I am vishwanath prasad. I had bought lenovo laptop in exchange offer, but exchange is cancelled. Flipkart said they refunded me 26 august 2018 but my account is credited rs.17090 for laptop price. Flipkart then said contact to your bank with given refund reference number, i contacted to bank by an application, bank replied me after some days that there is money refunded from flipkart to your account. I ordered a laptop for 35000 when it came it had a user name already assigned in the system. I have used new laptop and there is never a user name set up when it is delivered. They told me they will replace it with a new one. Bit how do i know that what i get is going to be new... I am complaint about... That i did not get the bajaj finserv emi option for buy a mobile. In previous month i have that option but in some days there is no option for bajaj finserv.

Have been in indian army since last 10 years as a commissioned officer.
My address also keeps changing.
It is only at one place that the problem have persisted for two to three times and at all moments i have returned whatever item your seller have sent in lieu of my item.
