Hi sir my name is raju tank.

And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

Then i used forgot button and then received code.

Entered the code successfully.
After that it was asking please set a new password.

Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I already attached the screenshot also what i am facing.

    Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the refund amount is reflecting in customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
    When I'm trying login it's not successful
    It's showing unsuccessful.
    Kindly unblock my account my mobile number is [protected]
    I am unable to login to my account, please let me know the reason for the same.

    Moreover, I suspect it is blocked due to the same order placed thrice. But seller has cancelled the order every time. So there is no point that it should impact my account. Seller must be asked why he denied.

      As the details have been attached in the screenshot, was received in due time.

      Although the delivered package instead of the desired material was full of empty cardboard boxes and the item was not there at all.

      Extremely disappointing, the fact that even after acquisition by 80% acquisition by walmart such an incident has happened.

      I'm putting up a request for full refund asap while also taking this case up with the upper authorities on the lax behaviour shown by the flipkart team which is supposed to prevent such sellers from existing in the first place.

      Hoping for a speedy resolution.

        My self prudhviteja from hyderabad holding a managing director position in popular interior designing company i ordered iphone for my office purpose and the delivery date is 24th dec 18 but still now there is no message or call from the flipkart so how i have good opinion about flipkart but the this inconvenience made by them to response no calls nothing. Truely iam saying you this is the worst company i have ever seen and also i will suggest my frnds no to buy any product in flipkart. Really unhappy for you. Need to use that iphone on christmas eve but you people made me angry seeing more 2days and file a complaint on this issue. My order idod[protected].         I ordered Google cromecast3 of price 3499 it were showing that it will deliver in 26Dec2018 but I received a massage that today product delivered... They deliver my product somewhere else on wrong adress now they not solving my problem...

        My complain not solved then why it showing it resolved
        While returning the amount, I opted for refunding through bank, but while i was trying to enter the bank details, i was having problem to enter the "IFSC code"...

        Do check into the issue, as soon as possible.

          Spoke to customer on [protected], customer said he has not raised any concern, hence informed him we will be closing this case. Hence customer agreed closing the case.
          I have ordered for Micromax 19.5inches LED but I got found defective LED(screen defective) and repalced with another one and same found defective LED ... I am not able to understand why nobody cross check with electronic equipment ..
          Please log in my flipkart account..i tried ma'y times it shown invalid password. Account exists.. I forgotten my pass word lease help me to log in
          I have ordered for lightning cream and another one cream.. Instead i got an hair oil and they collected 955 rs for that.. And now the product has no return policy... So pls consider this.. And pls deliver the item which i have ordered

            I am facing issue about asics shoe which i bought of size 7 and need to replace it as it is smaller in size, so i tried for replacement in app for size 8 but couldn't place a replacement request cause of some malfunctioning of app so i cantacted to customer support. Representative told me that he can do it but offered me a different color option and gave me the reason as same color which i bought is out of stock.in app same color is available with size 8 so i sent him pics for proof, then he gave reason that seller can only refund but cant replace same color as it is out of stock.. Then he asked me to accept refund and to place the order with new price. Am feeling some fraud is there so please help and solve.

            As per my knowledge the Flipkart is intentionally delivering the wrong product which is called cheating or crime not a mistake.(intentionally means supplying the different colour or product).The related pic is also uploaded.

            I have bought two numerouno jeans from Flipkart and both of them are of third grade quality.Even the product code doesn't match with the originals.I think they are selling the third copy of the products and are defaming the brand's name.
            I have ordered two sandisc pendrive, I have got one pendrive inside the package and given me a bill of two sandisc pendrive I didn't got the another pendrive.i want my another pendrive as soon as possible.

              This was my first order on flipkart and i had high hopes for this product because i had never used it before. But seems like you have sold me a fake one as i have detected many faults in it. I have compared it with an original packet that i recruited from one of my friends and found that the colours did not match nor the printings. I am really disappointed at this and would like to have my money refunded.

