Hi All,

Today i share one incident with Flipkart.

I booked my Redmi Note 7s on Flipkart on 24/05/2019 & they delivered me on 31/05/2019.

Order ID :- OD[protected].
Invoice number :- FABACH[protected].

But on very First day i found problem in sound, I called so many times to customer care but every time his give me time.

NO one give proper answer and try to delay my rePlacement period.

After passsing 10 days time, ( Compled Replace period ) they called me and give one person number & tell me that his coming and resolve your problem.
But again i found fraud.

that person totally wrong and his told me that his not company authorized person and i m only repair TV not a mobile.

Again & again i called to customer care but every time they give wrong information and try to delay and delay.

So i requested to all pls don't buy anything From lipkart.

Also I request to Government fo india to recheck Flipkart Licence and band his all the product in India.

I want justice Justice & only Justice.

    For the first time i ordered a all in one science book and shoes in the flipkart when the delivery boy came to us to a delivery product. He behaved rude to me. When he was giving a product to me. I said i have two more products to come on july 11 2019 he said please cancel that those two orders. I cannot come here and give you that order (My village). My village is just 1.2kilometer from the main road. He said that its far i cannot come. I felt sad so much for their rude behavior in front of me. So i will not order any more things in the flipkart except that two products. The product was all in one science book and another is sparx shoes. The summited date was (08 july 2019). I will not order anything in flipkart.

    My delivered Product colour is totally changed, after complain not take any action on my complain. I want to replace my product but didn't replace.

        I purchased mi smart android led tv from flipkart. I was scheduled to be installed on 8th july by assigned technician from third party services named, jeeves. I called up technician multiple time for follow up which he didn't respond. I called him from another number, and asked him about status, he said he is at mumbai and can't do the installation today. I had taken a whole day leave for scheduled demo/installation. I had follow up multiple time with jeeves customer services which was not at all fruitful instead it was frustrating. Worst customer service experience from flipkart and jeeves.

        Hello, my complaint against the flipkart delivery the promised date is expanding day by day, it want to deliver the product by 3rd of july but its breaching the date and its 5th of july the product is not yet in my hand
        My flipkart account has been deactivated and now I want be activate it but it is not activating
        My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. and password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
        Plz solve this prblm fastly

          Date of incident 8th july.
          I ordered olay night forming cream, to which i received an olay day cream on 24th june 2019. Due to wrong product sent i raised a replacement request and in response to this, the pick up was raised for 1st july 2019. They cancelled the request saying seller cancelled it. I'm not sure if seller has access to my request and who is seller to cancel my request. I've raised request to flipkart. However on flipkart's executive request i again raised replacement request which is set on 8th july 2019. It was pick and replace request. Now again i received day cream. I called up flipkart and they said they're transferring my call but they cancelled the call. Now who is responsible for this much time wastage also flipkart and seller are using my money for free.

                Now when i placed a new phone order (Od[protected] on dated 29/5/2019 with buy back guarantee they have cancelled my order and blocked my account buy saying i am reselling the mobile.

                Reason : you are not purchasing mobile for personal use, that's why your order has been cancelled & you will not be able to login again.

                And you have suspended my account when I placed an order against buy back guarantee, not before that.

                You have sucks my 13300 rupees in the name of buyback guarantee.

                    Actually i have ordered realme c2 from sale but when it was delivered then i open it i saw that the brand is of samsung and box of galaxy j2 and when i open it i saw there is no phone only marble is there i have unboxing video also and whose order i'd - od[protected] sir please help me to resolve this concern.                       I ordered 2 titan watch and when i got my product it was in fake, defective and it's not original titan product and it have lots of scratches on strap and look's like used product, so i placed return request but i couldn't processed my return request as my account has been blocked by flipkart. Please reactivate my account so that i processed my return request. It's flipkart mistake to send me this type of fake and defective product and i am not ready to bear worth of rs 7000.
                      I request you to resolve my issue and reactivate my account as soon as possible. So that i placed return request. I want my money back.

                      you are giving me the same copy and paste response as in mail when I contacted you. I have received a defective product from your side and this is my right to return it. And if large no. Of returns was there, then you should inform me about account blocking or warned me. You just send me defective and fake product and blocked my account itshows your malicious intention to fraud/unfair trade practice from your side.

But i have not received the item completely. Initially i received one on 26 jun and one more on 11 jul after i complained. That makes only two have been delivered so far. I never asked for any replacement nor return of items which already delivered. I only asked for full supply whereas you are talking of "return" and "replacement" etc.
                        Now i request you to deliver the remaining one cabinet at the earliest. If you dont have the item with you please return my money.

                            I ordered adidas shoes from flipkart but i received a different brand of shoes then i initiated a return request on 24 from 24 to 30 june my 4 return request were cancelled by their wish master saying that they haven't received any email from the flipkart team. Then on 30 june i initiated 5th return request and they assured me to resolve the issue by 3 but 3 passes then they promised for 5 july that also passes i haven't received any email or call from them then they said wait till 8 july that also passed but haven't got my refund and not the product picked up and i also have the video recording of the product during unboxing but they are not resolving this my emai is [protected]@gmail.com

                              My order no od[protected] return was rejected for no valid reason.. The outside cover was not available.. Received the glass bowl totally broken into pieces and it was evident before opening the bubble wrap.. Pity.. Another order of glass od[protected] pasabahce glass ware rectangular container was recd with bubbles and it cracked the same day after filling with water.. Such low substandard stuff which is available from street vendors for a pittance.. Nasty refund policy. Never will i buy from u again and recommend for somebody..

                              I lost rs 900 in this bargain and will definitely follow this up till it’s logical end.

                                I have received sms stating that "flipkart dear customer you have win by fist prize tata safari and marketing price 12, 80, 000 registration charges rs. 12, 800 helpline number:- [protected]".

                                Further to above sms, a guy called to my mobile number, introducing himself as supervisor from flipkart company, told that i got first prize based on my recently product ordered from flipkart and sought my details to deliver that prize (Including account details). When i inquired more, he told he would send his identity card as a proof. To my whatsapp, he sent his identity card and aadhar card photos.
                                But the same seems to be fake and flipkart kindly confirm whether this is from flipkart or a fraud.

                                Also, it is shocking to get a call from an unknown to my number who knows my name and the order placed in flipkart. I dunno how the order details including my name has reached an unknown guy. Now, i doubt the security of my details that are available in my flipkart account.

                                Flipkart may kindly confirm whether the above messages & calls are being from flipkart (Official)??

                                    I got fake, defective and duplicate titan wrist watch from flipkart. When i placed return request i couldn't processed as my account has been blocked by flipkart. It's worth of 7000 and i don't want to bear loss as it's mistake from flipkart. Please consider my request and reactivate my account so that i placed return request. I want my money back.
                                    I attached photo of watch which i got from flipkart.
                                    Please reactivate my account as soon as possible.

                                        Order for a Mi 10000 mAh Power Bank (PLM09ZM, 2i) date 12/06/2019 and i revived product date 24/06/2019
                                        First of all i order power bank color black but i revived another color power bank and i use some few day and i notice when i put power bank for a charge power bank tack a more the 5-6 hours for a charge and then when i charger my mobile it can only one time charge and then after my power bank was discharge that's why i am not satisfied with your product so i want to change my product and i want a black color and still i face a charger issue few day power bank tack a 5-6 hours but when i charge my mobile charger it one time charge and power bank discharge. so i want a still return and replenishment my power bank.
