I purchased redmi k20 pro on 17.07.2019 with 3 attempts online (2 debit card+1 netbanking). On 2 debit card transaction product purchase was not succesfull but the sbi transaction happened and money was deducted from account.1 transaction money was credited yesterday but 1 not returned yet no message received i want money back.

    I have order women panty 13days before m-size 34inches but i have recived 24 inches size which is not fit and i ledt review on the product i didn't get any reply on that then i called today ro flipkart customer care i try to register compliet the are saying that there is no return policy for this product. Its mistake of flipkart which the didn't check the quality of the products.

      Hello,

      I have made a order for poco f1 phone, order no is : od[protected]. Which i made into emi transaction.
      But my icici account was debited twice for same amount. Which is 14819.

      Transaction id are : 534476 & 541433 (Provided by bank, they want a response from flipkart for any action for undoing the transaction)

      I raised a complaint in 8th july through phone, on 9th july through chat and by e-mail also.

      I have already received two incident numbers which ware provided below. But till now i haven't received any response for my concern.

      Every now and the they inform me to wait for 24-48 hours, its been 8 days i have been waiting, contacting flipkart every day, either my phone, chat or email, but i haven't received my money, neither any response, or a commitment for resolving. ()
      (Sorry i already received as 11th of july as a commitment date which flipkart is unsuccessful to maintain)

        I purchased 2 backpacks of american tourister on 23/4/19 with inr 1139/pc & i got the pc on correct time. & the site says it have 1 year worldwide warranty. The 2 items s is damaged fully & it's stitches fully damaged. Its used by my sons & they are 4th & 6th stds respectively. I need to say one thing cash is not paper..!!! Don't foolish customers like provide local quality items. I need my cash back no need to repair it. Coz after repair also this item's quality is pitty same as above. So refund my cash & do further proceedings. If not get a needful reply from your end, im plan to go through consumer court & file case against flipkart pakka & also liable to pay my time spend behind this...!!!
        Mind it...!! This can't do anymore to any customers..

          I have ordered a honor 9n smartphone in billion day sale in flipkart, which offered a price of 1520/- on 18th june 2019, on 19th june, when i checked the status, it was in cancelled status. When i called customer care, they are simply telling its as technical error, actually its an breach of contract, so decided to sue on consumer court. As flipkart doesn't have any showroom, it has only online website to showcase their products, when they give the things in offer, how can they cancel without any prior notice. I have the every screenshot with me. Order id ending with 77480000

            I ordered a laptop on flipkart app which does not show the information regarding keyboard and pen not being included with device. This is a glitch on their app and they won't consider my refund request saying you should have checked website or called us before ordering the product.
            It's the poorest response to a customer who already had been misinformed due to their application issues.

            I want my refund or atleast keyboard in order to usr this device. The executives are blunt in their response while taking my issue.
            The picture below shows the highlights section where no note appears informing customer about the package details.

            The in box accessories say "2 in one laptop" which also does not convey the meaning of not including keyboard.

            All in all, the app is buggy w. R. T the information being shown which has led to me being caught in the middle of this issue.

            I hope they look forward to hear my case.

              I m trying to cancel my order since 10 July but unable to cancel my order and I have raised many cancellation request but they always cancel the refund request and flipkart concern team unable to resolve my problem and I want my refund and compensation for this delay.

                I bought this product from flipkart and having issues since the day of installation. From installation to leakage from the product then from water taste to purifier stopped working, faced all issue from the day of installation. The customer care is also not helping. Tried reaching livpure cust care but they are also not helping. Regretting that i purchased this from flipkart. Livpure is a #. I don't know how tendulkar is endorsing this. Flipkart is not providing any assistance once the product is installed and livpure is not taking complains. Their maximum service time is 48 hrs so if anything happens to your purifier then you have to live without water for 48 hrs and believe me i had to drink tap water in the night as all the shops were closed.

                  I am Bishal Singh, i am here to place a complaint of my cancelled order,
                  I have purchased many products from flipkart with no major issue but,

                  On 18th july 2019, I placed an order for a phone name "Honor 9N(Sapphire Blue, 32 GB) on Flipkart at 12:15 pm from an flipkart assured seller "IndiFlashMart" which cost me Rs 1520 at that time whose flipkart order id is OD[protected]

                  When i ordered i chose "cash on delivery" but later paid it by phonepe (*as flipkart has the option to change the payment method for cod to prepaid)

                  At same day on 10:32pm the seller cancelled my order and refunded the amount and given reason "This product is Out of stock. Hence, the seller has cancelled your order"
                  but there was too many stock and for the whole day the product was available from the same seller and so i want that product ..

                  From flipkart i don't want any compensation, I only want the same honor 9n phone..

                  so this is my request to you to please look into the matter and provide the same phone from flipkart.

                    I ordered an expensive FOSSIL ES 3713 Taylor Analog watch worth INR 10, 995 ORDER ID: OD[protected] on 1st July 2019 from Flipkart from the flipkart seller named RETAIL NET.

                    The order was delivered within a day and reached by 3rd July 2019 at the location i.e. GURUgram sector 31.

                    But to my astonishment the product received was a fake watch.. may be of worth INR 50.

