I have been a customer of flipkart for many years, to say 6 the least. 2 months back while trying to place an order of mi headphones for my brother, the order got cancelled again and again. When checked with customer care, they told reseller end cancelled it we can't do anything. So i placed it via amazon later.
Then i have ordered a book on articleship for my brother, and a couple of other mobiles for friends and an air conditioner for my home, which all got delivered without any issues.
Three days back, when i ordered redmi note 7s for my friend's father, the order got placed successfully by noon 1 pm. But around 8 pm received a text, the order got cancelled, refund initiated.
So i contacted customer support, stating the previous incident and it happened again, asking to resolve the issue. They asked for some time to resolve it and asked me to wait for 2 days. They will revert back to me.
I waited, and then on saturday, i received a mail stating - my order history shows i ordered products for reselling and not for personal use. I'll be no longer able to access my account.
And that's all, my account is gone. When tried replying them, reply got failed. And i texted them via twitter to which they told me to maintain patience so that they can help me out.
I clearly asked them to call me back, so that we can talk it out. I can show them proof if they need anything that those orders are for me and my relatives, friends etc.,
They again sent an email only yesterday - copy-pasting the previous day's email. And in addition, the same content via text message too.
They clearly don't have any idea on how to deal with their customers. All i wish for is to get my account back, and wish to sort things out. But flipkart customer care is so screwed up, they only read out texts instead of handling customer queries.

We'd like to let you know as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
I paid my amount from GOOGLE PAY UPI.
But here money is debited from my account but when I saw in ORDER section, nothing is showing there.
