I had buy flipkart cooler from site with return applicable within 15-20 days delivered. When i tried to return it they never tried to pickup the cooler only they extended days. I had tried so many times to call the customer care service sometimes they help and sometimes they mishbehaved and only they say i am trying to reach the courrier company. It has been more than 1-2 months and still doesn't picked up yet

          I have purchased the one trouser via flipkart on 15th June and i got the that product on 18th June and i am facing with size issue. As per return policy i have made the return till now no one came to come and collect the product.

          This is the 3rd time i am raising the complaint. every time there is no relsolution provide by the customer care.

          Since the return request is getting cancelled by the logistic team, i am raising the return request.

          Will the your team or Wish master will come and collect the product?

          An d i need the explanation regarding Collection of product by your team.

          with out calling me or visiting me how the logistic team will cancel the order by saying the product is mismatch.

            I received a wrong product from seller side and when I placed a request for replacement they have blocked my account stating that due to excessive return they have blocked my account.
            This is not my fault, the fault is from the seller side. contacting customer care is also not helping.. this has been going on for the last 10 days... everyday I am receiving same mail from Flipkart without any proper solution

Without any prior notice... there is no law that they can block the account if we return an item... now I am not going to call customer care to unblock my account... It's not my lose .. and I am not gonna pay a single penny against my dues in Flipkart late... :)

              Jul 20, i made a grocery order from flipkart my payment mode was flipkart paylater.
              Since today am not yet received my delivery from flipkart. Every day mornign am just receiving message from flipkart your order rescheduled for tomorrow.

              Am since 26 jul from am contacting flipkart customer care.
              They are not resolving my just making fake promises.

              But now flipkart paylater bill generated am not received any from them but they are told me to buy bill.
              Then i agree to buy the bill but what about my grocery order or what about my money.
              Just they are making me fool.
              If cant delivery then why are not displaying order cancellation menu.

              They saying me if wish master came to your doorstep as you wish you can return it.

              But the main problem is no one coming from flipkart.
              I order product all is food products they almost have 10 days to 2 months expiry days. This delay also spoiled food maybe its not good to eat.

                Hi,

                Flipkart have sold us a fake copy of windows license, we have contacted microsoft support desk and they have confirmed us that this product key is a pirated product. We have bough this product 3 months ago, we tried reaching microsoft hoping they will unblock it but they confirmed today that this product is blocked.
                We need the money back or replace the product.

                    I have ordered "tnc trusted single pole latest model heavy duty stainless steel 3 tier colth drying stand/cloth dryer/cloth hanger/cloth rack (Made in india) stainless steel, pp (Polypropylene) floor cloth dryer stand (Blue, silver)" from flipkart on june 10th, 2019. And after seeing the product quality itself, raised the return request on the same day. But the return request got cancelled. Again i have raised the return request on jun 13th. Again it got cancelled mentioning the product mismatch is there. But till now no one from return team called or approached us. But they portrayed something like they checked the product and product is not matching (False comments) without visiting the consumer place itself. If i call now they are saying your return request got expired and they are talking in very rude manner. No one is ready to provide refund or return. They are cutting the call while speaking itself. I have spent around rs. 1500 for this product but the product is of low quality. They are behaving rude. I need a solution on this. Worst service. Please take some action and refund me my amount please...

                        I ordered my phone nokia 6.1 from flipkart. My product was not working, it was facing many issues, i applied for a return request for replacement twice but technician didn't solved my problem... He argued with me and told me to solve my problem on my own... The technician told that seller has denied him to take complaint regarding this order... I have taken 2 day leave from my office for the technician visit... My 2 days wages were cutt off... Still my issues was not resolved... I called flipkart executive many times but they also didn't responded well regarding my problem... It been 1 week i am facing mental pressure... All my savings have gone to waste for which i ordered a phone for my mother from flipkart now i have received a product which is not in working condition... What should i do...                               They replying same thing here...I told again that's I'm not using my account for reselling..This is wrong detection by Flipkart system and all the Flipkart supportives are fools..They even not try to contact me to solve this issue this means they are not interested to know the truth.They totally depends on their competerized system.If any person check this personally then he could clearly saw this wrong detection but no one has the time to solve such small issues... Shame on u flipkart team...

                                On 18th jun 2018 ... I have ordered a puma shoes on Flipkart from the order id OD[protected] .i order size 10 .
                                On 19th i received this shoes . I found the size was one size bigger to me so i thought i would have exchange with one size smaller. I have done it from the Flipkart application.
                                Till 30th june it was not shipped from the Flipkart.after waiting of 10 days. So i raise a request on Flipkart for making delivery earlier.
                                Today i received the call from Flipkart the guy checked the status and told me it is not yet shipped so i suggest you that you should cancel the exchange and after someone time again you select the same exchange process so the product will ship earlier.i[censored]n allow me i can do it from my side. So i told him to do that. So he cancelled the exchange and told me wait for an hour and select the exchange process.

                                I waited and found there was no exchange options now available only option that i found was refund.
                                I bought that shoes on the price of 2003/- and currently the price is 3043/-

                                So i called to customer care executive for my issue so now they are saying i am unable to solve your problems you have only one option eaither of return of product or keep it . I said i want to talk to your senior than i got reply senior will say the same thing which i told you.

