We have just received bsn true mass protein supplement on cash on delivery offer and the complaint is that there is a free sipper worth rupees 499 each has written on the box but when the parcel opened there were no free sipper worth rupees 499 each inside it and the salesman denied to give that. This is just a case of manipulation of consumer. Remove my grievance as soon as possible wheather to return full payment of supplement rupees 9000 or to give sipper bottles worth rupees 499 for each.

    I buy a asus zenfone max pro m1 on 7 march and it delivered to me on 10 march. After unbox phone i notice there is small dent on back panel. So i send request for replacement. And they accept it and sent new phone after 2 days there ekart person came but they denied replacement bcoz mismatch of imei no. After that i contact flipkart tell the issue and they promise me your phone will change on next attempt but same thing happened on next attempt there ekart member reject my phone for mismatch imei. After that from last 7 days i contacting flipkart and every time the say give us 24 to 48 hour time. We give you solution

    After complaint resister. Flipkart call me and assured me that we will help you and say sorry for but happens in past and give 27 March time for pickup and 28 March for refund . But they do it before time and I received my money in bank account (26/03/2019). Thanks for help.

      I had ordered two t-shirts in one order, but i received only one inside the pack. The order detail receipt showed quantity 2 though we did not receive.

      I was at office at that time and no one opened the pack until i came back home. They did not know how many items i have ordered, hence they could not cross verify. When i opened the pack in the evening, i found that only one shirt has been put inside the pack, even though the receipt showed quantity 2. What should i do? Please help.

            I ordered some products with an i'd od[protected] today on flip kart for which rs. 1133 got deducted from my account. However the orders could not be placed due to technical problems and the app told me to proceed with the details once again for which the orders were finally placed, but the same amount of money was dedicated again from my account. On enquiring, i canceled the ordered products but i would get a refund of only 1133rs by april 1st.
            I want refund for the other 1133rs. I'm a student and for each penny i have to struggle a lot.
            Please do something about this.

              I ordered some products today and the bill was 1133rs. The oder could not be placed due to some reason but the money git deducted from my account. Then the app asked me to type in the ccv after which another 1133rs got deducted. I canceld the products then for which only 1133rs would get refunded to my account by 1st april 2019. So, do i have to kiss 1133rs good bye.???

                I have order two luggage from flipkart on 27 feb. 2019 order id od[protected] both product value rs. 2456,
                On 4th march i have received a roti belan against of both luggage on the same day i have complaint customer care and tell the customer care executive he assure me you will resolve the issue within 72 hours, after that i have complaint regularly to till date i want to refund my money, but problem still same i have call customer care 28 time and three time pickup boy comes my place for collect product but he want luggage, how can possible to return luggage.
                I have received a roti belan against my 2 luggage. They are every time loadge the complaint for pickup wrong product from my place but after two day request automatically cancelled.
                Please help me out and beware from fraud flipkart company

                  I ordered a phone from flipkart on 14/03/19 and was delivered to me on 18/03/2019. Delivery was as expected within the timeframe given. But when we started using the product, it seemed to have a lot of issues. For eg. When you call someone, you cannot hear the other person's voice, whereas the other person can here you. And when you switch on the speaker during a call, it gives a wierd noise at the background and your voice gives an echo. Plus there is a slight heating issue as well with the phone. Memory card slot gives an error when you insert a memory card. So even after mentioning so many issues with the phone, flipkart just wants to reject your refund and wants you to stay with that faulty product forever. Like seriously, when you can't even use a basic feature of the phone to call someone???
                  I had requested a refund on the 20th, after which i got a call from a flipkart executive on the 21st and she assured me that the tech visit will be done on the 24th mar (Also got a message for it). But on the 22nd itself, i get a message that tech visit is already done and after the reports provided by the engineer from jeeves consumer services pvt ltd, your refund request is rejected. May i know who the hell had visited to my place and made a report when there wasn't a tech visit done at all??? And why was it made before the date and time given to me. My mom was at home all the time on the 22nd and there wasn't anyone who visited my place for it. So my question here is, how was the report created without even checking the device and why was the refund rejected???
                  If you really gonna loot people like this flipkart, then you can understand what image are you creating of yourself as a firm. And do you really think, anyone's gonna purchase products again from you after going through all this???

                    On 21st march i placed a order of base white t-shirt and my mode of payment was cod my order was successfully placed but due to some reasons i paid the amount rs 271 which the t-shirt costs before delivery online by means of sbi net banking... By means of option which displayed on your app that is short of cash pay now.. So i payed the amount rs 271 but my payment failed and i got a unsuccessful payment sms from the flipkart and subsequently my amount was deducted from my bank account which was rs 271... And till now i did not got my amount refunded back... Please see into this matter... And refund me as soon as possible... Thank u

                      I bought trimmer nova nht 1072 from flipkart but for some reason i returned to flipkart to change the product. But flipkart replaced the product instead of change the product. When i opened replaced product it found to be used. Also screws are in loose conding as look like it has been repaired. And the logo sticker also look like old. No proper packing of plastic wrap.

                        I bought refrigerator from flipkart whose seller is omnitechretail. After 4-5 days of delivery the technician come for installation. During the time of installation of refrigerator door tray was broken. So gave me an option 1) if he could come another day for that door tray and 2) return the refrigerator. I decided first option. He said that after 2 hrs. It will start cooling but it did'nt cool even after 8 hrs. Sor i decided to return it back so during the time of return there was only one option that was replacement of same thing and no option of refund. Then i talked to customer care they did'nt helped me at all. Isaid please give me the no. Of seller they said "sorry sir we don't have there no.". Please try to resolve my problem.

                              I had received a same brand but different model with different strap colour watch when i ordered from flipkart and i placed a replacement which was denied multiple times.
                              Then i placed a refund request after that they have picked up the product.
                              Then when i try to login to my account, it was failing.
                              I received the mail due to high number of returns you will not be able to login to your account anymore!!!

                              I don’t know what to do?

                                  On 14 the of march a only jeans was ordered and the payment was done through debit card on 15 march amount of 1399 and the product was then returned on 17 march and then the refund was supposed to be done by 19 and then the issue hasn't been fixed till then and they have been postponing the issue and there has been no solution to it. They haven't refunded the money yet and i believe some scam has happened with this and flipkart is supposed to refund 1399

                                    My account had been locked. Im unable to login. I complained innumerable times without any results.
                                    It says - 1. Login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute, or
                                    2. Unable to update new password please retry.
                                    I was made to go through several steps. I also send flipkart my govt. Id which i don't understand what the need was. But i don't have any further response.

                                    Its been almost 4 months. Why am i not able to login. I have 50 plus coins in that account. I wanted to return my last purchased item but i couldn't.
                                    Why have I been locked out of my account and why is there no help ? Its like you are harassing your customers.
