My order number od[protected]..
    I received my item on 8th july-2019.. But till now my tv installation not completed.. I called lot of times to flipkart executive they told me always installation on tomorrow.. They fixed installation date on 4 times but the process is totally failed... They are not assigning the consent person for installation.. Already my 10 days replacement policy also expired but till now i dont know inside my product position good or bad.. How can times i raised the complaints but why your executives are not supporting to customer service..

      I ordered a palazo from flipkart, i received it today itself, i. E 17 th july 2019. Now i want to return it but the mrp tag was not there when i opened the packet. I requested for return. What if pick up boy refused to take it. What can i do now? How can we return the product, when the company is doing this bigger mistakes and then refuse to take it back. They do the mistakes and we pay for it.

      MRP tag has been lost due to some inconvenience. I need to return the product help me with this to proceed further.

        Hi,

        I have ordered google pixel 3 in the exchange offer where i need to give my google pixel phone as an exchange. Delivery guy came to delieverd my fone. And he tried to imei no. Through *#06# tht which provide the service no. Instead of imei no. (I dont know since i have not developed this phone) and i have shown him the imei no. Through settings. But the guy was so rude he was not ready to listen to me and denied to take my phone. Even he was not ready to even look at the imei no. Once which i was trying to show it through the settings. This is very highly unprofessional attitude. You could have given your delivery guy such sort of instruction. I have ordered my fone and i need it to be deliverd asap.

                This is a formal complaint regarding marq ac fkac153siainc which i bought on flipkart andw was delivered on 28.05.19 with order id as od[protected].

                The ac after purchase was orking really good for the first 2-3 weeks then all of a sudden the cooling started rwducing gradually.

                As just in 6 weeks if the ac can stop cooling immensely then it is a cheating or rather a fraud for the customer.

                Thus, i would urge you to either immediately repair or provide me new ac at the earliest, otherwise i would have to file a formal complaint against both flipkart as well as marq for cheating and harassment.

                  I have ordered a smartphone from with exchange of my old phone. It has no scratches or dents in the phone body rest of a minor scratch on it. The flipkart wishmaster have checked all phone according after then he found a minor scratch on bottom right corner of phone. It see it very closely the minor scratch on corner & they refused to submit the old phone. Normally it was never seen anybody this type of scratch on phone. Actually flipkart want the old phone without use like a new one against your new phone. There is little scratches are made sometimes and that is not a big issue. Flipkart kindly check and confirm the issue on priority.

                    Hello,

                    I ordered for a Asus 6Z (Black, 128 GB) on 1st july 19 on flipkart app, it was delivered to me on 5th july, however when I unboxed the handset it was completely dead. I understand it might be a software or hardware issue which flipkart or seller does not have a control on it.

                    Further on the same day i.e. Jul19 I requested for the replacement of the handset which got approved on 7th july, however till date I have not received the delivery even after following up with flipkart, raising escalation ticket for which the last date was 16th july. But no delivery yet.

                    It reflects in Ekart that it has been received in the main hub on 11th july19, but no movement till date and flipkart is also unable to provide a reason or a proper resolution on it.

                    Also the payment was done online for ₹35000 which has been converted to EMI. My 1st emi payment is on 2nd Aug19... So I am worried that I may be facing a financial hardship...

                    Please help me out...how to deal with this to get the delivery or refund as flipkart is extending its promise date on every followup made by me.

                      I ordered redmi k20 phone 3 times after the each cancellation on flipkart from alpha sale. I also take the gift card of 855 from the flipkart to get the entery of alphasale which ia held on date 17 july, 2019 but during sale i have ordered 3 times one by one and every time they cancel the order and blocked my amount and they told that i can back my money after 1 week so i m not able to use my money and also i m not geting the mobile also for wich i booked erlier and paid 855. They are playing with us and my money.

