I have recently order JBL earphones from Flipkart.com and before placing order i made the payment as depicted in screenshot. But the delivery boy was saying that this order is cash on delivery. Flipkart is also not responding as i had dropped many texts on chatting portal and one mail. Both are unresponsive till now.

    I purchased an another condition from Flipkart on 14/04/2019. Order got approved.on 15/05/19 my order got canceled without any notification to me. Now the price of the air conditioner is 23000 where i purchased it for 18000. That's why that's why without any reason they cancel the order. Now they are offering refund to me which I don't want I want it only the product. This is one way cheating the customer in the names of offers and pulling all the money to the Flipkart in a single day.

      I purchased redmi note 5 pro (Gold, 64 gb) (4 gb ram) - order date:[protected]

      Two weeks before my phone display had broken. I contacted the redmi authorized service center to replace the display as it had 6 months warranty available.

      After checking, they said the phone was active from september 2018. It seems you sold me a used mobile phone instead of a fresh one.

      Please replace my phone or refund my money back

        Hello, my order id number is OD[protected] I have ordered Nikon DSLR D5300 on 10th April and have received damaged product camera on 13th April. As the product I received was damaged, I filed replacement request immediately within 10 min o[censored]nboxing the product . And informed flipkart customer care about this. Then on 14th April flipkart rejected my request even it falls under replacement policy because the product I got was damaged . Then on 14th April again I filed return request and had a conversation with senior officer of customer care department and he assured me that it happens but as my product is under replacement policy, it will be replaced and I will get hand to hand replacement . But today on 15th April again my return request has rejected. Then again I filed 3rd time return request to company they again rejected 3rd time today on16 April without any reason
        . I want now immediate solution of this as I have under the replacement policy rule and got damaged product from your side due to intransit flipkart external loose packing and I have already paid for this product .

        Respected Sir/madam Flipkart has did nothing only they did is fake assurance. On 1st day when I filed the complaint, I talked to their customer care and they said that my matter will be solved in high priority as my product is under replacement policy. Then they rejected . Then on 14th April I again filed replacement request and talked to their senior authority it takes around 1 hour and explain each and every thing about the bad packaging, damage product, that my product is under replacement policy of both of Flipkart and seller also. They said that it was by mistake rejection, this time the matter is with us and we will get back to you with positive answer. But they had made no effort. Even no one from Flipkart has called me a single time. I called them again and again. Then again on 16th April I got the same reply that request for return is rejected seller has rejected. Now sir what is my fault. They have given policy that if they deliver damage product then they will replace the product if request is made within 10 days, I made complaint just after unboxing the product within 10 min of receiving the damage product. Even today I again called the customer care they are again saying that it was by their mistake, they even don't have the reason for rejection. I told the customer care that I have read the replacement policy of seller as well Flipkart also and my product is 100 percent eligible under replacement as fault is not mine . But till the time I don't get any reply from Flipkart only those computer generated replies are given. My return request id numbers are Return id-12201521772382414454 1st return id cancelled Return I’d -12101520724230418853 2nd return request cancelled again without any reason Return id-12101519942646357043 3rd return request initiated are also cancel Flipkart company don’t known why my request is being cancelled. The worst part is that they even don't bother to call me to know the matter. They are directly rejecting . It's very sad and unfaithful act done by Flipkart and just giving fake commitments. I hope you will help to solve this matter as I have already paid the amount of RS 34490 and my product is damaged and I am still under replacement policy eligible and the fault is of Flipkart or seller but I am suffering mentally financially .

        I mailed 6 times to flipkart but they update issue and cancel my return request
        Nobody reply from flipkart service
        And nobody even try to consult me
        Even my product is still under return policy

          I bought a phone and find bad battery backup and overheating problem. I had given three return requests and they rejected the return saying that there is no problem. I have visited their service center and they are saying to change the battery. I have just used the phone for 2 weeks and i have to change its battery. There is no quality for the product.

          Now a days it is not get full charge as much time i connected to charger.
          As the Warranty period is not over(1 year), i need a replacement for the product.

