Please note i have placed order in flipkart on 15th july 2019 for redmi note 6 pro mobile and the delivery date is 17t july 2019.

Still, i haven't received my order and there was no status updated in my flipkart account regarding reason for not delivering the order. I have called flipkart customer care number and raised complaint regarding this but still not received any response from them and also had lot of conversation via chatting but still there is no proper resolution.

Being flipkart such a big company loosing their image for such a silly reason. I need an action on this on priority basis.

    Hi, myself arabinda from jorhat, assam. I have ordered vivo z1 pro mobile with exchange of my old vivo v5 mobile (Exchange offer) and today your salesman came to deliver the said mobile and examine my old mobile and he found the mobile ok except one spot shown in my phone. After that he said that he has unable to pick up my mobile and ask me to give the extra payment against the exchange of my mobile. I am refused to do that and give your valuable suggestion to resolve my issue.

      We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

      They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money

      Please respond and kindly note that i have already sent mails to [protected]@flipkart.com. No reply from their end. So i need to know the current situation.

      Last time in thiis forum i have submitted another complaint in that they asked my email id to track. I have provided the details above. Please don't try to excuse and last time after i updated my complaint with necessary information there was no reply.
      I had a call from one of the executives from flipkart. He said that he will look into the issue and will revert back after max48 hours. Till now no update. Please reply with valid information, waiting for the response. He asked me about the current problem. I explained that the approved payments are not yet credited to my account. It's like 3 months.

      Can't you understand I have mailed them like hundred times. They are not responding. If you have at least gone through my complaint you wouldn't have said like this. Such irresponsible service and support.

        I ordered a phone on 16 july where i got a 10% off on booking through credit card and also an exchange offer on my old phone. On delivery day the delivery personal that my old phone cannot be accepted as there was a problem with the screen. The problem was that there was a white light coming at one point on the screen but the display on the same point was alright as it showed everything clearly. I was disappointed there and told him to hold my order so i can arrange the cash for paying the difference as exchange offer is not applicable now. After 2 days of this incident i received a message that the phone will be delivered to me in 2-3 business days. And the next day it said order is cancelled. Now there is no 10% credit card off if i want to book it again. Please look into this matter and deliver the phone with the offer.

          Name of the company - flipkart amount-22995/- product - watch (Armani) reg mobile no.- [protected] order id - in[protected] date of delivery - 15 july 2019 applied for return - 15 july 2019 (Night) i has ordered a product from the company but its size was big for his wrist he wanted to replace it so he applied on the website the same day but they blocked his account and saying that due to high returns the account is blocked but he hasn't returned that many times as company is saying he has returned but not many times just 3 to 4 times. And they can check that from his account. I wants the company to replace the product or refund the amount and unblock the account.

            Flipkart is continiously harrasing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs 210 whereas i tried to open my account for last 1 months which had been blocked by flipkart. Without opening the acount how can i pay?? I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no so many times but haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now for 210 rs how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal for 210rs! Is it a joke?? They blocked my account they aren't assisting me so how can i pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how i tried to get in touch with flipkart, you can clearly see how many times they promised to solve my problem by sending those mails below mentioned. But they never helped me out.

              I brought an headset boat airdopes 411 on 08 jul 2019. And the one i bought was not working due to manufacturing issues so i have returned my new airdopes 411 due to some manufacturing defects (Which i have used it not more than twice). Nd it was a new piece nd the one i got after returning was an old one which someone has used for a long and the one i got was not cleaned well and the ear pieces have got ear wax and all in it. Nd the box was full of stains nd scratches. I brought it for around 2800rs and i need to return my piece with a new one. Hope u will return this piece with a new one.

              Yea i got ur replaced product which is an old piece in which someone used for a long time..and the two ear pieces is having someones ear wax in it.. I want it to be changed and i want a completely new piece. I have brought this ear pieces for 2800 and first one i have got is having some manufacturing complaint and second time i have got an old piece in which someone has used.. Hope u will give a completely new product. Thanku

                    I ordered two honor 9n costing 3020₹ got confirmation message also, and a confirmation tweet from flipkart itself stating that order is approved by seller and will be delivered on 22 july 2019, but next day they cancelled my order stating that product was out of stock,
                    If product was out of stock how can i get the order confirmation, and how come seller approved the same,
                    I want my order flipkart is saying that they don't have to do anything with the seller, order was cancelled by seller so they cannot do anything, if this is the way what would happen to our money if seller denies to give customers money back. Flipkart is cheating on customer

                        I am a new customer of flipkart. I ordered a fitness band recently which was dead on arrival and was malfunctioning on placing a replacement of my order. Almost after a week or more on checking my account i got to know that the replacement of my order has been cancelled. I wasn't informed about this particular event and on contacting the customer service i was told to go to the service centre of my product due to the technical problem created by seller.
                        Customer service was telling me to work rather than the seller, even though i didn't had an direct involvement in this problem.
                        I still ask for my refund or replacement of my order soon with ease.

