3.payment done through Sbi Internet banking.
2.Payment got deducted and order did not showed in Flipkart.
3.I have complained to sbi also.
4.Refund of failed transaction which is going to be more than 25 days.

    My order id-od[protected], i place the order on 2nd may but still i have not received my order, can you please work on this???
    Firstly it showed it will get delivered by 6th may and then the date got extended and it was showing 11th may, but till now the product has not been delivered...
    Such kind delay is not expected from flipkart... Because of quick delivery we order n trust flipkart but such kind of delivery is not excepted from flipkart.

      Hi team
      I am being harassed. Could you please help? This is in regards to the order number od[protected] and complaint sr # in[protected]. The product is redmi note 7 pro. Kindly help me in either replacement or return. I waited for a long time and got this on flash sale. The phone is very good in appearance; however, i am not satisfied with the performance.
      Firstly, there was no polythene cover on the box, rather two stickers on both sides of the box. I think it was not new cell which i got. On top of that, i got the phone as dead on arrival. I thought the battery might have drained. I kept the phone on charging and it did not start. Then i kept it for changing for more than 5 hours and then it started. After booting up, after putting sim and making calls for few minutes, it got warm. Please be noted that till this time, i did not played any games and not videos watched. Then i watched youtube and then the phone got hot. I raised the complaint for replacement only as i liked the phone i got this for my son as his summer vacations has started. The technician came and checked the phone. He said the phone is at 42 degrees and it is normal. How can a phone at 42 degrees normal. I am worried as this will be used by my son and there can be a possibility of battery blast as this range of degrees. Then he left and i raised the return again. Today, again he came and saw the phone getting hot between the 42 and 49 degrees. He also mentioned the same in the slip. I have, in both the occasions, written on the slips that i am not convinced that till 50 degrees the cell phone is fine. I would like to mention that my friends who got the cell do not have such an issue. One got from chroma and another from amazon with higher price. They also get the cell warm on continuous usage, however, the cell remains between 32 to 37 degrees of warm. I agree this is glass body, however, 49 degrees of hot cell. Nobody can put that on ear to talk. I have ordered redmi last month from your company only and it is working fine without any warming issues. Also, i am not convinced with the technician’s visit. Now, when called up flipkart for the help, they said they cannot do anything before 16th may 2019. When the tech visit is done and other things done, then why i have to wait till 16th may 2019. Is it because the seller wants to pass the 10-days policy? I would request flipkart, who being a customer-centric company in india, to help me either in replacement of the cell or refund. Also, my colleague also ordered from flipkart and his cell is working fine. I would request you to please help me in this matter.

      Now, a new problem. While using WhatsApp, the screen becomes blank. Even the brand denied of giving me anything in written. I am really worries and being harassed also.

        Hi sir,

        I purchased mi led smart 4a pro 80 cm (32) with android tv from flipkart on 19th april and received that on 22nd april. My installation date was 25th april and still it was not done. I complained almost 7 to 8 times since 25th apr but every time they are telling some reason and post-ponying the installation. Everyday i am calling the flipkart escalation team and jeevas (Installation) team but they are are not coming for the installation. I am asking the flipkart team to cancel the order and refund if they are not able to install the tv but that also not happening.
        I want my tv installation else my money back. Please help me.

          I am user of flipkart affiliate
          My approved payment was rs.9000 (Nearly)
          I waited so much time for releasing the payment but my payment did not released
          Then i mailed several time to flipkart affiliate then they rs.3600 on may month and they showed on payment report
          Rs.3600 for march month

          I did not got april month payment
          Also my approved payment was rs.9000 and after releasing rs.3600 they cleared the approved payment and showing rs.0

          Where rs.5000 gone?

          I mailed many times but no reply from flipkart side

          I attached the screenshot. I mailed the flipkart clearly mentioned response time 24-48hours
          But no response from their side

          Also i got payment on may and showing on march

            I had returned an order on 13 may 2019 & i will return on 14 may 2019 amounting to rs 337 but the refund has not been credited to my account till now. On contacting flipkart they tell me they have successfully refunded my amount and i should raise a dispute with my bank for claiming refund. I even contacted my bank and the reply which they provided me has been senr to flipkart team still they are not owning upto their mistakes. Kindly resolve my issue.

                On 1st april 2019 i have ordered jewelry from flipkart worth rupee 516. My order was not successful but money was deducted from my a SBI account. Till date I did not get my money back. I have complained to flipkart, they said seller did not get payment so u ask from SBI. When I complained to SBI they said payment is confirmed by the seller. Till date I don't know where is my money. I have called so many times to Flipkart and SBI, but there is no response from any side.

