I orderd 2 phones from flipkart redmi 5 pro 6gb ram and 64 interna and redmi 6 pro
I need to change redmi 5 pro to 6pro or want my money retrn back
They are not ready to take back the product or change the product or retrn my money back
Atleat please give my money back or change the product so it will be much helpfull when i called to the customer care they were telling they cant do anything . Kindly take some necessary steps to resolve my issues

We have interacted with the customer and informed him about the policy of the seller related to returns and politely denied the customer as there was no damage or defect in the product .         I have book a geyser on dated 24 December 2018 from Flipkart by Omni tech retail seller (order ID: OD[protected].)

        On the 26th of December 2018 my father gets a call from Currie boy that they will deliver the item but that day they won't deliver the item. I have called to Flipkart and inform the matter. On 27 th of dec'18, it has been found that the item has been delivered but the fact is still I am not receiving the item I pay for.
        I have registered a complaint to Flipkart don't know what happened next.

        Dear Concern,

        I have faced an unwanted incident did by your wish master, he has been left the item 15km far away from my home in a tea stall. after my complaint, he make a call to us and tells that you should collect the item from them(Tea stall). In this regards we approach to the Tea Stall and ask for the product then he charges extra Rs. 500 to keep the item safe for us. Also, we spend Rs. 150 to, bring it to our home.

        Now you tell me why should I paid extra Rs. 650 and who will refund it.
        Secondly, while I paid the item to reached my home why you delivered the item in a tea stall.

          The boy who came for inspection does not have any knowledge about the TV working neither did he knew any terms of returning.Within seconds he rejected the exchange TV for a finger spot on a key. Moreover the way he was behaving was not expected at all. Behaving like he was a boss and I was his servant, threatening me to either pay or he will cancel the order .On asking for reason for not accepting the TV he started to behave more badly.Showing the terms of exchanging the product on the site he said he doesn’t care what is written he will not accept it. This is the way a customer is treated as if I owe you anything and you are sending criminals in my house. If you don’t want to exchange then please don’t put such offers on you site just to mislead the customer and then send criminal to reject the product as if he want a brand new TV in exchange. I require a proper explanation for such behaviour and if possible send a proper technician who can inspect the TV properly and give some importance to your terms and condition and give proper and genuine reason for not expecting the product in exchange.

                I raised request to replace my defective phone and flipkart give me some troubleshoot steps to follow and i follow all steps of troubleshooting and i am not getting any solution after they told me technician will visit your home to troubleshoot and still i am not getting any solution. It is about 14 days still i not getting any solution for that.
                Every time your customer support people give me promise that you will
                Definitely get solution within 72 hours & we are here for you only & after
                Conversation is over i get message that we can't fulfill your request. This
                Is 5th time i am raising replacement/refund request and flipkart denies
                After customer support executive conversation is over.

                I think flipkart values their customer & this is my first shopping on
                Flipkart and i am getting horrible experience from flipkart this shows how
                Flipkart values their customer.

                  Dear Sir,

                  Today I have received my order, order no. OD[protected], a pack of 3 men's boxer. the products I have received is differed in color with the products I ordered and the order is on no return policy. I had called to the customer care about the matter and one replied that the order can not be returned or exchanged. As the color mentioned is multi-color. But the products displayed are also of 3 different color, this also meant it's a multi-color product.

                  Now my complain is that why different colored products are dispatched than the colors displayed in the photos without mentioned it properly and why a no return policy imposed on the products that differ from the products shown.

                  On this situation I am earnestly requesting you to look into this matter and take needful steps to solve my problem. it will be very helpful if I can return my unwanted order.

                    Total amount of 14999 was deducted through net banking for flipkart shopping on 25th dec 2018, during 12 o'clock pm to 12:15 pm but the order placed was unsuccessful and the dialogue was (Thank you for using State Bank Internet Banking. Reference No. for Flipkart transaction of Rs. 14999.0 from A/c ending 1041 on 25-Dec-18 at 12:11 is IGAFASUIO1) .But After conversation with flipkart they told that the amount was not reached to seller and they told to contact state bank of india, and i want my refund as soon as possible.So please refund my amount to my account [protected].

