I ordered AND satchel (black) on 13 March order id: OD[protected]
and it was to be delivered on 15 March.

But, a wrong AND handbag was delivered on the said date. This handbag is not what i ordered.

It was supposed to be a gift to my friend on her birthday but now all in vain.

I am attaching the pic of the handbag that was delivered.

Please deliver the actual ordered item asap.

    No body at flipkart customer care gives me clear answer regarding whether second time my mobile exchange will be arranged or not. but instead all of them are giving the same scripted answer, i.e. we escalate the issue...

    Yesterday I had submitted the images of the exchange mobile.. Moreover the wishmaster who previously rejected the exchange also came to my home and took the images of the mobile.. So I hoped that today (21st March 2019), another attempt will be made to exchange the mobile and deliver the POCO F1, but unfortunately it doesn't happened so.. So I requesting you to speed up the process and give me another attempt to exchange the mobile by a different wishmaster and deliver the POCO F1. If delivery is not attempted by tomorrow, I am forced to cancel the order and hence-forthwith never do any transactions with Flipkart. I hope flipkart won't disappoint me, as it is known for its excellent customer service. So Plz confirm my next delivery attempt date with including the exchange of my old Xiaomi A1 mobile phone.

      I have ordered redmi note 7 pro 4/64 varia t against exchange of my redmi note 4 and paid the rest amount online in flash sale on 13 march 2019. I tracked order and itsshown to delivered on 16 march. I called him on 16 many times, he cut call and say i m coming. I called almost everyday to customer care they say new date is 21. Before that you will get your order by 21. On 21 they mail me, and call me cancel your order and we cant deliver it. Its like fraud and creating mental harrasment.

      I called almost everyday from 16 to 21 on costomer care no 18002089898 with my mobile no 8933878616 and 8840669240 They sent mail from [email protected] need quick action in this regard. They assured me your product is delayed but today they called and forced me to cancel my product because the have any issue with logistics operation.in 5 days they lied cheated and harrassed me by giving wrong hope

        I have ordered poco f1 mobile on 14th mar 2019 from flipkart with exchange of my redmi 4 which absolutely passes all the exchange terms and conditions of flipkart.
        The phone is in excellent condition and doesn't have single scratch on it.
        Delivery guy refused to accept the exchange phone saying that phone may get rejected by the seller. Then i have contacted the flipkart customer saying the same for which they have asked to send the exchange phone images which i have submitted. (In[protected] later they confirmed that the exchange will be picked up and the order will be delivered in four business days. But the order got cancelled saying multiple delivery attempts failed. This is just cheating.
        I was always been in touch with flipkart cs team on mail and calls and in with e kart delivery persons. I have asked cs team to escalate the issue but they said they cannot do anything as the order is already cancelled by the seller.

        Dear flipkart, i have lost faith in you. Don't cheat customers with your false promotions and offers.

          I bought sofa set for 14928 from flipkart on emi. But got too bad quality product. It is not worth i asked for refund. Flipkart selling cheep products in online with high price. It is less hight and too small no one will buy that product for more that 6000 but flipkart selling 15000. I want my refund i dont want that worst product.

          Kindly help on getting the refund.

              I got to know what is the value of plus user. Account is getting disbaled without knowing the customer its a new thing that you guys have launched. I don't which algorithm or which ai machine you guys have deployed to check whether customer is genuine user or a reseller.

              My account is got disabled stating that what i am purchasing from flipkart is for reselling not for personal use. Flipkart is a indian e-commerce not a western e-commerce company, customer is feel free to check the item price in another e-commerce company & if we are getting lesser price from the flipkart we can go ahead with other one. How many times your sellers have been cancelled my orders & refunded the money that also a customer issue.

              Please beware of new policies that flipkart is going to launch in future & now my expectations from that company is become zero.

                  I ordered(OD[protected]] a TV on 1st March. This product was delivered to wrong address and that too without confirming identity or without calling me. I have mailed and chatted several times to flipkart regarding this and they told me to wait 48hrs and now the tv price increased rs3000.

                    I had purchased one coffee table from Flipkart last 1st February, 2019. As per commitment it was delivered in my home 19th February, 2019. Technician came to install that and recognized that product which came that is totally broken. After I raised replaced request on last 22nd February, 2019. As per schedule from Flipkart site I was getting that it will be delivered within 22nd March, 2019.
                    After that I called to Flipkart customer care, they told also same that it will be resolved within 22nd March, 2019.Suddenly I am getting from Flipkart (20th March, 2019)that request has been cancelled by seller.

                    Today(20th March, 2019) I have called to customer care and told all details. They are saying that it will be resolved within 24th March, 2019(Incident Number-IN[protected].                         I signed in with a mobile number [protected], when i tried to login, it shows username or password is incorrect. When i tried forgot password, it shows "unable to process the request, please retry". It happened several times over a week. When i tried to register it says "it shows the message already registered". They are neither sending otp nor deregistering my mobile number.

