The flipkart executive had took the money inr 40999/- and when i asked him to open the product in-front of me for verification of any damage/defective product.

Then i found product was damaged, upon which he took only inr 35, 000/- with an assurance that he will deliver the product in next 2 working days.

The flipkart customer care and flipkart wishmaster's manager forced me to pay inr 35000/- to save their wishmaster job as he had opened the product packaging breaking/breaching their terms and condition, hence due to humanity i had given him inr 35, 000/-..

He confirmed that he will collect remaining payment inr 6000/- during delivery and same confirmation he had given to flipkart senior executive customer care and to his manager over call.

Yet till today neither flipkart nor their wish master had delivered the product nor refunded my money. And flipkart is supporting such money frauds via different kind of conspiracy with different customers.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was not delivered and the payment was collected by the courier service provider. We have already interacted with the customer and informed that courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the item to the customer with the product being intact. The Flipkart reply is fake frivolous bogus and fraudulent. Neither the Flipkart had interacted with me nor the product has been delivered. Flipkart is cheating and doing fraud of money by leaving such fake comments.

Flipkart has never delivered the product to me and if delivered then kindly provide his written statement over email so that I can file the Police Complaint of Flipkart fraud of Rs. 35000 google pixel 2 xl (just black, 64 gb) and cheating me knowingly by not delivering the product Google pixel 2 xl (just black, 64 gb) and taking the money.

    I am flipkart's affiliate from last 3 years and never had any issues with the payment. They have released my payment on the 28th of every month in the past. This time, they didn't release my payment even though i had rs. 5000+ approved commissions before the 28th of april.

    It is may already. I sent an email to their customer support at [protected]@flipkart.com and haven't heard back yet in 4 days.

    This is not professional behavior. I am an affiliate of other companies too, and all of them are always ready to serve their affiliates. Being an indian company, flipkart had to show that quality service is really not a thing in india.

      I placed an order for redmi note 7 pro on 28th april 2019 nearly at 12:00 pm. During payment process after entering otp, my transaction failed but amount of rs.13, 999 was deducted from my bank account. Its 5th day now since the money was deducted and i haven't received any refund. On phonepe i got a notification that money has been credited to my account but there's no any such transaction of money on my account. I haven't even got the official message from my bank of money being credited. I please request you to look into this issue as soon as possible.

      I got my refund on 7th day after my money was deducted from my bank account. It was not because I submitted complaint here. It worked according to the refund policy which says "Your money will be refunded within 7 working days". If you don't get your money back within 7 days, I suggest you to contact your bank or contact flipkart. But flipkart has the worst customer care serivce i have ever seen.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
          My order is delayed.I have order two products from flipkart. None of them are delivered. Toady it was telling that I will get order by Monday. If this was mentioned earlier I wouldnot have ordered. I'm supposed to get it by April 24.but the delivery date is changed to April 29. I need it by tomorrow It's urgent...

            I have been asking for return of '4 out of 5 products' from this order from last 2-3 months numerous times.
            And same had been rejected by flipkart as there is no return policy for the products.

            I had been getting 5-10 annoying/harassing calls from flipkart paylater team on daily basis from last 2 months.
            I have raised the same concern multiple times to them to get my query to the flipkart seller team.
            But still no one from flipkart seller team contacted me to solve the concern genuinely.
            Only repeated annoying calls from paylater team are being done. Which i have started blocking now.

            Now, from past few weeks i have been getting sms and mail from flipkart stating that i will be served with legal notice.
            Flipkart is able to send me legal notice, but however not able to look into my query once.

            The query raised:
            "following mentioned products (Part of the order) are not as per description.
            Size is not as per description. And quality is not at all acceptable.
            The rating of the seller and product also justifies this.
            To sell products which are fake/unacceptable-quality/not-as-per-description under the tag of 'no return policy' is a way of cheating.
            This is a way to fool and harass customers.
            This is not expected from a company like flipkart"

            These products are unused and are still in packed form. I had been asking for a return.
            I am agreeing to pay balance due after the return.

            Kindly look into this matter seriously.

            I had been a genuine customer of FLipkart from a very very long time.
            And had been using Flipkart Pay Later from a significant time.
            And paid all the Pay Later Bills well within time.

