Hi i am polash gohain. It is around 20 days and my return product is not picked up yet, if i contact with the customer service they provide me the same information as that seller doesn't update any information that's why we can't help you properly, why they didn't come to my address and not picked up the product and the customer executive will extend the date and i face the same problem again and again. (On the same day i filed a complaint for replacement)

As i already informed through returned order that the item provided by you is not at my satisfactory level ie very old manufacturing on july 2015,
Also note that the replaced item is also with same problem, hence requested to get my refund as you are not able to provide me the item at my satisfaction.
