Flipkart people send me mails.If I do not pay it, then they will take legal action.how can possible my I'd is blocked.Once opened, but at that time, due to some trouble.sorry for that I believe my fault.but now im ready to pay there will be no problem.please help me as soon as possible...My name is Dhiraj das, email- [protected]@gmail.com, my age is 17

    Actually i ordered a book of ssc junior engineer civil engineering in your website on 9th january 2019my order was successfully placed as i got the message. Next morning i got a call from ur company and one men was talking and he told me that there was a lucky draw for that book which i ordered and i won that lucky draw and he told me that i have the option to choose either 12lakh cash or one expensive car then i chose 12lakh then he asked me to msg my name my bank details ifsc code etc to that number. I know this is fraud so i didnt replied back. Iam giving that number from which that call came-[protected] and when i searched the location it came from bihar. I am really feeling unsafe because my personal details can be seen by anybody and how can these fraudsters use your company to do such crimes. I want you to take serious action on this guy. And how does he know that i ordered that book. This is truly unbelievable. I loved to use your website but after this incident iam little afraid. Waiting for ur reply

      Via sbi net banking. But neither my order has been confirmed nor i have received any message or email in this regard. It is understood that my order has not been placed properly. I have sent several emails to every stage for solution but my efforts are in vain
      You are requested kindly to refund the amount paid by me at the earliest, failing which a case will be filed in consumer court as it is purely a harassment of genuine cutomer.

      Aviator sunglass buyed throug seller Dealzzz of flipkart. Cheated me by giving 100 rs toyglass.me and my frnds will never a product from flipcart . Wasted my money and time.if they hav not that product they should say tuly. Iam also writing to consumercoart .i need my money back.
      Same thing has happened with me i made payment of Rs 16000/- for Nokia 6.1 plus via SBI debit card on 08.01.2019. 2 days have passed and still not confirmed, my money is blocked. What measures are you taking sir, they have left us with no choice but to file a complaint in Consumer Court.

        Flipkart doing fraud - sent me wrong item & blocked my account

        Kindly consider this as very serious issue. I have been contacting flipkart, since 23rd nov 2018. No response from flipkart till now!!!

        Product - san disk ultra 128 gb microsdxc class 10 1mb/s memory card (Replacement).

        Product delivered on 23rd nov 2018.

        I received the replacement product on 23rd nov 2018. But, i had ordered for "memory card". The product i received was "pendrive".

        Once i called flipkart and raised a complaint, flipkart rejected my complained and blocked my account. Flipkart sends me email that i had high number of returns. But i had infact returned only 3 products.

        I see that am not able to login to my account anymore. I tried contacting customer care and spoke to supervisors several times regarding this issue, who gave me fake timelines to resolve issue but all was in vain. Noone contacted back or mailed back to me, instead kept sending automated emails with same content which said that i am not able to login again to flipkart account anymore.

        Flipkart has blocked my account without giving any prior information or warning. According to the flipkart policy i can return the product within 30 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product.
        Even if there was any issue with my account rather than closing my return request they could have closed the orders from my account.

        Kindly raise a return request for the same and arrange pickup for the same.

        I brought a woolen cap from flipkart. Then i got a call from a number and he knew all my details and asked about my bank details ... and he abused me.

          Flipkart delivered me a damaged fan so i requested for return (Multiple times) but they didn't take the return in return period, now their customer service is telling me that return period is over and they can't help me out.               Sir i purchase redmi note 6 pro amounting 13, 999/- on[protected] order id:OD[protected] and delivered on[protected] when i open the outer box redmi inner box already open and it contains some other mobile i.e: wammy titan 3 and i immediately complaint in flipkart customer care regarding this and also share the necessary picks in chat they will get me time frame of 3 days for resolution and i will get in touch 2-3 times per day by the end of[protected] they want some more time for inspecting this issue for another 2 days and on[protected] they want another 1 for inspecting the issue on[protected] i will also share my problem to flipkart facebook page they requesting for picks of that and share the same as per his request on[protected] talking to customer care they told me u will share picks on 7jan18 but i already share on delivery date on chatting
              on 8jan18 evening they suddenly takes a judgement in favour of seller as per his policy without getting me intimation & or reason for getting this decesion
              but i will again call in customer service then they told we are again do a return/replacement request with seller today
              sir if seller previously refuse the replacement/refund then why should he again do that once time frame of 12 jan18 elapsed then flipkart time frame of return policy gone then they will not help.

              kindly sir i want refund because i am really frustated and if this will again happen definately no one help me

                  Hi,

                  Flipkart recently disabled my account, but after repeated emails, haven't provided any information on books that i have already ordered.

                  They told me that may be i am reselling the books. But all the books are in my personal library. I can post images of my library here and i will certainly produce them in consumer court during hearing of this case.

                  Can they keep this money? Its a clear fraud. I have already started an initial complaint on consumer court but posting here as well so other stay away from the fraud flipkart.

                    I ordered a coach tote bag from flipkart on 28th dec'18 and received the product on 30th dec'18. When i received the product the product did not bear any price tag on it. I raised a request for the pick up of the product, but the wish master denied pick up. After the above incidence i tried contacting the flipkart customer care and was advised to cancel the return request and raise a fresh request on its place (Deselecting the option mentioning price tag available with the product). After trying again and again the wish master denied the pick up of the product.
                    I am trying to contact flipkart since then and have not been able to get a solution. Moreover the wish master urges repeatedly for an email from the flipkart back end support team, which off course i am unable to arrange for.
                    Please look into the matter and arrange a pick up for the product.

