    There is some problem i loging probably who have register in your site earlier. I am unable to log in flipkart. Whenever i click on forgot password it is not working. Whenever i sign up with my mobile number it says account already exist. It is not allowing me to set new password. Nor allowing me to create a new id with this number. Kindly resolve.       I have ordered 2 mobile and now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account? Please take immediate and necessary action against them. How can they insult me as i am their customer since i am using internet shopping. If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account and if they have any problem with order have product quantity of 2 or more than 2 then remove the option of quantity. How can you just predict and blocked my account. Also as flipkart has offer of coins i have collected 42 points and i need only 8 points to redeem my reward and they blocked my account this is not fair and not ethically
      Please look into this matter and help me in regaining my account with points as soon as possible.

        I have ordered vivo v9 pro on 14th january 2019 under exchange of my old phone. On 16th jan the delivery boy come along with the phone and rejects to take my old phone because the colour was faded. He told that he want a new condition phone. Then i talk to customer care where they told me to send the snapshot of the phone with different angles. After the verification done by the technical team they approved that the old phone is correct for exchange. Today on 18th january again the courier boy come and rejects then he tell me to come to the office there also manager do not follow my mail which i got from flipkart. He told me that he has not got any mail from flipkart. They are just making us trouble and not solving the problem.

          I ordered a watch on 9th jan. 2019 from flipkart. It was delivered on 13 jan 2019. When i opened the box it is found to be defective. And also on the box no working was written. My order id is od[protected].
          I have tried two times to return or replacement for the watch. But i am getting the message that your request for return is rejected.
          Please escalate that issue as soon as possible. Either give me my money back or replacement of watch.

            I ordered poco f1 phone via flipkart they delivered a defective phone with screen bleeding and battery charging issues. The technician came and took some screenshots from the phone and he went.. The next day i got rejection message. Am thinking why they sent foolish people for tech visit.. No screen related issues will appear in a screenshot. They might havent gone through any training i guess. My phone is unusable and its with me. I have registered a complaint and till now they havent done anything on this issue..

                I ordered samsung galaxy j4 plus (Order id - od[protected] for my uncle with the product exchange option as he wanted to upgrade to a latest model. His old smartphone i. E. Samsung galaxy j2 (2016) is in good condition, everything working fine. But when the delivery boy (Phone no-[protected]) came to deliver the new product at first he found no issues in my uncle's smartphone, then suddenly he says that you have to pay rs 1000/- more so that you can get the new phone. He tried to fool my uncle thinking that he may get convinced to what ever he (Delivey boy) says. The delivery boy was continuously demanding more money* (Rs 1000) for exchanging the product to which my uncle refused, then the delivery boy said that "ok, i"ll sell this to someone else" & then he went. So, i want flipkart to take some serious actions against such delivery boys who are ruining your company's prestige for few bucks and also spoiling the time of the serious customers.

                    I recently ordered a product on flipkart order no. Od[protected]. It’s on hold due to no reasons. Flipkart told me to update my pan card and it was done within 24 hours of mail sent by them. First they sent me a mail that flipkart’s team will contact me on 18 th and solve my problem but today (18th) i received same mail saying that now their team will contact me on 22nd. I have also raised a complaint against it on national consumer helpline and complaint id is 1107414.

                      My name is sachidanabd gupta. I have ordered the dell laptop (Vostro 3478). I have ordered on sat 19th jan 2019 with exchange of my compaq laptop (Amd). It was going to delever on 16th jan 2019. At the time of delivery on 16th jan 2019, delevery boy came and try to check the old parameter but he said there is problem in filpkart site, not able to download the checklist for old parameter.
                      He told it is going to take 3 to 4 days more to resolve the site issue.
                      Delivery man suggested me, you can pay the remaining amount (2700) and take the laptop and reshule the pickup date by calling the flipkart customet care. I needed the laptop so i paid the amount by cash and took the laptop. On 16th jan 2019 only i call the customer care and told the whole story. He has log the complaint and told it will be rsolved by end of the 18th jan.

                      I waited for two days. When i called the customer care on 18th jan 2019, they told ticket has been closed on 16th jan 2019 only with out informing me. When i called and asked excutive to forword my call to escalation team, thet took almost hour and said escalation team is busy and busy. Suddenly they cut my call also. This is not acceptable at all.

                      You just tell me why my old laptop is not picked up. Is it my mistake if flipkat site is not working? Why i should paid extra 2700 amount. I needed the laptop thats why i paid and took the laptop. Other wise i could have canceled the ordered.

