exchange of crt tv for new led tv

I have bought led tv in exchange offer with crt tv, as per terms and condition mentioned the old crt tv is in perfectly working condition no missing parts, bu as its old tv it has aging on speaker grill some rusting, so delivery boy denied to exchange. How can expect new crt tv for exchange. Very disappointing with the unclear exchange policy. Kidly do the needful....

Please don’t buy anything from this scammer. The invoice and product (Macbook air) serial numbers are different. This has happened to many people and this will result in breach of warranty. Moreover, their customer support is the worst ever. Their customer care representative won’t look at it and would say that there is a technical error so we cannot look into your details. Their cs email id is no longer in use. The customer service tab in their app doesn’t work and it constantly loads and loads. You can’t literally lodge a complaint anywhere. Please please dont buy anything from flipkart. Choose amazon or stores. This is from a customer who has been a purchasing from flipkart since its beginning.

      Its flipkart i am too much suffering from it to order any product because of its delivery delay.
      It's not only delay it's too much delay, delivery date out of date several times on my every order.

      Ie:- 1. Asus zenfone max pro m1
      2. Asus zenfone max m2
      3. Mi earphone
      4. Mi earphone

      This all product delivery date has been out of date and customer servise exciters told me lots o[censored]nwanted words that he will solve my problem but never do the work on such problem facing by me.

        I'm facing issue with the laptop and no one is helping me. Dell confirmed that they will only support the hardware part, not the software.

        When i called customer care person name-raviraj mule, he said and i quote "he is not aware who is supporting software i. E. Windows 10, if dell is not supporting this is not covered under warranty" but no where i see this on the details.

        Also i paid for software (Windows 10) + hardware so why i'm not getting the support and resolution for everything.

        This laptop performance is poor in performance, resolution and not what. This is always hanging, resolution like hardly anything can be read.. (Attaching)

        I'm really mentally frustrated with this product and support. I paid money to the flipkart not any seller or brand, so i expect at-least basic information from flipkart that is not available. I literally feel i'm cheated here...

We have interacted with the customer and informed that for software issue there is no warranty from brand only hardware issue comes under warranty so informed the customer to avail paid service for software related issue and requested to contact brand authorized service for further assistance.         I paid for the software as well as hardware and no where it was mentioned in the product description that only hardware warranty will be covered. I'm facing this issue from the day 1 and Flipkart only taken time so that I will not be able to return the product. I genuinely feel I either got the faulty product or it's not genuine. Also Flipkart is not providing the seller connect details which leads to suspicion that Flipkart doesn't do seller verification and the seller is fraud. Flipkart should either replace my laptop or refund my hard earned money and stop cheating consumers.

          I placed arder for 24 years upsc ias/ips prelims topic-wise solved papers 1&[protected] book havinf reference number igaezpsqq4 at 11:33 on 19/12/2018. Delivery man came to deliver on 20/12/2018 in evening after 4:30 pm during which i use to be in coaching class so i could not recieve my order. Now it's 4 days from that day but my order is not coming. And if they come to deliver please make sure they come in between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm otherwise i will be not availabe after 4:00 pm.

              It's been around a month that my issue is not resolve till now.                   I have purchased a skemi brand watch from flipkart and when I got the product it was of another brand called Dusk. So I have returned the item and re ordered it after raising a complaint through customer care. Now again the same happened Dusk named branded watch instead of Skemi watch is received. Also when I called to the customer care they replied that they cannot do anything to this issue as their terms and conditions is so, if so then as a customer how can I get assured to get the product that I wish to buy as they are continue to do the same

                    My name is muhammed aslam, i was ordered for a samsung galaxy on8 on dec 6th 2018 from flipkart and paid the amount of 11690 from credit card.. We recieved a box from flipkart on 8th dec 2018, it was contained with rock pieces and old news papers.. Several times we contacted flipkart for a solution.. Past three weeks we are waiting for solution.. Now they are asking 10 more days for a solution. Even we have not recieved the invoice of our order.. We spoke the same in infopark police station at cochin. They are asking invoice copy and imei number for registering complaint...

                        Hello, i have ordered the gokart trolley school bag through flipkart and it got delivered in 8th december 2018. I see the product quality is not good and raised a request to refund the amount but after raising multiple requestes the product has not been picked up and the amount i have paid is not refunded as of now. I have called the customer care 6 times since the delivery, each time they raise a new pick up request and next day it got cancelled with out proper reason. Please take action against flipkart and do the need ful.

                            I got one call from the number [protected] on 24/12/18, one lady was telling she is from flipkart and confirmed me my latest order date, product details etc.. Of flipkart and she told me that i win one lottery i, e tata safari also she offered me instead of car flipkart can give me around 12.5l of cash in my account. When i asked for car she replied that flipkart need around 9.5k of money for preparing of papers and document of car. If i am not wrong this was a fake call but my question is how other person know about my flipkart order details??

                              Given a order for a gold product on 14th october.
                              Received product is different from the one mentioned in their website as the eight of gold is less in the product. The total weight of the received product as per given invoice is 2.85 grams while it as per product description in flipkart should be 3.15 grams gold weight+ stone weight.
                              I am taking multiple followups from flipkart from last more than two months.
                              Replacement orderno:od[protected] times replacement auto cancelled after the given last day of pickup. Customer care of flipkart are giving false promises everytime. Its been two months. Multiple call and mails are sent by me.

                                I had purchased a laptop from flipkart and it was a free dos when i consulted with the team they said to consult with the technician. Even after installing a new os the problem is still there. Now i came to know that it has a problem with the hardware. It has a warranty of 1 year and now i want to claim my warranty as against the product since the hardware problem was already there from the day i purchased it.

                                  Facing very bad experience from flipkart.
                                  I ordered a redmi note 6 pro from a recent sale of flipkart.com (Prepaid), but in return i recieved a box with only the charger adapter, a usb cable and a back cover and there was no mobile phone in the box.
                                  I raised this complaint to the flipkart customer care and they told me that they will get me a solution for this but when i called them back after 2-3 days and they said they cannot help it and they also blocked my id.
                                  Its my hard earned money... I want it back... Didn't expect this from flipkart.

                                    I purchased one product "mobacc mobile battery for gionee p7 max" (Order id od[protected] from flipkart which was delivered to me on sun, sep 23rd, 2018 and due to wrong product delivered to me i returned the product back to flipkart and requested for refund.

                                    Its been nearly 3 months passed and a refund has not been processed by flipkart yet. For this purpose, i tried many times and talk to flipkart customer representative on a call regarding refund and every time they send me one link. And through this link, i am unable to update bank details and for this, i talked to representative many times but every time they responded, in the same manner, saying "i am sending you one link, then update your bank details".

                                    I am unable to update bank details through your site please update bank details at your end & process for the refund amount.

                                      Sir myself dinesh pamshong, i have ordered oppo f9 in december 13 as cod method to guru nanak dev engineering college ludhiana, boys hostel 2, gill road, punjab - 141006, price was 17180, but i got oppo a37 inside the box instead of oppo f9 on 18th december which order id is od[protected]
                                      Already i requested many times to replace the product on 18th december and afterwards continuously contacted with flipkart customers care, they promised me to solve this problem before 25 december, even product will be replaced before 25th december like that informed to me from flipkart (Called from chandigarh, bangalore), but on 22 december my replacement request is cancelled by seller without any reason and again i contacted with flipkart customer care regarding this issue, they told i have only 10days replacement policy if seller doesn't provide replace this product i have to keep this oppo a37 instead of oppo f9, sir please i request you kindly do my favour as soon as possible. Sir i have all proof as on video record while i opened the box
