I have orderd my product pocof1 by xiaomi (6gb, 128gb) on 27th march and on 29th march i received redmi note 7 (3gb, 32gb)
And on 29th i have reported this problem but your team again and again telling me to wait for 24hrs, 72hrs etc.
It was my first order from flipkart and i m having worst online shopping experience ever. Its been 12days i have placed the order and till now waiting for my product.
I m not getting the return option on the flipkart app.

I have order pack of 3 woollen caps. But at first received 1. Then i have opted for replacement but i received a smiley ball in place of 3 wollen caps.
I ordered twilight saga book 1 from flipkart. When i got the book, it turned out to be a wrong one. I applied for refund for the same. They picked up the book. I got a message saying that the refund will be processed. Today i got a message saying that the refund was unsuccessful.
Kindly look into the issue.

    Delivery executive named Mr. Khirod Hazarika from Bokakhat misbehaved by using slang word at time of delivery at Ekart office on a issue of delivery address details when i was there to receive a product bearing order id - OD[protected] from flipkart online store. Very poor service by Bokakhat E kart branch. They always refuse to deliver the order at home address, instead of that they asked to come to ekart office. Actual they need proper training on customer service professions.
    He dose n't even deserve one star. Very poor in delivery service.

      I ordered a gamdias ares gaming keyboard on offer of 1899rs with mouse included.
      All was going well and it was even shipped...
      But it automatically got cancelled and i received a text message saying your cancellation request was approved...
      I didn't request to cancel my order...
      It automatically got cancelled...
      I checked to reorder it but by that time the price went much higher than it was earlier...
      I think this is a breach of contract and i request flipkart to respond soon...

        After complaining several time about not receiving the order they have blocked me from contacting flipkart through my id. I have ordered mi note 7 pro on 27th of march 2019 through a flash sale on flipkart. Neither they are giving the exact tracking of mobile. They are just extending the date of delivery from 3rd april to 9 and now today they have extended it to 15. The tracker id they have shared is not updated from the day of ordering.

        Ordered 3 skull cap from flipkarts online. Received only 1 cap. Requested for replacement. In the replacement packet found one smiley soft ball. Very poor service from flipkarts side. Disappointed very much.

          (1) It is informed that I have ordered a waist coat on 13th March in 2019 in Flipkart.My order was delivered on 17th March. I have sent request for return and refund of that item due to size issues.( 2)Then this was returned on 18th March and Flipkart gave assurance to get refund on 26th March but my money is not refunded & said that my money already refunded but it is not credited on my account due to bank problems .(3)I contacted with bank and email also but that email was forwarded to Flipkart by bank & they said bank had no refund'sstatus . (4)Then I contact with filpkart customer care again and again they gives a time limit and then said same words regarding refund.Fellowing is my pictures is my evidence which is attached .
          Please kindly solve my matter as early as possible and I also requested to give compensation with my refund due to your fault and my harrassment .

            Respected sir,
            I am rama chandra barik. I am staying at dhanbad, jharkhand with my roommate mr joy roy from last two month. We order two scarf in packet on 30th march 2019 for us whose order id od[protected] of rs: 341/-. This product we received on 4th march 2019. But on sunday 7th march 2019 i immersed my six dresses with new scarp in a bucket by giving some quanty of water and ditergent with new scarp. When i going to clean the dressess all are colour by removing from the scarf and damage all the dresses. I am small employee in an private organisations. It easy sunday and i clean my all dresses to attain the office. But as a result i have no dress to wear n attain the office.
            For this region i try to contact with them to register a complain against them. But there is no response to my call. So i placced the complain infront of you.
            Previously i suffer from this company also.
            Therefore, i request you to very the matter and take necessary action against the company for which i will highly obliged to you.

              This is to share my experience with fellow flipkart customers. Don't get tempted by the price tag of marq ac of flipkart. The product that's been send are damaged and for return or replacement they are not co-operative.in my case it's been 10days i raised a return request and no response from the team. This is not amazon where you get instant response. So please think twice when flipkart gives offers coz their cs team sucks. And their policies are not any helpful to customer. They can take as many days as possible to resolve any issue. If at all there is a resolution time they won't don't bother coz there is no compensation for customers for waiting so long. So buy some thing from other websites than here expecially electronics by flipkart manufacturers.

                Flipkart block my account saying this that i use orders for resale not for personal use...
                But i'm keep saying please check this matter first but no way they agree
                Now my hard earned 24194 rs stuck with flipkart gift voucher because i planned to buy note 7 pro and beleived that flipkart is trusted but as soon as i loaded with gift card my account blocked...
                Since i created my account almost 2014 no warning like this but when i add money flipkart blocked account...
                I tried to mail and call but same reply from there...
                If they want please visit my home and check orders also yes i'm agree some orders for my relatives because i'm belonging to rural desart area so i ordered for them also
                Please help me for at least release my wallet balance...

                They just speak a routine language there's no scope and calue for customer

                      Madam/dear sir,

                      I have placed order for asus laptop worth rs. 41240 on discounted price during 1st-3rd april flipkart sale. Delivery date was 5th of april at my home address. On 5th april, i got a message that there will be some delay for delivery and expected date is 8th april. And next day, my order got cancelled from flipkart side without getting confirmation from my side. They processes my refund and date of transaction would be 15th april. I am at loss now because price for the same laptop is rs. 45990 now. I want compensation atleast for monetary loss.

