I ordered vu led tv 50' model QDV from flipkart on 05.06.19 received on 09.06.19. after receiving the product i find some very handy discrepancies in the tv. First and foremost thing is that its picture quality is very poor. On further getting into the matter i just crossed checked the website of both vu and Flipkart. I was sent faulty laptop from Flipkart with a lot of issue. They said it will take 72 hrs to process the request. Now when the initial 72 hrs has passed. They are saying that they need another 48hrs to process the request. The seller name is Retail Net. They are committing fraud here. They give a 10 days replacement window.
