I can't log in to my flipkart account as the code is not received to my phone as well as email. No code is sent by flipkart. I tried to resend the code but still no response from flipkart side and my password is also not working for flipkart so plese resolve my issue as soon as possible so that i can login to my account.

They had called me from this number 8067987970 they told to uninstall and reinstall it and its done. They had stated that due to some technical issue login becomes sometime abit problem.

      Hello my name is RAJAT Yadav and I'm writing this complaint against the Flipkart company which has blocked my account and is not providing resolution to resolve this issue. I've ordered a phone which is redmi note 7 came to be not working properly with the SD card so ordered a replacement and the issue was same with the product so I'd to return it for which I got the refund back.recently I've ordered a product known as tagg inferno 2.0 containing scratches over the ear hook when I tried to return it my account access was blocked by the company for returning multiple products...this company is not able to provide adequate quality product but instead improving there work flow they just blocked my account so I cannot return the product and when I called the customer executive of Flipkart they asked me to Check the mail in which I've got that the access to my account is blocked for returning high no. Of products and when I called the customer care again they asked to me reply back to it for which I'm getting the same reply since 4 days.They are just mentally harrassing me and after the return policy of the recent product will end they will definitely say that we cannot return this product as the return window is closed.No one is helping me I tweeted 2 days back about this tragedy and Flipkart executive called after 1 hour of that tweet to ask about the issue and promised me to provide feedback within 2 days and still there is no call back. I'm still waiting for the resolution.i tried reaching the customer executive of Flipkart they are still saying reply back to the mail and here's what I'm getting since 4 days(sharing the screenshot).
      On 3rd April I ordered a redmi note 7 the other color Variant thinking that the isse must be solved with this but I was in fear that what if it isn't solved so decided to cancel it before delivery and on 6th April the confirmation for order cancellation was confirmed but the payment which I made through my debit card is not refunded yet and it was written that it will reach to me by 16 th april but today is 18th and I haven't got the return...I called Flipkart customer service but they can't see details to my account as the account is blocked and so they asked me again to reply to the mail I've got from Flipkart which is not providing any further assistance.
      I'm unable to upload the screenshot due to some error.i can mail them...but to where should I mail??

          Only 14th Jan. I happily placed an order from Mumbai FITSY Seller. The order took a while to delivery which was okay though, but it actually opened by eyes about Flipkart. I started receiving calls from unknown numbers and even received a message from BZ-FLIPKT. Screenshot is attached. I also received calls from the scammer who demanded Rs. 8, 500/- payment. Number is already provided to Flipkart in the Ticket ID: IN[protected].

          The same was conveyed to the Flipkart Team as how I narrowed down that the breach was made via "Flipkart". Actually the format of address which was put in Flipkart was exactly what the scammer confirmed to me over the call. So, I was able to understand that this format of the address was put over Flipkart.

          They have clearly disrespected the GDPR policy. Be the breach was from the Flipkart Seller or some Courier person. My details were leaked regardlessly. Hence, I don't want to use Flipkart any more and I want to penalise them for the same. They have been threatening me with calls and emails for the pending payments of Pay Later account. I didn't like the shopping experience at all, hence I don't want to pay PayLater Invoices.

          The customer support is useless as reading the Knowledge base set by bunch of fools. I never find their support helpful in such cases.

          I am hoping the Flipkart recovery team will read this and provide me a better solution.

Asked the customer to lodge the complaint in the nearest cyber department for further assistance and closing the complaint from our end.

            After rejecting my exchange the customers care calls me to tell that the mobile's metal coating has come off ao the local hub cancelled my order what they were seeing was just the light reflection since i took the pic in the outdoor condition but these ### cant see the difference in highlights so i told him that i would resend the images but he jsut wouldn't listen, and for that matter the wishmaster when he firat came to pick up my phone told me that the body is fine but the screen has "scratches" which are barely noticeable l. ### cant even make up their mind to for a reason to deny exchange.
            I am posting the pictures that they thought showed damaged product and I'm also posting the pics that i took right now to prove them wrong, lets see if flipkart can find a new reaso to cancel it this time

                  I have a Flipkart plus subscription and 1000rs gift card in my Flipkart account. Flipkart has blocked my account for no reason. I want my money back. Please unblock my account.
                  My account was blocked recently and it has 4250rs of gift card in it. I purchased it via Woohoo store. I contacted customer care on Flipkart but I'm getting only computerized like replies. How will I get the gift card? Whom should I contact? Any relatable stuffs? Please reply someone.

                    Being flipkart customer I'm very disapponinted with technician behavior.. As he spoke very rudely when I requested him for technician visit as I wanted to return smart buy cooler.. He did not visit but i got message that he will visit.. Very disappointed.. Please take action against him so dat he does his duty properly..

                      I am sangeeth and i m a gold member of flipkart. Purchased many electronic items, household items through flipkart only. But recent days, if any electronic gadgets or mobiles or laptops delivered with any defective, they should not replace the product. Recently i m purchased redmi note 7 on 13th march 2019. But the mobile has network issue. We can't able to hear the voice when others speaking. Also signal getting dropped always. So i raised the issue to flipkart for replace the product.

                      Member from flipkart has come to my home and check the mobile and told that he can't able to replace the mobile. Because there is the display has cracked so that the replacement will not happen.

                      But really, three is no cracked in display. Clearly i understood the flipkart member avoid to replace the mobile. They told many reasons to avoid. And his speech is not clear.

                      I have a doubt on flipkart. Is there any incentives or commission for that person, to avoid any replacement.

