I ordered 2 sunglasses of fastrack worth rs. 600 each i got a package and above it was written that the quantity was two... Bt in the package only one product was there... And i paid the cash for two also... And the quality of the one glass also poor... I got the refund for the one product which i got... Bt i didn't get any response for the other missing product......

I had made a payment of 3, 818 on october 9th 2018 but the payment didn't go through. The amount was deducted from my account but was not refunded for 5 days.

I have been in touch with flipkart and they informed that the payment didn't reach them. I contacted my bank and they requested for a email from the merchant that the amount was not credited to them.

Its been months. Flipkart could say that amount...

I logged a complaint on 11th nov 2018 for my faulty san disk 64 gb memory card replacement and i received mail from customer support my call logged with case id: in[protected] as it will resolve by 15th nov but no action and again escalate than received customer support i t will be resolved by 16th nov but today is 17th nov and no resolution yet pathetic service from flipkart.

Hi sir, am shivarjkumar i ordered one power bank in your site. I paid online payment, and i got a message product will delivery on 09/11/2018.
On that day i didn't get any call or message. After my delivery date i again call to customer care, he told you should wait for 17/11/2018, but now yesterday i called to customer care but he is telling your product is delivered on 9th of november....

I am vishwanath prasad. I had bought lenovo laptop in exchange offer, but exchange is cancelled. Flipkart said they refunded me 26 august 2018 but my account is credited rs.17090 for laptop price. Flipkart then said contact to your bank with given refund reference number, i contacted to bank by an application, bank replied me after some days that there is money refunded from flipkart to your account. I ordered a laptop for 35000 when it came it had a user name already assigned in the system. I have used new laptop and there is never a user name set up when it is delivered. They told me they will replace it with a new one. Bit how do i know that what i get is going to be new... I had booked multiple things during the diwali sale. One of the order was a total of 4700 rs that included bedsheets, pillow covers & a mixer.

On 9th october i booked a refrigerator for 14490 rupees at 6months no cost emi and one prestige cooking set for 1349 (On 1 october). It was big billion day sale from 10th october till 14th october 2018.

I am complaint about... That i did not get the bajaj finserv emi option for buy a mobile. In previous month i have that option but in some days there is no option for bajaj finserv.
These previous days i did not get the option. In my flipkart account, i did not buy a mobile by using the bajaj emi option. So please include the bajaj finserv emi option in my account..

Have been in indian army since last 10 years as a commissioned officer.
My address also keeps changing.
It is only at one place that the problem have persisted for two to three times and at all moments i have returned whatever item your seller have sent in lieu of my item.
