I purchased a cross pen to be delivered to a bangalore address last week. It costed 1400 bucks and the amount got deducted immediately (Through netbanking). However the order is not showing in "my order" so i doubt the transaction has happened. Can you please check and reverse the payment so i can purchase again?

customer has raised the issue with regards to the amount has been debited but the order has not confirmed
as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to seller and transaction has been failed so informed to contact bank and raise the chargeback hence closing the complaint from our end.

    I have booked the TV date 10/1/2019 (Vu Premium Smart 109cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV with order ID OD[protected] they given commitment delivery date is 18/1/2019 but not yet delivery still (21/1/2019) when ever we ask to flipkart customer care they saying keep on post pen every day .

        On september 27, 2018 i have purchased samsung s8 in emis with order number od[protected]. As there is no mention about samsung model in emis, i always had a doubt about bank charging more for me. Surprisingly in this month credit card statement i saw cash back of 4000 for s8 plus. Please look into it and revert the money which is charged these days/

        We have interacted with the Customer and the customer says that he had some confusion regarding the EMI and raised the complaint wrongly. He don't have any issue and asked to close the complain. Hence, closing the complain from our end.

          I am purchasing a lenovo k8plus from flip kart just 2 months ago. But after using this phone i found lot of problems are arising in this phone. First of all the contact are deleted every time when i restart the phone. 2nd thing hot-spot can not be connected with laptop. 3rd thing video recording is disturbed. I don't understand why flip kart is selling this type of rejected phone. I am teaching a lesson from that never buy anything from this side and also suggested everybody not to buy anything from flip kart.

                I could not login my flipkart account past three months and also i'm buying many product nearly 20k rs in flipkart using cardless credit without login i couldn't pay emi money. I compliant many times and using call and mail but no one is response. Recently they send one link and using to pay, i pay with penalty its not my fault then why i pay that penalty amount. Now also i couldn't login my account and also next month i want to pay my emi amount. If i'm not pay my civil score is fall down. Kindly rectify my problem.

                  I order this at 12:10 pm and at 2 i received mail as my order has been cancelled by the seller reason as bulk order.
                  I didnt placed any other order on that and then also order has been cancel.
                  I want you take action towards the seller as well as flipkart compny i they dont have stock then they should label it as out of stock but they are accepting multiple order and then they cancelled.

                      I am surprised that how flipkart got failed to serving customer. I order a electric kettle.2nd week of december. I got a delivery date, delivery boy called me and ask for come 5 km far from my delivery address. I denied and complain flipkart team if you placed my order for given address then you have to delivered my product on my door steps. After they given
                      Many more delivery date. It happened multiple time. I got many more apology calls from flipkart that time i was on foreign trip. I everytime recive call on international roaming, i also cancle my one train tickets for receiving my product.

                      I lose i aprox[protected] rupees (International) roming charge and ticket cancle) because of this product.
                      Past few days i am getting call everyday by flipkart they forcing me to cancel order from my side, but any condition i will not cancel my order. I complained but every time same response.in the end, i have concluded that they are just harassing me.
                      Now flipkart team telling we are not able to deliver your order?
                      Is if fair?
                      I know;though the amount is not big, but i would like to inculcate some ethics in them. So i clearly telling you, i losses aprox[protected] rupees what about my loss?
                      I need a solution for the above concern. I am awaiting your immediate response to proceed my concerns further to consumer court.
                      I will take this matter to the court and can make flipkart to do a better business and put customer first.

                        Flipkart is sharing the customer details such as name, email id, postal address, order details with price, etc to the third party resulting to fraud calls from unknown numbers advertising fake products related to winning lotteries and cars. I strictly condemn those actions of flipkart agencies for not maintaining customer confidential privacies. And hence i report and complaint against flipkart company for such misconduct behavior.

                          I have ordered a van's shoes on 22nd december. But since i was having problem with the shoes like size, authenticity and packaging so i applied for refund. But the courier company (Dotzot) keep on cancelling the refund by taking my name.in fact they were sending the "out for delivery" and "cancelling" reason both they r sending together and the most surprising thing is they r concealing by taking my name. Uptil now they have not consulted me and they r doing on their own. Now they have been doing this for the past 25 days i m really disappointed with flipkart because i called the customer executive more than 5 to 7 times and everytime they r just assuring me that they will resolve the matter but so far nothing happened. I m a regular customer of flipkart but this time i m very very disappointed with the service. I hope that u will look into the matter seriously because if i will not get the refund within a month then i will not be able to apply for refund itself. This way company is just doing their monopoly as a customer do i have any rights or not.

