Flipkart is cheating the customers, i ordered poco f1 on 15th july 2019 in the exchange scheme. They rejected the le eco max2 i. Pristine condition. The guy had a preset mind to reject the phone. This happened two weeks before also to test the my theory was right, i booked the phone again. This time time i had a very good phone for exchange but he still rejected.
I am not exaggerating but an absolutely pristine, wear and tear minimum, to a extent of 0%.
Then i realized this is purposely done so you pay up. Playing with minds of the customers so that they pay up extra.
I am planning to go legal, get data on no of phones came for exchange to no rejected..