                      And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

                      Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                      Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                      Entered the code successfully.
                      After that it was asking please set a new password.

                      Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                      That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          As the details have been attached in the screenshot, was received in due time.

                          Although the delivered package instead of the desired material was full of empty cardboard boxes and the item was not there at all.

                          Extremely disappointing, the fact that even after acquisition by 80% acquisition by walmart such an incident has happened.

                          I'm putting up a request for full refund asap while also taking this case up with the upper authorities on the lax behaviour shown by the flipkart team which is supposed to prevent such sellers from existing in the first place.

                          Hoping for a speedy resolution.

Truely iam saying you this is the worst company i have ever seen and also i will suggest my frnds no to buy any product in flipkart. Really unhappy for you.                             I ordered Google cromecast3 of price 3499 it were showing that it will deliver in 26Dec2018 but I received a massage that today product delivered... They deliver my product somewhere else on wrong adress now they not solving my problem...

                            While returning the amount, I opted for refunding through bank, but while i was trying to enter the bank details, i was having problem to enter the "IFSC code"...

                              Spoke to customer on [protected], customer said he has not raised any concern, hence informed him we will be closing this case. Hence customer agreed closing the case.
                              I have ordered for Micromax 19.5inches LED but I got found defective LED(screen defective) and repalced with another one and same found defective LED ... I am not able to understand why nobody cross check with electronic equipment ..
                              Please log in my flipkart account..i tried ma'y times it shown invalid password. Account exists.. I forgotten my pass word lease help me to log in
                              I have ordered for lightning cream and another one cream.. Instead i got an hair oil and they collected 955 rs for that.. And now the product has no return policy... So pls consider this.. And pls deliver the item which i have ordered

                                I am facing issue about asics shoe which i bought of size 7 and need to replace it as it is smaller in size, so i tried for replacement in app for size 8 but couldn't place a replacement request cause of some malfunctioning of app so i cantacted to customer support. Representative told me that he can do it but offered me a different color option and gave me the reason as same color which i bought is out of stock.in app same color is available with size 8 so i sent him pics for proof, then he gave reason that seller can only refund but cant replace same color as it is out of stock.. Then he asked me to accept refund and to place the order with new price. Am feeling some fraud is there so please help and solve.

                                As per my knowledge the Flipkart is intentionally delivering the wrong product which is called cheating or crime not a mistake.(intentionally means supplying the different colour or product).The related pic is also uploaded.
                                I have bought two numerouno jeans from Flipkart and both of them are of third grade quality.Even the product code doesn't match with the originals.I think they are selling the third copy of the products and are defaming the brand's name.
                                I have ordered two sandisc pendrive, I have got one pendrive inside the package and given me a bill of two sandisc pendrive I didn't got the another pendrive.i want my another pendrive as soon as possible.

                                  This was my first order on flipkart and i had high hopes for this product because i had never used it before. But seems like you have sold me a fake one as i have detected many faults in it. I have compared it with an original packet that i recruited from one of my friends and found that the colours did not match nor the printings. I am really disappointed at this and would like to have my money refunded.

                                  Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on 27th Dec 2018and will be delivered on 3rd Jan 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
                                  This error message keeps coming whole trying to reset password. I tried to chose different types of password, but nothing helped.

                                      My Flipkart account has been blocked since a couple of months and Flipkart is not responding my mails. Flipkart sent a mail regarding it and mention a reason that I am buying the products for reselling. I totally disagree with this reason because I have not purchased product for reselling.

                                        Very bad experience. Started using this phone on 22nd december. Within 2 days phone touch screen is not working. Since the return period is over both flipkart and mi customer care denied to replace the phone. I ll never buy any product from flipkart again and i ll tell my friends and family not to buy anything from flipkart. Because Flipkart is providing substandard product and not agreeing for replacement. Am not satisfied with the product quality and customer service.
