Flipkart is just a name, there is nothing init. You guys are not worth to give any orders, you dont know how to give customer's service. I ordered my phone on 6th of dec and today is 12th dec and you are saying that there was not respond from my side, what is the proof. I have proof that there was no one at my office for the delievery and if not you should have call, why you guys take number then, if you dont call. Worst site to buy something and i would personally tell everyone not to buy things from flipkart, i would rate you guys in minus. Such a bad experience in this and you guys dont deserve, i have so many things in life rather then calling in customer care every morning and listening to crap, which is lie by them, yesterday i called in customer care, that guy in customer care told me that i am putting your request in priority and next day i am getting the message that your order is cancelled, like what you guys think that we are fools sitting here. I will strictly look into this, i will take actions.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was undelivered. We have interacted with the customer and apologies for the same and informed customer we tried delivering the product however, due to multiple attempts product was not delivered and seller has completed the refund on 12th Dec and it has to reflect with in 20th Dec 18 as per standard banking procedure. Hence customer was unhappy with the services, informed customer to place a fresh order and get in touch with us so that we can follow up until product gets delivered. Hence customer agreed closing the case.
