    Reference to order id: od[protected] date 1.08.2018 redmi 4 (Gold, 64gb) was delivered to me on 2.08.2018. Due to problems of battery charges mi service center was contacted to resolve the problem. It is learnt from the service center that the mobile was activated on 20.12.2017. It is shocking to know that while the mobile was delivered on 2.08.2018 how it was activated on 20.12.2017 which is beyond the date of warranty period of 6 months. It is evident from the fact that an old mobile was delivered to me. Arrangement may immediately be made to replace the mobile set.

      Respected sir/madam
      I placed an order through www.flipkart.com. my order ID- OD[protected] After receivd my parcel I saw there was no product inside the box.Then I placed a return and refund request but flipkart cancelled the request.After cancelled my return request again i placed 3 times return request but every time flipkart cancelled it and block my flipkart account i called them and they told me that they provide me resolution and everytime they told me sorry and say u can file complaint against us and they also didnt provide me proper reason for blocking my they said u have placed many time return request so your account is blocked i paid 6500rupees and i return i just got two empty box please help me ..and please intiate me my refund

        I have a complaint for flipkart
        Details:- i am not ordered anything from flipkart but this last 3 months flipkart messaging me every day for repayment of 5350, voilating me, i don't have a flipkart account too, 5 months ago my mobile phone is missing nokia x3-02 touch i filed my mobile and sim card both missing, after i buyed missed old number duplicate sim after flipkart messaging me. Please solve my problem.

          I have ordered for iphone 6 32 gb gold variant, i made a payment through my axis bank debit card. The courrier partner ecomm express delivered the parcel and it was light weight so i got suspicious and asked sunil gupta from ecomm to open the parcel. He opened the parcel and i got the video recording of that. Sunil gupta also informed his office head sukhen bhattacharya about the matter.
          But flipkart after number of mails and communication is silent. I also produced the video evidence and still they are silent. Their head officer confirmed about the resolution and still nothing has been done. Please help me get my money back.

            I bought a asus zenfone max m1 mobile from your flipkart. I like that mobile design but i recieved without that desing. Totally i never expected that type of desing. I requested replacement. But no one understand customer side query. I ll attached flipkart picture and recieved product picture. Please help to replace or refund my amount. Otherwise i ll go to approach necessary steps. How many times i request to replace or refund my amount?. If you not take any necessary action i ll go to consumer court.
            For section 415/420 of ipc, section s. 463, s. 464, s, 468 ipc.

              Dear sir
              I brought a product with 30 days return policy. I was not available to handover the product to delivery person as i was out of town till 29th day. On 30th day when i tried to return the product through web, the return option wasn't available. Next day when i called the customer care they assured me the resolution now they are saying i cannot return the product. I have to bear the cost of the product unnecessarily when i couldn't even use the product because of fitting issues. The color of thw product is also different than that shown in the picture. It is very disappointing. Very much dissatisfied with the experience with flipkart.

                Dear sir,
                I am shivchandi and your customer who purchased a hp pentium quard core 15q-bu009tu sl. No-cnd8068c0f from flipkart on 25/11/2018 and product is delivered on 09/12/2018 order id-od[protected] but product is difected and not sufficient ram sows as on purchased order and wi-fi not work also cab be more issues. I registered return or replacement request to flipkart with return option with in ten days and accepted also and show technician visit for solve the problem but not come any team so i re-registerd four times time to time return request id-[protected], id-[protected], id-[protected], id-[protected]and show again technician visit for solve the problem till 31/12/2018 but not come again techinician for visit or replacement or return and then i call now then say the executive this is not possible. Return policy is expiered so i erritateed with flipkart and hp also with in more than one month so what i do with defected and unsuffient product. So i can't purchased any other product because this resion my work is loss more thane one month who is responsable with this issue. So kindly solve the issue please.                     He phone has a delicate plastic body which makes it a bit fragile and more prone to accidental damages. So you have to very cautious while handling it.
                    The major problem with the device is its ram & internal memory which only has 2gb ram and 16gb rom. There is no other option for higher specs.
                    Although the chipset, keeping the price in mind is good but it is outdated now and could have been better.
                    The phone lacks a fingerprint sensor which is very common these days in a smartphone of almost all range.
                    The screen resolution of realme c1 (720×1520) is also not upto the mark so you cannot enjoy full hd videos on it.
                    Cameras are average and do not perform as per expectations in low light and indoor lighting condition.

