Please read the very careful below my mail.

This is to inform that just one hour before I have arranged a call back request and from your executive Miss. Puja after the long hold has taken with Floor Senior Miss. Sweta but I'm not happy with her resolution because that is using the protocol but did not proper resolution however I have already talked with seniors Mr. Vikas Dutta commitment fail from his end, what they hell man????

As discussed, please be assured that we’ll look into this and get back to me as per your Team Manager Mr. Deepak and he was provided reference id:- IN[protected].

Here am sharing my bitter experience with Flipkart, to create awareness about the fraudulent works done by total Flipkart team. Please escalated this matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal and external quality department and waiting for your resolution

!SUCH IS THE PATHETIC SITUATION!

It's a totally miss managed service that Flipkart is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and they, are only worried about their quarterly profit.

Where is the proof that my case has been escalated? I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because I just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning, I am telling you that you guys are pathetic and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL FLIPKART SERVICE TEAM. I am trying to find my way to complain about you in public forum nothing more else.

What I am looking for against my complaint???

I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with the FLIPKART SERVICE.
What a Beautiful Solution!
Flipkart Management can you please tell me???

I m still suffering to get the resolution on this. On Flipkart side, they are providing me daily a new resolution date and ultimately failed to get me any information on this. Now it’s a peak of testing my patience level.

I am writing this email to you regarding your false commitment with Flipkart all senior due to Logistic issued and I want to full compensation, nothing more else.

In the end, just requesting you to please expedite my concern so that I can get some sort of respite.

My complaints against Flipkart team:

1. Failed to deliver the product within the committed time while placing the order.
2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from the customer.
3. The customer was treated in an arrogant way by Flipkart executives.

Kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action nothing more else also will be should give best services of valuable customer.

    I have ordered svenmar tempered glass guard for samsung galaxy grand with order #:od[protected] but it is not matching with samsung galaxy grand mobile. Tempered glass guard is shorter than mobile screen size. Looks like it is meant for any other mobile set. This product has no return policy. I don't know why i should be paying for wrong delivery. Hence kindly replace with correct glass guard or take it back and return my money.

      Hello Flipkart, This is my dissatisfaction relating to order number
      OD[protected]. I placed an order for blaupunkt TV in exchange of LG
      43 inch led TV. The display has some white spots which is quite common for
      an old TV and why will the customer then opt for exchange as other items of
      the TV are functional at its best state. This is just a hype which your
      company has created in exchange. The TV is in working condition at its best
      as its a branded LG Led TV. The courier boy refused the LG TV and the order
      stands as cancelled. Not an issue, for me just delete my flipkart account
      as this was the last order from flipkart. I will strongly raise this issue
      in Consumer Forum and I went through the terms and conditions as I am a
      lawyer and I will raise this issue that why the customer will exchange an
      item in return for a new product. Leaving the Display are the other items
      of the TV useful or not covered under Working State? The display has spots
      but functional with clear picture and sound. Resolution demanded: 1. Delete
      My flipkart account. 2. If the new TV is not given please delete all
      customer credentials immediately. My Led TV of LG brand is being exchanged at a price of Rs10000 which was bought at Rs 44000. Doesn't this means a depreciation of the TV. Exchange Process is fake which Flipkart is offering. I am approaching Consumer Forum for the Same.

        I am not happy the way the ac was installed. Had to pay extra around rs7000 for installation. It was done by jeeves technician. They said they will need 5 meter extra wire but t wire seemed to b 3.5 meter. As it was costly they should have measured in front of me. They did everything v hurriedly. The installation was done on 9th. This is my registered mob number

          Order packet was delivered to my mother senior citizen in a open packet, even the inner flipkart box was missing and seal on the phone box was already broken. I called that gay and recorded his conversation, in which agreed to all the above. I sent it to flipkart. And made them complaints many times.
          In one of their reply they asked me to file a false fir, when i pointed this to them that i will not file a false fir, i will file only a right/true fir, since then they have rejected my request for replacement atleast 5-6 times, i still have time left as per my retrn policy, bt they are saying to contact mi brand.
          Flipkart back end employees are utterly stupid, they do their work blindly without applying their mind, they are the most worthless gys in their team.

          I also talked to their seniors 2 times they assured me that they will replace my phone, but, they are also full of *.

          I also mailed them a 5 page letter telling them the problems i have been facing, detailing how i have been calling them almost everyday for 9 days, but nothing from them also.

          If anyone knows how i can escalate this issue let me know.

