Flipkart started a offer to collect coins so that one can become a plus member, so i started collecting coins and after collecting almost 75 coins flipkart blocked my account as i returned a shoes which was over sized please help. Also im trying to call flipkart from almost a month now and alli got is next deadline. I would request flipkart to open myaccount or atleast provide me with the coins taken from me.

    Hi this pradeep from bangalore i have purchased a one power bank from flipkart through website on 15dec2018. and recived it after three days
    after that the product was noit working only it is in vary bad condition and i given cancellation request but no reprasentative has come to collect the product and one fellow called me and asked me to handover the product to his office so he cannot come to my adress. and after few days they told that the replacement time is over they cannot take it back... this is one kind of cheating the customer flipokart is the worst service is giving to customer and cheating the public please refund my money and try to cancel the flipkart lisence as well...

        I am totally frustrated and have the worst experience with Flipkart ever.
        I attested photograph regarding to my order here.
        I have facing unimaginable battery drain issue from last 10 days since I bought Asus phone. And flipkart people awarded me with back to back troubleshooting and back to back technical visit. And not going to accept that piece is defected.
        Stop making fool your customers. I feel pity about the criteria they followed for battery issue. How can you decide on the basis of only 10 minutes video that battery is good or not! And video shooting too in aeroplane mode..tell me, you shoot normally video right after pressing aeroplane mode every single time?
        And another test they performed by typing .12345+= in calculator..Let me tell you..this test is not for battery life, it is for whether battery is there or not. It is all about battery's existence.
        I want replacement and not the money back even after facing huge problem from your side..but if you still don't want to help me out then I should strictly lodge complaint for this behaviour of flipkart. Shame.

          I have bought honor 7s phone from online portal flipkart and seller showing as IndiFlashMart on 13th Jan 2019 and after unbox i tried with camera it not at all working flickering image coming video camera as well as camera in front side camera, i raised request for return request, they keep on reject the request saying issue resolved but the technician (jeves)came he is irresponsible and told me that this is defective product and will request for replacement after he left immediately that request got rejected saying issue resolved like that, but again i have raised the return request, this is horrible for me purchased mobile from flip kart and not getting proper response, two time my return request rejected they have sold me defective product, it should be replaced or refund but still they didn't give any proper response i have sent error screenshots also.

          I have paid 5999/- for that phone.

          Please respond the solution for me.

            I have purchased 5pillow pies from flipcart.on 5 jan2019.amount Rs 449.my order no. OD[protected].which delivered on 8 jan2019.packet was not sealed.
            Delivery boy is very rude. He is doing misbehave when delivered packet of 5 pillow set. On that time I have return product. He is not carry my return product. Many times I register my complain in flipcart for return pillow product.but again and again cancelled.i want solution.
            Kindly request please resolve my problem

              Hi,
              I've been facing an issue regarding refund of 12599 amount from 07 of jan and from that date till today everyday i am talking to your executive and bank executive u people are just saying it's been credited from seller side but it's not the case actually. And also the bank have no information with the transaction u people provided. I am continuously talking to u people from last 7 days and trying to get resolved my problem but u people are not at all taking it seriously and just providing the next due date thats it, in my opinion flipkart service was not that bad but this time i am literally fed up o[censored]r service

                I have ordered an mi basic wired headset... With tracking id fmpc[protected] from flipkart.com and the product was about to get the delivery by january 12th. Till now the product is not delivered and haven't received any messages or call from delivery people. This is the second time am facing the same problem. Before i have ordered the same product on december 2018 mid week and the expected delivery was on 27 december. Morning i received a call from the delivery people regarding my product will get delivered by evening and once i call in the evening he doesn't attend the call and next day morning also i tried to call him, but no response. Then next day i received a message that my product was cancelled.
                This is the second time i am having the same problem with the same product. This all incidents makes to lost our trust with flipkart.
                Really fed up.
                Kindly do necessary arrangements or else i will move on to higher authority, let me know whether there is consumer rights

                  I have ordered unltimate nutrition pro star whey protein from flipkart.com got delivered on time but the product seems to be not genuine. Reasons i found to get the product fake are:

                  1) product printing is totally different from the products shown & also which i have used earlier.
                  2) didn't find 5 dots on the back side of the cap of the product
                  3) no ultimate nutrition logo or symbol on the air tight seal cover.