                      I've ordered philips 11000 mah power bank before 5 days.. My account got debited with rs.999 but order not confirmed.. I called helpline 2 times.. They told that in 24 hours order will be confirmed or refund will be initiated.. But until now i didn't get any reply or remedy from them.. Kindly arrange for cancellation of my order..                           I have ordered a mobile phone to my friend. The product have been shipped and after few hours it shows that product has been returned by the seller without any reason and enquiry. Then i did booked the mobile phone again and it too did cancelled by the seller and now when i am opening my flipkart account it is not getting logged in. It shows please try after 24 hours its been 2 days. Wtf is this plz resolve the situation. Thank you

                            Flipkart blocked my account without any valid reason.

                            My account details:

                            And when i called to know the reason, i was told that their system had detected an unusually high number of returns in my purchase history so i called and informed you to check that i had not returned above 60% (By total amount of all orders) of my orders and my account had been blocked without a proper reason.

                            Then i was told that i hadn't returned in high numbers but i had returned some unusual one and that was the reason my account was blocked.

                            So i asked what was my unusual return and on which order but i was told that we would not be able to tell you that.

                            So i asked them how can i return the previous order prior to this matter, because i have got 30 days return policy on those orders and when i placed this order, my account was not blocked. (My order number: od[protected]

                            In answer to my query, i got the reply that we would not be able to return those orders.

                            They are doing this very wrong with me.

                            They haven't mentioned anywhere on their website or in terms and conditions that your account would be blocked if you would return above this percentage of your orders.

                            When i talked to them about where they have mentioned that if the return percentage will be above some percentage, then my account would be blocked, then they replied me that this is their hidden policy.

                            This is so shocking that one of india's biggest e-commerce company has no fear of india's law and system and they can give such an answer that this is their hidden policy.

                            For example, i bought 5 t-shirts from flipkart and i have got 30 days return policy on those t-shirts. And i returned 4 t-shirts out of those 5 because of size issue. And after that i ordered 5 jeans in another order. And when i wanted to return 3 jeans out of those 5, they didn't allow me to return those jeans stating the reason that they have blocked my account because i have returned 80% of the products from the previous order. So they would not allowed me to place new orders. And not only that, they would also not allowed me to return the already placed orders.

                            I talked with them over phone for more than 1 hour but they didn't help me at all.

                            I want to return the orders which i have placed before they blocked my account but they are not ready to accept even those orders.

                            Please provide me a proper solution to my problem. My precious time was wasted because of flipkart and because of that my business was also affected. So please provide me a justice and a proper solution.

                            When I talked to your customer representative about where you have mentioned that if the return percentage will be above some percentage, then my account would be blocked, then you replied me that this is our hidden policy.

                            This is so shocking that one of India's biggest e-commerce company has no fear of India's law and system and they can give such an answer that this is their hidden policy.

                            For example, I bought 5 t-shirts from flipkart and I have got 30 days return policy on those t-shirts. And I returned 4 t-shirts out of those 5 because of size issue. And after that I ordered 5 jeans in another order. And when I wanted to return 3 jeans out of those 5, they didn't allow me to return those jeans stating the reason that they have blocked my account because I have returned 80% of the products from the previous order. So they would not allowed me to place new orders. And not only that, they would also not allowed me to return the already placed orders.

                            Sir this is not ethically right. Sir please provide me a proper solution to my problem. My precious time was wasted because of flipkart and because of that my business was also affected. So please provide me a justice and a proper solution. I want to return the orders which I have placed before you blocked my account.

                              सर मेने दिनांक ०३/०१/१९ को फ्लिप कार्ट से मोबाइल बुक किया जो की एक्सचेंज ऑफर में लिया था दिनांक ०६/१/१९ को मेरे घर पर आर्डर देने फ्लिप कार्ट से डेलिवरी बॉय आया जिससे मेरे एक्सचेंज मोबाइल पर उससे स्क्रीन पर स्क्रैच आ गए जिसकी शिकायत मेने फ्लिपकार्ट से की और आज तक लगातार कर रहा हु पर फ्लिपकार्ट द्वारा मुझे झूठा आश्वासन देकर बिना बताये मेरे आर्डर निरस्त कर दिया.और मेरे मोबाइल को क्षीतिग्रस्त भी कर दिया गया। कृपया उचित न्याय करे

                                I received lenovo yoga tab 3, in october, (Invoice no. Fab2bs[protected]) the product box was looking damaged on corners.
                                But tab was working so i didn't complaint about it.
                                And within a month tab was not working, hanging.
                                I want new replacement of product, or home servicing by lenovo technician.
                                Sorry, otherwise i have to go to consumer court.

                                  I ordered harsheys cocoa spread 350g and instead of 350g flipkart sent me only 150g and charged full money of 350g.
                                  This is very disappointed from flipkart it's a sheer cheating to its customers.
                                  Flipkart should take care of such things as flipkart is such a big company it should not disappoint it's customers because in case these cheating continues then flipkart may loose it's customers.
                                  First i ordered 350g harsheys spread then it comes with only 150g for rs.234 /- however the mrp is only 150/- it's a cheating.
                                  Please kindly resolve my issue.

                                        Why games is kept in the flipkart site nd making people to fool, all games are played by your people employees and won the games, making people fool by playing games hoping for win.

                                        I observed all company employees only getting the prizes.

                                        Please stop these fool things and don't make the people to loose trust on your company.

                                        I and my friends came to know that these games are playing by company employees and winning prizes using relatives accounts.
