    We have returned the ordered just because of not matching the items with

    After replacement also, we again received the different items.

    Hello Team Flipkart,

    I placed an order and returned certain items because there was a discrepancy in what I ordered and what I received. I made a return and refund request within the stipulated time of purchase (2-Days). Your brand proudly claims a minimum of 10-day return policy, so, I was very much abiding by the policies mentioned on your website. In no way, did I try to go against the rules or your policies. You sent me the wrong items. What am I supposed to do? I had no choice but to return. You replaced the items and again sent me the wrong order. Please get your processes in order as I will not bear the brunt of your mismanagement and discrepancies. And, rather than rectifying your mistake, you deactivated my account. The number of returns increased because there is a flaw in your processes. Had you sent me the right items, I would have never taken such an action. I have been doing online purchases from various websites and never have I encountered such a problem. Moreover, now you are not accepting the wrong items you have ordered which are of worth INR[protected]. These items are a waste for me and a waste of my money as well. The fault is from your end and not mine. Activate my account, give my money back otherwise I will be forced to take stringent action.

      Respected sir
      With due respect i want to say thay i have an account in flipkart with mobile no. [protected].
      I m unable to update my password. I made a complaint many times about this issue but no action was taken by flipkart to resolve this. Neither the customer care nor the helpline number are responding. I m not able to open my account from the last few months. I used my old username and password but it was not opening. Then i used the forget button. On receiving the code i entered the code successfully. And then screen was pop up to set a new password. I entered a new password but it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". I hv been facing this problem from the last few months.
      Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. And for this i m also attaching screenshot.

            This is regards to my bed installation for order number od[protected] from flipkart. While placing the order the date for installation was 7th of july, 2019. But i have still not get the installation. I have been following up with flipkart as well as jeevas (Service partner) now and than but still no help from them. And now i am asking my money back and flipkart is informing that refund is not possible. I am very much disappointed with the service. Flipkart is cheating the customers. I am also going to intimate my bank to take action on this. I hope i get a positive response from here.

            I have ordered lenovo ideapad 330 laptop pricing around 38k and the lapop is defective, touchpad is not working, adapter and charger is not working, display is blurred and flipkart is not listening to my concrn and not providing me refund of 38k by taking back the product .

              I am not able to login my flipkart account it was firstly showing error in logging in them I tried to change my password but it was showing try after sometime and now when I am trying to login my account it is showing invalid login. This is happening from last 10 days or more. Please flipkart do the needful and I am not able to contact customer 2.

                Hi,

                I have account with Flipkart and I was keep signed in flipkart mobile app but suddenly it was logged out and when tried to logged in getting error as Login unsucessfull and retry after a min.

                I have called Flipkart customer care and they asked me to forget password option and reset the password, but no use it says "cant update new password try gain later", so they raised a complaint to their backend team.

                After 2 days I got a mail and they asked me to submit Id proof and replied with the details. till now there is no response from flipkart.

                could you please help to get back my account as its blocked for no reason

                Till now I didnt get any update and I again called Customer care, they are saying they didnt received any email from me.

                I replied to the same email which I received from FlipKart and Team is asking My address/Id proof, I using Flipkart from past 6 years and Flipkart has my email ID and Mobile number. now flipkart team asking my ID proof and is it really required. If its really required, without notifying how your team suspended my account.

                Expecting prompt response from your team.

                  Today is my very bad experience with flipkart. Today i had received dainty tempered glass guard for mi note 7 pro from ekart logistics but it's not properly fit with my hand set mi note 7pro at any side of the hand set. Actually it is a small size of tempered glass which is smaller than mi note7 pro...
                  So i want to return same product to flipkart but it's show me product has no return policy.. But when i was ordering same on flipkart it's show me 10 day's of return policy on that time..
                  So i'm very disappointed on same product and flipkart also..
                  So i'm resisting flipkart to take back his product and return found to flipkart pay latter a/c other wise i'm forbidding my total dues of flipkart...

                  Therefore i sincerely request you to look the matter deeply and do the needful..

                    Delivery person has stolen my mobile.

                    As yesterday i have received a message to do my payment from phone pay, i have done it and have shown that message to him.
                    I missed my phone in courier point and came back to work place.. And again i went there to colelct, i tried reaching him he disconnected and switched off.

                    Then i made him to ask about from my security person, he is arguing with me and atlast kept my mobile back side to the desk where it has been placed in courier point.

                    I didnt see such an disgusting fellow came here to give courier and manipulating in this way.. Nned your action on this where others should not face this incident again.

                      I have received this call twice from some unknown person claiming he works for flipkart and i have won mahindra xuv i lodged a complaint with flipkart against this call on 27 june 2019 with in[protected] but i guess they have not taken any action against it. And today again i have received one call claiming person works for flipkart and i have won tata next show car. He confirmed my product ordered from flipkart along with my delivery address and pin code this signifies flipkart is leaking our personal data and information which raises my concern over my safety issue. Because when i interrupted and said there is no such reward from flipkart and i don’t need any car the started loose words.
                      This is second incident within one month time span.

                        This is sathishkumar chandrasekaran from chennai. I have ordered jaques bogart 'one man show' perfume and it got delivered on 03 - july - 2019. (Refer order id:od[protected]
                        The product manufacturing date is september 2017 and expired by may 2019. I raised the return request and got the same expired products again on 08 - july - 2019.
                        This clearly shows that selling the expired products to the customer is truly intentional and cheating. Since flipkart failed to provide the correct product twice and i am planning to court approach consumer and take criminal action against the seller - shreyash retail pvt ltd and flipkart under section 274 of indian penal code.