                  As per the customer support executive return & refund was initiated. Today delivery boy came & denied to pick up the order saying it will be done tomorrow but instead of that i got a cancellation of return request in the evening.
                  This is the way Flipkart is treating with their customers & giving assurance of better service.

                    I had ordered the style homez order#od[protected] from flipkart which was supposed to be delivered by sunday 28th october 2018, but not delivered in time.
                    I am actually not satisfied with the service and delivery by flipkart. I had called them more than 10 times, but there was no proper response regarding the delivery of the product. The item was delivered so late, when i was about to cancel the order.
                    I am receiving the pay later reminders and statements, but i have already informed your customer care people that i am not going to pay the amount as i am dissatisfied with your delivery service and fake promises. Also i had asked them to take back the order, but still flipkart pay later executives are threatening me to send legal notice. Now i have already uninstalled flipkart app and decided not to make any further shopping on flipkart.

                    Got a handset of Asus in the month of April, now it has been around 1 week creating troubles. It gets heated up even the handset is on rest. Plus it hangs a lot. Formatted but did not get recovery maybe battery is not a good one. No service center near by too... Please help me out

                      Know coming to my matter i had to pay the monthly emi know without proper knowledge their blocked my account i won't pay penalty because it's your fault to block my account without proper notice.

                      You senior executives don't have knowledge about it so unblock my account and verify properly if i violent any policy i'm sorry for that.

                        Without informing or warning please don't block my account... It is constantly showing unsuccessful login, try after one minute.. May be due to some reasons you have blocked but i am confirming i have no wrong intention and further i will place order from highly rated sellers so no cancellation or replacement will happen..

                        Flipkart operated semi closed wallet is approved by rbi and you cannot forfeit my money without my consent. Please restore my account and i promise further no such incidents will take place... I am a mtech student, i know the reason... Please help me and keep my trust on flipkart. I deserve one chance, please activate my account..

                          Had requested an exchange on 08-jan-2018due to size fit issues.
                          The pick up guy came the next day and denied to pick up the product due to price tag missing for the product. I called flipkart customer care and informed about this issue. He told me to cancel the exchange request and place a new exchange request. He also told me to mention in the comment section of the new exchange request that the price tag was missing in the originally delivered item so that next time when the pick up guy comes, he is pre informed about the missing price tag and doesnot deny the pick up.
                          I did exactly the same but the pickup guy denied to receive the order as he didnot have any instruction from flipkart team to receive my order with missing price tag. I again contacted the customer care and asked them to raise a complaint for this issue. I was told that the pickup will be done for sure and today i got a call from flipkart team informing that my product cannot be exchanged since price tag is a mandatory condition for return/exchange. I informed them that price tag was missing in the originally packed product so i cannot provide them the price tag but they are totally denying that price tag could be misssing in the product they delivered. Moreover, i was suggested by the flipkart team that i should have taken a video while opening the shoe packet which i could show them as evidence. Tell me, who does video shooting while opening the online shopped item. Atleast i have never done this before but going froward it seems to be the only option while shopping on flipkart. They are forcing me to believe that the price tag was present in the originally delivered order and are totally denying the exchange. I cannot compromise on the order since i have paid rs 1739 for the shoe, and to me this amount does matter. I am really frustated with this incident and want to get this resolved earliest. I want to take legal action this incident

                            This mail is to inform you that the person who came for a delivery to my home made a damage to our newly bought vehicle with the delivery truck. They didn't inform any thing about the damage. Once i noticed the damage and enquired about this to the delivery person he said that "it's a mistake from their end and it happened accidentally".

                            To replace the vehicle part we need a police complaint to claim it. So i[censored] have any other solution to solve this problem please contact me asap.

