I placed a mobile handset order on 6th dec, 2018, with a buyback of lenovo ki plus, but in the app after adding to cart it automatically changed the brand name and became oppo a71, flipkart also accepted the same issue, the estimated delivery date was 8th dec, then they extended till 12th, and they further extended till 15th and now they are telling by 18th, it's very disappointing, i have called flipkart around 50 times in the past 8 days, innumerous emails and messages, but they are still resolving the issue and repeatedly telling the same thing, as this is a technical bug, because the amount and imei is matching only the brand name is different, flipkart can easily revolve this issue by co-ordinating with the logistics team/wish master, wish master came to me 4 times and returned without pick up, stating that the brand name is not matching.
I want an immediate resolution of my issue.
