I order lenovo k8 plus mobile from flipcart. Saller name is flashmart. First time i received a watch inside the box and second time i received product missing packing. My product is missing now flipcart not take any legal action.
Please solve my problem soon as possible. Please refund or replace my product

I'm just giving the details of all the events chronologically:

12 nov, 2018- ordered dell inspiron 15 5000 (I5 8th gen, 1tb hdd, 8gb ram, windows 10, platinum silver colour)

15 nov, 2018- received dell latitude 3440, black colour, windows 8
(On the same day i filed a complaint for replacement)

23 nov, 2018- shipping master cancelled the replacement on his own and after talking to customer...

Flipkart has been charging me around ₹800 from my credit card. Now statement is shows up like this:

As i already informed through returned order that the item provided by you is not at my satisfactory level ie very old manufacturing on july 2015,
Also note that the replaced item is also with same problem, hence requested to get my refund as you are not able to provide me the item at my satisfaction.
