I bought a new phone from flipkart asus zenfone max pro m2 (Order id - od[protected]. The order was placed on 24th january 2019 and it was shipped on 26th january 2019 and reached the nearest hub for delivery but then it was misrouted (Same city misrouted) and have no updates from then on the delivery.
I had also ordered a sceen protector along with the phone which was delivered, there was no change in given address or pin. I hope i get the phone delivered

    This complaint is pertaining to the negligent and deceiving strategy practiced by online shopping company - flip kart based in bangalore in karnataka. The complainant with order no od[protected] has placed an order for red hot (210 cm) 7ft polyester door curtain (Thru seller; chhabra enterprises). This is one set contains two pieces which costs rs299/- and order is placed for 2 sets and the order has been delivered on 7th january 2019 through e-kart logistics. As was printed on the parcel rs. 598/- which has been paid subsequently thru debit card to the delivery person. After opening the parcel it was a shock for us to find only one set inside and not 2 as was printed on the parcel cover. When contacted the delivery boy about this, he asked us to complain to the customer care of flipkart. When complained about this, our issue is not resolved instead they are asking for only ratings everyday inspite of our several mails. Fedup with flipkart customer care staff and we came to conclusion that they will not resolve this for lifetime but will continue asking for ratings. Hence this complaint is placed before the consumer forum with a hope that at least forum will justify this issue.

      I ordered a moto one power which is #onlyonflipkart order no — od[protected] with a exchange offer.in exchange i replaced my old phone samsung a8 worth 30000. So the delivery boy came and checked my phone and considered the paint wearings as dents. And dents are not allowed whereas paint wearings are accepted. And even the delivery boy only knewed kannada whereas i know either hindi or english. He was sending my phone pics to someone and was in fear of his job that if he'll take my phone he may loose his job. Whatever he refused, so i complaint in flipkart customer care. They told me to send my phone pictures so with many demands as with white wallpaper, with imei number, all angles of the phone etc.. I provided them with all. After 13 photos which i sent them according to their needs that to i sent them 2-3 times they got clarified and sent me mail "congratulations your order has been approved and the delivery will take place within 4 business days" so i was happy with it. But the next as i woke up i found the message that they have cancelled my order. I called the customer support, now they are telling to buy it again we cant do anything, order has been cancelled by the delivery team after several unsuccessful trials which they actually didn't did. Now the phone price has increased by 1k. This is totally not acceptable i want action to be taken against them for the fraud service. Even they crossed the deadline date which they gave for my problem resolution. I want a conclusion.

        I have ordered a poco f1 mobile phone but the mobile phone has faulty display. Display was bleeding 2 sides the light was passing through havealy two sides of the phone. I raised 7 return request but none of the time picked my faulty mobile phone. I contacted with the customer care but they proceeding with same procesure. I want my refund because they cancelled my return request everytime. Flipkart is cheat company. I will never buy again from flipkart. They stolen a hard work money.

          I ordered one 5 seater sofa from flipkart. My order id is od[protected]. My order delivery date is 28 feb, and it’s packing dard is 25 feb. My payment mode was through credit card. Now i want to cancel my order as i will not be able to receive the order because i am out of station for 4 months. But flipkart is not cancelling my order. I talked to flipkart representatives they said that you cannot cancel the order as per the policy. Please do the needful.

            Flipkart suddenly freeze my account without any any notice, msg, e-mail etc. And told me using different atm transactions is the reason, i ordered 5 phones to become plus member and till they not do anything, after order they freeze my account it's easy to understand that flipkart is cheating me, no matter what i want my account back. Please do needful as soon as possible, and please check attachment they send me otp but it is not working.

              I had applied for replacement for flipkart smart buy headphones 12 days a ago i had reached to you service centre they had given me a piece of paper and said our dilevery boy will come in 8-10 days to your door you have to show this paper to him and he will replace the defective headphones with new one but now its 12 days nobody reached my house yet kindly pay attention otherwise i will go to consumer forum

                I have ordered a book (Works of bikash bhattacharjee close to events by manasij majumder. The cost of the book 1930/-) on 14th january 2019 at 12.36 pm and product delivered on 18th january 2019 and they delivered me upkars question electrical engineering and the cost of the book is 115/-. I complained the flipkart customer executive they promised me that product will be replaced and delivered by 23rd january 2019. But they mailed me that the delivery of your order has been delayed due to some unforeseen issues faced by seller and they assured me that the product is delivered by 26th january 2019. But 24th january 2019 one of the customer executive from flipkart called me and said that they cancelled my order. 3rd time i ordered the same things happen to me. I didn't get refund. This is pure inefficiency of services and no proper action items are not taken...

                  Hello i’m vic and i’ve been trying to get in touch with flipkart but since i’m in kuwait and my account is registered on my aunts number every time they call it’s on her phone even though i emailed to them saying call on my kuwait number i didn’t get any call. The issue is i cannot login in to my account or my moms account through the app on my phone, it keeps coming “login in-successful, retry in a minute” please help

                      Had orded a mobile phone from flipkart during the big sale. :

                      This order was cancelled without any intimation or reason. I had availed the sbi card cash back if 10% plus additional 1000 on online plus exchange... Now i can't avail of the benefits. I choose this offer against rival offers from amazon and lost out on the opportunity. If there was a problem cancel, you should have cancelled in short notice, not after 3 days of confirming a prepaid order. I escalated this as a complaint and an apology was given stating technical reasons. I fail to understand a technical reason for refusal or denial of service.

