Hi sir,
I have purchased ibja gold investment 24 (999) k 10 g gold bar of rs, 33, 649
Order id-od[protected]
I received my parcel on 30 november
There was not gold coin in it there was just steel box and bill
But the product was packed...
I have called customer service of flipkart like 20 times... But all they do
Is take a new complaint and give me a new complaint number every time
Every time i raise a complaint the seller cancel it within 5 minute of its
Activation
Complaint numbers.

Then they have raised a complaint to concerned team
They ask me to wait till 20 dec

Problem will be resolve
But after that my request was again cancelled by seller
Concerned team have against call me on 24 dec and ask me to wait till 28
Dec...
Every time i call they ask me to wait 24 to 48 hours it's been 1 month sir
But still my complaint is not solved
I had called flipkar customer care nearly 160 times but still they have not
Taken any action against seller
I have asked them to provide me seller information to make an fir aginst
Seller but they denied
Please resolve my problem... Seller is not giving any response for my
Complaint
And not customer support or concerned team is taking any action aginst it..
They are just asking to wait 24 to 48 hours and making fake promises
It's been 38days please take any action aginst it

I have filed a complaint 4 days ago...
But still flipkart have not contacted me

    Dear sir
    I was purchased redmi note 6 pro in 30 th dec but the mobile performance is not good.
    Overheating and network problem arises continuesly.
    Service engineer visit checking mobile but due to overheating problem am switched off mobile for ten hours.
    He on my mobile and take ten minutes video shooting and after checking battery status.
    Within ten minutes visit battery shows 38 temperature.
    So please exchange or refund my money

      This is about my order number # OD[protected] through which I ordered a Zenfone mobile for INR 12, 999 on 01 Jan'19 and payment made through my HDFC account. That shipment was suppose to be delivered by 04 Jan'19 which I didn't receive and when I called on 05th Jan'19 Flipkart customer care said the item is already being delivered. Same day I received call from their courier guy who promised to deliver the shipment by next day i.e. 06 Jan'19 but he didn't turn up.
      I have already lodged the compliant # IN[protected] and IN[protected] with Flipkart but they need at-least 7 days to investigate the case.
      I am really shocked to see the control and the process which such a huge company is following. Prepaid items are not being delivered to the customer and moreover they are not aware of the same. Don't know what control they follow, I mean they should have POD copy or some document with customer signature and ID number to prove that shipment is being delivered.

      Thanks..Yes..my item at last has been delivered. But the harassment I face and the time taken by Flipkart was too much. They dont have internal controls. If something out of the way happened then they need a lot of time to validate the same. Most importantly, they dont have a escalation point and totally you have to depend on the Customer care executives.

            My account is blocked which is registered with [protected] and reason is given by fk team for that is unfair use of their apology programme it's happened by mistake and instead it i've apologized for that but even now they are not unblocked my account. How many times i mailed them they are sending same mail to me and not ready to convinced to me. I have mailed fk support team many time for the same but didn't get any resolution.

              At 31st december i have ordered a handset of asus zenfone max pro m1 worth rs 8999 from my registered no [protected] which got delivered to me on 2nd jan. But when opened the box i got shocked. The box was empty! I immediately raised a complaint by calling flipkart. However on the next day the replacement got cancelled! I created the replacement that time again from my side. That time the replacement got accepted and the new one delivered to me on 5th jan. However this time i found 2 quantities of it when opened! Again it was a shock for me. I again called flipkart and asked to return the extra handset just for humanity purpose. That time the executive asked me to return the full product what i don't wanted to give. Because the price money of the handset already got increased by 2000rs! I asked the executive that why would i suffer for them! But she asked me to wait for the call from the concern dept! From then on i have almost contacted 10 times in flipkart. But everytime they asked to wait for the call from the concern dept. Today that is 7th jan! Still didn't get any call from their side! The mobile was urgent for me. But after receiving also i m not getting able to use it! What kind if # is that! As there are network issues with the registred mobile no please contact on [protected] for this case. I want proper resolution. Why i gonna suffer for your fault!? Why should i give 2000/- extra?? I don't want to give my handset. Obviously i want to return the excess handset. But want to keep one with me. If you want me to return both of those two then arrange a replacement. Please contact as early as possible. It's really been a very poor experience!

