Flipkart blocked my account without any valid reason.

My account details:
Mobile: [protected] | email: [protected]@gmail.com

And when i called to know the reason, i was told that their system had detected an unusually high number of returns in my purchase history so i called and informed you to check that i had not returned above 60% (By total amount of all orders) of my orders and my account had been blocked without a proper reason.

Then i was told that i hadn't returned in high numbers but i had returned some unusual one and that was the reason my account was blocked.

So i asked what was my unusual return and on which order but i was told that we would not be able to tell you that.

So i asked them how can i return the previous order prior to this matter, because i have got 30 days return policy on those orders and when i placed this order, my account was not blocked. (My order number: od[protected]

In answer to my query, i got the reply that we would not be able to return those orders.

They are doing this very wrong with me.

They haven't mentioned anywhere on their website or in terms and conditions that your account would be blocked if you would return above this percentage of your orders.

When i talked to them about where they have mentioned that if the return percentage will be above some percentage, then my account would be blocked, then they replied me that this is their hidden policy.

This is so shocking that one of india's biggest e-commerce company has no fear of india's law and system and they can give such an answer that this is their hidden policy.

For example, i bought 5 t-shirts from flipkart and i have got 30 days return policy on those t-shirts. And i returned 4 t-shirts out of those 5 because of size issue. And after that i ordered 5 jeans in another order. And when i wanted to return 3 jeans out of those 5, they didn't allow me to return those jeans stating the reason that they have blocked my account because i have returned 80% of the products from the previous order. So they would not allowed me to place new orders. And not only that, they would also not allowed me to return the already placed orders.

I talked with them over phone for more than 1 hour but they didn't help me at all.

I want to return the orders which i have placed before they blocked my account but they are not ready to accept even those orders.

Please provide me a proper solution to my problem. My precious time was wasted because of flipkart and because of that my business was also affected. So please provide me a justice and a proper solution.

When I talked to your customer representative about where you have mentioned that if the return percentage will be above some percentage, then my account would be blocked, then you replied me that this is our hidden policy.

This is so shocking that one of India's biggest e-commerce company has no fear of India's law and system and they can give such an answer that this is their hidden policy.

    सर मेने दिनांक ०३/०१/१९ को फ्लिप कार्ट से मोबाइल बुक किया जो की एक्सचेंज ऑफर में लिया था दिनांक ०६/१/१९ को मेरे घर पर आर्डर देने फ्लिप कार्ट से डेलिवरी बॉय आया जिससे मेरे एक्सचेंज मोबाइल पर उससे स्क्रीन पर स्क्रैच आ गए जिसकी शिकायत मेने फ्लिपकार्ट से की और आज तक लगातार कर रहा हु पर फ्लिपकार्ट द्वारा मुझे झूठा आश्वासन देकर बिना बताये मेरे आर्डर निरस्त कर दिया.और मेरे मोबाइल को क्षीतिग्रस्त भी कर दिया गया। कृपया उचित न्याय करे

      I received lenovo yoga tab 3, in october, (Invoice no. Fab2bs[protected]) the product box was looking damaged on corners.
      But tab was working so i didn't complaint about it.
      And within a month tab was not working, hanging.
      I want new replacement of product, or home servicing by lenovo technician.
      Sorry, otherwise i have to go to consumer court.

        I ordered harsheys cocoa spread 350g and instead of 350g flipkart sent me only 150g and charged full money of 350g.
        This is very disappointed from flipkart it's a sheer cheating to its customers.
        Flipkart should take care of such things as flipkart is such a big company it should not disappoint it's customers because in case these cheating continues then flipkart may loose it's customers.
        First i ordered 350g harsheys spread then it comes with only 150g for rs.234 /- however the mrp is only 150/- it's a cheating.
        Please kindly resolve my issue.

              I observed all company employees only getting the prizes.

              Please stop these fool things and don't make the people to loose trust on your company.

                    I have bought a nikond5600. Flipkart had advertised to give an additional discount of 10% on debit/credit cards. However i was not given that dicount on online payment via a debit card.
                    Customer care executuve told me it was not applicable on commercial bank cards but the same was not mentioned in t&c.

                      I got mail that your account has been suspended due to misuse of apology scheme. I have not misused any token of apology.
                      Flipkart did not even contacted me they suspended my account without informing me. I am waiting from last 3 months but my account has not yet been restored. Now i request consumer board kindly look into the matter so that i can use that account again.

According to the description there should be 3 neet books and 3 aiims book, but instead of aiims chemistry book there was two neet chemistry book in the parcel.                             "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

                            After this i searched out solution for this, and got on this is site. I never resold anything from flipkart, dont know what made them do this. So i replied to this email-

                            "i have been using flipkart from so long, i never ever resold anything from this site. Recently i got job and from my 1st salary i ordered some products to give gifts to my family. Whats wrong if i ordered some extra quantity. I am not reselling anything, please reactive my account."