            I have cancelled my order of mobile honor 9 lite on 29th March 2019. Now company says we have refunded the amount on 29th March 2019. But till today i did not received it. I have made contact with bank in which this refund amount is suppose to deposit. Bank authority said, we want unique transaction reference number from flip kart company. But company says we have only transaction id and authorization code. Let me know how i will get my refund.

              I placed order on 6 february 2019 n still i have not got those products. Orders were prepaid worth rs 11000 or so... I have contacted flipkart customer care many times but every time they say "our team will contact you". But no one called yet... They have blocked my account due to high returns. I understand that but they should refund me the money they took for the products.. I have mailed them many times but every time i get irrelevant answer, that is "we are regret to inform you that your account has been blocked due to high number of returns"
              But this answer is not related to what i m asking for... I m fed up now, its been more then two months since flipkart is not giving me my money back.

                I was using flipkart since last 7 years. I never faced any problem until this order. Actually i ordered item[protected]. They mentioned delivery by[protected]am. On that day i was waiting upto 10.35 am. After that i went restroom and cameback got call 10.45 am. Immediately i called same number 10.55. They picked and said call u within 2 to 3 mins and will deliver today like that. Then i got message your item will deliver tomorrow like that. Eventhough 10 mins also they cant wait? After that i called multiple times, they disconnected my calls. I called customer care and they said item will deliver tomorrow. Actually tonight i am going my native with other state. What is the use of deliver tomorrow. They did not response properly.

                Then i checked ekart logistics and checked status customer not response. They called only once and they mentioned like this. Really i m unhappy from this flipkart

                Please take action. They loosed me and i will inform 10k fliupkart customer like that they will loose all customer.

                I paid an amount of Rs.1998 on 30th march through swipe machine to ekart, the amount got debited from my account but not recieved by the receiver and the amount is not refunded to my account also.. I have also confirmed with flipkart that they have not recieved the amount.

                  I have raised a return and refund request for queen size bed in last month but it is not done yet. Flipkart is postponing the pickup every time almost 4 times and saying that it's technical issue. Until i call customer care and asking for updates they weren't moving my request further. Seems flipkart is not reliable company at all and not caring about customer complaints.

                    I had placed an order of 7 "bru instant coffee" on 6th april from flipkart

                    I received only 3 of them and rest four were missing. When i tried to reach their customer support team, they are saying seller says there is no error from their end???

                    I believe in flipkart, "why i am supposed to worry about what their is saying"?
                    Now they are not refunding my amount. Guys flipkart is big fraud.
                    Now what i am supposed to do next, lodge an online fraud case against flipkart to get my money back?

                    Even if you think logicall, how can they adjust 7 packets of coffee box in this small cartoon.

                      I ordered a mi note 7 pro on 5th april in prepaid mode (Order id od[protected] but after receiving payment they canclled it after shipment. Even the product was cancelled from flipkart my refund has not credited yet into my bank account (Return id[protected]. What type of service is this? They deduct money in one minute and take more than 10 days in refund customers money. The promised date for refund was 15 april but payment not credited yet.

                          I have ordered nikon dslr d5300 from flipkart and seller is retailnet.
                          I received the product on 13th april and i opened the product in front of delivery boy and the product i received was damaged and the packaging of camera was very poor not covered with proper safety bubble wrap or anything. I immediately raise return request and informed this incident to customer care and they assure that they will solve the matter at high priority but on 14th april my request got rejected without clarifying the reason only seller has rejected was said. I again filed complaint and raise return request and inform this to customer care and again got the same answer but today on 15th april my request got rejected. I don't know how seller can reject this request even my product is under replacement policy and seller return policy has clearly mentioned that they will accept the replacement if product received is damaged if complaint raise within 10 days and i have raise complain within 10 min o[censored]nboxing the product. It's just frustrating, please do needful

                            I have ordered nikon dslr d5300 from flipkart with order is no od[protected] and the retailer is retailnet gurgaon. I received the product on 13th april and when i unboxed it the camera was damaged. I immediately filed a complaint and request replacement. But on 14th april my request was rejected saying seller rejected the request. I made under the replacement policy so how seller can reject. I have read the seller replacement return policy and seller is providing replacement on damaged product received if filed within 10 days.
                            Then on 14th april i again filed return request and talked to higher authority of flipkart customer care they assure me that they will replace this damaged product and will provide hand to hand replacement but today again my return request got rejected, saying the same old reason seller rejected. I am not getting why flipkart is providing such policy if they don't have any authority over seller or why they are selling the product from this kind of seller who are even not following their own policy.

