Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked and for return related. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

Updated by manipraveen FLIPKART is not trying to resolve anything, as Flipkart is doing this on PURPOSE. A Lady from Social Media Team called me on 4th Jan 19, and promised to get back to me within 48 hours. BUT NO RESPONSE AFTER THAT. And now after 7 days, they post a COMMENT HERE. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY DO NOT CALL THE CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY. ARE THE SCARED AS THEY ARE DOING BIG TIME FRAUD? Even when called to Flipkart Customer Service number, the executives promise a Call Back in 24 hrs, but ZERO RESPONSE.
I ordered for Rs.1499 worth Track Pants and they send me OLD STOCK Track Shorts and all of a sudden, approx 1 hour after collecting the Order, they BLOCKED THE ACCOUNT. Also to mention, it's been Sold by FLIPKART's own Seller "RETAILNET", not by an external Seller. IT'S A WELL PLANNED PLAY by FLIPKART to get rid of their OLD STOCK.
The internet says that 1000s of people are Suffering and are Trapped due to SAME ACT BY FLIPKART. SENT WRONG OLD STOCK GOODS, and Immediately BLOCK ACCOUNT after Goods Delivered !!!
Flipkart says about high number of Returns which is = 8 number of Returns. Yes, I accept that I had returned as the Ray Ban received was COUNTERFEIT, VH shorts had size issues and the Lee Cooper shoes was a different Color delivered. There are valid reasons for returns. Also FYI, I wasn't WARNED if return numbers were HIGH. And according to the Flipkart policy I can return the product within 30 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product.
I was given no warning or intimation before my account was blocked. They blocked my account, as soon as I collected my items and not before that. These people very intelligently tricked me by closing my account immediately after the items were delivered. The CUSTOMER is never warned or intimated by Flipkart regarding the approx NUMBER OF RETURNS POSSIBLE which EQUALS to their PHRASE "HIGH NUMBER OF RETURNS".
FLIPKART IS DOING BIG TIME FRAUD and USING THEIR POLICIES TO MANIPULATE.
KINDLY HELP ME get a RESOLUTION
Request CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM TO LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY. I SEE that many many many customers are facing same issue from FLIPKART.