                            I have brought one ashu zenfone max pro 1 mobile phone order number od[protected]. After delivered his product last month when i open the packet inside one videocon company simple phone available instead of my favourite original product.

                            I really shocked because i have already pay 14999/- for same. But previously i such believed in flipkart money assurance so then after i just file return/replacement request using my mobile application for replacement or refund not issues.

                            After few, days ago without any confirmation flipkart team just sending me one mail regarding my complain we just confirmed by seller and delivery boy delivered right product.

                            Team, after that i have locked many of complain but every time no response.

                            Now i am just irritated and really very disappointed about your service or money assurance policy.

                            Team, i just ask simply one question?

                            Where is my mistake?
                            I am your customer and buy costly mobile phone from your site.

                            I had wasted my 14999/-.

                            Flipkart team kindly do something for me.

                            I am just put my hand front of you.

                              Hello. I couldn't login to Flipkart by mob and email as well. It ask me to try later. If I try to change password verified code is coming but not possible to change password. Not possible to work with account at all. Please check login name: [protected]@gmail.com More then two month problem is there. 9 Jan call to customer care. They was told that on or before 11 Jan it will be solved. But all in same condition and no calls from customer care.

                              I received call from customer team. They ask me to wait 48 hours. Then again call and say that account freezed and again ask to wait 48 hours to resolve problem. Then problem was resolved. Thanks a lot. P.S. Please do not disconnect yours clients without any message on email prior with the reason of disconnection. Three years there is no issue and suddenly issue appears. Little bit strange. Anyway, thanks a lot for customers support team and for resolving issue!

                              Last purchase was two POCO mobiles. As I read another massage about "reselling" and blocking account. I can return both of mobiles. one is with me I'm writing massage from this phone and another one with my son he is next room. All boxes and papers with me. We can buy it directly from MI store not an issue.

                                We purchased samsung mobile vide invoicefabz9c[protected]. For rs. 8490/-on[protected] and received. But not provided with protection glass — korean and cover etc which are being provided in the sales centres normally at the same cost. Here for on line purchase customers are not being treated well with what they are eligible to get easily in the market... Which needs to be considered favourably.
                                For online sales nornally customers should be encouraged with more benefits and reduction of price. Hence requested to do the needful early please.

                                      Sir,

                                      It is very regret to inform that my order id: od[protected] for eureka forbes trendy dx wet & dry cleaner issue is not resolved till date as on 18/01/2019, your company is extends day by day. The following are the details i want to explain.

                                      1) order id: od[protected] for eureka forbes trendy dx wet & dry cleaner was placed and approved on 04th january 2019.

                                      2) the product was delivered on 10th january 2019 at around 6.00 pm in the evening. The package was opened on 11th january 2019 and found damaged piece in the package. Immediately i have given replacement request on 11/01/2019. I got information that the technical visit will be conducted from eureka forbes on 13th jan or 14th jan 2019. And then replacement will be made accordingly.

                                      3) no one visited on 13th and 14th, then i followed intensely with your customer care for getting the technical visit completed, in-spite of intense follow-up no one visited for inspection and flip-kart extended the dead line date to 18th january 2019. And informed that in between technical visit will be conducted and replacement will be done accordingly.

                                      4) till date no one has attended for inspection and today i got a status that technician has visited the site and replacement can’t be done. This is ridiculous.

                                      5) i immediately contacted your customer care, they have again regenerated the return request and rescheduled the technician visit on 20th jan and extended the return date till 31st january 2019. This is also ridiculous.

                                      6) till date neither flipkart nor eureka forbes has resolved the issue.

                                      7) i am spearing my time for your follow-up and wasting my time for resolving this issue.

                                      8) i am getting mental harassment due to this issue.

                                      9) for your reference i have attached the photographs of the product.
                                      10) the product is inspected by technician and reported for replacement. But flipkart is not able to replace the product since from last 20 days.

                                      I regret that in-spite of such reputed companies; flipkart and eureka forbes are not able to resolve the issue.

                                      I again request you to resolve the issue and replace the product..

                                      Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on 23 Jan 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                        Flipkart delivered a damaged washing machine to us in the beginning of january 2019. They approved the return request but after 10 days they automatically cancelled from their side.

                                        I have a damaged washing machine lying at home and they have taken my 18000 rupees.

                                        We ask for return of product or refund.