                              I have bought carrier 1.5 ton inverter split ac from flipkart on 27 of march 2019. The promised delivery date was 3 april 2019 but my order was delayed by 5 days and got my parcel on 8 of april 2019. Now flipkart's promised installation date was 12 april 2019. But my installation is still pending. Today am writing this on 15 april and still my problem is not solved.

                                .in terms of our purchase order number od[protected] dt.04/04/2019, we are eligible for "installation at special price of ₹4, 99/-. Terms & conditions for installation at rs 499/- offer. T he offer read as below vide sl no 11 to23 as below: please read sl no 1 as 11 and hence sl no is 23.

                                Standard installation of ac covers only split ac:-
                                Drilling of hole in brick wall for taking out the pipes.
                                Fixing hole sleeve & cap.
                                Fixing the indoor and outdoor unit.
                                Connecting indoor and outdoor units using standard kit provided by manufacturer at an additional cost, unless specified otherwise.
                                Wrapping the pipe with seasoning tape.
                                Connection to stabilizer or power point in the range of power cord provided by manufacturer.
                                Temperature/performance check & demo and maintenance tips filling the details in warranty card.
                                The following shall not be covered under the benefits provided under this offer:-
                                Out door unit stand.
                                Extra copper wire if any.
                                Drain pipe extension if any.
                                Plumbing and masonry work.

                                Out of above sl no 5 (14) we find fixing the indoor and outdoor unit has to be done as per terms & conditions of the installation package of rs.499/. But outdoor unit require a stand to fix th unit has not provided by the manufacturer.
                                1. We purchased the stand @ rs. 600/ of same brand (Sun) as being used by the installer charging rs.1500. But with utter dismay we find installation bill include a charge of rs.300/ (Three hundred) just to fix the screw of the stand though provided by us in contravention of the terms & condition of the installation terms sl no.4 as above.
                                2. As per clause 6 ac installer again charged rs.350/ extra for wrapping the pipe with seasoned tape supplied by them, though the tape was was unsealed and used hardly about 20'- 30' feet. The cost of full length sealed wrapping tape is hardly rs.180/ in the market at the higher side
                                3. No drain pipe was provided as such we purchased 15' of drain pipe and given them for fixing. But the above point no 12 read as drain pipe extension if any. But extension of drain pipe can only be done, when it is provided.
                                4. They charged rs. 260/ for just 1' feet of copper pipe. This seems to be exorbitant
                                5. Drilling of hole was not at all required since one ac was already installed there and was uninstalled by us. The mechanic/engineer only made unnecessary slope since water was already flowing from the hole from the uninstalled ac regularly without any obstruction.
                                6. No hole sleeve & cap was done at all.
                                From the above points raised by us the outdoor stand/ bracket fitting charges charge of rs.300/ is not tenable or payable since it is within outdoor unit installation cost + deduction of total cost of wrapping tape or at lest 60% of the cost since the wrapping tapa was unsealed and only about 40% of it was remaining + gst rate (Flipkart rate is 14% on ac but for instalation [protected]@18%) with proper receipt no for additional of 499/ installation charges taken (Total charge rs.590/) + excess of reasonable cost of 1'copper pipe.
                                We logged our grievances in details for redressal and to avoid referring to respective regulatory authority and to get refund and hence please take up the matter with the company, whirlpool or installing agent to resolve the issue as per your agreement with the company and oblige.
                                On the above backdrop 1. We calim return of ac stand fitting charge of rs.300/ 2. At least 50% ofthe cost of wrapping of maximum 20-30' to be refunded logically.3. Rate of [protected]@18% for installation may not be more than ac @14%. Extra, if any to be refunded. 4. Cost of 1" feet copper cable must not be 260/? In the name of installation abrupt charging must be stoped.

