Some shopped from my flipkart account for Rs. 4080 by pay later service. Today I received bill on email asking to pay it. I complaint to customer care but they said you have to pay it, as it is purchased by you. I received automated call also saying your account is suspended. Shopping was done on 14.11.2018. Product is delivered in Banglore. I live in nagpur.

    I was unable to login into my account. after giving the credentials, it is showing Login is Unsuccessful, please try after a minute.
    As a reply from customer care after raising a compliant, they answered that your account is locked and please Create a new account and the reason they mentioned is reselling of products that i ordered, i am not going to accept this information. so i replied to that mail for justification..as the issue is continuing from the past week on wards.

      Dear Sir,
      I bought Nokia 6.1 Plus (White, 64 GB) mobile phone through FLIPKART & delivered on 8.11.2018 8:00 PM and once usage the mobile found that wifi is not functioning the same informed to Flipkart on 9.11.18 with return / replacement request. Instead on replacement, it was advised to check settings and call closed from FLIPKART end.Then observed mic problem on 28.11.18, same communicated to FLIPKART with return request. FLIPKART advised to approach near by authorized service center at nellore. Accordingly self handed over the device and the service center confirmed that the phone mic is having manufacturing defect and will be replaced within 7 days. But even after 15 days not getting any prior response from service center about the receipt and replacement of mic.

      Self escalated the issues to FLIPKART on 08.12.18 evening and quoted my 09.11.18 communication on replacement. FLIPKART confirmed that it will be resolved by 12.12.18 or replacement.

      Further self communicated to FLIPKART on 12.12.18 on the same for immediate replacement as no response.

      Requesting you to intervene the above issue & resolve it please and I need value for my money.

      Flipkart is not taking resolution in this issue. Last week one week they committed that within 24 & 48 hrs will be resolved. But no reply from their end. Please take up with flipkart to resolve this issue.

        I bought, bar codes embroidered fashion art silk saree (Beige) from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 1, 59, 999 on 16 nov 2018. Because of quality issue i didn't like the product and it was create to refund requst. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back my bar codes embroidered fashion art silk saree (Beige) next day. On 4 th dec 2018, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 6 to 7 business days"

        I waited till but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They always told me refund done, need to contact bank and bank reply not refund any amounyt, i m always call to flipkat but they always told me refund will be issues after 24 hours, its fake wards, i am loshing my confident, i am mentally harasing from flipkart, plz help me in this case

          I have received a defective tv (Fully broken monitor) from flipkart. When the installation guy came to install he found it is defective one and requested replacement. Flipkart accepted replacement and they have given a pickup date as 11th december 2018. Still nobody came to pickup the product

            Flipkart is just a name, there is nothing init. You guys are not worth to give any orders, you dont know how to give customer's service. I ordered my phone on 6th of dec and today is 12th dec and you are saying that there was not respond from my side, what is the proof. I have proof that there was no one at my office for the delievery and if not you should have call, why you guys take number then, if you dont call. Worst site to buy something and i would personally tell everyone not to buy things from flipkart, i would rate you guys in minus. Such a bad experience in this and you guys dont deserve, i have so many things in life rather then calling in customer care every morning and listening to crap, which is lie by them, yesterday i called in customer care, that guy in customer care told me that i am putting your request in priority and next day i am getting the message that your order is cancelled, like what you guys think that we are fools sitting here. I will strictly look into this, i will take actions.

            Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was undelivered. We have interacted with the customer and apologies for the same and informed customer we tried delivering the product however, due to multiple attempts product was not delivered and seller has completed the refund on 12th Dec and it has to reflect with in 20th Dec 18 as per standard banking procedure. Hence customer was unhappy with the services, informed customer to place a fresh order and get in touch with us so that we can follow up until product gets delivered. Hence customer agreed closing the case.

                This is a formal notice regarding below issue before filing case in consumer court.

                I had ordered redmi 6 pro mobile on flashsale by flipkart on 23th nov 2018. Complete payment of 12999 rs was made online through netbanking.
                On 25th nov i received a package phone glass completed damaged. I requested return as per the procedure on dec1. I received message stating that i will be contacted within 72 hours.
                I wasnt contacted via phone till 1th dec. On speaking with customer service executive he said email is been sent and they are awaiting revert. On reverting the email ;i received email from flipkart stating that there is unusual return history on my account hence they have blocked my account and rejected return request.
                I have sent an email asking for any orders that were returned previously from my account as this is not the case. Flipkart has not yet bothered to revert on same.
                I am unable to login to my account hence unable to chat with customer care.
                I have been trying to get through on toll free number [protected] for past 4 hours. To my surprise its been busy. This is most worst experience of flipkart. I have been harrassed enough for 5 days without proper customer service/resolution.