                          This is with regards to the product booked on flipkart mobile app on 3 rd july for 13, 999/- through emi payments which has to be delivered on 11th july (Expected date), and while iam tracking the product, the shipment has been reached my destination place on 5 july and updated as 'sorry for delay it will deliverd' i was waiting for the shipment and raised a query in flipkart app, before i get any response my order has been cancelled without my consent and refund process has been started, the reason what i have been told is address is mismatched with pincode.. If pincode is wrong the flipkart shouldn't accept the pincode as such, if the address is wrong they should have called my contact for clarification, without anything they have cancelled the shipment, now asking me to order once again with my money as they cannot refund the amount on before 17th of july as the product which i have purchased is gift which has to be delivered by 10july without my consent how can flipkart cancel my shipment if it cancels also the amount should he refunded in urgent basis

                            I had ordered a redmi note 7 from flipkart and received a phone with a defective battery. The battery is draining heavily when compared to other redmi note 7 devices even when there is no usage. If the charging is below 50% the battery life is becoming unpredictable exhibiting sudden discharge and switching off immediately. I complained about this to flipkart, they have sent a technician from jeeves company. The company doesn't have any idea of how to deal with smartphones. He did nothing, just opened apps and gave the smartphone to me he was yelling that the smartphone is fine without listening to me. He's not at all ready to listen to me and is completely rude. He left from that place and rejected my replacement request. I raised a request again and the same technician came to check the device. This time he installed an app called blancco diagnostics, then scanned a qr code, maybe to prove to his company that he installed the app, then uninstalled the app immediately. He didn't even care to perform the diagnostics. He didn't even listen to me when i showed him screenshots of battery statistics that i took from my device and a friends redmi note 7 (Same model). I even showed him that my 2.5 year old redmi note 4 is giving better battery than the new phone. I also showed him the xiaomi company's advertisement that the standby time of redmi note 7 is 4.5days whereas mine is dead within 2 days. He told me that he would tell flipkart that the device is fine but the customer is not at all satisfied. But he went and told flipkart that customer is completely satisfied with the device and the issue is resolved. I was surprised when the flipkart's customer care told me about this. I raised a complaint on him with flipkart regarding fake comments uploaded by him. Flipkart processed it for a week and called to just say that i have to visit brand service center to get the device fixed. Why should i visit brand service center when it is the fault of flipkart and its technician and i raised the complaint before the 10 day replacement period. I need a replacement as soon as possible. I don't want to get it fixed by the service center as opening the device apart to replace battery would reduce the device's physical endurance, stability and any degree of water & dust resistance it might have had when it is first manufactured. I didn't pay my money to get a defective product in the first place. Flipkart, i want my product to be replaced as soon as possible.

                              I ordered 2 titan watch which order id is - od[protected], i placed return request two times but it cancelled again and again. As i got fake, defective, duplicate titan watch and i want to return that product and refund my money.
                              First thing it's your fault to send me damaged and fake titan watch and secondly you are not accepting my return request. It's shows your malicious trade practice.

                                This mobile is good on this price but when i use otg devices or browsing multiple pages its totally hanged/freezed.
                                I talk to your customer care executive for refund against my order but they suggest me to perform some activity. But after all activities issue not resolved so i want refund my amount.
                                Please look into this matter and please help me asap.

                                    Iam santhosh and yesterday i got a whatsapp forward message containg flipkart website page and some products cost 1rupee, 14 rs/-, etc like that..                                       I had ordered mi power bank from flipkart retail net seller. Order was placed on 30th june and promise delivery date was 1st july 2019 and it was not delivered. I had cancelled the order on 2nd july 2019. But on 8th july i got a message saying product was delivered without being delivered. After contacting flipkart i still didnt get ang resolution. Retail net and flipkart are just fraud.

                                        Real face of flipkart exposed in these 10 points.. Must read b4 placing prepaid orders

                                        1. I was a flipkart plus member n ordered more than 50 products a month from flipkart n received worst experience from flipkart..
                                        A big fraud flipkart brand initially sent highly unprofessional ill-mannered wishmasters for delivery from its ekart logistics namely ashish, nawajish n shadab at my premises who misconducted with me repeatedly..

                                        2. When i raised complaint flipkart / its logistics ekart ignored all my complaints n started bad politics against me.

                                        3. Flipkart/ekart started fraudulent activities in my account i. E. Cancelled all my replacements, returns of damaged/defective/wrong products by marking fake attempts in my account.

                                        4. Flipkart, their ekart logistics n sellers cancelled many of my orders with fake reasons which ultimately counted as customer rejected it. Also, removed replacement n exchange request option from my account on several products so that return request will increase in my account n they get a chance to block it, but still my returns were at minimum stage

                                        5. Suddenly one day, i was blamed with false allegations of too many unusual returns n my account was blocked.

                                        6. Now, flipkart not refunding my advanced paid money n blocked my account so that i cant even check my order ids, ordered undelivered products.

                                        7. According to flipkart, they blocked my account and now, i m out of buyer protection policy which means customer will not be provided any further replacement or refund of defective / damaged delivered products.

                                        8. Flipkart did intentional fraud n eaten away all my advanced paid money n earned super coins.

                                        9. Flipkart cheated me n mentally harassed me repeatedly to extreme level. Flipkart treat customers in a highly pathetic manner.. Even their last level of escalation [protected]@flipkart.com persue no values for customers. Regret to shop from flipkart.

                                        10. Request flipkart to refund my money of defective/damaged/wrong/undelivered products n unblock my account asap.
