I had procured a mobile handset from flipkart vide order no. Od[protected] invoice dtd.[protected], the handset given is faulty with several defects and after communication to flipkart, they have advised the brand supplier to dealt with & lifted the handset from my possession during june 2018 through dtdc cn no. D37175072. Flipkart vide mail assured that if brand supplier will not respond then the matter will be taken up by them (Ref no.in[protected], in[protected], in[protected] and many more), however after taking back the handset by them neither the brand supplier"shree mobile services, b-wings, patel plaza, pune" nor flipkart is responding on my calls/mail. My communication to customer care of brand supplier at: [protected]@ivoomiindia.com will speaks about the carelessness of company. Earlier wrong email id was provided to me as: [protected]@ivoomi-mobile.com and the phone no. [protected] does not works! Now its about a year, they have taken money from me but i had spent double of handset cost for telephonic conversation as customer care centre hold the line and respond after long gap for which customer have to bear the exp. & no response against numbers of mail send during these couple of months.
Under above since the payment was made by hard cash to flipkart during march, 2018 and since march, 2018 till date, company enjoyed benefit of my hard cash, i need cash back with compensation.

Why these kind of sms I received just one day after I booked TATA product Voltas AC . That mean my contact details you share with fake peoples r some some one hacked ur server . Crime dept please take this as serious and identify the loop
