Is customer valuable for flipkart? I think big no.
I have ordered metronaut watch on 10/dec/2018 and promised delivery date was 13/dec/2018. Today is 16/dec/2018 but still didn't get my watch.
I have called your executive on 15/dec/2018 he was saying that order has been delivered into another city so it will be delivered by 16/dec/2018. I said no issue if on 16/dec/2018 at least i can get this order. Today on 16/dec/2018 just for confirmation i have again called your customer care desk, not they are saying order won't be delivered today, you have to cancel the order.
Then i asked your customer care executive, why would i cancel my order? Then she said you have entered wrong pin code might be because of that it didn't get delivered. This is the logistics issue, not flipkart. Now i had asked her that we are ordering from flipkart not from logistics team directly. This is not our problem that the logistics team is not able to deliver. Then her final comment was we cannot do anything now, you have to cancel and reorder again.
Now, what's the guarantee that this time you so called logistics department will deliver my order to the right place? This time again i would have the same address.
My biggest problem is that there is no communication about order delivery. Even on the flipkart website, it is showing that order will be delivered by 16/dec/2018.
It's not the first time i am facing this issue, you can check my order history.
My question is that why only flipkart have this kind of delivery issues? For flipkart only pin code is not correct, the logistics department is always right only customers are wrong. Jabong, paytm and myntra are able to delivery my orders on time at my doorstep without any pin code issue even the address are same in all portal.
I will publish the same concern on social media platform with high disappointments. Highly disappointed with flipkart.