The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on 27th Dec 2018and will be delivered on 3rd Jan 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
              This error message keeps coming whole trying to reset password. I tried to chose different types of password, but nothing helped.

                    Very bad experience. Started using this phone on 22nd december. Within 2 days phone touch screen is not working. Since the return period is over both flipkart and mi customer care denied to replace the phone. I ll never buy any product from flipkart again and i ll tell my friends and family not to buy anything from flipkart. Because Flipkart is providing substandard product and not agreeing for replacement. Am not satisfied with the product quality and customer service.

                      I have already registered a complaint here to enquire about the issue of continuous supplying of wrong product and there by wasting my money and time. Anyhow I got a call from the concerned team but, they are saying not to return the item which I got and to give back my money back. But the item which I received is simply of no value and even that watch is not having a guarantee card or even a slip to recognise the particular brand of the item. So they are forcing me to take a no valuable item in return of my loss. This is not fair as they have fooled me twice with wrong product and making me to get stuck with a useless item

                        The so called ecom express is not a good authorized delivery service for flipkart in delivering parcel in imphal area.They have unpacked the parcel before delivering and this act of theirs is not a civilised one. I have lost trust in ordering from flipkart if Ecom express is the authorized delivery service in manipur imphal area. Please chance the courier service or the fear of being theive is high regarding ordering an item from flipkart.And the reviews given on the website for ecom express is too awful and many unhappy customer have drop many unhappy reviews for them.

                            My account has been hacked by somebody, changing my email id, phone number ect and placed orders also, when reported to flipkart thay are not taking necessary action to block the account. Have been following up them for about 4 days now.

                            And the email/phone numbers are not changes till now, allowing them to do further damage to the account. I had 1500~ in my wallet and left with 36/- now.

                            Flipkart is responsible for their lethargic action.

                            Till now no solid action taken place.

                            You Flipkart bad on you for your worst service. I would rather prefer amazon for their security and good customer care.

                            Got a call from Flipkart support and asked me to wait for another 48 hrs.

                            I have been asked several times like this for more 6 days now...

                            You ppl never respond to emails and support calls as well.

                            Waste Flipkart...

                              I have purchased american touristor bag from flipkart on 29th october 18. The quality of the bag was very poor & it's one wheel broken. I requested a return as per return policy of flipkart. But after so many requests every time i got a message that your product will be picked up & on next day i got message your request is cancelled. They don't even have a mail id for sending complaints. Only chat option is there & i have messaged them so many times but nothing has been done. I am so disappointed that a professional company like flipkart is behaving like this with their customer.

Interacted with customer regarding the same issue, where as courier service provider picked up the product and the refund was done by the seller.                                 Mene flip card se date 15.12.2018 ko nokia 6.1 plus mobile kharida hai. Aab me exchange karna chahta hu exchange ishka ime number dalta hu to invalid ime number bata raha hai. Ishke liye mene flip card me complai kiya huva hai vaha se bataya gaya ki 20 dec tak problem sol ho jayega lekin abi tak mere problem ka soliusan nahi huva hai mene customer care me bat kiya to bta rahe hai ki ye exchange nahi hoga to ye mera problem nahi hai ye flip catd ka problem hai ki selar aksep nahi karega. Courier person contacted me and taken the old phone and submitted to flip kart team. But he didn't delivered new vivo y83 phone.in my account, it is showing that product delivered.                                       I have bought redmi note 5 pro 6gb/64gb version from flipkart 2 months back and now I want to exchange it for new poco f1 but when I check with IMEI it is showing IMEI doest not belong to brand and model. It is a valid IMEI showing as invalid. The offer is till 29th December please help me.

                                        I purchased the above said mobile on[protected] and was delivered on[protected]. When i opened the box mobile was not working and now it is not powering on also sometimes. I reported the issue to flip kart on the same day and asked for refund but till now there is no solution. They are telling every day that our technical person will come and check the issue after that we will process this case bt till now no one reverted and technician gives wrong update that customer is not available. Please help me in getting the refund