                    I need refund the money...

We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on 24 January and replacement product is delivered to customer and same has been confirmed as well. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                      At my Flipkart profile, I can not see that any Card details are saved. When I go to buy any product where Payment page shows my Credit Card Information. This is very disappointing Since I didn't saved any card detail recently then why it is appearing to payment page under section#4. Look like either its a defect in the application or security flaw.

                      How Flipkart can save my sensitive information without my consent. Looks like Data Security breach

                                  With the utmost respect i beg to state i sofi kamal wanna draw your benign attention of my following subject.

                                  As on dated 11/dec/18 i tried to purchase a mobile lenovo k9 blue from your store unfortunately order couldn't successful but my amount debited from my bank.

                                  Regarding this matter i had lodge complaint by calling your cs.
                                  I also lodge a complaint at my bank branch and they replied transaction successful and amount credited to merchant.

                                  As per term and condition bank has been replied my complaint and i not any proper resolution from your end and for that reason i had register this kind serious complaint at national consumer court.

                                    I ordered electric heater (Orpat och1420 carbon room heater) on 28th dec 2018 through flipkart (Order number: od[protected] and got delivery of same on 10th jan 2018. (Supplier delayed the delivery without providing any reason)
                                    When we opened the package, we found that carbon rod of the heater was in complete broken state. I requested the return on very next day refund id:[protected], my request to return was accepted and flipkart promised to pick the damaged good in 2 days. But my request to return was cancelled without giving any reason by flipkart in 1 day.
                                    I again requested the return and flipkart again accepted the request to return, but cancel my return request again without providing any reason (Refund id:[protected]).
                                    For the third time i have again raised the return request[protected] and still nobody from flipkart has contacted me to talk about my loss and return request getting auto cancelled by system.
                                    I just cannot believe how a big company like flipkart is doing business with such disgusting practices and no proper customer care support. You will not even find the customer care number which is in working state. I have tried calling all the number mentioned below which i have found over the internet and none of the numbers are working.

Please increase the knowledge of those peoples. And take professional peoples im job b/c they not work in free. Take me in your customer care job lol. But true because of those like person i am complain here. But please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                        I ordered a yuphoria mobile battery (Order#od[protected], it was supposed to reach to me by 13th jan but even after waiting late evening of 13th jan the product was not delivered. Later, i sent a mail & called flipkart customer care & mentioned that if the order is not delivered on 13th jan, i don’t need that product anymore as my relatives will be moving out of country & they won’t be here to use that product. The customer care agree that they will arrange for the delivery earliest but the fact is that it wasn’t delivered on 13th jan, instead 14th jan its delivered, by that time my relatives were already moved & hence i requested customer care to refund my amount as i will not be using that product anymore, in return i received very arrogant & bad response from customer care executives (Mr. Avinash kumar - senior escalation desk team), mentioned that i have not mentioned anywhere about the issue & i won’t be refunded for the same reason even if it’s a delay from them, they don't entertain refund for the product.
                                        I have mentioned the same in my all calls/mails stating that if flipkart is delivering product late, somebody may not be needed on that moment, and flipkart doesn't have any rights to deny the refund, please resolve the issue at the earliest & refund my money.

                                        My complaints against flipkart team:
                                        =
                                        1. Failed to deliver the product within the committed time & hence they need to understand/agree that it’s the main reason for refund of the item.
                                        2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from customer.
                                        3. Customer was treated in an arrogant way by flipkart executives.

                                        Escalation manager agree to refund the amount after understanding the core problem. Anyone can reach out to escalation team by contacting '[email protected]' & explaining the issue in detail, so that the escalation manager will help you out. But having said that, flipkart is still need to go long way to really satisfy the customer n hope they will improve in coming days...

                                        Escalation manager agree to refund the amount after understanding the core problem. The issue could have resolved at the customer service desk itself instead of reaching out escalation manager, definitely flipkart needs to understand the gueninity of the issue n resolve the issue at the earliest to satisfy the customer...