                              I had order an phone (Asus zenefone max pro m2) and i got it with an defect that is it is not detecting the network from sim. I place an replacement then few days after it rejected, i again place an replacement and it is also rejected, it happen again in three times, in the forth time a tecnician visit the phone an his does the reset option (Which i has done before and after reseting it will be okay for a few hours (1 or 2) then again it will be the same) and it shows the network and he leaves and after some times it ha shows the same defect again, then i called the customer care and tell them about it and they said that, as the tecnician is visited one more return is not possiable so you should go to asus service center and repair it on my own, and very sad that feeling exhausted that i have buyed a product and has a defect in it and then i should repair it my self with my cash, its not fair. It hopes that by recieving this some action will be then regard on this and hopes to get an replacemnet or refund or atleast some justice....

                                I have placed an order (Od[protected] for nikon d5600 dslr camera on flipkart on last day of big shoping days (18/07/2019). While ordering, stock was there and i have placed order successfully and it was processed and got message, it will be delivered on monday (22/07/2019). But once the big shopping days over, on 19/07/2019. When the price of the the item hiked today, in my orders section of flipkart, it was mentioned as seller: (Retailnet) cancelled the order as it is out of stock. But the the is still available with hiked price of rs ₹6250. My question here is if really the product was out of stock why are you displaying and approving the order for the product in your website with fancy offer prices for limited time. Because of this i missed the offers given by you and your competitor (Amazon). This is totally not fair. Few hours later after my order, i have seen the same product was in stock with same seller but with higher price. Point to be noted is retailnet is flipkart assured seller as well. On calling flipkart, getting no response on delivering the product. Please look at the snapshots attached (Crazy to see the ordered time and cancelled time). Please be honest for customers instead of entering fake numbers as time.
                                Hereby i request you that, i don't need any other compensation other than the product which i have ordered for same price. I am not worried about date of delivery. So please make sure to deliver the same product for the price which i have ordered on your offer period.

                                  No sir i havent got refund till 25th july i also contact my bank regarding this but they told me they havent got any amount 13999 between 9th july and 24th july.i also showed them transaction id which flipkart gave me but bank says it is not showing in my account.so pleawe help me out i want my money back.

                                  Till 28th july there is no refund in my account i think there is no issue with bank side bcz i have contacted thrice to sbi they are saying flipkart has no made any refund on 9th july.i am afraid that seller has looted my money.

                                  I dont know how they are working i asked flipkart only just ask seller the proof of refund money into my account so that i can show it into my respective bank but from 18th july till today means 28th july they are failed to give me proof of refund by seller it just takes 10 minutes to share the proof of refund but i cant understand why its taking very long time.
                                  Bank is saying we havent got any money from flipkart and flipkart saying they have issued refund then where is money i am very very disappointed i request flipkart to allow some transparency between buyer and seller they will not give u any contact information of seller.

                                      impossible to change phone number registered in flipkart account

                                      I odered realme c2 (Diamond blue 16, gb) on 07/06/2019 with order id od[protected] and it was delivered to me on 09/06/2019. After the delivery i noticed that it's touch sometime is not working properly then i raise a replacement request on 10/06/2019 in night then i received a specialists call on 11/06/2019 at 11:00 am and they provide me the replacement id:[protected] and techician visit scheduled with jeeves consumer services pvt. Ltd. With service request number 9f11-27013flpkrt-9443835. On 12/06/2019
                                      Jeeves engineer sunil kumar yadav was come to fix my problem but they not fixed my problem and tell to me that you will received sms regarding replacement within 3-4 hours i raceived sms that your replacement request has been rejected
                                      Then i contact to flipkart customer care service then i told them that my problem is not fixed yet and your technical person sunil kumar yadav has updated fake report
                                      Then they promised to resolve my issue by 16, jun but they don't.
                                      Then i registered again complaint regarding that. Flipkart solved my issue by replacing product by 19 jun 2019.
                                      When i received replacement of the product i noticed that its battery is draining very fast
                                      After 20% then is restarted phone and reset phone. But my issue is not resolve then i contacted to flipkart and applied for refund but after draining full battery my problem was fixed.
                                      After some days i was noticed that it has hanging problem while playing videos
                                      . It is skiping some frames of videos.
                                      Then i contact 2-3 times to customer care and they said to do some troubleshoots
                                      . I tried all the troubleshoots that was told by customer care
                                      On 28/06/2019 i requested to fix my problem or refund. The customer care person
                                      Arranged techvisit with jeeves consumer service pvt. Ltd with service request number 9f[protected]flpkrt-9559358
                                      They done tech visit and updated fake report in job sheet that my problem is fixed but it was not fixed yet and my request was rejected
                                      Then i tried to contact customer care within the return period and i told them about problem, they gave me time to resolve this by 02/07/2019 with incident id - in[protected]
                                      But they told me in resolution that you have to contact realme brand.
                                      Why? When i request for the refund in return period and your tech person upadted fake report it is not my fault i have also registered complaint regarding this with national consumer care docket number 1457855