                              I had placed an order for asus zenfone 5z on 9th jan, 2019. My old phone is in quite a bad state and i urgently needed a new one. It was supposed to get delivered latest by 12th jan, 2019. The order supposedly even reached the hub nearest to me on 11th jan itself. I was sure it would get delivered before time until i got a message saying that my delivery had been misrouted within the same city. Not knowing what that meant, i immediately called up customer service to ask them what had happened. They said that they can't give me details about the location of my delivery but assured me that it would reach me within 2 days. The day later i get another message saying that my issue has been escalated and the concerned team will give me a missed call on 17th jan!!! My phone was supposed to get delivered latest by jan 12th and now i'm going to get just a call regarding it straight away on 17th jan. So, i called up customer service again but they were of no help at all. They said that only the concerned team can tell me exactly what's happening and there's no way of contacting them until they themselves contact me on 17th jan. What make things even worse is that the phone i've ordered is now being sold on flipkart without discount and they are promising to deliver it by the next day itself. Why do i have to wait for a call from them till 17th jan when they are delivering the same phone to people who are going to order it much later than me within one day.

                              I had already updated the Flipkart customer support myself. Submitted a complaint here with the hope of getting some clarity on what exactly happened to my package and when I would be receiving it. Customer support representative told me that only the "concerned team" knows the proper details about my order and that there's no way for me to contact them. I have to helplessly wait and hope that this "concerned team" contacts me when they have the time.

                                This is regarding the product which i purchased from flipkart on 19 th december. The product which i received is defective as sometimes its screen touch and finger print scanner stops working. I contacted flipkart regarding the problem.
                                After 10-15 calls finally accepted the return request and my product was to be picked up by 02/01/2018. But on the pick up date return automatically got cancelled. After when i called flipkart giving explanation why the returnwhy the return got cancelled they had no answers and they scheduled the next call on 6th of january. On 6th of january i did not eceived any call from flipkart. After 6th i again contacted flipkart regarding my problem then again they gave next scheduled call date on 11 th of january on 11 th itself i did not received any call from flipkart. Then again i contacted flipkart regarding my problem. Then on 12 th of january i received a call from flipkart saying that your return cannot be processed as 10 days replacement policy has lapsed. When i asked them why the return request automatically got cancelled on 2/02/2019 they gave reason that my phone was unreachable. I would like to inform that on the delivery date of the product i did not received any call the person incharge for the delivery directly came to deliver the product without any initmation. So on thepickup date why the pick up incharge did not even try to pick up the product. According to my knowledge my phone was reachable on 2/02/2019 as i have received calls on that date. I did not received any call from flipkart. I have all call log details for 02/02/2019 and to prove that my phone no was. Reachable i have other call log details with me. I request consumer redressal department to look into the matter seriously. Otherwise i have to take strict action through consumer court aginst flipkart.

                                  Ordered nokia 5.1 plus, and it had charging iaaue and phone was been replaced within the given returned policy period. Still they were not replacing but after complaining to consumer forum it got replaced.

                                  Now again the replaced nokia phone which i recieved after that ia having issue, its having calling issue.
                                  I am pissed off with these kind of issue again and again, i dont want this phone kindly refund my money. These kind of service is not acceptable from flipkart.

                                    With due respect, i had purchased the many of products from flipkart for my joint family members during the big billion days and festive dhamakka offers in the month of september and october of 2018 respectively and i have sum of coupons upto rs. 5000 with wallet balance almost about rs. 500 in my flipkart account, hence am not reselling distributor for the same products but company (Flipkart) suddenly blocked my flipkart account without reviewing past four years background of ingenious of my account with flipkart.
                                    Since lot of products have warranty bill and am unable to take print out of that invoice copy (Warranty bill) also.

                                    Reagrding that i was posted many emails to flipkart but still now there is no good reply from flipkart. Again and again they send same reply "from our end system find you as a re-seller for purchase, hence no longer will be log into your account'
                                    So i request you to kindly give me some resolution for the problem that i faced with flipkart. Thank you.

                                      We have interacted with the cx and infomired that his recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
