I am sangeeth and i m a gold member of flipkart. Purchased many electronic items, household items through flipkart only. But recent days, if any electronic gadgets or mobiles or laptops delivered with any defective, they should not replace the product. Recently i m purchased redmi note 7 on 13th march 2019. But the mobile has network issue. We can't able to hear the voice when others speaking. Also signal getting dropped always. So i raised the issue to flipkart for replace the product.
Member from flipkart has come to my home and check the mobile and told that he can't able to replace the mobile. Because there is the display has cracked so that the replacement will not happen.
But really, three is no cracked in display. Clearly i understood the flipkart member avoid to replace the mobile. They told many reasons to avoid. And his speech is not clear.
I have a doubt on flipkart. Is there any incentives or commission for that person, to avoid any replacement.
I need a truthful decision from flipkart. That's a reason i did not used and purchased any items in flipkart. I m very struggling to replace the product or refund the amount. Very worst online site when compared to amazon.

I did not received any call from your end and not received any msgs regarding this.
Still i m using the same defective phone. My money is waste. When will you refund the money or when you replace the mobile redmi note 7.
Really i m shocking while i m seeing the status mentioned as RESOLVED.
Dont try to do smart. If you have not resolve (replace) this issue. Definitely i have to take action against Flipkart.