          This is the mail i have already written to flipkart.
          Hello sir/madam
          I jasbir singh, r/o d-850 ground floor, new friends colony, near sujan mahinder hospital, new delhi -110025 mobile: [protected], [protected]. Had ordered a redmi note 7s (Ruby red, 64 gb) in exchange, fully paid up at the time of placing the order on 01 july, 2019.

          On 02 july, 2019, 5.20 pm your courier guy had delivered my order to my mom, then from that phone that was to be exchanged my mother called me, i also talked to your courier guy from the same phone that was to be exchanged, he told me that “physically the exchange phone looks ok and there seems to be no issues with the exchange phone, but i have to take it to my senior, he will check it, if at that time any problems are found in the exchange phone then, u will receive a message from flip kart saying that exchange phone not received deposit the balance amount, than he said that you don’t need to worry we will deposit that amount on your behalf by selling your exchange phone in the marketplace”.
          I told him that as per flipkart policy, you have to check the phone here and now only, i will not be responsible for later on at all.
          After that he agreed to it then said your exchange phone is ok, i am giving the order parcel to your mom, and he disconnected the call, took the exchange phone from on which we were talking and left.
          After that i called my mom on the landline, to tell her to keep the packet safe and then she told me that the outer cover was already torn open and your courier guy had taken out the phone box from that torn cover, phone box seal was also broken, there was also no flipkart box in it (I did not know flipkart box has to be there, your phone executive had asked me for it, which my mom confirmed was not present.), he took the new phone out of the box and handed it to my mom telling her it’s the policy of flipkart to show the phones to the customers now. After i heard this, i disconnected the call to my mom and called your courier guy, i asked him again and again why was the package torn and why did he deliver an open seal box phone to my mom, in midway of this call i stated to record this call, as i felt that that there is something wrong about this guy, on that call i repeatedly asked the guy why was the package torn and why did he deliver an open seal box phone, and during this call, i also told him that i have a recording showing that the packet was torn (This was a bluff, so that he tells the truth, i also asked him, when my did not ask to open the box or the package why did he do it, i also asked him to return and replace the new phone again and again, he only said you call flipkart and ask them to replace, i cannot do it.

          Then on july 2 /2019, 5.40 pm, for 10-15 min after i disconnected his call, i talked with flipkart, i told your executive everything about open package, open seal, open phone, that your courier guy wanted to sell my exchange phone in the market, also told him i have your courier guy recording i can share with him.. Told him everything. I then asked him for replacement because of open outer package and broken phone box seal, he told me that he cannot process the request since the courier guy has not shown the product as delivered, so until he does that he cannot process the request, he asked me to call again when i receive phone delivered message.

          Then on july 02/19, at 8.52 pm i got the phone delivered message, i did not bother to call flipkart at that time, because i thought that the executive i talked to in the evening would have written my complaint, so why waste more time again in calling, so i logged in to my flipkart account to ask for return and replacement myself, but since there was no option there of open, broken seal, or opened package so i had to pressed few random buttons for my request to go through, and it was accepted. But i felt that the rezone for request was wrong, therefore.
          Then on, 02/07/19, 9.40 pm, for 10-15 min, i again talked to flipkart executive, i explained to him everything, which i did to the earlier guy when i called at 5.40 pm in the evening, then i also told him that i have made the request by logging in to my flipkart account and pressing random choices because right choices were not present, please rectify my mistake and mention replace sought due open outer package and broken phone box seal. He assured me that it will be done.

          Then on july 4 /19, 12.26 pm, i, receive a mail from you stating that
          “ since the item received was different from the product, we will be lodging an fir and would like your consent for the same.”
          “ please note that the seller will not be able to fulfill your request in case these details are not available within the next 48 hours”

          Then on july 5/19, 11.00am. After receiving this mail, to register a fasle fir, i talked to flipkart, again, i talked to a girl there for almost 30 min.
          I explained to her that there is some miscommunication, i had never said that the product was different, i always said i want replacement and return because of open outer package and broken phone box seal, therefore i cannot agree to wrong/false fir being filled, since it’s against the law, i then asked her to tell your backend team to send me a new mail giving the right/true reason for filing the fir., then i would readily give my consent.
          Then your executive suggested me, that for it to happen she needs to close the old request and raise a new one, one her insistence i agreed, so she closed my old request

          In the mean time my mobile battery died and call got disconnected, as per my conversation with your lady executive she was supposed to cancel my old request and raise a new request, but she did not raise a new request as she had suggested.

          Then again on july 5/2019, around 11.40 am, i talked to your executive again for more than 30 min again and explained him everything, he then raised a new request

          “july 5, 12.03
          Hi jasbir singh,
          Your return request has been received.
          Return requested on jul 05, 2019

          Then again on july 6, 4.12pm i received a message and mail from you informing me that

          Your current return request has been closed.