              I ordered a 32GB pendrive on 22 -12-18 on the order ID OD[protected]. I RECEIVED it on 29-12-18 . But unfortunately it is a damaged one. Kindly please replace a good one.
              I received a broken phone and I want to get is exchanged as soon as possible.But the company I feel is really slow in the procedure which is very wrong.

                I order a lenovo ideapad fully prepaid (30490/-) on october, 18 and it was supposed to be delivered within a week. Due to the delay, i cancelled my order after a week and since then i have called flipkart customer care a 100 times to get to know the status of my refund. I even spoke to a few managers out there, they said that the shipment has been lost and it is yet to be cancelled from the sellers side. Whenever i call i get a response that give us 24 hours and the problem will be resolved. Its been more than 3 months now. Please get to the roots of it and get my refund processed.

                    Hello here this is regarding a poco f1 which i have purchased from flipkart this month as we all know the the devices has screen bleeding issues though i got it replaced still the same issue, when i try to get it returned they are rejected my return request and sending a useless technicians to home service /inspect the issue seems they have been trained to insist the the phone doesn't have any issue and moreover he accepted its a manufacturer issues but when asked him to update the same he's behaving like arrogant worse service from flipkart.

                    Could someone let me know how do i get them to court for providing a worse customer experience. Here i need my money back i don't want to use your service any more.

                        Order no on flipkart is od[protected]. I placed order on 31st december 2018 product was suppose to get delivered on 2nd january as product was on time but i received defective product, and from filkart i didn't get solution till 7th january and last they told me that product will be not delivered to you. You have to cancel the order. As the time when i placed order i got instance discount of 1500+1000 by sbi bank scheme as that time i had sbi card. Now scheme has been changed by flipkart and now they want me to place new order and i'll not receive that scheme again. I told them that no problem this was the your fault though i'll place second order but give me the scheme and the have declined just because they have changed that scheme to other bank. And i have not that bank account. They had blocked my money for 5 days and no they are telling me that we can't delivered new product to you. And from 2nd january they giving me time to wait for 24 hrs to 48 hrs and last they told me that you will not get product. I told them i don't want to cancel the order just give me product now i don't want money back.

                              I ordered tempered glass for asus zenfone 5z from flipkart on december 2018 and it was cancelled by the seller due to limited stock. But after repeated cancellation by the seller i contact with the customer team, they told me they will look forward to this problem. After 2 days mail came from the customer team stating that my flipkart account has been blocked as they observed a trend in my purchase history that i bought those products for reselling and not for personal use so my account is blocked. Although it's not true i even send the images of the product to their mail but no response from their behalf. I have 40 flipkart plus coins on that account and some important details there. But they kept on delaying my issue. Please help.

                                Whenever i try to reset password i am getting message as "unable to process request. Please retry". Also can not create a new account because the number is already in the database. Recently i added couple of items to the cart. But because of the reason i cannot login, i am not able to purchase those. Please help with this.

                                  Hi team,
                                  I am raising this complaint against flipkart as an amount of rs.1, 19, 999.00 has been deducted from my account while placing an order and the order was not placed successfully.
                                  On[protected], i tried to place an order through flipkart website with transaction reference number : padb[protected] for rs.119999.00. But, because of some technical issue the order was not successful though the money got deducted from my account. I immediately contacted flipkart for the same and asked them for a clarification. I was advised by flipkart that the money was not received by them and it is with the bank. So, i need to wait for 8 business days to get my money from the bank.
                                  After getting such reply from flipkart, i contacted the bank asking for clarification. Bank has replied me that the money was credited to the merchant account which is flipkart in this case (Screenshot of bank reply is attached with this complaint for reference).
                                  Because of such statements from flipkart and the bank, i am not sure where my money is. So, i kindly request you to investigate this matter and help me get my money back with the applicable interest.

