I have placed order for mobile on wed, 26th dec and expected delivery is 29th dec, i have given order because i want to give it to my friend on his birthday on 29th december.

I called to flipkart customer care on 29th december and asked about my product and they told me that your product is at other city (Gandhidham - 50 km from bhuj) so please cancel your order, i was totally surprised that why should i cancel my order?
I request them that please give me contact details of courier company so i can collect my product from gandhidham but they told me that they have't any information about this...
Dear team, i have already paid full amount and not received product on time, is it your service?
I visited local market to purchase same mobile but they asked for extra 3000 as they have't any offer of sbi which i have received from flipkart & save 2500 and 500 extra for available in their shop as mobile is not available in every store...
Without my any fault i have to pay more 3000...
I have called your customer care but they seems to be too helpless not ready to register complaint neither know what has happened, i felt like i am talking to some robot while discussing issue with them who just no 2 words "sorry sir" and "you are valuable customer" rest why they are there to attend the call they themselves don't know.
As per your website i have to receive mobile on 29th december so i ordered it, now today @ date of 4th january status of my order is cancelled (Automatically - not from my side) and payment status is -
₹13569.0 as refund will be transferred to your original payment mode by wed, 9 jan.
1. Not delivered product on time - problem by your side
2. Your courier partner deliver it to wrong city - problem by your side
3. I can pickup it from gandhidham by my expenses (City where your courier partner deliver by mistake) but your customer team have't any contact details - problem by your side
