I have tried to transfer my 5 no's of gv each of 2000 rupees from my flipkart account [protected] to my email [protected]@gmail.com but none of the email containing the gv was received on my mail as mostly this process is instant.
I have complained this to them on phone, mail and even on social media (Twitter) but they are only giving timelines on calls and mail responses but not providing any resolution.
First they said its a priority and will be resolved within 4 hours but even after 3 days all they say and reply me is to wait and wait.
They are not even responding on time. Please resolve my issue. My 10000 rupees is stuck and they don't care.

I am received Flipkart voucher coupon in my Flipkart account but my email id not added in my Flipkart account before...In this situation coupon I'd & pin not received from me by email... What I am doing..
I received a flipkart gift card but my email wasn't updated in my flipkart account before so I haven't received the ID nor pin for the gift card
So how do I solve this ??

    I bought Lenovo k8 note for 8499 on cash on delivery. When the phone was delivered to me, I found that the screen was not displaying although it was switched on. I contacted customer care many times seeking help to replace the phone but they didn't provide any help. I followed some of the few steps told by them, but didn't resolve. I even kept charging for long periods but didn't work out. I want speedy solution with this matter. Please help me replace my phone with the new one.

      On 9th october i booked a refrigerator for 14490 rupees at 6months no cost emi and one prestige cooking set for 1349 (On 1 october). It was big billion day sale from 10th october till 14th october 2018.

      After that i tried to book a mobile cover for redmi 4a on those sale days because it was available at 49 rupees which is cheaper than expectation. I tried to order it but it was getting cancelled again and again without any reason. It got cancelled 4 times. Moreover i tried to book that on two addressed coz the cover was for my friend. One on my address and his address. But same cancellation issue persisted on either address.

      And suddenly i am unable to login to my account since 21st october. Now even though i want to payoff my emi's i am unable to pay it which is rediculous.

      I complained the matter to flipkart customer care, the executive said i can't help you as you account is blacklisted. On a reply i asked for a solution because i want to pay my emi's but if i can't login i can't pay it off. So i requested to give me some alternative way to pay off my dues on time.

      They sent me link for paying my dues for October and November.

      I paid the installments for October and November But unfortunately the mail says that it's no longer in use.

      So I complained again in consumercomplaints.in on 3rd January 2019 so that I can pay off my December installment. I can't login into my account and there's no way I can pay my dues myself on time even if I want to.

      My last date of paying my installment was 15th Jan, But Inspite of complaining 12 days before my last due date the Flipkart team calls me at 17th Jan and assures to resolve the matter in 2 days.

      Nextly they charged me fine for late payment which is such a shameless and pathetic thing for such a big company that they are charging fines from consumers for their mistake and lack of management of complaints on time.

      Now I am getting calls messages and email reminders and even messages to be sued legally and Flipkart executives calls me in every 2 days and assures me to resolve the matter and still charge me fine, which I denied to pay. And I requested to give me a single link to pay off my remaining due without any fines.

      But this is so shameless and pathetic that Inspite a customer is trying every way to pay off his dues the company has such a terrible response time and complaint resolution system and on top of that they are charging me fine.

      Please solve this matter as soon as possible. Early response and on time resolution of matter is highly solicited.

        Ordered a bed from flipkart in nov 2018. The same was broken and damaged on delivery.
        The installation guy found the damage after installation itself and advised me to raise a return request. I immediately created a return and flipkart assigned a technician to visit my residence to inspect the bed.

        The technician refused to come since he claimed to be from noida and he was unable to travel all the way to south delhi. He repeatedly cancelled the visit and my return request was delayed multiple times.

        I requested flipkart to arrange any other technician to which they cancelled my return request. I had to mail them to which they arranged the same technician who again refused to visit.

        I gave up on flipkart and ordered another bed from amazon whose installation was completed within 2 days and the bed is still in perfect condition.

        Communicating over 50 times, flipkart finally arranged a different technician in january 2019 but he still did not come and i had to call the supervisor. After a couple of weeks, he came and uninstalled the bed on january 21st 2019.

        For nearly 4 months the bed was lying in my house occupying space. On january 22nd, flipkart called me and informed me they cannot refund me the amount and i have to settle with that bed only. They can only arrange a replacement.

        I told them i do not need a replacement anyhow because i had already arranged another bed in november 2018 itself and in no way i needed another bed. I need my money back.
        Moreover, the combination of the same bed with same technician and same downgraded quality of service provided by flipkart and jeeves (The installation company) is a very deadly combination.

        I need flipkart to take back the bed from my residence at the earliest and refund me the amount paid along with interest against withholding my money for over 4 months.

        I need the pickup to be completed by this weekend failing which i shall opt for legal advice from my lawyer.

        Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 23 January 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
        I ordered my headphones from Flipkart but it automatically cancelled my order. It would have been good if i ordered them from Amazon. Flipkart is very bad site.

