Flipkart clearly advertised Moto z2 force with Mod Turbopower mod,
Seeing this I ordered and received and received only phone, not Turbopower Mod,

This is making fools of customers.

I spoke with the Flipkart customer care before ordering and confirm with them that I will receive Turbopower mod.

Now I have received phone moto z2 force without Turbopower mod.

They clearly mentioned in video that we will be receiving Moto z2 force with Mod Turbopower mod.

Please take necessary action.

    I have ordered mi led tv 32 inch with 3 star power saving specifications. But received a tv with unknown description in the website. There is no mi led tv with 2 stars. I have requested for replacement but flipkart is rejecting my request. Kindly help me to solve the issue. This is completely cheating. There is no 2 star mi led tv 32 inch but they given 2 star tv. I don't know how it is possible.

    The Customer raised a complaint stating that the product energy rating is mismatching. We have interacted with the customer and informed the cx that due to changes in the energy ratings (effective[protected] the product delivered to the customer is not matching but as confirmed with the brand the annual consumtion remain same. Further, informed the curtomer that for further clarification to get in touch with the brand. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

        I placed an order for lenovo k8 note worth 7, 780/-.

        Account got debited but order failed. I have no way of reaching the customer care as the mobile number using which i created my account no longer exists.

        The call back repeatedly goes to the mobile number which does not exist. I cant update new number because the otp goes to the old number again.

        I raised a complaint here and immediately got a call from Flipkart number and they said they will refund my transaction and made a fraud debit from my account of Rs. 19, 998/-.

        Please do not post a complaint.

        ITS OF NO USE. You just lose more money.

        I am trying to raise cyber crime.

          I recently order poco f1 from flipkart. After few hours i start getting issues.
          1. Camera start lagging while capturing images (Around 20-30 sec lag)
          2. Battery drainage.
          3. Screen issue

          Then i contact flipkart customer care (Nutan to be more precised) and they had provided me a technician visit. After techinician visit (Sumit soni), he said all the mentioned issue are genuine and forwarded his detail. He said this is the issue with this phone and if possible try to get refund.
          After that flipkart provided me a replacement.

          I told flipkart executive (Atul) that i want refund, in return they said refund can be applied if the replaced product is unused or damaged. I haven't opened the flipkart seal of the replaced product.
          Then from flipkart i have again applied for refund.
          Now they are sending technician again. I don't see any point of sending technician again and again. Since the product is seal i assume seller will happily accept my return.

          I'm a genuine customer of flipkart from last 5 years and i haven't faced this kind of issue. I am just a student who saved his pocket money from last 6-8 month to buy a mobile and i don't want to waste my precious money.

          Important: i ordered this mobile so that while visiting home i can get mobile. Now my academic semester going to start and i have to leave early for hyderabad (Iit hyderabad). But now i am in a mess of refund and replacement of the product. Please arrange fast-track pickup and stop wasting time in useless formalities. Please pick-up this product before 1 jan 2019. I want my money back.

          I kindly request you to please help me in this matter asap.

            For last 10 days my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
            Then i used forgot button and then received code.
            Entered the code successfully.
            After that it was asking please set a new password.
            Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
            That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible

Since more than an year, I am unable to login to my account and have tried updating my password many times, but always with the same error message that, unable to update password, please try again later.

              Please help with updating my password, because I don't have any other phone number with which to open a new flipkart account.

                  Incident: When I opened the Flipkart package, I found that the product packaging seal was cut & the package was a bit torn. So I opened the package to see if the product is inside or not & I found that the Hard Disk Enclosure is there, but it was very light. I already own a product of this exact model with 4TB storage capacity & I knew the weight was not that light. And thus I concluded that the Hard Disk Enclosure is empty. So I immediately created a return request (Return ID:[protected]). Then I got a call from Flipkart & they inquired about my issue. They assured me that my issue will be solved on or before 22/12/18. They also told me that their team will call me to get better information regarding this issue; which they didn't. From 10/12/18 to 23/12/18, I called Flipkart maybe 3-4 times & every time I got the same response; our team will contact you soon & they will get it sorted by 22/12/18. On 14/12/18, I got a call from Flipkart & they told me that their team will contact me within 48 hours; which they didn't. Also between this duration of time, I sent several emails to Flipkart expressing my concerns. Still my return status is stuck at ""Return request received". I got another email stating that the issue will be resolved within 23/12/18 2PM. When I used your call back service, I got a SMS stating that they were unable to reach me and will contact me by 4PM. So called the flipkart customer care number from my end. On 23/12/18, I received an email from flipkart stating that "request for a replacement/refund of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact.". So contacted flipkart again to explain to them that I had already mentioned that the flipkart packaging was intact, but the product packaging seal was cut. So they told me that my issue will be resolved by 27/12/18 & I'll get a call from flipkart on or before that date. On 25/12/18, I received another email stating that the product was delivered to me intact. So I decided to check the packaging & I found that there were TWO Flipkart Tapes on the package i.e. one over another. I again contacted them to check status & the superior executive informed me that I had mistakenly select as the product is missing while creating the return request. To the best of my knowledge when I created the return request there were no options resembling HHD Enclosure present but HDD inside is missing. So they told me that they had clarified this issue with their team & will provide a resolution by 27/12/18. On 27/12/18, I called flipkart again around $PM & I was informed that flipkart will contact me before 9 PM that day. After 9 PM, I again called flipkart & asked them to transfer the call to their superior. He informed me that he doesn't have to authority to take my complain & my former complain was resolved by their team; that concluded that the product was delivered intact to me. He also informed me that any resolution that is going to be provided will be from the email not from their call facility. Another thing he also mentioned that they had sent me many emails between 25/12/18 & 27/12/18; which is completely false & I have proof that I didn't receive any email during that period. I received a SMS from Bajaj Finserv informing me that the EMI amount will start deducting from my account from 02/01/2019.

