Today i was eagerly waiting for the ordered earphone... Near about 10: 45, the boy called me and asked me the exact location. I was telling him and he interrupted me all the time over the telephone. He forced me to tell me the correct location and forced upon me over the phone.. When he came to my house he told me also some language which is also very insulting and irritating.. I told him the right way to my house but he didnt catch that and it was my fault according to him. It is his duty to find out my house and be very polite tp his customer.. He should keep his knowledge inside him. I think he is very arrogant and not a very helpful guy.. His name is soumen and phone no is [protected]

      These my last 2 prepaid orders cancelled by flipkart without valid reason,
      what i observed is the show some low priced offers first, take orders from customer & latter cancel the order (tell product is not available), but that product is still available at higher price.
      It means these fellows just display low priced offer, grab customer money use that money for few days & refund it with sympathy..
      indirectly the used my money for few days & returned after few days

      this is not expected from flipkart

          I tried to purchase an oppo phone using flipkart, worth Rs.13990 on 31-Dec-2018. I used my bank's netbanking facility for this. The account was debited for the same amount, but the order was not placed. I registered a formal complaint when I saw that the amount has not been refunded to my account. The bank after considering the complaint said that "As confirmed with merchant, transaction [protected] has been successful and settled on 31st Dec, 2018. For more details kindly contact your merchant" . Based on the reply I contacted Flipkart's customer care and after many calls and follow ups, flipkart said that they have not received the amount. I tried to purchase something through flipkart and now I have lost the money.

            I (Mr G.Rajender) purchased Moto E4 plus (fine gold, 32 GB, 3 G ram) model mobile from Flipkart via
            Invoice no: FA B9PT [protected], Invoice date: 29/11/18.
            I got touch problem in mobile, so I went to Moto authorised service center "Satyam electronics" at Chaitanyapuri, Dilsukhnagar, they checked warranty & said it doesn't cover warranty, they advised to contact Flipkart customer care, as we have 1 year warranty for new mobile. PL help in this regard to get the mobile repair under warranty & do the needful at the earliest.

              I have ordered a samsung refrigerator through flipkart first they have cancelled my product without any intimation, and when i complaint about the same they have requested to request again and assured me to deliver the product soon. Than i have ordered refrigerator again on 7th of dec 18, I have recieved the product within seven days on 14th Dec 2018 but i have recieved a damaged product. I got to informed my samsung person who came for installation and unpacked the product. He has submitted his report that my product was damaged and a dent was their on the body of refrigerator. After my daily follow up they have taken my product back on 30 dec 2018 after 16 days. They have also denied my return request n given replacement for fresh product, on 10 jan 2019 i received fresh product with bigger dent on this. Again i was foolled by flipkart. On 12th jan i have requested to return the product and they have assured to take back the product on or before 25 jan. I have recvd a message from flipkart that a person will come to take back the product with t.. no. So i have called him to take the product so many times. N finally on 19 he said your return request has been cancelled by the seller. Horrible experience with flipkart.

              it had heen 15 days now. My product is lying unpacked and nobody is responding for returning . I m frustated with pathetic service of flipkart. Horrible experience. Il suggest not to shop with flipkart.

                Flipkart providing fake product and taking fake seller. I requested refund for product. They will say first will be technical visit and later we will refund the amount... I took two time technical visit based on flipkart policy still they are not refunding my amount... Flipkart forcing us to keep that fake product...                   Flipkart found a new way to loot from customer in Gift vouchers, i had send Rs1000 from my flipkart wallet(Gift Voucher) . My friend didn't received that Gift vouchers. I called many times to customer care. They are not aware of this. They are simply dragging the issues, not giving proper resolution for this issue

He told tha i had to choose one among 4 gifts (Led, laptop, gold, etc) that person had all my informatiom such as (Home address, order details, name) and asked me to make a transaction of 3000 by adding a product in cart.                         I am chandrakant chitragar from Hassan I am purchased mobile from infinix Hot S3x on dated 13/01/19 and I still under return police its will end after date 23/01/19 but before this policy flipkart has been blocked my return policy without completing my given issues flipkart not properly attempt my escalated issue as below given details that are Display brightness when only gallery opening, battery draining and mobile overheating. Flipkart arranged two times technician viat, in that vist technician only solves two problems that are battery draining and mobile overheating. But my major problem is display brightness when only gallery opening. too much brightness i cant watch video and images easlly its giving trouble to my eyes and its effect in night time is too much . This issue will not solved without solved block my return policy without completing issue. Flipkart now telling to me vist infinix services center even under return policy still there. Is it correct under return policy why should I am go to service center is it necessary? Flipkart only arrange to solved my problem.
                        Please rise my issues and take necessary action on flipkart every time selling inferior and incorrect damages and once used product customer like me this my third issue against flipkart

