I have placed the order with flipkart order no :od[protected] and i found that specification is not good and thought of returning the item, but seller is rejecting my return request.

Customer care is suggesting that they cannot take it back, you need to use it even though you are not interested in this product.

I have not even opened the product. Kindly help...

I bought a product from flipkart they have sent me irrelevant product and that is not fitting to my vehicle so i have returned then they picked up the item and they said some silly reasons and returned that product to me again, now they are telling that your return time is over
Actually they have wasted the time and giving reckless answers and they are not answering why they have returned that product to me again...