                    So as a regular customer who orders in frequency from flipkart should do what. Generate a complaint and inform the authorities about the same in hope of a resolution.

                    But to my wonder the giant online shopping platform refused to acknowledge my complaint at first.

                    After repeated calls and mails from my end everyday, they assured me for a resolution every other day asking for 24 hr but no replies or mails from their end.
                    After frustrating 10 days they told me that they gonna enquire about the issue and file a complaint against the seller.

                    But on repeated pressure from my end all they did was a reply stating the seller has refused to replace the item and the delivery boy said he handed over the correct item hence issue from our end is resolved even when it was clearly mentioned that item can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

                    I mean they simply refuse to take any action and refund my money.
                    Firstly I receive a wrong item and then I don't get my money back for the fake product.

                    This is how they are treating their customers.
                    The seller is not ready to accept a replacement and flipkart refuses to give me a refund.

                    This is all ### going on they think we customers are trash who cannot do anything and will accept any loophole from their end.

                          I ordered poco f1 by xiaomi on 10 july 2018 with order ID[protected]
                          On arrival mobile was dead and damaged(screen scratches) . 2 scratches was on screen . I request your team for replacement of product on above given reason and technician confirmed that product was dead and damaged . your team is not responding properly.
                          Your helping flipkart team is not mentioning dead product and damaged product on replacement, they mentioning only dead product. I file compaint 2nd time but your assistance is not giving any good reapons.

                          Your team is not responding properly .your team is taking 72 hr to clarify replacement request . How bad and slow this is . Cs says for wait and wait .I received only one call from your cs and that was also not satisfactory. If You are unable to replace my product then give me my 17999rs refund . ### cs.                             Today 18th July 2019 at 2.30 pm I ordered a redmi note 7pro mobile phone at Flipkart flash sale offer
                            and I paid the money through SBI debit card at paytm.my balance is debited from my SBI account but stil now I did not get any confirmation message for my order.how can I know that my order is confirmed or how I get back my money at my SBI bank account.

                              I ordered 3 Ajanta wall clock of cost Rs275/- each from flipkart on 9th May 2019. The item was delivered on 11th may but when I opened the box it was containing only 1 clock. Immediately I requested for refund/return but they just sent me a mail asking for my ID proof and other details and they also messaged me that they will call me. After 2 days I neither got call not any refund or return.I mailed them and asked that why are you asking My ID when you just need to return/refund my product. And after 3 days they just closed my request without any solution. the same thing happened 3 times and finally they closed the window to raise refund/return.

                                My order has to be delivered on 17 july 19, but unfortunately they have not delivered and still I didnt get my order, I called them so many times that am going out of station pls try to deliver it by today, still not received, now its of my no use, I purchased it for my brother,
                                even I alredy informed them on 16 that am going out, still they wont be able to track, I told them share me the location I will go and pick, for that also they didnt coperate,
                                atleast learn some skills from amazon, they are best in their business, I will never ever order anything from flipkart, and I suggest my friends and relatives, not to buy anything from flipkart. Useless, .

                                  I understand your concern about high no. Of returns but sir I check your return policy there is no terms and conditions for no. Of returns of product. I you blocked my Flipkart account for this high no. Of returns then please show me where it is mentioned about no. Of return . You can't blocked my account for this reason moreover you are not giving me any information or intimation about blocking of Flipkart account. This shows your malicious unfair trade practice sir.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    Greetings! I recently placed an order at flipkart for vivo v15 mobile phone under exchange offer (Order id:od[protected]. The exchange offer involves exchanging older mobile with a newer one. When the ekart (Courier name) executive came to deliver the mobile, he rejected the exchange for reasons not indicated by flipkart.

                                    The flipkart terms and conditions are (Flipkart terms and conditions followd by my response):

                                    A. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device.

                                    The old device exactly matches the declaration provided by me.

                                    B. The phone switches on/off properly and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to charger.

                                    C. The imei of the old device, provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.

                                    The imei of the old device matches exactly with that provided by me.

                                    D. Screen should not have any cracks and it should not be coming out from edges. Body of phone should not have any crack and there should not be any button missing from the phone

                                    There are no cracks on the screen and it remains intact. There are neither cracks nor missing buttons in the phone.

                                    E. For all phones, the screen lock should not be active (All forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc needs to be de — activated).

                                    The screen lock was kept active.

                                    F. For apple iphones, i-cloud account is unlocked.

                                    This is not applicable in my case.

                                    Despite fulfilling the terms and conditions as a customer, my purchase order was not fulfilled and thus the exchange was rejected. I request follow the terms and conditions mentioned on the website and thus complete my purchase order.

                                    We regret to inform you that as per the update received from the courier service provider, the exchange product provided by you was not as per the seller exchange policy, due to which they have rejected to pick the product.

                                    Also, note that the seller has confirmed the refund has been initiated on July 20, 2019 and the same shall be credited to your account on or before August 01, 2019.

                                      No had attended technician for installation of marq led & as discussed with mr mahinder kumar, he said to me "please reply to this email with a snapshot of the installation charge receipt so that the amount can be credited to the gift card section of your flipkart account".

                                      But no any resolution from your side.

                                      So, i requested to you, please resolve my problem & provide installation charges - 1200/-
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