                            I have tried to transfer my 5 no's of gv each of 2000 rupees from my flipkart account [protected] to my email [protected]@gmail.com but none of the email containing the gv was received on my mail as mostly this process is instant.
                            I have complained this to them on phone, mail and even on social media (Twitter) but they are only giving timelines on calls and mail responses but not providing any resolution.
                            First they said its a priority and will be resolved within 4 hours but even after 3 days all they say and reply me is to wait and wait.
                            They are not even responding on time. Please resolve my issue. My 10000 rupees is stuck and they don't care.

                              I bought Lenovo k8 note for 8499 on cash on delivery. When the phone was delivered to me, I found that the screen was not displaying although it was switched on. I contacted customer care many times seeking help to replace the phone but they didn't provide any help. I followed some of the few steps told by them, but didn't resolve.                                 On 9th october i booked a refrigerator for 14490 rupees at 6months no cost emi and one prestige cooking set for 1349 (On 1 october). It was big billion day sale from 10th october till 14th october 2018.

                                After that i tried to book a mobile cover for redmi 4a on those sale days because it was available at 49 rupees which is cheaper than expectation. I tried to order it but it was getting cancelled again and again without any reason. It got cancelled 4 times. Moreover i tried to book that on two addressed coz the cover was for my friend. One on my address and his address. But same cancellation issue persisted on either address.

                                And suddenly i am unable to login to my account since 21st october. Now even though i want to payoff my emi's i am unable to pay it which is rediculous.Â

                                I complained the matter to flipkart customer care, the executive said i can't help you as you account is blacklisted. On a reply i asked for a solution because i want to pay my emi's but if i can't login i can't pay it off. So i requested to give me some alternative way to pay off my dues on time.

                                They sent me link for paying my dues for October and November.

                                I paid the installments for October and November But unfortunately the mail says that it's no longer in use.

                                So I complained again in consumercomplaints.in on 3rd January 2019 so that I can pay off my December installment. I can't login into my account and there's no way I can pay my dues myself on time even if I want to.

                                My last date of paying my installment was 15th Jan, But Inspite of complaining 12 days before my last due date the Flipkart team calls me at 17th Jan and assures to resolve the matter in 2 days.

                                Nextly they charged me fine for late payment which is such a shameless and pathetic thing for such a big company that they are charging fines from consumers for their mistake and lack of management of complaints on time.

                                Now I am getting calls messages and email reminders and even messages to be sued legally and Flipkart executives calls me in every 2 days and assures me to resolve the matter and still charge me fine, which I denied to pay. And I requested to give me a single link to pay off my remaining due without any fines.

                                But this is so shameless and pathetic that Inspite a customer is trying every way to pay off his dues the company has such a terrible response time and complaint resolution system and on top of that they are charging me fine.

                                Please solve this matter as soon as possible. Early response and on time resolution of matter is highly solicited.

                                  Ordered a bed from flipkart in nov 2018. The same was broken and damaged on delivery.
                                  The installation guy found the damage after installation itself and advised me to raise a return request. I immediately created a return and flipkart assigned a technician to visit my residence to inspect the bed.

                                  The technician refused to come since he claimed to be from noida and he was unable to travel all the way to south delhi. He repeatedly cancelled the visit and my return request was delayed multiple times.

                                  I requested flipkart to arrange any other technician to which they cancelled my return request. I had to mail them to which they arranged the same technician who again refused to visit.

                                  I gave up on flipkart and ordered another bed from amazon whose installation was completed within 2 days and the bed is still in perfect condition.

                                  Communicating over 50 times, flipkart finally arranged a different technician in january 2019 but he still did not come and i had to call the supervisor. After a couple of weeks, he came and uninstalled the bed on january 21st 2019.

                                  For nearly 4 months the bed was lying in my house occupying space. On january 22nd, flipkart called me and informed me they cannot refund me the amount and i have to settle with that bed only. They can only arrange a replacement.

                                  I told them i do not need a replacement anyhow because i had already arranged another bed in november 2018 itself and in no way i needed another bed. I need my money back.
                                  Moreover, the combination of the same bed with same technician and same downgraded quality of service provided by flipkart and jeeves (The installation company) is a very deadly combination.

                                  I need flipkart to take back the bed from my residence at the earliest and refund me the amount paid along with interest against withholding my money for over 4 months.

                                  I need the pickup to be completed by this weekend failing which i shall opt for legal advice from my lawyer.