While trying to change the number they are seeking otp in both old and new number. Already lost the old number then how's it possible to enter the otp. Dont know how to sort this out.                     Hi Jeeves and FLipkart,

                    I ordered 65 inch VU TV and MarQ Split AC.
                    Delivery was perfectly on time however it is horrifying experience with Jeeves and Flipkart to get both of them installed. I have been following up with technician, Jeeves and Flipkart since yeterday, wasted 2 of my days to be at home to get installation done, however it has been no less than mental harassment.

                    I made almost like 40 calls to technicians, Jeeves customer care and Flipkart and all I got is stories and followups and both installations have missed the deadline. I cant sit at home for everyday for your inefficiencies.

                    The more pathetic thing about all of this is while I despite all problem and mental harassment, I cant even return the products leaving me no choice but to make a Legal case either in consumer court or FIR against all this mental harassment.
                    I am highly disappointed with Flipkart and this is end of my relationship with Flipkart.

                      I called the customer care and they are giving the same reply (will forward to cuncered department) they called me and said your problem will resolve in 48 hours
                      Today is 13 may but no one shows up
                      I think they are cheating customer, coz it was mentioned installation will be done with in 24 hours of delivery
                      But in other sites they mentioned it might take 2 to 5 days to install
                      By seeing 2 to 5 day I came to flipkart and purchased

                          I purchased an 'Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1' phone worth 105499 using FlipKart from 'https://www.flipkart.com/asus-zenfone-max-pro-m1-black-64-gb/p/itmfd9j755zwxgvv... and they shipped me a phone which was bricked and had one of the volume button glued fixed. Upon reporting they refused to refund for the device. They are claiming that a replacement will be given in 10 days. I ordered on the premise that it would be delivered in 1 day and not 10 days. It is harassment to the customer. Why should I buy from you when I don't trust you and can not wait for 10 days.

                          Here you go (attached) with the customer complaint on 'consumerhelpline.gov.in'

                          Truenet commerce is fake company they are provide exchange offer on flipkart but do not deliver at the time of delivery and make different types of issue and offer to buy at it's original price also flipkart support to this. So do not buy anybody from flipkart because all seller of flipkart is cheater.

                            I have ordered a Laptop in Flipkart on 25th April 2019. I paid Rs.38990 for product using my debit card. Later I cancelled my order on the same day due to some reason. The flipkart assured of paying the refund amount on or before 2nd May 2019. In the order detail of that product they mentioned 'Refund Completed' but I didn't get Money even after 2nd May. I contacted the customer care they asked to contact the bank. I contacted the bank. They said no such money was deposited yet. Also they asked for UTR number. I asked Flipkart for UTR number. They give me some number. I again contacted the bank with the number. The bank said that the number is invalid. But Flipkart is promising that they paid the money. Till date I didn't get my money back. Does my money hangs on the air? Please help me to get my money back.

                                My account is blocked saying that their systems have detected high number of returns in my account.

                                But i haven't placed any return request recently.
                                I'm using my account from last 5 years and there are many flipkart plus coins in my account.

                                They simply blocked my account suddenly and no longer be able to login into flipkart account. They don't have the correct reason for blocking may be it is a technical issue they can't solve.

                                I'm requesting from last 10 days to give back my account but they are sending the response in email saying everytime same reason.

                                I'm asking that i want proof that i placed many returns in my account.

                                If you simply say that you no longer use your account which is senseless, what is the point o[censored]sing a single account from many years.

                                I can create a new account by simply creating a new email, but why should i do that. Why should i leave my account just like that when i did nothing wrong with my account.

                                I'm requesting the team please do proper investigation and give my account back.

                                  Hello my name is rahiman shaik. I did shopping with flip kart. They didn't shared my refund to me. If i contact them they are saying as we paid you already. But if i check my bank account transactions i didn't received any payments from them. If i contact my bank they are saying no didn't happened any such transactions on your account. Whom i've to believe then? My bank or flipkart? I don't even think of this # of their services but daily i'm receiving hundreds of mails from then but i can't even contact them back then what's the use of it their mails? They're contacting me without having any proper time how i can get chance to attend their calls. Even i need to have free on same time right? They won't solve my issue. I just pissed off my self..

                                  Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on April 29, 2019. However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                  I check my bank account transactions I didn't received any payments from them. If I contact my bank they are saying No didn't happened any such transactions on your account. Whom I've to believe then? My bank or flipkart?

                                    I have received a e-gift card from sbi but while adding the gift card i am getting an error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card." i got 2 card 1 got redeemed successfully & another is showing me an error

                                    No one is helping me i spoke to flipkart customer service they said me to call to sbi & when i called to sbi they said call to flipkart where should i raise my complaint.

                                      I have ordered 1 mobile to my brother. And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. How can they insult me. If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account. Please check this. Thank You

Aur maine online payment bhi kiya tha. Payment dene ke bad mujhe phone bhi nahi mila aur paise bhi nahi mile. To meri ye request hai mere payment mujhe vapas kar do.