                                I said it's totally misleading to customer and this was not expected to company like you.

                                So the point is customer will take time and select the product and after waiting for 10 days you will get your money not the product. You created the exchange options but exchange happen from your way. Who will compensate for time and price difference.

                                  I really need bajaj finserv emi option in flipkart on asus zenfone max pro m1 mobile phone. It's very urgent for me to buy it. Please make it happen soon. I saw it that it was available earlier but now its not there, you are the only seller of asus zenfone seller on flipkart.                                     Flipkart team, i am a flipkart plus member and have done more than 40k shopping with you. In a recent order i did order for 10 items and returned around 7-8 of them as didnt like the product quality, or design was different from pictures and due to fit issues. This doesnt mean due to that you will initiate suspension and bar me from login. I have been a flipkart loyal customer for a long period of time and have earned already 150plus coins( you dont give me plus coins if i am returning any product). I am irritated that your customer service team only emails automated answers and the calls are also not escalated to higher authority/escalation team. This is very troublesome. Your team is doing nothing to help me out here. So you need to reinstate my account and help me out here.

                                      I am an flipkart plus customer and using for a prolong years and never face
                                      This type of issue with any of your product and service of flipkart. Today
                                      I really feel insulted as flipkart team has blocked my account access for
                                      The non sence seller who is sending me a reburished or defective product
                                      Repeated number of times and your cs team is convincing me out saying sir
                                      We will fix up the issue and the difference money of the product firstly
                                      Booked and amount lastly booked to your account after it get settled up.
                                      The thing started with an order of boult audio pro bass curve bluetooth
                                      Neckband which i ordered 1st time on 19th may 2019 with a price of
                                      Rs.999. The product came to was having connectivity issue and as per the 10
                                      Days replacement policy i asked for the return of the same, unfortunately
                                      The replacement product was having same issue again. Then mailed the details
                                      To [protected]@flipkart.com giving all the details your team called me up assuring
                                      Sir you place the new order and whatever the value maybe you will get the
                                      Difference amount back to you account once the product gets delivered as
                                      Repeatation of reburished and defective products continue until

                                      On 09th june 2019) my order and all the times i got defective products from
                                      The seller same as usual emailed again and the cs team convinced me to
                                      Allow for a replacement or refund. The irritation was so annoying that for
                                      Last one month i kept ordering products by prepaid manner and kept getting
                                      Replacement at last i got again a defective product and asked for refund of
                                      My money as per 10 days replacement policy of your company.
                                      Wow to see that in place of taking steps against the specified seller
                                      Flipkart blocked my access to my account saying due to repetitive returns
                                      Your accessed has been blocked permanently. And no invoice or no refund of a
                                      Defective product from your end. Cant understand what is going on there so
                                      Mailed your end out for consumer protection duties and not cheating
                                      Consumers like wise. I can follow up with all mails & voice
                                      Communication (Recorded) with me as a evidence of the matter and also i can
                                      Get the resolution and get my money & also a clear apology for what had
                                      Happened for last 1month towards flipkart product. If you check my account
                                      Just go through it that in last few years how many products has been taken
                                      By and of which how many has been returned by me. I need to know why the
                                      Seller has not been initiated any steps and what is consumer protection
                                      Program of yours. Hope for a at least call or settlement of the matter as
                                      Soon as possible.
                                      Hope for a serious issue with the matter and help me out of the trouble of
                                      Being forcibly cheated and please reopen my login so that i can continue
                                      The loyal buyer and seller relationship with a good virtue of inter
                                      Relationship.
                                      Flipkart team on several mails blocked my access to account saying unusual returns are the cause for the account permanent blockage, but i would like say this my only id and mob. No which i use for flipkart and moreover why the seniours are not looking to the matter to solve it why the returns of so many times were created due to defective products each times and also reorder is done as per the cs team call not on my wish.

                                      Its not a resolving resolution to the insult of blocking my account permanently and also unusual returns were created due to cheap quality of products sent by your seller where your team dont have any quality check or product assurance quality.Its not a customer fault to purchase a defective product from your end.I want my product to returned with a proper invoice for the same and re access to my login as its not a customer end problem its your team who convinced me to go for reorder and harasment for last 1month in place of taking the protection against customer harasment your team is blocking my access saying due to unusual returns.I request flipkart team to go through my account and check except this products how many products are being returned by me in last 6 years for the specified account of mine.More over this insult and saying your system blocked access for unusual returns is not the way to go for customer protection and rather closing down a complain.There should be atleast system for customer protection law and grivance should be judged for the inconvinience and non of the steps has been yet intitiated for the seller who cause the inconvinience.Hope for re opening access to my account and settlement of thr case with proper judgement
                                      I would like to inform that these returns are due to cheap quality of product flipkart delivered to me.Moreover if it is sytem generated then your company should send quality products to customers rather then blocking customer login saying its your system generation.Need more clarification for a flipkart assured product which your team delivered to me.And also re opening the access of my account for non of my created issue.This insult of blocking my access should be clarified from customer protection view point
