I ordered a hp laptop from flipkart but what they provide me was a different old model and as soon as i found it i immediately placed a return request for that before closing of the 10. Days return period. But what flipkart is doing is unexpected. They didn't contact me when i placed return request and said we'll contact you after 4 days and after 4 days what they said "your return window is closed now" inspite of the fact that i place return...

I purchased lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb) phone on (Order # od[protected] on oct 14th.
The microphone was not working properly so i launched a complaint on nov 1st for replacement and i was told service engineer will check first on nov 5th. Then after few days i saw the status has been changed to 'rejected'. Nether i got call from anyone nor flipkart customer care is ready to help...

Please help...

I ordered a refrigerator of worth 20k and i received a damage piece. I raised a request for replacement which lead to visit of technician for the final approval. I ordered total 8 items during big billion day sales of flipkart on 11.10.2018. 6 items have been delivered. but 2 items are not yet shipped. Post one month of Order date, i raised a query to flipkart regarding status of my order. Now flipkart tells me to cancel the order as seller is unable to ship the item. order page shows that item is waiting for courier pickup from 14.10.2018. but item is not shipped. totally 5 times flipkart customer...

Delivered date:sunday, 14th october 2018.
Dishwasher takes long time process (3 hours).
Return approved date : saturday 27th october, 2018.
Dishwasher return requested on friday 19 october, 2018. Pick up is postponing till now. First date on 7th november 2018, second date on 14th november 2018. Not yet pick up is done so far. No refund also given. So, our hope is decreasing....

I ordered a Laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 130 Core i5 8th Gen) on 02-Nov-2018 with order id :- OD[protected], during diwali discount offers and paid 27379 INR using my credit card.

The order was in way and status was showing it has reached in one of our nearby Courier center but they were not delivering it even after 4 to 5 days.

Worst experience with flipkart.com
I had placed an order OD[protected] on 1st Nov, 2018 of Rs.20599/- that is delivered on 04th Nov, 2018 by courier service ekart . Installation and demo happened on 5th Nov and after that due to issue in product I raised return request on 08th Nov . But without my confirmation return request rejected and again I raised return request and 12th Nov tech visit happened and confirm that product...

On 23rd october, i placed an order with flipkart of 15000/- approx. The delivery date was 27th october. When delivery date was passed, i contacted them and asked the reason, they said that it's a logistics issue hence please cancel the order. I emailed them to cancel the order. Since 1st november, i have been struggling to get my refund from them. Everytime i reach customer support, they just reply back that i will get an update in 2 days....

I ordered a product via debit card for 9, 999/- on 3 nov 2018, it was delayed (12nov expected date) and not received yet but showing return. Product doesn't reached at my place and shows out for delivery.
I got a sms of street service associate he doesn't called me but when i tried he was not receiving calls. ([protected] his mobile no.). Shipping address was gondia, maharashra and tracking shows jabalpur. Shipment not reached at mine...
