I have purchased a sofa set from flipkart with cardless credit emi.But When I received that sofa there was so many insects on the sofa and the sofa was broken inside then I requested to return that sofa and the technician has visited to my house and he said, I was right about that sofa and the sofa will be returned.After that day I can't login to my flipkart account till now and I can't even check the returned process and I have contact so many times to customer care.They only said, I have to reply to a mail and i've done that but nothing happens.I have to pay some emi to flipkat for my mobile, If I can't login to the account, How'll I pay that emi? and what will be done to that sofa set?
The technician called to his senior from my mobile and the call has been recorded and I can provide that.

Customer raised a complaint complain regarding exchange product. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as per the seller's policy the product is damage marks on the device & can't be accepted as an exchanged item. Hence closing this case from our end.

I don't want to exchange that product.I returned the product and the technician has visited my house and accepts that the sofa was damaged..and I can't login to Flipkart account till now.

    I was sold a fake product. After that i tried to reach the customer care but it was all unreachable. I have no clue about my order i'd so i donot know whether it will be returned or not. I want the entire money to be refunded as it is a case of breach of trust. I was sold a product which is only worth 400 or 500 but i had to pay 4300 rs for it. Thank u

      Here's a complaint from a tv (Vu premium smart 80cm (32 inch) hd ready led smart tv (32d6475) which i have bought from flipkart on[protected].[invoice number :# fabbmr[protected]] from past few months i am getting a problem with my youtube i made the complaint thrice the servicemen came, checked and corrected the fault but again after few days the same thing is getting repeated.
      Complaint ;
      Youtube of the above mentioned tv displays a dialogue box as "you are accesing to an unsafe website"
      If the power supply is gone then again it becomes the same (Dialogue box).
      So i request the person in charge to look forward at this complaint and send their servicemen or replace the tv.
      Firstly the servicemen have said to connect the wifi using mobile hotspot then the youtube is working and alright. When the power goes off each time i have to connect using my mobile hotspot instead of my broadband connection. (There is no problem with my broadband, i have consulted them and verified if there is any problem with their network, no. They instead said that it's a problem with the the tv.) why this problem appears these many times i dont know.
      So i want to get the servicemen to my home and fix this isuue without any repetition. If it repeats i want a replacement of the tv.

          ac installation charges

          Now while purchasing the installation and delivery cost was showing free just like the image i am attaching below and once the order got shipped i got a call stating that i have to pay rs 1599/- for 1 ac. Which is 3200 for 2 acs for which i called them and they started replying we don't have any such offer...

          I have ordered Nokia 6.1 plus mobile which was delivered on 8th of this month the phone delivered to me stopped working after 10 days it's getting off outomatically and speaker also not working on the same day then I have requested for replace my mobile..but know they are telling me seller is unable to fulfil your return request for Nokia. pls visit our nearest Nokia customer care centre.
          If I have to go to the Nokia centre then why I have orders from flipkart..

            Flipkart, quit wasting our time and fix it. Can you do this simple thing?
            Bought an ac on flipkart.
            Delivered within given time.
            Installation was supposed to be done next day.
            Got a call from service guy, coming in 15 minutes, shows up after 1 and half hour, a few minutes after we go out. When he arrives, checks the box and says some supplies like bolts or something is missing, hence can't do the installation. Gives time for the next morning and we get several calls and later we get a message that the installation is cancelled.
            We write to flipkart and they ask for 2 days’ time to sort out the matter. We keep on getting phone calls, history is asked and lot of assurances and apologies. Again further mails asking for more time
            Yet no one has looked in the matter properly, no one shows up for the installation.

            Our question is after you give time and assure installation, what gives you a right to cancel the installation? Is this the way to treat your clients?
            Why your customer services doesn't have the full information and why the onus on the client to clarify and explain
            Why the call is always put on hold and time and inconvenience factor to the client.
            Why there's no consistency in the details and status updates.
            Why you can’t find a person to visit and sort out the matter

            We will like to bring to the highest level of flipkart management so they should look into the level of their services and sort out the matter and improve services for the future. We have much better experience

            Another 2 days wasted and nothing at all done. A billions dollar company takes weeks to fix a small issue?

                I have purchased a 2 tb segate hard disk from flipkart. The product was purchased on a mrp of 13900 from flipkart. When i received the product the actual mrp is 13099 as mentioned on the received product. When i requested for the return they have simply rejected my request.

                Feeling cheated by the seller. Please take appropriate action on this otherwise they will continue this thing and will be making fool to customer.

                  I used to participate in the guess what game. Suddenly, i could not a access the game any more. I have gone through the t&c and nowhere it has been mentioned that the game should not be played using multiple accounts in a single device. If that is an expectation of flipkart, a intimation regarding the same could have helped. Instead, the access to the game has been removed. Would like to this situation to be resolved

                      Flipkart, i have added gift card of 10500 in flipkart on 12th march and did shop for ~3k. I forgot rest of money and now its expired. 7+k gone in a second. Customer care says we cant do anything.
                      Flipkart has sent no reminder or intimation of this cash getting expired. Being a leading online shopping site so cheap tactics of eating money silently?
                      This is how daily many customers are seeing their cash getting expired and going to flipkart's profit free of cost. I believe their should be a way to get cash back by imposing some penalty if required but eating whole money is not right.
                      Amazon has very good way of displaying expiry date in front of your egv/card. Flipkart didn't do it purposefully so they can take advantage and online shopping being so frequent these days people forget when they added the coupon/egv.
                      I wish their is some way to let them know my concern and get my money back.
                      Flipkat, please contact me if you think you can solve or do something with my complain. Its so frustrating to hear from customer care that money is gone cant help.
                      I have seen may complaints like this on flipkart, i hope flipkart will resolve it.

                        Bought a laptop that cost 51, 990.00 from net banking at flipkart. They have cut the money from my account but there is no orders in my account. The lap was acer nitro 5 ryzen. The order was made from my account but i don't use the phone number that is linked with the account.                             I am a seller of a flipkart. I have delivered rs.42000 worth product. As customer returns it, i got a hand cloves worth not even rs.100 instead of my product. Now spf also they have rejected. Now i lost my product & my money too. The reason is they couldnot verify it. The people donot find the difference between a 8 kg package & less than 500g package.                               I had ordered redmi note 7 pro. As it clearly mentioned in the tracking date is 29 March 19 I didn't get my product yet. my address is wrong in my profile God knows how it's half right and half wrong just because of this am trying to connect with the delivery boy since morning but his phone is switched off when he opened it he was continuously on call even after watching the ongoing call I tried to let him know my address but he refused, after that he told me to come to him and collect my parcel from him what kinda professionalism is this? I connect with the customer care too but the problem remains the same and at last, got the notification that my product will be delivered tomorrow. This is my first and last product from Flipkart. Worst service i ever had.

                                      I purchased lg g7+ thinq along with buyback guarantee. The buyback period was beginning from 29 mar, 19 to 27 jun, 19, but i have been unable to reclaim the guarantee on any phone i. E. I have been unable to view the option of buyback guarantee on any phone. The customer care too has been unresponsive about it and took no steps to rectify the issue.