          We are writing to you n continuation to your return request for since we haven't got an email from you giving consent to the fir being lodged within {tat}, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. Due to this your return request has now been cancelled.

          Then again on jul 06, 2019, around 9.45 pm i again talked for 45 min with your executives, i explain to them that my 1st request was already cancelled on july 5, y me because you wanted me to file a false fir and new a request for return was also raised on that day, so i was not obliged to rely to your mail to file an false fir, also on my new request for return (Order id od[protected], return id[protected]) i have not received any new mail to file an fir, so how can you cancel my new request, so your executive again opened a new request return requested on jul 06, 2019

          Then again on jul 7 at 4:28 pm you sent me a mail

          “sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item.in case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand.

          Then again on july 7 /2019, 4.35pm, i again talk to your executive on for almost 1 hour, this time i also spoke to your senior executive and explained him since last request was raise i have not received any mail for filling fir and no resone has been given to me for cancelling my reqest, and even 48 hrs have not lapsed, still my request is being closed, he assured me that my problem would be resolved in 24 hrs, but nothing happened.

          Then again on july 7/2019, 4.30 pm i also sent you a reply mail to your mail id asking you to file the fir

          Then on july 7/2019, 5.43 pm i sent you another mail asking you to send me a copy of mail which you have sent after i filled my return request on 6th july.

          Then again on july 7/2019, 6.06 pm. I also sent you a mail giving you the audio recorded conversation between me and the your courier guy, in which it can be heard, him agreeing and not denying, that the package was open, phone box seal was not there, he opened the phone box and showed it to my mom, without her asking for it.


          Then again on july 8/2019, 6.40 pm. I again talk to your executive and senior execuuutive for almost 30 min to get my problem solved, but of no avail.

          On july 8/2019, 05.14 pm, i also sent your customer support a mail informing you about the i have been facing, asking you to send new request for filling of fir, also in that mail i had given you my consent to file any no. Of fir based on true events,.

          In reply to that i received a mail from you
          “hi jasbir,
          Thank you for writing in.
          We understand your concern regarding the order id 'od[protected]' and sorry for the trouble caused to you.
          Please be assured that we're looking into this and will get back to you with an update by july 11, 2019.
          We would like to thank you for your continued trust and support.
          Thank you for being with flipkart.

          Now 3 days have passed since, i have jul 11 at 6:50 pm i received your mail saying
          “ sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item.in case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand.

          Now i would like to inform you that as per yor retrn policy
          What should i do if i find the package open or tampered on delivery?
          You can request for the item to be replaced by visiting 'my orders'. Use the 'return' option & fill out the details of the issue so that we can help you.
          Which i did as per your return policy my product has to be returned, i still have 1 more day to my product returned,
          I paid money to flipkart, and also made complaint many times, please replace my product, else i would be forced to tell my story on various online and offline platforms, i would also be forced to take legal remedies for the same.
          Consider this as my last appeal to you to do the right thing.
          Also consider this mail as my notice.

            macbook delayed

            I ordered macbook which was 1500 inr more then tatacliq and as it was showing will be delivered by next day 11am so i ordered it anyway as it was needed asap. So now after three day it is showing that the delivery boy is out for order and when i reached him, he tells me i will first go to other station then at 5 pm I’ll be reaching here. Will never order again from flipkart and put all this on various social media so that it teaches them...

            I am not able to login to my flipkart account through my old login id and password, though when I am clicked on recovery password, it's showing that unable to update your password, then flipkart asked for my aadhar card proof, so I attached my proof of address to flipkart service mail, since 10 months or so, I am not able to login to my account, but flipkart members telling that issue is resolved, but also same problem, worst service by flipkart,

            Recently flipkart blocked my account saying I have taken unfair usage of their token of apology policy. I called them a number of times and also wrote them a number of times, but they have no interest at all in giving any reason why they did this or what unfair usage I have done.
            I ordered a cover on flipkart which was 1. Very expensive
            2. Single piece
            The order I received was completely differen.. 1. There were 3 covers had no resemblance to the one I ordered.
            I have attacged the pictures.
            Kindly take action against such frauds.
            I lost old mobile number. Unable to change new mobile number without old mobile number

              I have received a call from person saying he is from flipkart from ​​​​[protected] and he said i have won a grand new car from flipkart as a lucky winner and asked foe my adhar card details and pan details and for car money account details ad also he knows that i have ordered from flipkart... I found it a cheat so is this your security flipkart... Shame on you... You are a big company... Shame on you... I[censored] are meant to be happening...

