I have ordered 3 units of burhani monarch 5 shelves bathroom cabinet. Vide order no od[protected] for a total cost of rs 5340. The money has already been paid. But i have not received the item completely. Initially i received one on 26 jun and one more on 11 jul after i complained. That makes only two have been delivered so far. I never asked for any replacement nor return of items which already delivered. I only asked for full supply whereas you are talking of "return" and "replacement" etc.
Now i request you to deliver the remaining one cabinet at the earliest. If you dont have the item with you please return my money.

      I ordered adidas shoes from flipkart but i received a different brand of shoes then i initiated a return request on 24 from 24 to 30 june my 4 return request were cancelled by their wish master saying that they haven't received any email from the flipkart team. Then on 30 june i initiated 5th return request and they assured me to resolve the issue by 3 but 3 passes then they promised for 5 july that also passes i haven't received any email or call from them then they said wait till 8 july that also passed but haven't got my refund and not the product picked up and i also have the video recording of the product during unboxing but they are not resolving this my emai is [protected]@gmail.com

        My order no od[protected] return was rejected for no valid reason.. The outside cover was not available.. Received the glass bowl totally broken into pieces and it was evident before opening the bubble wrap.. Pity.. Another order of glass od[protected] pasabahce glass ware rectangular container was recd with bubbles and it cracked the same day after filling with water.. Such low substandard stuff which is available from street vendors for a pittance.. Nasty refund policy. Never will i buy from u again and recommend for somebody..

        I lost rs 900 in this bargain and will definitely follow this up till it’s logical end.

          I have received sms stating that "flipkart dear customer you have win by fist prize tata safari and marketing price 12, 80, 000 registration charges rs. 12, 800 helpline number:- [protected]".

          Further to above sms, a guy called to my mobile number, introducing himself as supervisor from flipkart company, told that i got first prize based on my recently product ordered from flipkart and sought my details to deliver that prize (Including account details). When i inquired more, he told he would send his identity card as a proof. To my whatsapp, he sent his identity card and aadhar card photos.
          But the same seems to be fake and flipkart kindly confirm whether this is from flipkart or a fraud.

          Also, it is shocking to get a call from an unknown to my number who knows my name and the order placed in flipkart. I dunno how the order details including my name has reached an unknown guy. Now, i doubt the security of my details that are available in my flipkart account.

          Flipkart may kindly confirm whether the above messages & calls are being from flipkart (Official)??

            Hi my name is sudharshan i have purchased through flipkart on 16th june they committed vill do installation on 24th june i keeping following them but they refusing to do installation. Really very worst service provided to me i really saying to all public don purchase and try to avoid purchasing in flipkart these people are now days providing very poor service and simply for name sake they creating complaints at all so they not really supporting to customer

              I got fake, defective and duplicate titan wrist watch from flipkart. When i placed return request i couldn't processed as my account has been blocked by flipkart. It's worth of 7000 and i don't want to bear loss as it's mistake from flipkart. Please consider my request and reactivate my account so that i placed return request. I want my money back.

                  Order for a Mi 10000 mAh Power Bank (PLM09ZM, 2i) date 12/06/2019 and i revived product date 24/06/2019
                  First of all i order power bank color black but i revived another color power bank and i use some few day and i notice when i put power bank for a charge power bank tack a more the 5-6 hours for a charge and then when i charger my mobile it can only one time charge and then after my power bank was discharge that's why i am not satisfied with your product so i want to change my product and i want a black color and still i face a charger issue few day power bank tack a 5-6 hours but when i charge my mobile charger it one time charge and power bank discharge. so i want a still return and replenishment my power bank.

                    I have ordered Asus Zenfone max M1 black colored mobile through flipkart portal. I got the product on the very next day evening.The phone I have received which is in blue in color. I have checked the other aspects in phone I observed that the speaker sound and clearances are not as expected.

                    I have raised the return request immediately after the next day.They have contacted me and scheduled for return.Next day one person came told that we are authorized personal for service and I told that I have not satisfied with the quality and I received a different product, I want to return it. The person told that the phone is in good working condition. we cannot able to pickup and couldn't refund it. They have rejected the return request without intimating anything to me . again I have raised 3 more times with the same and they did the same rejection again and again. I made chat with the flipkart person I asked the question that why u have rejected my return request with out telling anything. I got no answer from them. Still i cant able to return the product.

                    Why U people are doing and responding the people like this? This is the way u r doing the fair business? Worst Service. i recommend other dont go with the flipkart for purchase online.

                            I'm a Flipkart plus member and has been shopping with Flipkart around long time now. On Saturday i have ordered a GoPro 7 (Without mount) and canceled it right away(within an hour), since i got another GoPro 7 (with mount, which i ordered and didn't cancel). I have attached images for my cancel mail.

                            Now today, i received a product in the morning (around 10am), and i opened it. I found that the product had mount missing. I immediately raised the concern with the flipkart support and they assured me with the actions. They also communicated that i may receive the mount as a different item within the same day.

                            Around 4-5pm i received another product and thought that this is the mount and accepted the product. When i opened the package, i found one more GoPro within. I immediately called and repeated my ordeal to Flipkart Support (IN[protected]xx). I have not opened the package and the images has been attached for the same.

                            I humbly request you to please accept the return(at least one GoPro that i had canceled) since these are the hard earned money with which i have purchased the GoPro. I assure you that the packing and all the entities remains the same, the way i received it.

                            Also, i have noted that i'm unable to login to my Flipkart Account. I would request you to grant me access to login into it. The incident raised for the same is : IN[protected]xx

                              I given order in flipkar 02 july 19. Product must be deliver by 4 th july. But product not deliver 4 th july they inform me ita deliver by 5 th july. But 5 th july also not deliver they don't inform me at all and last 3 day i repetedly call customer caer for delivery urgent basis but don't help me at all. Today they told me 6 th july its come andheri hub at 8.30 am. And my delivery addres also in andheri but they don't delivery still i told them repetedly its urgent.

                                I had ordered an huda beauty rose gold edition eyeshadow pallette from flipkart and not only was I given the wrong product (nude pallette eyeshadow pallette by huda beauty) it had fungal growth all over it. When I called the customer service they said I could refund and said it was my only option and I agreed. I gave the details required for the transfer of money but they said that there was some problem occurring during the transaction and told me to call after two hours. Ever since then when I call them I am given the response "executives are busy right now". Please I hope I am helped with my issue or I will have no choice but to take legal actions.

                                  Basically it is been more than 40 hours MY TV has been delivered but the status is not updated by Flipkart's logistics department intentionally. Unless they update the status, the installation will not happen.

                                  I called up customer care many times, but they did not reply me positively. Infact, they were absolutely now aware that the TV has been delivered already.

                                  They just kept saying that I will have to wait wait and wait. I am not happy with the promises made by Flipkart on the dates of delivery and installation.

                                  I hope someone will take up my complaint and resolve the issue at earliest.

                                      account disabled from flipkart end

                                      Flipcart has disabled and deactivated my account and i am not able to login to my account. They just sent me a mail regarding deactivate information. Customer care is not supporting. Need to return one order. Can't return untill my account is logged in.
                                      In that case it will be loss for me. I have already called to flipcart customer care multiple times but they are just passing the time....