                  I just received another email from flipkart on 29/12/18 1:44PM, again stating the same thing i.e. "your request for a replacement/refund of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to recipient of the order with the product being intact."
                  I have been telling them from 10/12/18; that I have received the package with only HDD enclosure inside without any HDD. They keep sending me the same email again & again. I mean is there no coordination or communication between any flipkart representatives? In which language or code should write to make you understand that someone opened the package, then the HDD Enclosure, then took out the HDD & put everything back together & sent it to me. If you have not properly read my email let me make it very clear to you that there were two flipkart tapes on the flipkart cardboard box packaging. So please tell your representatives to properly read the incident report before sending the same thing to me again & again. The email informed me that the delivery person confirmed the product was delivered to me intact... Give me his Name & Number; I will contact him directly.

                  As I was not getting any response from Flipkart, I contacted the National Consumer Helpline on 28/12/18 & they gave me a complaint no. 1074641. They told me to complain to flipkart again via their website & I got the same reply again. So I informed NCH & they told me to send my grievance via post to flipkart with the printout of my latest email conversation with flipkart. I sent them via speed post on 31/12/18 & flipkart received them on 3/1/18. Flipkart updated the NCH stating the same thing again. So today I'm going to contact NCH to get advice on taking Legal Action against Flipkart ASAP.

                            I have book a geyser on dated 24 December 2018 from Flipkart by Omni tech retail seller (order ID: OD[protected].)

                            On the 26th of December 2018 my father gets a call from Currie boy that they will deliver the item but that day they won't deliver the item. I have called to Flipkart and inform the matter. On 27 th of dec'18, it has been found that the item has been delivered but the fact is still I am not receiving the item I pay for.
                            I have registered a complaint to Flipkart don't know what happened next.

                            I have faced an unwanted incident did by your wish master, he has been left the item 15km far away from my home in a tea stall. after my complaint, he make a call to us and tells that you should collect the item from them(Tea stall). In this regards we approach to the Tea Stall and ask for the product then he charges extra Rs. 500 to keep the item safe for us. Also, we spend Rs. 150 to, bring it to our home.

                            Now you tell me why should I paid extra Rs. 650 and who will refund it.
                            Secondly, while I paid the item to reached my home why you delivered the item in a tea stall.

                              The boy who came for inspection does not have any knowledge about the TV working neither did he knew any terms of returning.Within seconds he rejected the exchange TV for a finger spot on a key. Moreover the way he was behaving was not expected at all. Behaving like he was a boss and I was his servant, threatening me to either pay or he will cancel the order .On asking for reason for not accepting the TV he started to behave more badly.Showing the terms of exchanging the product on the site he said he doesn’t care what is written he will not accept it. This is the way a customer is treated as if I owe you anything and you are sending criminals in my house. If you don’t want to exchange then please don’t put such offers on you site just to mislead the customer and then send criminal to reject the product as if he want a brand new TV in exchange. I require a proper explanation for such behaviour and if possible send a proper technician who can inspect the TV properly and give some importance to your terms and condition and give proper and genuine reason for not expecting the product in exchange.

                                    I raised request to replace my defective phone and flipkart give me some troubleshoot steps to follow and i follow all steps of troubleshooting and i am not getting any solution after they told me technician will visit your home to troubleshoot and still i am not getting any solution. It is about 14 days still i not getting any solution for that.
                                    Every time your customer support people give me promise that you will
                                    Definitely get solution within 72 hours & we are here for you only & after
                                    Conversation is over i get message that we can't fulfill your request. This
                                    Is 5th time i am raising replacement/refund request and flipkart denies
                                    After customer support executive conversation is over.

                                    I think flipkart values their customer & this is my first shopping on
                                    Flipkart and i am getting horrible experience from flipkart this shows how
                                    Flipkart values their customer.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Today I have received my order, order no. OD[protected], a pack of 3 men's boxer. the products I have received is differed in color with the products I ordered and the order is on no return policy. I had called to the customer care about the matter and one replied that the order can not be returned or exchanged. As the color mentioned is multi-color. But the products displayed are also of 3 different color, this also meant it's a multi-color product.

                                      Now my complain is that why different colored products are dispatched than the colors displayed in the photos without mentioned it properly and why a no return policy imposed on the products that differ from the products shown.

                                      On this situation I am earnestly requesting you to look into this matter and take needful steps to solve my problem. it will be very helpful if I can return my unwanted order.

                                        Total amount of 14999 was deducted through net banking for flipkart shopping on 25th dec 2018, during 12 o'clock pm to 12:15 pm but the order placed was unsuccessful and the dialogue was (Thank you for using State Bank Internet Banking. Reference No. for Flipkart transaction of Rs. 14999.0 from A/c ending 1041 on 25-Dec-18 at 12:11 is IGAFASUIO1) .But After conversation with flipkart they told that the amount was not reached to seller and they told to contact state bank of india, and i want my refund as soon as possible.So please refund my amount to my account [protected].
