I am surprised that how flipkart got failed to serving customer. I order a electric kettle.2nd week of december. I got a delivery date, delivery boy called me and ask for come 5 km far from my delivery address. I denied and complain flipkart team if you placed my order for given address then you have to delivered my product on my door steps. After they given
Many more delivery date. It happened multiple time. I got many more apology calls from flipkart that time i was on foreign trip. I everytime recive call on international roaming, i also cancle my one train tickets for receiving my product.
I lose i aprox[protected] rupees (International) roming charge and ticket cancle) because of this product.
Past few days i am getting call everyday by flipkart they forcing me to cancel order from my side, but any condition i will not cancel my order. I complained but every time same response.in the end, i have concluded that they are just harassing me.
Now flipkart team telling we are not able to deliver your order?
Is if fair?
I know;though the amount is not big, but i would like to inculcate some ethics in them. So i clearly telling you, i losses aprox[protected] rupees what about my loss?
I need a solution for the above concern. I am awaiting your immediate response to proceed my concerns further to consumer court.
I will take this matter to the court and can make flipkart to do a better business and put customer first.
