Sir, I ordered am Aelo watch from Flipkart costing Rs473 and Longwalk Canvas shoes costing Rs 473 again. I returned both the products to Flipkart as I did bot like them. Now Flipkart transferred only one of the amount to my account that is only rs 473. Whenever I am complaing them they ask me to contact the bank officials with a reference number which is invalid according to the bank officials. My account is in State Bank of India and they ask for a 10 digit UTR number which Flipkart has not given me. They are also not in any mood to return the money. They are asking to give then a written statement from the bank. My question is if they have genuinely transferred the amounts why dont they share the complete transaction details. They are not in any mood to refund my money. And the customer care executives are just fooling me with wrong details.Please help and ask Flipkart to send my money.

So many days have passed but still Flipkart has not resolved my problem. In the name of resolution they provide me with an invalid reference number just to fool me. This is a lesson. I will never ever order any product from the site and ask everyone else to do so. U can check the image i am uploading wher u can clearly find what banks website is saying about the reference number provided by flipkart.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the refund is not received. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on (4th April 2019). However, if the amount is not reflecting in customer account, requested customer to contact the bank and raise a charge back for the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

No money has been refunded to my account. Flipkart fools its customers very well. The customer care executives ask to contact the bank, i personally went to the bank for the charge back Request but they say State bank cant help if any third party has sent some money and it has not Bern credited to the account because if any amount is sent to state bank account it gets credited without any fail. Flipkart executives ask me the customer to bring a written statement from the bank and bank is not ready to give me any such statement. I made the payment when i bought the item and when i returned Flipkart did not refund my money. And this is how now they harass the customers asking the customer to contact the bank do this and that. My big fault that I used to oreder from Flipkart. Fraud company

    This complaint is regarding serious customer harassment by FLIPKART. I had purchased MI LED TV 43 inch from them and it arrived my home on 6.4.2019 (order id- OD[protected]. They promised the installation of it by 7.4.2019. But nothing happened. So I contacted them. They assured it will be done by 11th... Still nothing happened.. They again said 14th.. But nothing again. I called them up almost everyday and customer care is just assuring me everyday. Sir this is a shear case of consumer harassment and strict action must be taken against Flipkart or the officials who falsely promise the solution. Moreover higher officials are not even bothered to find solution either. This seems to me a corrupt company offering goods and providing zero support. I sought an immediate solution, and strict action against Flipkart such that no further false promises are mad to the customers and deadlines should be given to them, beyond which they should compensate the consumers financially or else.
    Finally I was forced to call MI installation people directly to do the job.

      I had booked shoes in Flipkart and cancelled after a few days.i have paid through the online payment but still amount not refunded to my account.

      I have contacted many times Flipkart care they are saying that they had refunded money to my account and not providing transaction id too.

        I was logging in with my Flipkart account but I forgot my password and I used the forgot password button successfully typed and set a new password but then it shows unable to update the password. Retry.
        What should I do? I have tried it many times now doing the same process.

          This is my worst experience to buy whirlpool ac from flipkart.fist time i have received damaged prduct. i have replaced it.but second time i have receved a faulty product(swing not working). I have clicked the refund option on same day i. e 10.04.2018 but refund received till date... i have called so many times to flipkart and whilpool customer care no.but no proper response given by them.Today i. e on 15.04.2018 the status shown on flipkart as return rejected which is very shoking and painful for me. I have called to customer care right now the they loughed my complaint as a fresh complaint. And status shown refund applied on 15.04.2018. I have called to whirlpool cutomer care, the replied me "you did not picked phone of my technician". but i did not get any miss call on my phone. which very painful for me of these type of layers.
          i m a working man.I have not enough time to wait for a phone call. this time my condition is that "bar bar phone dekhta hu ki call to nhi a rhi" . i m mentality harassed by flipkart., whirlpool and your subordinates.please look into the matter and shrict action should be taken against such an irresponsible workers. kindly solve the matter urgently.. i have postphone my future planes of going outstaion due to you AC. IT IS AGAIN REQUESTED TO REFUND MY PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY.

            My order no is OD[protected].I have ordered smartphone but got featured phone.Now company is saying we have delivered Ur product with intact condition.I have shared all the images also.I have all the proofs then also flipkart is saying we have deliver your product with intact condition.I got a many calls from their escalation we are filing a FIR.Then I said yes u can raise FIR.If I am giving consent in all the legal formalities then also at last flipkart said we have delivered with intact conditon.This shows how they cheat genuine customers.Its my challenge to the Mr Kalyan krishnamurthy.I will challenge your company in the court with all the evidences and a good compensation amount will also be charged from the company.