                                  It's been 9 business days since the date of transaction. Tried to contact me once when I was busy after lodging this complaint. No progress thereafter. I didn't expect this from a leading e-commerce website like Flipkart. How are you expecting customers to shop on your website again and again having these many complaints piling up. I'm repeating once again that I need my money with interest as I have already informed you on[protected] that the above said transaction was a successful one.

                                  "Dear, Flipkart!

                                  The transaction was happened on 27th December 2018 but order was failed to take place and I mentioned that to you via the incident IN[protected] dated 27th December 2018.

                                  On 29th December 2018, I contacted my Bank to know that the transaction was successfully settled to the merchant via the transaction reference number PADB[protected] for Rs.1, 19, 999.00 and I mentioned that to you via the incident IN[protected] dated 29th December 2018.

                                  Later on 5th January 2019, I mentioned the same to you via the incident IN[protected] and incident IN[protected] dated 5th January 2019.

                                  I made a complaint regarding the same on www.consumercomplaints.in on 6th January 2019. Even after that, I was adding comments to that complaint to remind you the same.

                                  Other than that, I tried to convey the same to you over the phone many times. You might have the records of the same. Every single time you denied it. Moreover, after 23 days of time, when I mentioned the loss that incurred to me, one of your agents said, "you didn't have any fixed deposit here to get interest." How arrogant was that?! You are gonna pay for your arrogance.

                                  And today, you mailed me... I wanna highlight some parts of your mail. Your mistakes are getting very interesting and dramatic.

                                  "As discussed, the refund of ₹ 13999/- for Sony Android 138.8cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV order with order ID OD[protected], completed on 23rd Jan 19. It Should be refunded to back to source, as per standard banking procedures."

                                  What was that? That figure was nowhere near the transaction amount of ₹ 1, 19, 999/-

                                  What were you playing at? Your mail proves that you have my money from Day 1 of the date of transaction and yet I didn't get my TV. I lost my money and the savings bank interest that I should be getting on that money. I lost my valuable time complaining and asking you to refund. And I didn't have the money when I needed that money because of your negligence in refunding it. You made me suffer a lot in the past 4 weeks of time. You are gonna pay for every single rupee that I lost and for every single moment that I suffered.

                                  I'm in a state that I can no longer consider that the above highlighted as a typing mistake. I'm done with your arrogance and innocence. If you are gonna compensate for my loss, I'm gonna end it here or I am gonna take it even further to The Ministry of Public Grievances and The Department of Consumer Affairs.

                                    I've mailed you several time cause i didn't get any help fro flipkart customer service team and same from other services even, not a single reply came till now.

                                    Every-time like an auto bot flipkart customer service team just copy pasting same reply without reading my reply whereas i've wrong full one page explaining everything.

                                    I've been neglected and mistreated by flipkart for more than a week causing me a lot of trouble, i still being a student is unable to handle so much of stress apart from my academic because of this flipkarts trouble.

                                    With due respect i like to request you to please please read the email fully by taking your valuable time from busy schedule for which i aplolozie in advance.

                                    First i'd like to say i'm a flipkart plus member with more than 4k balance also 30+ coins in account.

                                    I'm unable to login to my flipkart account from last one week or more.

                                    ([protected]) is disabled for which i'm unable to login.