                      I need a truthful decision from flipkart. That's a reason i did not used and purchased any items in flipkart. I m very struggling to replace the product or refund the amount. Very worst online site when compared to amazon.

                      I did not received any call from your end and not received any msgs regarding this.

                      Still i m using the same defective phone. My money is waste. When will you refund the money or when you replace the mobile redmi note 7.

                      Really i m shocking while i m seeing the status mentioned as RESOLVED.

                      Dont try to do smart. If you have not resolve (replace) this issue. Definitely i have to take action against Flipkart.

                        I have ordered s10 plus on 30th march from flipkart (Od[protected]. The transaction failed the first two times and in the third attempt the transaction succeeded. So what is the conclusion. I need to get refund of the first two transactions, but i didn't. Contacted flipkart multiple times but they are not taking care of the issue.. The amount is very huge, one transaction value is 73900 and two times means 1, 47, 800. Hdfc bank gave proof that the amount is settled to flipkart, but flipkart backend team is no way helping. Provided screen shots to flipkart on april 13 th after discussing from 9th april with flipkart that my card debited 3 times but they are unable to see the other 2 failed transactions. Had to contact hdfc and submit dispute form and get the details of three transactions.

                          Ordered and received a blaupunkt 43inch smart tv on march and got it replaced on april 9th as the first piece was defective and picture was getting stuck in between. The new piece arrived on 9th april and it is 18th april now and nobody has come for installation and demo yet. This box (Not even sure if there is a tv inside) has been sitting idle in my bedroom for last 10 days. Escalated multiple times to flipkart service team and am getting the usual answer 'this has been escalated and will be resolved in 24 hours' and nothing happened yet. And, i am not allowed to install it on my own as doing that would cancel my warranty. The holidays are going on and there are kids at home who are not able to watch their favorite shows due to this horrible customer service from flipkart. Not even able to return this product now. Hope this complaint would reach the right authorities. Never had such a horrible customer service experience and i am worried that my hard earned money would be lost.

                            I ordered a blaupunkt 43"full hd led smart tv on 22nd march 2019. The delivery pincode was 690502, as most of the tvs were not deliverable to my area during the sale period. The installation was done. The product was faulty and asked for a replacement. The replacement item was delivered on 9th april 2019 to my pincode 695003. But flipkart scheduled the installation on the previous pincode where the 1st product was delivered. I called up the customer care and requested for the address change. Every day i call and ask the status. And the reply i get is that my problem wil be resolved within 14th. Later it was 15th. And now its 18th april. No calls from the agency or any updates regarding this. Now i am asked to wait till 23rd april 2019. I received a call from the support team on 17th april and was assured that the installation will be scheduled on 18th april.
                            Total disappointment from flipkart team. What can be done now?

                                I made a prepaid purchase of a smart phone (Asus zen phone) on 15 april for rupees 9999 from my credit card for which i got delivery as 17th april but on 16th i got notification that my product is out for the delivery and got msg to collect the phone from executive but when i went to collect it the executive start asking money as it was showing cash on delivery as per executive then i told him that i have already paid then he said their system is on updation so it does not show prepaid order so he told that he will call me or he will deliver it once their system gets updated. So i decided to wait.. But when i called executive in the evening then he said still the payment is showing cash on delivery so he can't deliver it and he suggested to call customer service (Toll free) which i did and then their call centre executive told me that my amount has been received then i told him that your executive denied it then he asked me to wait for 2 more days. Then i connected conference call with their delivery executive then also they did not agree to deliver.. So after their response i thought to cancel the product then surprisingly they told me that i can't cancel as it is out for the delivery and amount has to be returned from seller.. Which increase my frustration because as per call centre executive amount was and as per delivery executive it was not.. So my question is if the amount is not recieved by selling then he is not allowing me to cancel.. Moreover i was not having any option i had to wait. Now on next day on 17th april again i got notification to collect my product but situation remains the same as again it was showing cash on delivery so i asked him to cancel my order so he cancel it and asked my to wait evening for my money.. Now in the evening when i called to call centre then they said that within 24 hrs i will get notification but it's being so long time nothing has been came.. And i am stuck up with my money and open sim card. Please help me with my money..

                                  Sir, my flipkart account is blacklisted and is not being open because of which i am unable to plant flipkart payer money please, please provide me some help so that i can pay flipkart pay letter. Please, it has been more than 2 months now i have started receiving a legal action message. Please sir, accept this payment of 1322 and log in to my account. For some time from which i can make a payment, you can not get any result from the company. I am calling again and again. My account [protected]@gmail.com and my no. [protected]

                                    Hello.
                                    I am a member of flipkart affiliate program since 2017.
                                    As per the terms and conditions i have earned more than 5000 rs for the payment to be transferred.
                                    And in my account the approved payment is around 6100 rs.
                                    It's been also more than 60 days from the time i earned 5000.
                                    Followed up several times for the same with affiliate team but no reply at all.
                                    Kindly look into it and do the need ful.

                                      My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number is *. I have been receiving a number of calls and emails because i couldn't pay 2169 rs because they themselves blocked my account due to some return issues.. I sent them emails many times that i am willing to pay just provide me a solution.. But no they didn't have a solution regarding this.. All they do is keep sending messages and emails that they will take legal action.. I was a plus member.. This is how you treat your valued customer.. Now they have sent me a message that they are initiating legal notice regarding this... This is like blackmailing your customer.. You are not providing any solution.. And threatening me.. You should provide a solution first so that we can pay.. I have contacted them many times.. Here is the proof
