I had purchased a mobile from flipkart of 38585/- on emi basis. But at time of delivery, due to their technical error, i had to pay the cash again as the order indicated with the delivery guy as cod. I had to adjust the amount from various sources and paid it after getting reassurance that the amount will be refunded within a week. The amt is yet to received. All i get every time i call is that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours. My first complaint was done on 22 june. Till this date refund is yet to be received in my account. My emi for first month is due and i don't have the liquidity to pay it.

    My mobile was under cover by flupkart policy complete mobile protection. I was promised for 80%cash back but no money transferred to my account till date. No one is replying no one is ready to talk even i gave launched the complain two months back. I want my money as soon as possible. Please find the approval of company for 80%but not received money.

      I bought this product for 580 rupees before one month from flip cart Today I introduced the product to my child then I noticed that Inside the shoe MRP written was just 349 rupees . The fun is that in flip cart they puting 1000 rupees for this and selling on 50% discount . But the actual price was 349 only. I will attach the photos for evidence .

        I had ordered for a skybag trolley from Flipkart. Order id is OD[protected]. However I had size problems and requested for a return. However my return request keeps getting cancelled every 6 days and nobody shows up for the return. This has happened several times and the customer care executives are not at all helpful in this matter. I am very disappointed with their service.

          I cannot log in my flipkart account. I never register it before but when i try to register it, it says account is already exist, enter password. When new set password is being asked to enter, i enter it but could not log in. I really need help. Please help me. I got a voucher which is suppose to be use in a limited days.             My last two orders were got cancelled automatically without my knowledge. When checking with customer support they have told that courier people were unable to reach me, but i have not received any call for both of the orders. They also told there is no other solution for the problem apart from placing new order. But price of the product is more now. I was complaining about the order delay starting from the first day itself but support team made me to wait 4-6 more days by giving false promises like compensation, delivery within next day etc. At the end they itself cancelled the order. Now they are telling we cannot do anything as this got cancelled by courier partner. Same thing happened twice. I have ordered through flipkart and they are the one who is responsible for this. If they would have told that it cannot be delivered on the first communication itself i would have bought from somewhere else. They made me to wait and now they are telling they are helpless.

              I bought a Pen Drive of Sony USM64GR/B2/USM64GR/B3 IN[protected] GB worth 700 INR and it was not working on the same day, it came. I returned on the same date and now its been around one month that they haven't taken back my product. They asked for my ID proofs like passport and license and I submitted it more than 3 times. Today 03/07/2019 they again asked my proof telling that they need a colour copy. Every week I was calling them to ask about it and they say different reasons each time. My limits crossed and I feel really depressed after buying a small pen drive. They don't give value for the money I spent, instead they are torturing me telling different reasons.

                  As they reverse back the amount sucessfully to my

                  Account, i have contact multiple times to flipkart, they gave me every
                  Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer srvices
                  To trace the amount, please help me out of this, credit my account
                  May be the transaction is pendin please clear this

                    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                      I am writing this with regards to the asus vivobook 14 core i5 8th gen laptop delivered to me in damaged condition it had an issue with the display.
                      I had filed for replacement on 22nd june was was told that i would hv a technician visit by 27th june and a replacement by 30th june, both of which were not done as per the prescribed dates
                      I have been receiving telephone calls form 24th june on the above mentioned matter and being told that the matter has been escalated but i seen no results of the escalation.
                      To sum up, i have faced a great deal of inconvenience and loss due to this 13 days delay.
                      I would like to ask you'll to look into this matter and kindly solve it at the earliest with an compensation for my delay.

                        So I ordered a smarwatch from flipkart. I am sick of the customer service. It was delivered to my nearest hub and then sent back to bangalore again. TWICE. Even though I offered them to pick it up myself. I was constantly asked not to worry and promised that it would be delivered by 3rd of July. (Promised date was 28th June) and since I didnt get any updates I checked with them today (2nd july) and they asked me to cancel the order since they cannot deliver it. The item is now out of stock and I wasnt even informed about this. They have been extremely unresponsive and I regret chossing flipkart for this purchase.

                          They blocked my stating that their systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. I have only returned products for genuine defects after contacting the manufacturer's coustomer care or after visiting a service center as they denied service. I want my account back as it is not my problem to get a defective products and I have photos of the defective products as proof.

                            Flipkart assured products are supposed to go through 6 parameters of quality check, yet when i ordered a shoe for 3300 from an assured seller i received a fake version of the shoes with damaged packaging and no tags.
                            I used flipkart pay later and was made to pay the amount even though i returned it.
                            Then i was told that money will be refunded to my flipkart wallet.
                            Now the have completed the refund but i haven't received anything and upon complaining them the are now telling me that it will be refunded to my bank account. And will take 4 more days.

                            So now i have just paid my money to flipkart just to get it back after a week for no reason and fake product.

                              Then someone named Nitin Kumar Singh called me and said that.
                              "Congratulations sir you have won a tata Nexon car. I have two options to revive it.
                              1. Take the car
                              2. Take the price
                              In both processes, I have to pay rs.6900 as the government service tax. I haven't paid this yet. They gave me the time to 4:00 pm today.

                              So please, verify is it true? Or not.
                              Have I won any prize?
                              Is there any prize like this in Flipkart?

                                I ordered adidas shoe and they delivered on 23june 2019 it has 30 days return policy. Now i want to return it due to size issue but they blocked my account and now don't reactivate my account. And said that your account now can not will be open. Pleas reactivate my account that i can return it. I also emailed them but they just saying that "you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account".
                                They are not taking any action. This is not a way to looting money from customer.

                                I am RameshBabu M. I tried to order Fossil watch with gift card and rest of the amount 835 through net banking(HDFC) today. Order was not successful but money was deducted from the account.

                                    Hi, i bought honor 7a mobile on october 2018. While buying mobile, i bought complete mobile protection warrenty for 1year. One week back my mobile screen got cracked. I tried calling flipkart. They told to contact insurance. I called insurance. They said some mismatches are there so try to call flipkart.                                     Expected delivery date was 22 june, another date was 25th now they are saying on 29th, i have planed this for my wife birthday which is on 27th june, i am really fade up i do not have any option because i paid online otherwise i could cancel it, never ever will order from flipkart thanku so much u guys played well with emotion

                                      I have joined flipkart affiliate marketing programming by the end of 2018. Next year i worked hard and let people's purchase from my affiliate url. I have earned 10k in two in month of february and march. Now the payment got approved but they are not credited in my account. Contacted customer support by email and call many times till now they are saying different different problems each times. I think they are doing scam over peoples who works hard. My earnings for the month of february is nearly 6.5 k. And earning for the month of march is around 3.5 k. None of them is not credited in my account
