I have a Flipkart account but from last 4 5 months I am not able to login into my account and I am continuasouly getting emails calls about making payment of paylater account credit but I have not used paylater for any purchase on Flipkart please help me with this issue.
Please help me and resolve this issue as soon as possible .I am suffering from this problem from 5 months and flipkart is continuously sending me this message s for the payment and my account is also blocked and I am not able to login in it please help me

    I have placed an order of asus zenphone max pro m1
    (Silver 3gb 32gb) and flipkart smartbuy edge to edge tempered glass on[protected] around 8:30 pm for an amount of rs. 8999 and rs 159 respectively total rs 9158 and accordingly the said bill amount of rs 9158 is debited from my sbi a/c to inb flipkart payment bill_flipl transfer to[protected].

    But till 6/1/2019 (After expiry of 8 working days) neither
    The money is refunded in my bank account nor any response from their end.
    Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount within 24 hours.
    Your early action in this regard is highly solicited.

        I ordered a pair of shoes around 10 days back with order id od[protected]. The received shoes were uncomfortable and had wonky fitting. I went to flipkart's website and tried placing a return request. It threw an error message and i waited for some time thinking it might be a technical issue. When i tried after some time, it was not even letting me log in.

        So i call their customer care after a day or so and get to know that my account is deactivated.

        Flipkart promised me a 30 day return window while placing the order but has been largely unresponsive to the return request placed within stipulated time.

        I need the product to be picked up from my door and my funds refunded asap. The product is in its original packing and unused.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns.           I ordered a puma bmw slides that were on sale on 31st dec 2018 the due date for delivery was 11th jan 2019 but they delivered on 5th, i took the product and when i opened the box, i saw that i recieved normal puma sandals, this was disappointing, have been a flipkart customer since 2015 never expected something like this will happen. I heard stories of people not getting what they ordered but sandals instead of slides? Unbelievable, earlier i didn't believe the stories of people not getting what they ordered but since i am now a victim of the same scenario, now i can relate with those who have been through the same situation. Must be depressing, not getting what you hoped for after waiting for days. Hope that someone helps me resolve the issue.

              Iam really surprised by the poor customer service flipkart have and cheating the customers. Ordered vespa sports helmet but after delivery as this does not fit requested for return 3 times every time return approved but no body will come to pick the item for return iam highly disappointed for the poor service. Inspite of calling customer support team multiple times without proper resolution cancelling my request for return. Very poor customer dissatisfaction
              Every time i have to wait till end of the day for retuned order pickup but no one will turn up to pick the item for return and end of the day cancelling item for return without any proper explanation.
              Customer support team was very rude and not willing to help the customer.

                      I have received arrow shirt od[protected] on 23rd oct 2018. I have called flipkart regarding return bcos of poor fabric quality. They have advised me for return. But while returning the delivery boy has refused that there is no mrp tag. I have requested him that it was not with me. He has not picked the item on the ground of not having mrp tag.                           Dear sir/madam,
                          I was placed a order to purchase a redmi note 6 pro rose gold (64 gb) through flipkart website via online at price of 13, 999 rs on 20/12/2018. My order number is : od[protected]. Payment was on cash on delivery (Cod).
                          After receiving the delivery on 26/12/2018. Later when i opened that box i found a box of redmi 5a repaired by tape instead of redmi note 6 pro so i did not open that box of redmi 5a.
                          I called to flipkart customer service and told them whole incident and placed a request for replacement but next day they rejected my request because i did not opened that box. They told me to open that box when i opened that box of redmi 5a. I found 3 potatoes in that box.
                          Then i called them and told about this and request a replacement then they accepted my second return request on 29/12/2018 after investigation and scheduled pickup till 03/01/2019 via dotzot. But they did not pickup and cancelled my request on 04/01/2019.
                          This is clear that flipkart intention is pure clear to make a fraud.
                          No doubt flipkart is a reputed company and in service sector reputation played a vital role. Sir after this incident i have no faith on flipkart company.