                    Hi team,

                    I ordered grocery in flipkart and it got approved and delivery timings i gave as 6:30 am to 9:30 am. Order got approved and i got message saying that in these timings your order will get delivered. But at the time of delivery when we are waiting for products at the same time delivery boy called and said we are cancelling your order due to less amount.

                    My question is if it is less amount why it got approved. At the time of approval are they sleeping/doing something and approving. There is 2 days time between ordered date and delivery date. They would have checked in these 2 days and sent message order we cant deliver like that. But they didnt to that. They approved and i got delivery message. But exactly at the time of delivery they are calling and saying it is cancelled which is worst thing and are they playing with customers???

                    I need justice for this case asap.

                    Im Request to return My Moto X4 Mobile, the issue was my camera lens was cracked. Still Now i don't have Any Update from Flipkart. please check and Confirm That As soon As Possible.my return request registered on 27/04/2019.
                    The original order was Reebok Men and Women solid Mid-calf socks(order id- OD[protected] but recieved Ankle full Terry socks(PGSC/SKU:Z70316. ARTICLE#:R9555).
                    So Flipkart tried to be oversmart and send me empty box.
                    What a fraud company trying to loot normal citizens

                        I have bought a hitachi ac from flipkart. The installation guy says that preinstalled piping is not allowed. This was not mentioned in the installation terms and conditions. My house owner is very particular that no extra piping should be installed since this is a high-end society. Naturally i expect them to allow me to return the ac. But despite 10 days return policy, flipkart is refusing the return. I should never have trusted an online website with my money, because unlike local dealers, they can never be held responsible for their mistakes.

                              It is a incident of 5th of april late night. I made a payment through net banking, amount of rs 1099 is also debited from my account but the order not placed.in category of my orders their is nothing to show.
                              I consult with customer care they said its normal refund will be given to you in 8 business days but nothing would happen.
                              And now they are completely denying that no transaction is done.
                              I also consult to sbi customer care they said amount is setteled to your merchant account successfully on the same day 5th of april. They lso provide me ref no of my transaction.
                              But still flipkart denies and talking to me about the different date transaction to shows that they fullfilled the query.

                                I did all the troubleshooting told by flipkart customer care executives but my issue was not resolved so a technical visit was arranged with jeeves engineer
                                With ticket id - 9d30-27013flpkrt-9131100

                                The engineer found the same problem and couldnt resolve it after hard reset and after all software updates.

                                He approved the return but the seller 'omnitechretail' canceled that request
                                Without any reason.

                                I request you please help me with my concern i have followed all the steps as told by flipkart.

                                Please approve my request of refund for my order.

                                I have attached a photo of the report given by the engineer after thoroughly checking my device.

                                  Hello,

                                  I ordered one mobile worth rs. 8500 from flipkart, order no od[protected], as per flipkart product is shipped by dotzot
                                  With tracking no[protected] on 27th april.

                                  Its now 10 days, dotzot agent never called me and neither showed up at my home and wrongly updated status 2 times that shipment could not be delivered.

                                  To the height of this, they stopped updating statuses now from 1st may 2019 and now status is product is out for delivery.

                                  When i call flipkart they says product is to be attempted 3 times to get refund and dotzot is not updating status of 3rd attempt in short flipkart & dotzot is doing fraud and it seems clear case of money laundering.

                                  They not delivering me my product of rs. 8500 mobile and giving excuses when asked for refund. I request you to take very string action against both parties and give me refund as fast as possible.

                                    I ordered a fabx solid women neck blue tshirt payment was done but my order status tracking id nothing is visible. I ordered the top on 26 april and no information about the delivery date, order? When i click on my orders there is no orders, solve ky complain as soon as possible. The payment was done by filpkart still no tracking id or order status is visible. Please solve the issue as the top requirement is quite urgent

                                      The ac installed is not functioning properly. It is not turning on since the last two days. The remote's display is not working, but the battery put in is new. It was installed on april 18th, 2019. Contacted voltas customer care and they redirected us to raise a complaint here with flipkart. Request immediate assistance.

                                        I had ordered groceries worth rupees 702, the order number id is od[protected] on 14th april 2019 in flipkart and paid the amount through phone pay app. From 14 till today that is 1st may 2019, daily i am getting the message that your order is rescheduled, i feel no chances of delivering my items from flipkart, when i contacted through phone, they are assuring wrong informations. I think it is a fraud company, if not they would have refunded the amount. I request once again to refund my money.