                      Ha ha... They had reverted with not being able to help...and that if I was interested in the product I can buy at current price without those offers... I told them of not wasting my time and their time further and close the complaint. They were clueless of the situation and their responsibility and made the whole issue a fight which wasn't worth it. I do not intend to buy further from flipkart...

                        Even after paying the amount i really don’t want to waste both parties time. Either seller or flipkart should be liable to get me the actual product. Do you guys really understand the pain of customer? Getting a brick in parcel is insane, a very quick action is required, unfortunately you guys are giving a 12 days period to just get information required. No one has come to take the so called jbl speaker box with a marvellous brick inside.

                        A week has passed and I get no update. Really disappointing. Flipkart Help desk team
                        has no update to share but empathises a lot with no action on my complaint, who is the FST team? What are they doing? How many days do flipkart team will wait for seller response, is there any ETA for seller too to revert?

                        I spoke to multiple people and took to many escalation levels too. Off late, I realized that calling help desk is futille. I wonder what resolution will be given to me if there is no update till now.

                              I have ordered redmi note 6 pro on jan 22nd. Later when i tracked my order it showed shipped on jan 23rd from bangalore and is in hyderabad begumpet hub. Then it shows misrouted and the tracking starts from bangalore all over. When i enquired flipkart on 25th jan morning, i was said that my order is on track and will be delivered on 25th. Suddenly on 25th evening, the status shows that the order is delayed due to shipping issues and have to wait for 2 more business days. But the shipping was done on 23rd itself as per the status shown. Flipkart is playing with customers and not showing the genuine tracking status. This is simply cheating the customers. When i enquired, no clear info on the delay is conveyed.

                              Please see the attached screenshots. The status changes are senseless.

                              Please resolve my issue so that i can get the order delivered soon.

                              Initial expected delivery date was shown as 25th jan, so i booked the product. Otherwise i could have booked it from somewhere else. Flipkart is cheating its customers.

                                I have bought a product (Blaupunkt sound bar) from flipkart, and got delievered today evening (25-jan-2019) in my bangalore residence. Remote (Much needed) was missing along with aux cable. I have called to customer care (25-jan-2019, 10:42pm) and informed them, so they have told me that, they will refund with cost rs.440. And i insisted to check where to purchase the same, and i got response from them, that, i can purchase those accessories from flipkart itself. Hearing them, i have agreed for the refund, so that i can buy them separately. But, i dont find the remote anywhere for buying in flipkart site. Without which, the product is not useable. I have dialled again to flipkart customer care, and conveyed my concern that, i couldnt get the remote and requested for exchange/return. But they said, it cannot be done, as gift refund was already approved. I have agreed for the gift refund, based on my previous conversation with customer care person (Vandana), that, accessory can be purchased from flipkart website. Else, i would have requested for exchange/return itself. Kindly help me on this. You may reach to [protected] for any queries.

                                  I got the damages and Missing part of Product. The product is delivered to me on 25 December but after multiple follow-ups Flipkart they just not ready to replace it or refund my money. Even they are not ready to pick it.

                                  Really pathetic service from them. I never experienced such issue from them but this time they were crossing the limit.
                                  Problem is still not resolved, and they don't even taking this into account to handle this.
                                  I will highly recommend not to use Flipkart.

                                    I am extermely sorry to inform you that i have requested to exchange the product uspolo tshirt you have granted it for replacement. The replace product is already delivered to me on 24th jan at 2:30 pm from ekart wish master but at the time of exchange i received only one product but given to him two uspolo tshirt. I was not present at the time of exchange on the behalf of me my elder brother had received the product and given to him both the tshirt. My concern is that the next replacement order is going to delivered on 27th jan but due earlier submission of the product (Tshirt) i have no item to exchange with wish master. I simply requested to you either inform wish master of ekart who will come to deliver / exchange the product only to deliver the product and no demand for exchange or please give my money back. I have tried lots of time to get confirmation from flipkart fro this issue but no surity given from it. Please resolve this issue as soon as ppssible

                                    Customer raised concern saying he exchanged the t shirt but didn't received the refund yet, interacted with customer regarding the same and customer confirmed that he did received the amount hence case closed from our end.

                                      I purchased a lenovo ideapad 330 ryzen 5 cash on delivery for rs 28990/- in republic day sale. My order id is
                                      OD[protected]. After 2 days seller cancelled my order and they are saying due to bulk of orders there was shortage of product.
                                      Even the product was in stock at that time but at higher price i.e 33990/- even the seller was same i.e. RetailNet. The day they cancelled my order sale on every website ended.
                                      I got no other option. Now I'm demanding same product at same price but they are not agreed with the same. Feeling cheated

                                        Hi there
                                        I am being harassed by online e-commerce website, Flipkart.
                                        I signed up at Flipkart using email id: [protected]@gmail.com
                                        and had purchased products like shoes, trimmer and other personal items for myself.
                                        One day I encountered a problem that my every other is getting cancelled by the seller claiming that i am purchasing in bulk which was not the issue as qty was 1 and no other item related to each other.
                                        Flipkart executive also noted this and said that my orders were not in case of bulk orders and asked me to log a complaint an reorder it.
                                        I did the same but next day order got cancelled again and I received a message that due to surge in purchase we are cancelling your account instead of help. They meant that I can't even purchase products for myself.Do they believe we are beggers who can't afford products and one month had passed still now no resolution had been given.
                                        They harrased me for nothing blocked my account. Seller cancels the order why my account is blocked when I seek for help.
                                        I need properly solution for the same.