              Hi,
              I have ordered one baby walker 21th of june 2019, i had paid the amount through phonepay.
              When the order reached to me the delivery guy was asking money for the product. He was saying that it is marked as cash on delivery.
              As i have already paid thorough online i declined to pay again.
              So the delivery guy took the product back.
              But he marked the product as delivered. So i raise a complaint to flipkart customer care on 2nd july. They given the commitment they it will get resolved by 8th of july but they did not resolved it. Then they ask to wait up to 10th july.
              But they did not resolved again asked to wait 24hrs again no resolved the issue.
              My issue is still not resolved. They are not refunding my money not delivering product as well.
              Please do needful.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I have purchased an mobile honor 20i from flipkart on 3rd july order id od[protected]

                The following problem is with the product. 1 the product does not have an notification light.
                2 the product does not have a double tap wake up feature.
                3 the sound quality is not up to mark.
                4 the color is deferring from the product showing on display.
                5 the front camera quality is not up to mark.

                Overall the product is not an user friendly..
                Since the product is only replacement option what should i do.

                Should i go for consumer court or any other option available with me form flipkart.

                    I use to shop on flipkart from my personal mobile no. Linked with flipkart id and i earned many points after redeeming the points i got the voucher of 1000 and as soon i was going to use my voucher flipkart deactivated my id i tried calling customer care tried email but no response after that i made another id from my no. And same case happened again... Why flipkart is doing such kind of fraud tempting customers for coins and after that they permanently close the id without any notifications or warning... I want my id back and my money

                      I have placed order for urban ladder arabia - oribi solid wood 6 seater dining set (Finish color - mahogany) on flip kart on 5th of july 2019 with 100% advance payment having order number od[protected]. On 9th of july get call from delivery centre for delivery slot and they confirmed that product will be delivered on 12th of july 2019 (15:00 hour to 18:00 hour). On 11th again received call from same number and they say that product cannot be delivered as ordered price is low you need some negotiation. I refuse for any negotiation for the price as i have already paid 100 % payments in advance. I raise the issue with flipcart with id in[protected] on 11th july 2019. On the 12th july i received email from flipchart that we are sorry to let you know that your order od[protected] for the below listed item has been cancelled as the seller ran out of stock soon after you had placed the order. The amount you have paid for the cancelled item will be refunded within 2 business days. We will notify you via email and sms when the refund is initiated by the seller. It is worth to mention that product was available for sell on the same price even after three to four days after confirmation of my order on 5th july 2019 on flipchart. Now my request is that i want same product on the same price at which i have placed order on 5th july 2019. Flipkart or seller cannot cancel my order by blocking my 100 % payments for more than seven days.

                        I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message.

                          I am not able to login my account. My account is freezed and i had received the email from [protected]@flipkart.com stating that your purchase history trend shows that you might be a reseller that's why you won't be able to login. I had replied to that email giving my explanations that i had ordered mobiles for my friends and relatives and there is no such prior intimation given by them that if you will order more then your account will get blocked. Also i am a flipkart plus member. I asked cc about the bonus coins that flipkart credited me to avail free flipkart plus membership, they told me that customers who are having good purchase history are getting these bonus coins. My purchase history was good according to the flipkart, the day i got bonus coins, but they found flaw in my purchase history and they freezed my account. Isn't that ridiculous?
                          I just want to have the access of my account again so that i can access atleast the invoices of my orders.

                            I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number [protected].. A few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

                            The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my Flipkart account.

                              We are fed up with flikpart activities, they have moved our account o pending and this the 3rd time they did without informing us and I have told their team atleast to inform, which they aren't bother to do so.

                              Such a careless platform which is not seller centric at all. They don't have any visibility on how to showcase things to their sellers. We are very much affected with flipkart. That's why they are nowhere comparable with Amazon.

                              Irresponsible platform, i felt Paytm has a clear platform details rather this irritating platform.

                              I want my account back if not we are okay not selling on Flipkart such a base less platform

                                We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                                They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money

                                  On 23th june my flipkart account hasbeen blocked by flipkart. My fault was.. I have ordered same mobile cover which i ordered 1year ago on flipkart. They said that the product which i ordered is not for my personal use. But this is not true.. And also i have payment due on flipkart paylater, without access to my flipkart account, how can i pay the due amount. Also flipkart is continuously harrassing me for payment, i told them kindly unblock my account, they didn't respond.

                                    I couldn't login with flipkart. When I try to login and enter my details it shows 'set new password', when I enter any password it shows 'account already exist, enter password'.
                                    If I try to sign in it shows 'account does not exist'.
                                    When I try on forgot password it shows 'anable to process request, please retry'.