                          This complaint is regarding the pay later due to the Flipkart online shopping services.
                          I have already returned the two products 17-18 days ago, which I had bought along with other products from Flipkart on the Pay Later option.
                          My actual payment bill of pay later supposed to be Rs.1331 for the month of June 2019. And now I'm getting the texts and
                          e-mails saying the return was rejected, but the existent is that the person from the delivery office had taken those products.

                          Initially, the amount was indicating Rs. 2382 but now it has raised to Rs. 2582 including the delayed dues.
                          And also am unable to clear my pay later account bill, since it has been blocked.
                          I'm trying to contact them through call services, E-mail, and social media.
                          Whenever I try to call customer care from my Flipkart registered mobile number it won't connect, so I have to call them from another number. Also, they are repeatedly saying we will contact within 3 to 4 days.
                          Without resolving the problem, continuously receiving the texts and emails of legal actions.

                          Again the same reason your providing, I told you that the product has been taken by your delivery department. Why don't you confirm there once, and how can I pay the money even if the product is not with me.
                          Why the return has canceled. The product wasn't compatible to use. So basically you are compelling me to use the damaged product and pay the money for the item which is not with me.
                          Let us suppose that if I want to clear my bill how should I pay without login to account.

                                The inner seal of the phone is torn in which it is clearly mentioned that the product should not be accepted if it's seal is broken. Now how was i supposed to know this. Now when i ask them to return the product they say it doesn't matter if it is working fine. Why would i keep a refurbished or second hand phone when i had paid the price of a first hand phone. I need immediate return and refund on this product.

                                  Today i received a postal letter claiming to be from Flipkart Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalal saha road, new alipore, kolkata - 700053.
                                  Letter says that i have won prize money of Rs. 1lakh + a Scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact company, instead contact their number [protected]. From searching about this from the Internet I came to know that its a fraud occuring widely in the name of Flipkart, Snapdeal etc. Please take necessary action.

                                      Hello i ordered a mobile phone from flipkart.in on 5th of july 2019 and the package arived me the very next day.
                                      I used the product for some time and found some issues like hanging and less earpiece sound my parents said me to return the product and buy some another mobile with some extra budget upto 10000 ok so i applied for the same on 10th july 2019 next day the rejected the return request i applied again they rejected again next i tried for a replacement they rejected again and now today 17th july i am all along with this mobile which is just a trash for me so i want you to take action on my case as soon as possible

                                        Hello,

                                        I am really writing this mail with regret for associating and shopping with flipkart. After a week of follow up and requests, finally i have decided to end up the association with flipkart by deactivating the account.

                                        I had ordered motorola one power on 5th july 2019, with the order id: od[protected], which was delivered on 6th july 2019 (Saturday). I had found several issues with mobile. Which were mainly both hardware and software issues. I had complained the customer care on 8th july 2019 between 3pm and 5pm. The complaints are as below.

                                        1. Mobile network absorbing capacity. (Not able to retrieve the signal after passing through uncovered areas. Even after restarting and reinserting sim did not used to get the network, but the same sim was working well in other mobile at the same location)
                                        2. Mobile restarting issues (Sometimes takes more than 10 seconds to restart the phone)
                                        3. Time format issues (Time format was in 24 hours. Sometimes it automatically display the time in 12 hours format)
                                        4. Notification tone issues (Even after keeping all notification in silent mode, get the notification sound during call)
                                        5. Now i cant receive the calls. I just hear ringtone sound, no option displaying to receive the calls.

                                        I had raised request to replace it and a visit from the technical team was organised. At the time inspection, all software passed the blancco test, (But the hardware problem was not attended.) hence my request got rejected by the seller!!! I bought the mobile from flipkart, not from the seller! Moreover i did not demand for refund, i just asked to replace the mobile. Entertaining your representative's idiotic questions was horrible. Please recruit someone who has really good logic.

                                        This is not the first time i am buying mobile from the flipkart.in fact i never had any issues with any of the products purchased from the flipkart, but when i raised query it remained unresolved. This is the reason i am, ending up my association with flipkart. Unwillingly i will have to give true feedback on the mobile at the customer review.

                                        This complaints will also be shared with national consumer forum soon.
