Actually i have ordered sandisk ultra 64 gb memory card. And when i received the order, the memory card is fake and also not from sandisk. Its write memory is also damage. And i called at flipkart for return and everytime they said that there is a technical issue everytime. Kindly please refund me my money and exchange the product.

      I hadd purchased boat stone 700 bluetooth speaker, (Black). They have delivered a used product, which has seal broken, dented product and the colour of the product is also wrong. Now inwant to return the faulty product. But they have rejected the request without varifying it. The customer care executives are saying that there is technical issues repeatedly. Another thing i am uable to re submit the refund request again. I just don't wanna use the wrong product. I want my money back. Or else i will take mire serious steps.

      My account is deactivated as I am unable to change my password so I came under this conclusion. My account has a gift card worth 2000rs which is important for me so please I want my account activated as soon as possible.

        Hi team
        Am facing issue on my marq machine from 25 dec and i brought this product on 8 dec 2018, its hardly 1month my machine is not working and as per technician there is some manufacturing issue for which part need to be replace to fix it. Am taking a follow up from past 21 days and flipkart smart customers care not able to resolve this as per policy if part is not available by 15jan 2019, then this product need to be replace with new product. But team was unable to fix it and also not able to replace it.
        So i request you to please refund/replacement my money asap so that i can buy some other machine either then marq. As am facing personal issues which was impacting my health and also my mental state. So in future if anything happens to me then flipkart will be responsible for my health issue as i have invested lot of money which i seems to be worthless.

        When should I get my replacement.. It almost 1 month now. Please update.
        2 ticket raised one at smart buy and other at Flipkart. But still no update.
        I will stop my EMI if it will not replace before 30jan as per Flipkart.
        Still my issue not got resolve it almost 1month now from 8dec2018 to till now.

        Bad service and fake service provider.

          I purchased a water purifier from flipkart on 26th dec2018 with order id - od[protected] for rs 7649, payment done by my sbi debit card. Due to some manufacturing defect, i raised a return request on 29th january, the product got picked up from flipkart on 4th january 2019. Till now i didn't got my refund of money rs 7649. I am following up with flipkart raised so many request, but they are only asking me to wait and they are not providing me any resolution nor refund of my money. Please look into this so that i can get my refund of my money. I requested flipkart to provide me egv if there is some issue with the transfer of money in bank. Please look into this issue immediately.

            It's been just two months, i bought an ambrane power bank having 10000 mah, from a few days it is not working, the power bank is not recharging, when i put it in charge after few seconds the lights goes off and doesn't get on again. The gurantee is of one year so the product is under guarantee period. I request you to replace it or repair it. Please solve my query as soon as possible.

              Ordered a wrangler skinny women blue jeans costs ₹1348 from flipkart on 4th jan 2019 orde id : od[protected] and recived on 6th jan 2018. The product came with out any mrp/price tags. Not sure the product is new. Also had a size fit issue. And need to return the product using thier flipkart return policy. The return getting rejected by saying product missing mrp /price tags. And unable to return the product. Contacted the customer support and they are not even helping to return the product. Got cheated by flipkart

                My name is abhay and i have a flipkart account. As i accept that i have returned a few products but without any warning flipkart blocked my account. I am requesting flipkart customer care that please give me one more chance but they are not helping. I also send mails regarding this but no benefit. I have a gift voucher worth rs. 12500+ either transfer this or unblock my id. As given below. I am unable to login in my account [protected]@gmail.com and please resolve my issue and give me one more chance. It is my hardly earned money. Please help nd refund my money.

                  More than 100 coins stucked which worth ₹2000.

