I have ordered a sumsang memory card from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 498 on 5th of December 2018. Because of manufacturing defects I didn't like the product and cancelled it. The delivery boy has not came to my doorstep because I where return request may time (16, 23, dec and 4, 14, 16, 19, 21, Jan 2019) but flipkart could not response on my problem

    Sir i bought a samsung note 9 in flipkart
    Due to seal broken and slightly bent in sim tray i raised replacement request
    I waited 8 days to be shipped atlast its cancelled by seller
    And again i raised the request
    I dont trust the seller check his rating its 2.9
    He is a cheater
    He planned to drag this case till the return period over
    Pls better refund me and pickup the product
    Also tell me the seller address i planned to raise a legal case against him

      दिनांक 25/01/2019को अभिषेक मंडल जो online shopping costumer care what's aap no [protected]पर था उसने बताया गया कि आँन लाईन लककी ड्रा चल रहा है आप प्रथम विजेता है आप की सफारी कार निकली है चाहे तो आप कार ले लो या नगद 1280000 ले लो इस के लिए आप को रजिस्ट्रेशन कराले जिसके लिए 6000 रुपये अकाउंट से या डेबिट कार्ड से देने होगे इसके बाद ये नंबर काट दिया दूसरे नंबर [protected] से बात करने लगा उसने कहा कि अपना आधार व डेबिट कार्ड आगे पीछे का भाग online shopping costumer care के what's aap नंबर पर भेजे और इस तरह मुझसे मांग ली इसके बाद otp मांग ली गई जब तीन बार में 18136रूपेय निकल गये जब मैने विरोध किया तो कहने लगा कंपनी की गलती के कारण रुपये निकल गये हैं दो तीन दिन में वापस आ जायेगे और लककी ड्रा के नगद रुपये आप के अकाउंट में जमा हो जायेगे इस तरह आज दिनांक 28/01/2019 तक मेरे रुपये अकाउंट में नहीं आये मैने आज भी पूछा तो कुछ नहीं बताया बार बार पर मोबाइल नंबर को काट देते है कुछ prof images भेज रहा हूँ कृपया मेरे रुपये वापिस करने तथा उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे।

        Please inform us the day before delivery. It's been two times since i suffered due to this. Products use to come early than the estimated time given, and i'm glad with ur services but since i'm a student and i have to attend my classes due to which i can't respond to the call of the delivery person. I got information of the delivery just 2 hours before the delivery which i couldn't see cause my mobile was in a silent mode. I[censored] please inform us day before the delivery we can be prepared with it please try to inform us early.

          I ordered 1 printer Epson L805 from Flipkart and today the box was delivered.
          I opened the box after 2 hours and was shocked to see the contents.
          There was rubbish poly paper and rubbish packing material and some kind of broken part wrapped up. Flipkart is not giving proper answers to resolve this.
          On 1 side on the phone they are saying we will come back and on the other side they are sending me a mail that your return is rejected. They want to clearly cheat me . Need your help.

This would also mean that customer will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                I have been trying to get a resolution for the proper re installation or return of a godrej steel almirah which was delivered on 10th. The installation was not proper with the bottom panel poking out due to lack of nuts and bolts and the walls are not approximated properly leaving a gap. Having been trying for the past 18 days for a solution. 3 false reports have been made by the company that they contacted us and re installation was done.                           I ordered asus zenfone 5z on 19-01-19, 1st delivery promised date was 22-01-19 and they failed to do, 2nd promised delivery date was before 25-01-19 and again they failed. Today the date is 28-01-19. Not only this particular order, after the phone order i ordered some accessoires as well even they got delayed by 1week.
                          I have a plenty of proofs of my previous orders when ever i order anything from flipkart it has to delayed. Even 2 of my friends placed orders on bbd period and their orders got delayed for 20 to 30days and few orders got cancelled automatically by the seller vision star.
                          A very pathetic services from flipkart/ekart logistics/vision star seller.

