      First i ordered a jacket (Od[protected] from flipkart it was damaged. So i put a return request so my pickup were supposed to done on 19th dec but now its been more than 8 days they did not do anything. Apart from this they portrayed me as a liar when i called them and they said i cancelled request when they tried to contact me, obviously they didn't contact me even once. And my another order which i was placed on 20th dec it was a reebok shoes (Od[protected] they promised to deliver it by 22nd and so obvious they failed again. And when i tried to contact them each and every customer care executive gave me different explanation. They said i rejected that order when wishmaster called me but its all rubbish they always make you liar to hide their faults. After so many chats they assured me to get call (Some ivm call) from their senior within 48 hrs but i got call after 2 days and he then said i could not get those shoes. So basically their customer care executives were giving me fake hopes by telling lies. I must say that flipkart is harassing their customers, i badly needed those shoes but due to their worst services and policies i could not get them. They do not even have proper compensation policy. I am still waiting for my refund and they are still giving me false information.

          I recently purchased phone from flipkart and in exchange an old phone was given. Now instead of exchange it shows as money given to delivery guy which is not correct. I submitted many complaints via flipkart app but they do not respond in efficient manner instead they send fake messages that customer is not responding. I am still waiting for flipkart to give me a resolution but despite multiple attempt I failed to get the desired info from flipkart about my old returned phone. The status still shows as money given though I gave phone and not cash to the delivery guy.

            I have placed an order and have raised a return request which was within the return period mentioned by flipkart. However the product wasn't picked up and the return had been cancelled 4 times so far. Every time I call their call center they admit that it was their mistake and say that the product would be picked up and refunded would be processed after the product is picked up. I spoke to their supervisors and they aren't able to help. I also remember speaking to Abhishek Singh their senior supervisor on 25th December 2018 approximately at around 7:30 PM IST. See the details below for the order id and refund id's provided to me by flipkart.

            They tried to take pick up the product but they didn't and then they refunded the amount without picking up the product. I don't want the product but since they don't want it I threw it away.

                Somebody called my father as representative of State Bank of India and asked the Debit Card Number and the CVV. My father provided him the same then he did some transactions of Flipkart. Then my father received 4 messages back to back saying that you have used your debit card to buy something on POS Fkpayments and here is the transaction number. The transactions have been done today that is 25/12/2018 and one of the transaction number is # PU[protected]. The amount in this transaction is INR26218. There have been four such transactions. Kindly block these transactions as soon as possible.

                    I have bought led tv in exchange offer with crt tv, as per terms and condition mentioned the old crt tv is in perfectly working condition no missing parts, bu as its old tv it has aging on speaker grill some rusting, so delivery boy denied to exchange.                     Please don’t buy anything from this scammer. The invoice and product (Macbook air) serial numbers are different. This has happened to many people and this will result in breach of warranty. Moreover, their customer support is the worst ever. Their customer care representative won’t look at it and would say that there is a technical error so we cannot look into your details. Their cs email id is no longer in use. The customer service tab in their app doesn’t work and it constantly loads and loads. You can’t literally lodge a complaint anywhere. Please please dont buy anything from flipkart. Choose amazon or stores. This is from a customer who has been a purchasing from flipkart since its beginning.

                        Its flipkart i am too much suffering from it to order any product because of its delivery delay.
                        It's not only delay it's too much delay, delivery date out of date several times on my every order.

                          I'm facing issue with the laptop and no one is helping me. Dell confirmed that they will only support the hardware part, not the software.

                          When i called customer care person name-raviraj mule, he said and i quote "he is not aware who is supporting software i. E. Windows 10, if dell is not supporting this is not covered under warranty" but no where i see this on the details.

                          Also i paid for software (Windows 10) + hardware so why i'm not getting the support and resolution for everything.

                          This laptop performance is poor in performance, resolution and not what. This is always hanging, resolution like hardly anything can be read.. (Attaching)

                          I'm really mentally frustrated with this product and support. I paid money to the flipkart not any seller or brand, so i expect at-least basic information from flipkart that is not available. I literally feel i'm cheated here...

                          I paid for the software as well as hardware and no where it was mentioned in the product description that only hardware warranty will be covered. I'm facing this issue from the day 1 and Flipkart only taken time so that I will not be able to return the product. I genuinely feel I either got the faulty product or it's not genuine. Also Flipkart is not providing the seller connect details which leads to suspicion that Flipkart doesn't do seller verification and the seller is fraud. Flipkart should either replace my laptop or refund my hard earned money and stop cheating consumers.

                            I placed arder for 24 years upsc ias/ips prelims topic-wise solved papers 1&[protected] book havinf reference number igaezpsqq4 at 11:33 on 19/12/2018. Delivery man came to deliver on 20/12/2018 in evening after 4:30 pm during which i use to be in coaching class so i could not recieve my order. Now it's 4 days from that day but my order is not coming. And if they come to deliver please make sure they come in between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm otherwise i will be not availabe after 4:00 pm.

                                  We have ordered a mobile phone on poco F1 by xiaomi of worth RS 26000 on 21/12/2018.My Order ID -OD[protected] with name Arshad from Hyderabad, Mehdipatnam, Jyothi nagar ring road pillar number-90.But when I opened the package I received was a Stone, a Detergent soap and a Thermocoal piece.This is what has happened how can I get this we paid cash 26000 rupees and what I received was a Stone and Soap.The person who delivered the item was Ashok his contact number [protected] the delivery time was around 1:00pm on 24th December 2018.This is really so disgusting and was not at all expected.What should I do now I want either my new mobile phone or my money refunded.Flipkart please look after it and kindly refund the Money.

                                    I have purchased a skemi brand watch from flipkart and when I got the product it was of another brand called Dusk. So I have returned the item and re ordered it after raising a complaint through customer care. Now again the same happened Dusk named branded watch instead of Skemi watch is received. Also when I called to the customer care they replied that they cannot do anything to this issue as their terms and conditions is so, if so then as a customer how can I get assured to get the product that I wish to buy as they are continue to do the same