          I have a flipkart account but from past 7 months i am not able to login into my account and i am getting emails and sms from flipkart to make payment for paylater account but i have not used my paylater account for such purchase from flipkart this all happened after my account blocked.
          Please help me and stop sending this email and messages and remove all the charges from my account for the purchase which i have not made.

          We have ordered JBL speaker on 20th Jan '18 through Flipkart during the independence sale, but brick was delivered today instead of JBL speaker.

              For last month my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
              Then i used forgot button and then received code.
              Entered the code successfully.
              After that it was asking please set a new password.
              Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
              That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                Tried to buy a samsung washing machine from flipkart on 20th december 2018 and while going through the ordering process the amount git deducted from my bank account but order never got placed. I have called flipkart multiple times but no action has been taken for the refund. I have lost 17100 rupees and it's been 1 month i been behind flipkart for a solution. Have checked with the bank and they already confirmed that the amount has been credited to the seller and the merchant confirmed the same. Don't why flipkart is holding someone else hard earned money. Hope the authorities at flipkart have a look this case and take necessary action to resolve the same.

                  I am a flipkart plus member but still... My account has been blocked by them the reason that has been given by them is due to high number of returns.. I have shopped products around worth of 1 lakh.. Only few items were returned by me due to genuine reasons different product received, quality issue, used product, size issue, etc.
                  All the items were checked by the wishmaster and then only return was accepted. No warning was given to me in this matter. There is no mention in the companies policy about the total no. Of returns that can be done in one i'd.
                  I have been mentally harrassed as they don't respond.. Same copy paste messages with different names.

                      In case of order od[protected], flipkart delivery person was behaving very supiciously, first of all he was try to process the delivery outside the house as well it seems that he was drunk. Also, when i asked him to show his id, he said he isnt carrying one and i need to talk to customer care. I asked him, i will accept the delivery as its a prepaid order but i would prepare the unpacking video of the same in his presence but he wasn't in any mood to deliver the package in authentic way. Later he ran away with the package when i asked that i would sign only i[censored]npacking video can be prepared.

                        Return id[protected] The reference number is -IN[protected]. have returned the product of rs.734 got the messege of refund 15jauary 2019 but didnot receive any refund till date 21january 2019 .
                        Daily they call that it is being updated but no refund amount is there in my account i have email snapshoot everything they say wait for 24 hours but after 1 week also nothing is being proccessed.
                        You can check if refund has been made to my pay later then why my new order of rs734 it is asking pay now..it should get deducted from pay later only as you said it is refunded from flipkart to pay later.
                        I want my money back...such a pathetic service flipkart is giving. Making fool to the customers taking money and the time of refund they say refund is made from there side but no refund is received to the customer they dnot care about that irrevant calls are coming we are working.byt no solutions.

                            My name is vishwa and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Flipkart is continuously harassing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of RS 2095.
                            Wheres i try to open my account for last two month which had been blocked by flipkart. (login unsuccessful.please retry in a minute) Screenshot submitted.
                            call and ask many times and is giving reason you ve purchased are for reselling, who buy two or three items and resell i tell them clearly to my reason for use,
                            (i ordered bms lifestyle paddu pan 3 quantity because i have a big joint family morning school going kids in my house, school bus come early morning time saving and fast cooking i have a 4 burner gas stove that reason i ordered 3 quantity)not for reselling
                            I contact customer support team is raise my issue after customer team calling is telling we cannot do anything, because your account under review. I contact many times to customer care but no use.
                            I contact Gmail many times but only reply comes (your account is under review we cannot take any action) only that much of reply comes from Gmail.
                            Collection department calling two or three days is telling your payment pending I explain the tall that's them also telling we will taking request and sending your feedback to service provider team we will resolve 48 hours
                            but there are so no solve anyone.
                            I called customer care many times all time customer team raise one new compliant on next day calling from Flipkart and tell your complaint was received we will resolve 48 hours but nothing to happend many times same.
                            otherwise pay later department will call we already given option before November month you will not pay that reason we will block again, but really link not received no one can any inform all call recording proofs in my
                            phone my bill generated first of December but is telling option gives November 30 how is possible.
                            My 8 complaints closing same type but no resolution no any provide any option to my bill payment, I contact customer team 27+times bot no use.

                            And providing wrong bill also customer care department telling my bill is pending 2095 + 200 penalty some late payment totally 2295 but every 2 days sending me wrong bill and computerized voice messages your bill pending 2495 (I tried to login my account last two months its showing error (login unsuccessful please retry after 1 minute) (all screenshots submitted)

                            Blocked my account and not providing any option alternative without login how to pay my bill.
                            I raise complaint consumercomplaints.in that complaint also no update provided starting time one madam call and tell you are complaint receive your complaint solve as soon as possible and giving to option to your bill payment.But next day calling pay later team sir we already gives to option before November month that reason there is no option showing two our system, our consulting team will contact and giving any option but
                            almost one month over no any consulting team will not contact me.