                          I have ordered a VIVO V15 PRO with order no OD[protected] with exchange with my old VIVO V5 PLUS phone .
                          today the delivery man via EKART LOGISTICS came when i was not at home and my mother give the phone on a packed box to delivery man andhe open my old phone from pack box and he packed the sameon box and decline the phone to exchange after he goes my mother take the box and keep it at almirah.
                          after came to office at 04.30 pm i open the box and see that the phone sceen touch has been cracked . my mother said the delivery man check the phone by beating on hands and said their is choona inside and packed it.
                          thE delivery man HAS BROKE MY PHONE TOUCH . I WANT TO CLAIM MY PHONE IN A GOOD CONDITION

                            I have bought asus zenfone max pro m1 with order id od[protected] for my older parents living in other state on 15th feb 2019 with "no questions asked" buy back option of rs 9000 by paying extra which was going to be expired on 18th march. On 15th march i ordered zenfone max pro m2 by buyback coupon and paying 1099 extra (999+100 rs delivery charges). It was supposed to be deliverd on 17th march. The exchange person came but found other imei no. Which was not linked to buyback coupon (Its a dual sim so it has two imei nos') even though the said imei no. Was mentioned on back panel of the phone and on the phones box. He rejected it and asked them to cancel the order and reorder with the other imei no. I was not available at that time and my parents listend to him and later told me what happend. I checked the phone and i was able to see both the imei no's. I have spoke with flipkart person whether to cancel the order and reorder but he assured me not to cancel the order and by giving promise that phone will be delivered on or before 19th. I have clearly asked him as my buy back coupon was going to get expired on 18th. He said once the order is placed the offer will be valid even the date has passed. By believing his assurance i didnt cancel the order but continuosly followed up. They said they are looking into it. They have escalated it and so on. They asked me to send the pictures of the phone in all angles. My father send some pictures which i have sent the mail. Again on 19th morning they have mailed that the pictures sent were not clear and asked me to send back again. I have to send other person to my parents place to take the pictures and video again and send it. Then i called the customer person and requested to reply. He said the issue will be resolved by 20th afternoon. Today i got a mail that the ordered was cancelled. When i asked flipkart customer care service they said the seller has cancelled it and they cant do anything about it. I could have easily cancelled it and re orderd it on 17th or 18th they agreed its their mistake and said sorry and told they cant do anything and asked me to re order without buy back coupon. I feel cheated and exploited. After long conversations and mails patiently responding to all requests of flipkart with hope that mobile will be delivered as their promise. It was supposed be a pleasant surprise for my parents but it turned out to be appalling. I lost trust in flipkart and i will suggest everyone not to buy from flipkart.

                              My flipkart account was blocked almost a month back just after i tried to buy a pen drive from the seller, retailnet, who were cancelling my orders from their side and flipkart customer service officials were asking to me place the order again... I have always kept a clean order history with all the orders for either my personal use or for my family and friends. But flipkart, without any sort of proof or prior notice have blocked my account and they have not yet resolved it or properly responded to my emails. They are claiming that i am buying stuff as a reseller which in no way i am. I am a flipkart plus customer with a 60000 rupees cardless credit limit, which allowed me to purchase stuff for my family and friends on an emi basis and i haven't made a single late payment. So, this is my complaint regarding flipkart

                              I received the mail which happens to be the same thing you had sent 1 month back. I felt it was an auto generated email as even the wordings were exactly the same which leaves me to think that the service team is not properly checking my account.

                              The email is still accusing me of reselling products and I'm strongly stressing here that i can prove to anyone, anywhere that i have never resold any goods i have bought from flipkart. I only have 1 contact number and so i cannot open another account. Kindly look into my account properly and resolve this issue.

                                Flipkart is fraud online site. Dont trust flipkart

                                I was purchased asus zenfone max pro m1 on "no cost emi"
                                Order no: od[protected] on no-cost emi option under sbicard.

                                When i contact flipkart customer care saying,. Contact sbi to remove charges, and sbi saying we received request under flexi emi, so we are charging 14% interest and 18% gst.

                                I was informed both flikart, sbi, remove all charges i am ready to pay total product value ₹ 12, 499 /- but both are playing wrongly with customers.

                                  Was trying to place an order for xaomi mi max 2 on flipkart on 20/03/2019, at at around 12.00 am. I chose for online payment through my ib debit card. The payment was done successfully, & an amount of rs. 13, 999 was debited from my account. Flipkart txn#[protected]
                                  But the order was not placed. The order page said "payment did not go through", although the payment was already done.
                                  The sms & the email that i received from my sbi bank after the successful transaction are attached herewith for proof of the payment.
                                  Please refund me the already paid amount of rs. 13, 999 to my bank account as soon as possible.

                                    Hi,

                                    Am abhi and one of the user on flipkart i bought the
                                    Asian running shoes and the seller name is asianshoe. The product is not up to the mark so i want to return the product.

                                    I initiated the return of my order (Order id: od[protected] on mar 05, 2019. The next day scheduled to return (Return id:[protected]) the product on mar 07, 2019.

                                    The process is failed by flipkart team. After i spoke the customer care then rescheduled the process to mar 15, 2019, with return id[protected].

                                    Now the date is mar 20, 2019. Till now i didn't get any call/email/message from flipkart.

                                    See these kinds of irresponsible behaviour of flipkart. How they are doing the business to give like fake commitments and false assurances to the customers.

                                    Please help us to resolve the issue and thanks in advance.

                                      I ordered a redmi note 7 pro via flash sale on 20/03/2019 from the flipkart app. It was added to card and i was sent to payment page. I paid the money and it was debited from my account. But when i went back, they said there was a backend error and the product was out of stock. Phone was very urgent and wanted that phone. Can you do anything about it?

                                        I purchased a cooler on 25feb on flipkart, for which i got delivery on 6 march, but when i see the product it was completely faulty with swing motor broken and it was creating so much noise, for which i created return so next a teachnician visited at my place, and after observation he approved returns for which i got confirmation to pick my product on 13 march, but till 13th march no one contacted me and they cancelled my return request without any reason given, and once i called then on 14th march they told me that request had been cancelled by seller side and after opplogies they again created a request for return and as per their procedure again technician visited he approved request for return again for which again i got 20th as pick up, but today (20th march) they again cancelled my return request and denied to take responsibility and told me that some one else will contact me.
                                        Now because of their services why i should suffer i have given enough time and i want my money, so would like to process legally against them.

We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on (25th- Mar-19, ). Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