                                    After i complained the flipkart customer care replied as below

                                    Order: od[protected]

                                    Item: fd fashion hand-held bag

                                    Hello,

                                    We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

                                    Then when i pointed out that od[protected] fd fashion hand-held bag was a replacement order as this was a mistake this product has been delivered already as replacement after i complained as seller sent empty box with card in it as a proof i asked to check out the courier package weight after that the costumer care made a replacement order which was later delivered which again was not also the full order only one bag came but i didn't complain again, and for this single order which was a seller's mistake or i'd say cheating from sellers end you're blaming me saying
                                    Unusually high number of returns
                                    Without any proof whereas i've given you proof that time also that the seller was cheater the weight of the package scanned proved that.

                                    After this reply flipkart customer service
                                    Again replied same thing (Copy paste) as below

                                    Hello,

                                    We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

                                    There're two important points to note here

                                    1. Reason given was "unusually high number of returns"
                                    Not a single return done only 1 was replacement with proper reasons provided.

                                    2. Recent order has been cancelled i. E
                                    Od[protected] which was nearly 1-2 months old order moreover it's not cancelled but replaced as replacement order with justified reason already provided.

                                    The update from flipkart customer service for [incident: in[protected]] is always same copy paste answer they're not even reading my mail reply.

                                    I'm not getting any proper resolutions from flipkart customer service and i'm hapless.

                                    Please help me i'm helpless, sad and frustrated. I'm a student i hardly have money from my months savings and 4k rupees in my account means a world to me

                                    I can't sleep for last one week please please help me with my flipkart account.

                                    Please please enable my flipkart account

                                    You guys are liar you're not even reading my mails, Flipkart customer support are you guys thieves if not the least you can do is give me 1 week time to use my hard earned 4k rupees in my Flipkart+ wallet which you disabled without any proper reasons, proofs and warning .

                                    After i use my wallet money if you want to diable my account again you can do it but for New years shake have some shame n humanity to do right thing and enable my account

                                      I have book a vivo v11 smart phone (Starry night black 64 gb,) and paid rs. 17780/- by credit card with offer on dated 08/12/18. Which order id od[protected]. I have received this set on 13/12/18. And its invoice number was fabrk[protected] and invoice date 09/12/18. When i get this set i was surprised to see that box was without carton packing and box condition was not satisfactory. Also its seal seems that it is cutted and pasted back. Also 'nk' was written with sketch pen on the backside of the box under plastic wrapping. And a shopkeeper hologram was pasted on front of the box under plastic wrapping. And its bill was just a printout on simple paper instead of a sticker bill. So i have not open the box and go to vivo authorised service center to know its details with its imei no., which was printed on the backside of the box, than i was shocked to know that this imei number has been already activated on dated 12/10/18.

                                      So i have make its return request on 13/12/18 but flipkart has reject this request without any reason. After that again raise its return request and get back call from flipkart that they will replace it.
                                      When the ekart person came to home to change it, he denied to replace it due to handset was seal pack, he ask me to come his office and his senior will open the box in front of camera so i go to their office where the senior person also denied to open the box as he asked me that he will not take any responsibility of box and if there is no handset or handset is damaged inside the box then i will be responsible for it.
                                      So i have came back and again raise this complaint at customer care. They said to me that they will resolve this issue after discussing with seller and ask me to wait for 2or 3days days. When i have not get any answer in the given time from their side, i have again call to flipkart and get reply from their side that they have not get any satisfactory answer from seller and again said me that they will resolve this issue in 12 days and also i will call back from their senior person in the given time, but on 11 day flipkart has reject my complaint without any satisfactory explanation. Also block my id with reason that i have make huge numbers of return with this id. Which is not correct. I have not open the box till now.
                                      Flipkart has done fraud with me. I am so much mentally harassed with flipkart. Please do justice with me.
                                      I will never do any shopping with it in future. Also suggest my colleagues and friends to not shop with it

                                        I am complaining cause the flipkart customr executer agent providing me a (Cheat) phone pay custmer executer phone number ([protected]) and the phone pay executer tell me a refunding process by taking my atm card number and then they deduct a huge amount money (Rs-18000/-) from my union bank acc.
                                        How did flipkart providing me a cheater number?