                I tried to contact flipkart support but not satisfied with the response,

                They are saying order Is cancelled from seller side we don't know reason,

                I took as trusted brand flipkart should give one valid reason for cancelling order.

                This is not expected from flipkart.

                I am old customer of flupkart, not seen such issues in past, now days this issues are arrising most of time, fyi check my orders history

                  In sms they said their agent has picked up the product from the seller. Then they sent mail that seller is having issues with them, they need more time. I cancelled the order and claimed refund. Their policy say refund in 24 working hours. Not yet received refund.

                        I have ordered peter england casual shirt in flipkart.
                        Order id: od[protected]

                        The product was ordered on 10-apr-2019 and i have also made debit card payment for buying this shirt. The product was expected to deliver on 15-apr-2019. While i was waiting for the product for delivery i received a message on 15-apr-2019 that the product got cancelled due to the unavailability of product from the particular vendor.
                        When the product was unavailable, flipkart had made a fake promise and taken the money.
                        It was almost taken 5 days to send a message that the ordered product was unavailable.
                        The message states that the amount for the shirt will be refunded by 25-apr-2019. How fraudulent act was this from flipkart.
                        Flipkart was taking the money from customers in the name of online shopping and making use of it for it's personal use.
                        When customer orders a product the amount was taken then and there itself through online payment method but while refunding how comes this gets delayed for such a long period.
                        Proper action needs to be taken on flipkart fraudulent act towards the customer.
                        This fake shopping website should be banned and closed as early as possible.

                        It was almost 6days passed but still now there is no proper response from Flipkart regarding this complaint.

                        How cheap and fraud company was this Flipkart.

                        How can you use people's money for your personal use.

                        This online shopping website should be banned immediatelyb and an awareness should be created among the public to not to use this Flipkart Application for online shopping.

                        Its almost 7 days passed but still Flipkart did not refund my money back.

                        I don't know how this cheap and fraudulent Flipkart company is not taken any action before law.

                        They have cancelled my product and I don't know what is there problem to refund my money back.

                        This fraud company should change it's name to fraudkart and they should be punished in front of law.

                          Sir i have flipkart account i ordered a mobile by flipkart and for this i am taking consumer loan by early salary app they issue me 10000 rupee and i added loan amount to flipkart gift card 3333 emi for 3 month i am adding gift card to my flipkart account and order a mobile 2 time but they cancelled the order.                           We interacted with the cx and informed that recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
                          We also asked cx to contact the 3rd party for the gift voucher amount of Rs 10000/- for help.
                          Cx was not happy with the resolution. Closing the case.

                              I have ordered a wallet of eske brand and when i ordered i got a message confirming my order but after some day flipkart automatically cancelled my order arbitrarily. Again i ordered another wallet from same company and this time i made an online transaction and money got deducted from my bank account but on flipkart app it was showing that the transaction is under process then i mailed them again and they mailed me that the seller got my money and there is a successful transaction but again next day i got a message that my transaction failed. I again mailed them as i got confused then they told me that seller didnot get the money i paid them nd i have to give money at my door step. The app is showing that i will be refunded. But i am really doubtful seeing the carelessness of customer care service of flipkart. This is highly unconscionable, the buyer has getting his rights infringed and flipkart being a multi billion company working as a pure evil force. Customer has no say and under blanket of legal and straight jacketed fine lines, the consumer rights are being blatantly violated.

                                I have ordered 2 times mi power bank and after that ordered gym bag and amla powder but After 1 days I got my product was cancelled without my permission.
                                Regarding this I have complained but I got only rely that product was damage or any thing.

                                    I ordered two pairs of vans sneakers from flipkart.com on 1 april which i canceled on the same day. Last date was 9 april but till now i got no refund. I asked my pnb bank, they said the transaction number is not valid. Again i called flipkart.com again they said we have transfered your money way before but that is not true. I received no money till now. At every call they extend the date to solve my issue.

                                      Please note that i bought mitashi one ton ac and it was given charged to jeevs to insall.
                                      They sent to installation people one day late, and the their staff was totally illiterates.
                                      They break my wall also, and left the ac outlet standing alone without fixing it.
                                      Moreover, they charged me rs. 1000 extra of installation charges of rs. 1600 (Totally they charged 2, 600). Whatever the spare parts they needed i got it purchased from nearby shop. Which costed me 1, 640/-
                                      Plz. Arrange to repair my broken wall, and refund me rs. 1, 000/- charged me extra.