                                  I have ordered woodland sneakers(Order ID OD[protected] with Flipkart on 10/04/20109, when I placed my order I was informed that order will be delivered on 15/04/2019 and I marked my calendar accordingly.Their delivery partner called me on 13/04/2019 for delivery which was not mentioned during ordering and I was unavailable.Then they promised that it will be delivered on mentioned date which is 15/04/2019 and I received a notification on 15/04/2019 that order will be delivered, when I tried calling that the delivery guy(Narinder), Firstly he made lame excuses and then refused to deliver it on 15/04/2019.I then Called Flipkart customer care and spoke to Sachin, I was telling him the scenario but he cut the call in middle and no any other attempt to call me was made.Right after that call I received a notification that order will be delivered by 16/04/2019.How could they just do this without asking with their customer at first place.It was an urgent order it will be of no use if delivered later.
                                  I hereby ask flipkart to compensate it with full amount of order+free delivery of order.
                                  I am about to sue them, will file a case in Consumer Court.

                                    Sir, I ordered am Aelo watch from Flipkart costing Rs473 and Longwalk Canvas shoes costing Rs 473 again. I returned both the products to Flipkart as I did bot like them. Now Flipkart transferred only one of the amount to my account that is only rs 473. Whenever I am complaing them they ask me to contact the bank officials with a reference number which is invalid according to the bank officials. My account is in State Bank of India and they ask for a 10 digit UTR number which Flipkart has not given me. They are also not in any mood to return the money. They are asking to give then a written statement from the bank. My question is if they have genuinely transferred the amounts why dont they share the complete transaction details. They are not in any mood to refund my money. And the customer care executives are just fooling me with wrong details.Please help and ask Flipkart to send my money.

                                    So many days have passed but still Flipkart has not resolved my problem. In the name of resolution they provide me with an invalid reference number just to fool me. This is a lesson. I will never ever order any product from the site and ask everyone else to do so. U can check the image i am uploading wher u can clearly find what banks website is saying about the reference number provided by flipkart.

                                    Customer raised a complaint stating that the refund is not received. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on (4th April 2019). However, if the amount is not reflecting in customer account, requested customer to contact the bank and raise a charge back for the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                    No money has been refunded to my account. Flipkart fools its customers very well. The customer care executives ask to contact the bank, i personally went to the bank for the charge back Request but they say State bank cant help if any third party has sent some money and it has not Bern credited to the account because if any amount is sent to state bank account it gets credited without any fail. Flipkart executives ask me the customer to bring a written statement from the bank and bank is not ready to give me any such statement. I made the payment when i bought the item and when i returned Flipkart did not refund my money. And this is how now they harass the customers asking the customer to contact the bank do this and that. My big fault that I used to oreder from Flipkart. Fraud company

                                      This complaint is regarding serious customer harassment by FLIPKART. I had purchased MI LED TV 43 inch from them and it arrived my home on 6.4.2019 (order id- OD[protected]. They promised the installation of it by 7.4.2019. But nothing happened. So I contacted them. They assured it will be done by 11th... Still nothing happened.. They again said 14th.. But nothing again. I called them up almost everyday and customer care is just assuring me everyday. Sir this is a shear case of consumer harassment and strict action must be taken against Flipkart or the officials who falsely promise the solution. Moreover higher officials are not even bothered to find solution either. This seems to me a corrupt company offering goods and providing zero support. I sought an immediate solution, and strict action against Flipkart such that no further false promises are mad to the customers and deadlines should be given to them, beyond which they should compensate the consumers financially or else.
                                      Finally I was forced to call MI installation people directly to do the job.

                                        I had booked shoes in Flipkart and cancelled after a few days.i have paid through the online payment but still amount not refunded to my account.

                                        I have contacted many times Flipkart care they are saying that they had refunded money to my account and not providing transaction id too.
                                        Kindly check and do the needful help on this.