                    Sir, I got message over teliphone bearing mobile no.[protected] & message received from MD-FPKART Flipkart Pvt.Ltd.that I have win 2nd prize Flipkart on line Marketing organized Lucky Draw content after registration pay 2% Rs.13, 100/- and I can take Maruti Suzuki Swift Desire car or money Rs. 6, 50, 000/- as per instruction as above mobile no I also deposited Rs.24, 200/- at SBI, Tarapur, Silchar branch total amount deposited as above branch Rs.37, 300/- after deposited as above amount again as above no mobile bearer provided demand to deposit Rs.37, 300/- as State Bank not interested to release large amount as never I have done transaction for large amount.Then I tolled I am not interested to get 2nd prize then as above mobile tolled bank can deposit prize money to split Rs. 6, 50, 000/- fo this Rs.37, 300/- should be deposited but I was not interested, again bearer as above mobile no tolled on 15/01/19 to deposit RS., 4000/- then my deposited amount to be returned but I was remain not interested.so far any amount not yet been deposited by Flipkart, in this regard my complain may be accepted for necessary action.                         Reference to order id: od[protected] date 1.08.2018 redmi 4 (Gold, 64gb) was delivered to me on 2.08.2018. Due to problems of battery charges mi service center was contacted to resolve the problem. It is learnt from the service center that the mobile was activated on 20.12.2017. It is shocking to know that while the mobile was delivered on 2.08.2018 how it was activated on 20.12.2017 which is beyond the date of warranty period of 6 months. It is evident from the fact that an old mobile was delivered to me. Arrangement may immediately be made to replace the mobile set.

                          I placed an order through www.flipkart.com. my order ID- OD[protected] After receivd my parcel I saw there was no product inside the box.Then I placed a return and refund request but flipkart cancelled the request.After cancelled my return request again i placed 3 times return request but every time flipkart cancelled it and block my flipkart account i called them and they told me that they provide me resolution and everytime they told me sorry and say u can file complaint against us and they also didnt provide me proper reason for blocking my they said u have placed many time return request so your account is blocked i paid 6500rupees and i return i just got two empty box please help me ..and please intiate me my refund

                              I have ordered for iphone 6 32 gb gold variant, i made a payment through my axis bank debit card. The courrier partner ecomm express delivered the parcel and it was light weight so i got suspicious and asked sunil gupta from ecomm to open the parcel. He opened the parcel and i got the video recording of that. Sunil gupta also informed his office head sukhen bhattacharya about the matter.
                              But flipkart after number of mails and communication is silent. I also produced the video evidence and still they are silent. Their head officer confirmed about the resolution and still nothing has been done. Please help me get my money back.

                                I bought a asus zenfone max m1 mobile from your flipkart. I like that mobile design but i recieved without that desing. Totally i never expected that type of desing. I requested replacement. But no one understand customer side query. I ll attached flipkart picture and recieved product picture. Please help to replace or refund my amount. Otherwise i ll go to approach necessary steps. How many times i request to replace or refund my amount?. If you not take any necessary action i ll go to consumer court.

                                  I brought a product with 30 days return policy. I was not available to handover the product to delivery person as i was out of town till 29th day. On 30th day when i tried to return the product through web, the return option wasn't available. Next day when i called the customer care they assured me the resolution now they are saying i cannot return the product. I have to bear the cost of the product unnecessarily when i couldn't even use the product because of fitting issues. The color of thw product is also different than that shown in the picture. It is very disappointing. Very much dissatisfied with the experience with flipkart.

                                    I am shivchandi and your customer who purchased a hp pentium quard core 15q-bu009tu sl. No-cnd8068c0f from flipkart on 25/11/2018 and product is delivered on 09/12/2018 order id-od[protected] but product is difected and not sufficient ram sows as on purchased order and wi-fi not work also cab be more issues. I registered return or replacement request to flipkart with return option with in ten days and accepted also and show technician visit for solve the problem but not come any team so i re-registerd four times time to time return request id-[protected], id-[protected], id-[protected], id-[protected]and show again technician visit for solve the problem till 31/12/2018 but not come again techinician for visit or replacement or return and then i call now then say the executive this is not possible. Return policy is expiered so i erritateed with flipkart and hp also with in more than one month so what i do with defected and unsuffient product. So i can't purchased any other product because this resion my work is loss more thane one month who is responsable with this issue. So kindly solve the issue please.                                         He phone has a delicate plastic body which makes it a bit fragile and more prone to accidental damages. So you have to very cautious while handling it.
                                        The major problem with the device is its ram & internal memory which only has 2gb ram and 16gb rom. There is no other option for higher specs.
                                        Although the chipset, keeping the price in mind is good but it is outdated now and could have been better.
                                        The phone lacks a fingerprint sensor which is very common these days in a smartphone of almost all range.
                                        The screen resolution of realme c1 (720×1520) is also not upto the mark so you cannot enjoy full hd videos on it.
                                        Cameras are average and do not perform as per expectations in low light and indoor lighting condition.

                                        Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is not as per the specification mentioned. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on 24 January and replacement product is delivered to customer and same has been confirmed as well. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
