I have ordered an shoerack on flipkart of 14 shelves and i have delivered with a 8 shelve product. When i informed customer care they told us replace is not possible and return is the only possible solution. Flipkart executive only initiated the return request and i was told that pickup will be happened on 12/11/2018. However there is no response from anybody on 12th and when i again called the customer support they told that we will inform...

My delivery was on 26.10.2018 and today is 12.11.2018. Customer service of flipkart is ridiculous and pathetic you frame your own policies and not bothered about the customer requirement. After 20 days of ordering the product today i have received a call asking for the delivery address shame on your part and if asked for a compensation you people are talking about the policies. Really shame and no words to describe the worst service... After...

Sir i want to login my account but i can't. It shows login unsuccessful please try a minute. And i select a forget password enter otp and new password is shows unable to update your password.
The main problem is i have flipkart wallet balance available but not book laptop etc....

Though i received blue shoe on ordering black shoe, flipkart rejected the return request 5 times though the request is valid ones. (Verified with the customer agent all the 5 times). But i have size mis-fit issues for which the return is getting approved but the ekart never shown up to collect the order. One of the cheating ways of dealing with the customers....

I have purchased cadbury celebrations r... With tracking id fmpp[protected] from flipkart.com, they have changed me more than mrp.

Product price is ₹450 and they have changed ₹550 for product and ₹45 shipping charges total ₹595

I placed an order for whirlpool 6.2kg fully automatic washing machine on 4th november 2018 for rs 13732 + 567 (Bank charges) i. E. Total 14299 rs. It was showing that the order will be delivered on 11th of november. But it was not delivered. I contacted flipkart on 12th november to get the status of my order. I had ordered IphoneSE by making an online payment of Rs.14398 on 11th Oct 2018. On 13th Oct 2018, I received the delivery. I got only the charger and the USB cable in the box but did not receive the IphoneSE and the earphones in the box at the time of delivery.
I raised replacement request 5 times and each time, they are cancelling the replacement request without my notification after 1 or 2...

I booked bosch fully automatic front load 7kg washing machine. It delivered in time on 3rd November. And they send message for installation attend on or before 6th November... But till now 12/11/2018 21: 15hrs No one came for installation. I already contact four times flipkart customer care and explain my problem. But no use.. Am not satisfied for flipkart services, because of negligence.. Please solve my problem as soon as possible... Otherwise...

I had ordered a memory card on the 7th and shortly i received a message that it was out for deliver that was on the 9th, but it didn't arrive. Today i received the same sms saying i'd be receiving it today, it never came. I've tried to call the person who was supposed to deliver it to me but it seems it's an invalid number.
The name of the person who was supposed to deliver the product is lalit kumar....

I purchased pixel 2 on 13th may on Big shopping day with HDFC debit card where it was clearly mentioned cashback to be received by 30th Aug.
Still cashback not received and now they are making different excuses.
They don't have any documents present to claim whatever they are saying.

Totally lost trust on flipkart....

Today morning many transaction on done my axis bank account which were fraudulent and not done by me. Debited amount of account is Rs 66148/- done by 4 different transaction between 11:18 to 11:29 today morning.

The exact name towards which the transaction happened is & Transaction details as under:

(1) 21649/- (ECOM PUR/Flipkart Paym/Chennai/121118/11:18 )
(2) 10000/- ECOM PUR/Xiaomi...

I had placed return request for the damaged product (lamp), the delivery guy didn't arrive to pick up and updated the status to Product mismatch. On calling the customer care, i got to know that order cannot be cancelled again as it exceeded 72 hours limit. The problem was at delivery end where they didn't even called for the pickup.

Now they say that the return day limit is over. Highly unprofessional customer service br...

How can i trust on flipkart after created this much of scene. Now flipkart team are saying self dispatch of product

Order OD[protected] on 8 November has to be delivered but not delivered on that date, delivery boy making lame excuses .I registered complaint service helpline assured me that next day product will delivered to my address but again same problem happened.once again I registered complaint then on 11 November product delivery message comes but again product not delivered..EKart delivery service very poor . delivery boy always make lame...

I opted for Vivo V 11 exchange offer on 12 oct 2018, before opting for this offer I explained my exchange mobile handset (Red me note 4) condition to Flipkart executive on telecon and through mail also...they have confirmed /reverted me that my handset is eligible for exchange offer on given condition (some color leakage issue with screen). Accordingly I placed order and made payment...latter at the time of delivery Ekart (courier service)...

I booked one ifb front washing through flipkart online on 06.11.2018 by order id OD[protected], the same delivered on 09.11.2018. Instalation date was 10.11.2018, till date no one contatcted me or not installed the same.
today i called customer care but i did not get any correct message. pl arange somebody to install the same if you are not intarested pl let me the feede back other wise i will return the product and i will advice...

I have been trying to buy krx gym kit product since sept 14. I have still not got the product even after placing the order for the second time on its request. Everytime i enquire i have been told only what i also see in the app (Regarding product trackin).in actual there is no real information regarding whether the product is actually shipped or not from seller....

I have ordered for a product (Kedar lanhga choli) on 14th october and received product on 24 october. But product is different in colour (Blue) and design. I have requested for product refund on 25th october. From 25th october to 12th november i have requested for refund 13 times but every time picker did not receive product. He said in my mobile application product colour is red so i can't take this.