                      Kindly do the needful so that in future, i can trust on flipkart.

                          I have ordered jockey men vest on 5 january, this product shows that it is a pack of 3 so i ordered it for 179rs and when i receive the order it contain only 1 piece. Order was delivered on 12th of january but since i am out of station so i received it on 17th january.
                          Now the flipkart has removed that "pack of 3" phrase from the same product. And when i call the customer care for the complaint they said that no such "pack of 3" phase is written.
                          But when i order the product, it is clearly mentioned that it is a pack of 3
                          I see the recent reviews for the product and all the customer have the same problem that they order 3 piece but recieve only 1.
                          Also flipkart doesn't accept the return of same product.
                          Now who is responsible for such fraud
                          Also the delivery of same product is very very late.

                            Dear mam i placed an order (Samsung 32 led tv) with order number od[protected] on flipkart on 1st jan 2019 and paid 13999 by sbi debit card. After that due to quality issue i cancelled my order. And placed a new order (Order id-od[protected] for lg 32 inch led tv, and paid rupees 14999 by sbi credit card. At time of order flipkart promise to deliver the product on 4th jan 2019, but till today i. E. 17 jan i have not got my product. And also flipkart is not refunding my money (Rupees 13999) of my previous order (Order id - od[protected] for which they did promised that money will be reflect in my account on 2nd jan 2019. I complain to flipcart customer care more than 15 times, each times they did nothing verywell. Each time a new person pic call and they dont know about problem, after that they says that my complain is escalated and wait for 24 hours. Please help me.
                            Now flipkart is forcing me to cancel my order. I am afraid that if i cancel my order they again not refund my money. I am very frustated and suffering from mental trauma due to flipkart. Please help and do the needful. Thanks

                                On[protected] i bought a redmi note 6 mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem. I immeadiately complained about it and they will assure me to dont wory sir, you wii get new mobile or refund before 16 dec 2019 but still now couldnt. They will make an arrangement of rewfund or replce it. After that your tech vist two time and reject it. Kindly take necessy action and do some thing about it.

                                1. Greyish spot on screen.

                                The consumer rights act / sale of goods act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

                                As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone replaced or refunded and i would request that you confirm that you will do this within the 14 days.

                                I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

                                I haven't seen reply from complaint maker rawat... flipkart will always says issue is resolved but technian even not visit to client. Very irritating. This is happening me as well now. Three times refund request rejected without technian visit.

                                      I am highly disappointed with flipkart and would like to put forward my grievance. I have a new account under the phone number [protected] where i was unable to log in from last 2 days. When i spoke to the customer care number they told me that the logic has been cancelled since they think i am a reseller. I am surprised to hear this. Here my question is 1. If i am a reseller why would i buy 1 item for each product, i should buy in bulk. 2. What is the proof i am a reseller. And why am i not intimated about the doubt before canceling the login. 3. How can you cause such inconvenience without my knowledge when my money is stuck there? 4. After all these i want to return all the products i have bought via this number. Kindly help me on that.

                                      Looking forward for a speedy resolution since my money is stuck. I have never faced such negative situations from any ecommerce company. Utterly unhappy.

                                      I sent the above text to [protected]@flipkart.com on 12th jan. Spoke to customer service on 10th jan for the first time relating my issue. Again lastly on 16th jan morning when i didn't receive any assistance or coordination from their end after several fake assurance by the customer executives.

                                        I ordered an intex bluetooth speaker with order id od[protected], which i received on 8.1.19. When i opened the packing, i found that the seal of the box of the item was broken. The box itself was mutilated and old. This raised to my suspicion that an old item has been pushed. Then i noticed that the warranty seal on the item is also broken/tampered with. And the fitting of the front mesh of the speaker was not proper. To top everything, there was no option of refund, only replacement.

                                        I think, flipkart has resorted to making money by tying up with such suppliers who supply defective or repaired old item, and in the process earn good margin. A win-win for both flipkart and the vendor!

                                        All my emails and complaints had sugar coated responses with false promises ever since. I received couple of calls asking me to courier the item. I refused saying why should i take the pain for their fault. They seem to be buying 10 days' time so that even a replacement option could be denied.

                                        I had to send a notice of settlement failing which i shall approach consumer court.

                                        This seemed to have worked. I immediately got repeated calls and refund on the same day! Only wish, if they were so prompt in the beginning, I could have been spared of so much hassles.
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