                              I had procured a mobile handset from flipkart vide order no. Od[protected] invoice dtd.[protected], the handset given is faulty with several defects and after communication to flipkart, they have advised the brand supplier to dealt with & lifted the handset from my possession during june 2018 through dtdc cn no. D37175072. Flipkart vide mail assured that if brand supplier will not respond then the matter will be taken up by them (Ref no.in[protected], in[protected], in[protected] and many more), however after taking back the handset by them neither the brand supplier"shree mobile services, b-wings, patel plaza, pune" nor flipkart is responding on my calls/mail. My communication to customer care of brand supplier at: [protected]@ivoomiindia.com will speaks about the carelessness of company. Earlier wrong email id was provided to me as: [protected]@ivoomi-mobile.com and the phone no. [protected] does not works! Now its about a year, they have taken money from me but i had spent double of handset cost for telephonic conversation as customer care centre hold the line and respond after long gap for which customer have to bear the exp. & no response against numbers of mail send during these couple of months.
                              Under above since the payment was made by hard cash to flipkart during march, 2018 and since march, 2018 till date, company enjoyed benefit of my hard cash, i need cash back with compensation.

                                Dear sir,
                                I ordered a mi y2 phone on 2nd jan 2019
                                (Order id - od[protected] & phone is delivered on expected date i. E.
                                7 jan 2019. I placed my order on cod. But when i opened the box then courier boy stoped me and said as per flipkart policy pay money first. And when i did't pay first he took back phone and cancelled the order. So please tell me how i can sure that is inside because a lot of fraud is happening these days.

                                Customer raised concern saying he was allowed to open the box without paying the amount by the wm and the product has been returned. Interacted with the customer and informed him that according to the policy he can pay the amount and than he may open the box and if he found any issue he may raise the concern. Cx agreed hence closing the case from our end.

                                    I have purchased ibja gold investment 24 (999) k 10 g gold bar of rs, 33, 649

                                    I received my parcel on 30 november
                                    There was not gold coin in it there was just steel box and bill
                                    But the product was packed...
                                    I have called customer service of flipkart like 20 times... But all they do
                                    Is take a new complaint and give me a new complaint number every time
                                    Every time i raise a complaint the seller cancel it within 5 minute of its
                                    Activation

                                    Problem will be resolve
                                    But after that my request was again cancelled by seller
                                    Concerned team have against call me on 24 dec and ask me to wait till 28
                                    Dec...
                                    Every time i call they ask me to wait 24 to 48 hours it's been 1 month sir
                                    But still my complaint is not solved
                                    I had called flipkar customer care nearly 160 times but still they have not
                                    Taken any action against seller
                                    I have asked them to provide me seller information to make an fir aginst
                                    Seller but they denied
                                    Please resolve my problem... Seller is not giving any response for my
                                    Complaint
                                    And not customer support or concerned team is taking any action aginst it..
                                    They are just asking to wait 24 to 48 hours and making fake promises
                                    It's been 38days please take any action aginst it

                                    I have filed a complaint 4 days ago...
                                    But still flipkart have not contacted me

                                      I was purchased redmi note 6 pro in 30 th dec but the mobile performance is not good.
                                      Overheating and network problem arises continuesly.
                                      Service engineer visit checking mobile but due to overheating problem am switched off mobile for ten hours.
                                      He on my mobile and take ten minutes video shooting and after checking battery status.
                                      Within ten minutes visit battery shows 38 temperature.
                                      So please exchange or refund my money

                                        This is about my order number # OD[protected] through which I ordered a Zenfone mobile for INR 12, 999 on 01 Jan'19 and payment made through my HDFC account. That shipment was suppose to be delivered by 04 Jan'19 which I didn't receive and when I called on 05th Jan'19 Flipkart customer care said the item is already being delivered. Same day I received call from their courier guy who promised to deliver the shipment by next day i.e. 06 Jan'19 but he didn't turn up.
                                        I have already lodged the compliant # IN[protected] and IN[protected] with Flipkart but they need at-least 7 days to investigate the case.
                                        I am really shocked to see the control and the process which such a huge company is following. Prepaid items are not being delivered to the customer and moreover they are not aware of the same. Don't know what control they follow, I mean they should have POD copy or some document with customer signature and ID number to prove that shipment is being delivered.

                                        Thanks..Yes..my item at last has been delivered. But the harassment I face and the time taken by Flipkart was too much. They dont have internal controls. If something out of the way happened then they need a lot of time to validate the same. Most importantly, they dont have a escalation point and totally you have to depend on the Customer care executives.