                      Please solve my issue as soon as possible. I never expected this from flipkart. Worst service ever. Customer care executives are repeating same things again and again.

                        A drone with remote control delivered me against my order number od[protected], on 19-mar-2019. We tried to fly it but could not fly then i called on toll free number for return the product on 22-mar-19 then one of an executive said that some will come to collect the product till 30-mar-19 & after the confirmation of product collection we will return your money he had also provided a complain number. Till 30-mar-19 no one came to collect the item then i again called on toll free number then some another executive said your request has been forwarded please wait till 01-apr-19 one of the pickup boy will visit to collect the product but no one has turned up.

                          I have purchased one thomson tv 40" from flipkart on[protected] as per invoice no:fab2b[protected]. I have lodged complain to flipkart regarding the non accessibility of line in, line out, hdmi, usb, rj45 ports. All the ports are back side of the tv which is not accessible after wall mounting. I cannot use the port after setting it on the wall. I complain them repeatedly, their engineers/technicians inspected and justified my problem. But everytime company rejected my request of replacement.
                          In this situation i request you to please look into the matter and ask them either to replace with other tv with same feature and easy accessibility of the ports or refund my money back.

                          In response to your mail I would like to mention you that I do not want refund or exchange of

                          the Television because the TV is running perfectly which I told you repeatedly.My main issue

                          is accessibility of ports which are just behind the TV and the gap between the wall mount and

                          TV is such that you cannot insert your finger to connect any thing with the port.Is it my fault?

                          You told me that TV is perfect, so there is no question of refund.Now please tell me how I can

                          access those ports which are essential to use a smart TV which you know very well than me.

                          your delivery man even denied to show me the TV before payment, if I could see it I must returned .

                          So, once again I am requesting you to solve my issue by providing any wall mount by which I

                          can access my TV ports smoothly, other wise replace with any type of same TV or refund my

                          money.

                            I had purchased voltas ac 185 lzh and its cost is 29000. Flipkart delivered ac on 5th april and on special request it got installed yesterday evening and on bill there is everywhere written lzh... When the installation was completed and they kept the ac window we relised that this not the same one which we ordered from flipkart... I called customer service and tell them that its the one model down which you have sent to me... But the complete installation is being done and now if you will take the ac back my window will remain open for 10+ days.. So i requested them that please don't trouble me i will keep this one but give me my rest money back as for the delivered ac i had paid almost 3000rs extra... I am not asking for your money i am asking you people to return my extra money to me... Its simple but i don't think cc understand.

                                I had placed an order for camera canon 1300 mide on 21st feb, 2019. I paid 22, 990 rs by debit card. Bt cancelled the camera on the same date...                                   Dear flipkart,

                                  Sub: kindly, either make refund and cancel the order or quickly proceed with the replacement order. (Id od[protected], [incident: in[protected]]

                                  I placed an order for the ncert books set for upsc exam (40 books) on 06.03.2019 through online payment mode for rs.3690 and the delivery date given was on 10.03.2019. I received my order on 10.03.2019 but the books which was sent was of repeated copies, unwanted copies and many books were missing in that package.

                                  So i reported a complaint with you, on the same date and you agreed for a replacement order, on the same date (10.03.2019) and the delivery date which was given by you was on 16.03.2019.

                                  But there was no proceedings for delivery was made from your side even on 16.03.2019. So i again reported a complaint with you "of not receiving the replacement order even on the last day (16.03.2019) of expected delivery".

                                  Then you addressed this complaint and again the delivery date was extended to 24.03.2019. Today is 24.03.2019, but till now, there is no proceeding in the delivery from your side.

                                  This delay is still carried by you with further dates promised on 31.03.2019 and 04.04.2019 and not delivered on time.

                                  I ordered the books on 06.03.2019 and today is 06.04.2019, it has already been a month days since i placed this order.in your last conversation you told me that this delay is from the seller's point. If your seller is lacking with the books or with any problem on delivering the goods on time, you should have refunded me the order amount. It is because of the trust we have on you that we proceed and do any online payment. So you should be accountable in delivering your product in the specified quality and particularly on the specified time.

                                  And adding with that, you also suddenly change your display as stating that my order is 'cancelled' when the particular delivery date nears, in your flipkart 'my order account page'

                                  This postpones have been taken palce for 5 times. How long do you want to test the patience of your customer?

                                  If your not going to answer to this complaint in an accountable manner then i will expose you to the press and in social media and even i will go to an extent of filling a suit on flipkart about your lethargic behavior.

                                  So, i kindly want a reply very soon from you. Consider it quickly. Either make refund and cancel the order or quickly proceed with the replacement order.

                                  Flipkart responded to my complaint, Yesterday. Books were returned today (08.04.2019). Refund amount Rs. 3690 is on progress and I will get the credit in my account on or before 16.04.2019, as stated in the email from flipkart.

                                      I recently buy about 13 items from flipkart and receive one damaged item and request replacement but instead of solving my replacement request they freeze my account. And told me that i am buying products for reselling purpose but buy only for personal use. When i request replacement they cancelled my order and therefore i placed new order, but they again cancel my new order and freeze my account. I am central government employee and only buy items for personal use, not for reselling purpose. I can send them pics of every single item in personal use.