                          Sir please resolved my problem as early as possible other i will lodge an fir and also in consumer court as per consumer protection act.
                          So sir please takes action as early as possible and resolve my problem asap.

                          Your delivery boy did not come for pickup and he update false report that address not found. For this reason seller cancelled my return request. Now will you pay my 13, 999 rs? How can this possible, When the same delivery boy delivered the product and at time of pickup he did not found the address?

                                  They blocked my flipkart plus account with 50 coins in it only on an assumption that the purchases made are for resale. But they were made for my underconstruction home. Even after continuous mails for clarification i didnt receive a reply. I have opted for a flight ticket from that 50 coins is the reason they have blocked my account which is worth[protected]. I have bought 10 different products of same company which made them feel that it is for resale. So help me unblock my account as i want to use those coins to book a urgent ticket.

                                    Flipkart your name in misused! I got an sms today that said i have won maruti suzuki swift dzire and a cash prize of ₹8, 50, 000 and it said that i have to pay a "registration service charge deposit" of ₹6, 500 to claim the prize and contact on [protected] for details. 40 minutes after the sms i got a call from [protected] and the person asked if there was anyone named kiran chauhan and when i said no then he asked whether i had shopped through flipkart and when i said yes then he started to explain about the prize and asked for my account number and ifsc code for money transfer but i did not respond and just hanged up the call.
                                    It's a very serious issue as flipkart's reputation is at risk. I'm also attaching a screenshot of the sms with this complaint. I hope action will be taken against the culprits...

                                      Hi,

                                      I placed an order for baby tricycle which I had to gift to someone. I placed the order (number - OD[protected] on 30th December, paid money and product was to be delivered on 03rd January. Received a mail from Flipkart on 03rd that seller is taking a bit longer to deliver and will be delivered shortly.

                                      Now all of a sudden on 05th January morning, I see notification from Flipkart that order has been cancelled by seller and money will be refunded by 17th January.

                                      This behaviour by one of the largest e retail company is completely unprofessional. If an item is not available, Flipkart shouldn't let a customer order that, they can't come back after a week and say not available.

                                      Flipkart not only wasted my time, held my money without interest for a long but has also embarrassed me since this was a gift for someone.

                                      They need to compensate me for their unethical act. Either they supply me the same product from different seller (I see product available on their site) or provide me a compensation.

                                      What is your resolution on this ? You can't keep repeating the same thing which I know.

                                      I am not bothered about any seller ( original or replaced one) and don't expect any sort of dealing with them. I purchased item from Flipkart (one of the largest e-retail company) for a certain price and you need to honour that deal be it by way of arranging the same product from different seller or credit me the difference in price, you can't really escape the OWNERSHIP.

                                      Mind you, I'm not even coming to the fact that your behaviour caused waste of time, loss of interest on my money that you kept for certain days & a reputation damage (this being gift for someone else).
                                      If I were to rate the worst customer care in terms of service and response, Flipkart would top that list. What a crappy customer care and website. Ordered the product again, they sent the product with different specification, ordered the replacement further and guess what, they sent the exactly same product.
                                      Not sure whether these people are illiterate or have lots of time to waste on these administrative issues which of course are big hassle for customer.

                                      Stay away from Flipkart...

                                        I have purchased a kaspersky inter net security anti virus in flipkart on 13.12.18 vide courier name "e. Kart logistics - courier awb no. Fmpc[protected] - (Order id no. Od[protected] sold by pc keys # 10/1-16, flat no.10, 5th b main, 4th link road, madiwala extention, bangalore - 560068 - by cod for rs.425/ to day when i entering the activation code, which was sent alongwith the cd, for activating the anti virus in my computer, it shows as"invalid activation code". Hence, pl. Solve the issue quickly to install the kaspersky inter net security anti virus in my computer.