                            no any payment option provided flipkart, i am already raised 10 plus complaints but not solve and not giving any pay later payment option, closed my complaints. contact customer care 35 plus times but no use is telling no any payment option available now, different different persons telling different different reasons,

                              My younger brother bought a bed of price 9953 from flipkart on 20 Jan 2019. Next day on 21 I saw the dimension of this product oak not as per our need so I decided to cancel this order but customer representatives told me that I can't cancel because 24 hour over. Now this order is not packed or shipped yet it will be delivere 11th of feb after 20 days. This company is making online fraud why they r not cancelling this product. I will not accept this product. Motive of this company is only profit making not customer satisfaction. They r making online cheat and fraud.

                              We have interacted with the cx and informed that as per the policy the order cannot be cancelled after 24hrs and seller has already shipped the product. CX was not happy and told will take it further. Closing the case.
                              This solution is much aspected from this fraud company. This company is trapping innocent customers by making non sense policy. But I have started legal as well as social media and YouTube platform to inform about this fraud company.

                                I was purchased my motorola one power in 31.12.2018 and. Delivery date 02.01.2019, my complaint date is 04.01.2019. As it is in return policy by flipkart, but they told me repetedly that technichian is coming your location for repair your unit, but there is no technichian coming till today. Today i case to the dept. Of consumer forum which complaint docket number is "1113034".

                                  As i got my credit card bill of jan’19 there was rs.4813 debit without my permission on 8th jan. I call bank and confirm that was taken by flipkart so i wrote mail 3 times but no response from there side even there phone number is not showing in my app. Still today I haven’t got my money or answer.

                                    I'm facing a big issue for 4 months from your part
                                    I purchased 10 cussion (2 pack contains 5 each) and 10 cussion cover (5pack contains 2 each) with with order id[protected] on october 24, 2018. I tried to return the cussion cover. But flipkart wishmaster taken the cussions instead of cussion cover. So i complained. The wishmaster called me and asked to cancel my complaint. And he said he will give me the money or the product. He pleased me to wait for one month, because he need to get sallery. So i waited. I trusted him. He asked few more days. When i called yesterday he said, he will money. He tried to give 300 rs instead of 838 rs. He said it have only 300 rs. He added that i gave him only 5 cousin. But i gave him 10.
                                    When i said that he rushly behaved. He said if the problem not solved he would come to my house.
                                    His name is rafeeque. There is no issue from my side, if he come to my house it is necessary to contact me. But he did not called me. On the time of pickup only my grandmother was there. She don't no about the product.
                                    I need a proper solution. It is not a issue of 838 rs. But it is a issue of trust

                                      I, Mr. Ravindra Kotian has a complaint against your flipkart online agent Nitin Kumar and Akash Shrivastava.
                                      Actually on December 4, 2018, I received a call from your online agent Nitin Kumar informing me that my son Shubham Kotian has won a cash prize of Rs 12, 40, 148/Tata Safari on purchase of a wrist watch from your Flipkart website. He told us to deposit Rs. 8, 500/- if we want that prize amount, without giving any other information. He even assured us that if we deposit only Rs. 8, 500/- within 2 hours in his account (Akash Shrivastava ) then he will directly transfer the cash prize amount. He called us 3 to 4 times on the same day. However after transfering the deposit amount Rs.8, 500/- the cash prize was not transferred. Then I again called him. He (Nitin Kumar) told us to deposit again Rs.37, 200/-. When I asked him to return our deposit amount, he denied & said that it will take about 45 days. Actually he cheated me and in the evening itself he called me and told to deposit half amount i.e. Rs. 18, 000/- if we are not able to pay Rs.37, 200/- .Now 45 days is over. I called him so many times, but he doesn't even responds to my call.
                                      Sir/Madam, I am from a middle class family and a regular customer of Flipkart, but this is a very strange incident happened to me. Please return my money and take strict action against those two employees. I have proof of Nitin Kumar's ID card of Flipkart, Pan card, Aadhar card, all messages made by him and the receipt of the payment made to him as deposit amount.
                                      I hope you will act as early as possible.

                                        I ordered a phone on flipkart on december 30, 2018 and when i opened the package, it was torn and there was a missing sim ejector pin in the package. I contacted them, they gave me a little amount of compensation for this.

                                        After some usage, i faced various issues with this phone such as camera app not working properly and crashes many times, battery is not holding charge, eis not working properly, resolution is not so good and so on.

                                        For that they created two tech visits and the technician mentioned in the form that the item is defective, however, they cancelled my return request.

                                        Initially they promised me that they will return the item and issue me the full refund, afterwards they told me that it is now not possible, therefore we are sending a replacement, i agreed with them.

                                        But when i e-mailed them to know the status of my replacement, they said that there is no replacement coming to me.

                                        I have records of fake promises by flipkart in verbal as well as written communications.

                                        I want to resolve this issue as early as possible, as it's been one month and i am still struggling to return my defective phone.

                                        Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on (03/02/2019) and will be delivered on (04/02/2019). Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
                                        Not delivered I order the product and they give date of delivery and date is gone and delivery does not come even after the specified date bad delivery