                            I bought a new phone from flipkart asus zenfone max pro m2 (Order id - od[protected]. The order was placed on 24th january 2019 and it was shipped on 26th january 2019 and reached the nearest hub for delivery but then it was misrouted (Same city misrouted) and have no updates from then on the delivery.
                            I had also ordered a sceen protector along with the phone which was delivered, there was no change in given address or pin. I hope i get the phone delivered

                              This complaint is pertaining to the negligent and deceiving strategy practiced by online shopping company - flip kart based in bangalore in karnataka. The complainant with order no od[protected] has placed an order for red hot (210 cm) 7ft polyester door curtain (Thru seller; chhabra enterprises). This is one set contains two pieces which costs rs299/- and order is placed for 2 sets and the order has been delivered on 7th january 2019 through e-kart logistics. As was printed on the parcel rs. 598/- which has been paid subsequently thru debit card to the delivery person. After opening the parcel it was a shock for us to find only one set inside and not 2 as was printed on the parcel cover. When contacted the delivery boy about this, he asked us to complain to the customer care of flipkart. When complained about this, our issue is not resolved instead they are asking for only ratings everyday inspite of our several mails. Fedup with flipkart customer care staff and we came to conclusion that they will not resolve this for lifetime but will continue asking for ratings. Hence this complaint is placed before the consumer forum with a hope that at least forum will justify this issue.

                                I ordered a moto one power which is #onlyonflipkart order no — od[protected] with a exchange offer.in exchange i replaced my old phone samsung a8 worth 30000. So the delivery boy came and checked my phone and considered the paint wearings as dents. And dents are not allowed whereas paint wearings are accepted. And even the delivery boy only knewed kannada whereas i know either hindi or english. He was sending my phone pics to someone and was in fear of his job that if he'll take my phone he may loose his job. Whatever he refused, so i complaint in flipkart customer care. They told me to send my phone pictures so with many demands as with white wallpaper, with imei number, all angles of the phone etc.. I provided them with all. After 13 photos which i sent them according to their needs that to i sent them 2-3 times they got clarified and sent me mail "congratulations your order has been approved and the delivery will take place within 4 business days" so i was happy with it. But the next as i woke up i found the message that they have cancelled my order. I called the customer support, now they are telling to buy it again we cant do anything, order has been cancelled by the delivery team after several unsuccessful trials which they actually didn't did. Now the phone price has increased by 1k. This is totally not acceptable i want action to be taken against them for the fraud service. Even they crossed the deadline date which they gave for my problem resolution. I want a conclusion.

Display was bleeding 2 sides the light was passing through havealy two sides of the phone. I raised 7 return request but none of the time picked my faulty mobile phone. I contacted with the customer care but they proceeding with same procesure. I want my refund because they cancelled my return request everytime. Flipkart is cheat company.                                     I ordered one 5 seater sofa from flipkart. My order id is od[protected]. My order delivery date is 28 feb, and it’s packing dard is 25 feb. My payment mode was through credit card. Now i want to cancel my order as i will not be able to receive the order because i am out of station for 4 months. But flipkart is not cancelling my order. I talked to flipkart representatives they said that you cannot cancel the order as per the policy. Please do the needful.

                                    I mailed flipkart regarding the issue on [email protected], but they mailed me that they tried calling me on my number but that was not reachable. Than I called flipkart on 18002089898 but there response was not satisfactory.

                                      Flipkart suddenly freeze my account without any any notice, msg, e-mail etc. And told me using different atm transactions is the reason, i ordered 5 phones to become plus member and till they not do anything, after order they freeze my account it's easy to understand that flipkart is cheating me, no matter what i want my account back. Please do needful as soon as possible, and please check attachment they send me otp but it is not working.

                                        I had applied for replacement for flipkart smart buy headphones 12 days a ago i had reached to you service centre they had given me a piece of paper and said our dilevery boy will come in 8-10 days to your door you have to show this paper to him and he will replace the defective headphones with new one but now its 12 days nobody reached my house yet kindly pay attention otherwise i will go to consumer forum