                I hereby give you 24 hours to contact me and resolve my query.

                  I have placed the order of sony earphone and my product is duplicated and used. I am complaining for the same since 7 th dec. And i am not getting proper resolution and i was always fooled by your representative, please take care of it asap. Representative didn't submitted my return application and they even didn't told me about the progress of my application, every time i contacted the person told me to wait for another 24 hours.

                    I have network issue and battery issues in my mobile.

                    I have attached the tech visit person video & photo. You all can simply see that he came with no measuring equipments for testing the mobile. He came took the photo of imei number and he got a phone call. He spoke in that after that he said i will update the status. I did not understand for what purpose he came.

                    When i spoke with the customers care team he updated like every thing is good in the phone customer is not satisfied. I informed to him he forwarded the call to exclusion department he leassoned everything and he disconnected the call with out giving any response.

                    This is the way flipkart is cheating the customers. To schedule the tech vist they took one month.

                    My humble request please do not by any mobile or anything thing from flipkart they are giving defective products and after that not responding to the customers.

                    I am facing with flipkart many times the same.

                    I have raised the complaint on 3rd september 2018. From then they are saying that they are raising for tech visit, no one is coming and i did not received any update as well finally when contact the customer care support they say simply tech visit is cancelled with reason customer is not available. (But they did not called me or nothing).

                    Like that for a month use to reschedule and they will not come. Finally they came for name sake on 2nd october 2018 and i not even seen the mobile condition.

                    Like this they took 60 days and finally they are asking to visit samsung service centre.

                    Not great mobile from samsung with respect to price.

                    Even after watching this video also there is no response from flipkart guys.

                    They have schedule tetch visit and tech visit person updates there is issue in the phone but finally flipkart called me and said they are not replacing it.
                    Flipkart and seller together playing dramas by selling faulty and duplicate products.

                    Please do not buy anything in flipkart

                      Flipkart is a scam. My order got returned stating that my address is wrong where as a product belonging to the same cart got delivered to my address without any hassle. I called flipkart customer care around 12:10 am of 12/12/2018 and i was connected with a female customer care executive "khadija". She gave me pointless reasons and said that they have done all that they could but they are lieing because they can easily call the courier service and tell them to give me my product for which i waited 5-6 days. I have the call recording with me and i am willing to share that recording if i am promised some action might be taken against flipkart.

                        I have been a flipkart customer for the last 4 years and now a flipkart plus customer. Yesterday i got a mail from flipkart citing that my account was blocked as my purchase trends shows that i have been reselling products bought from flipkart. This is totally false as majority of my order was delivered to my home address and are being used for my personal use. You can check my order history and delivered address. There might be one or two exceptions during big billion day sale as i had brought mi tv for my staff as he didn't have a flipkart account. Also for my last order i gave my friends address as i wont be available at home for 5 days as i was out of station for a business meeting. But the order got cancelled citing the above reason. Rest everything in my order history was delivered to my home and are being used by me or my family. I can assure you that i have not violated any rules and kindly ask flipkart to reactivate my account as i have been a loyal flipkart customer for the last 4 years and continue to be like that in future.

                          I have purchased IFB 6kg washing machine order ID OD[protected] from Flipkart on 8th Nov 18. As product was not delivered on promised date 20 Nov 18 hence which is modified to 23 Nov.18 as I raised complaint. however my product is not delivered by Flipkart, Flipkart representative told me seller not sent product hence suggested by customer care that 'customer should cancel order', but I refused to cancel. Finally Flipkart cancelled my order refund request generated without any my concern. I have taken it generously even after harrassment. As per policy my money would refund in 3 business days but money is not refunded to me yet. Hence I have called to Flipkart customer care, then got again new answer, that is ' courier company not delivered product hence it will return back to seller and then we ( filpkart) will refund money upto 4 TH Dec18 ' funny answer by Flipkart.
                          The money is not given for personal use of Flipkart.
                          I have called number of times n mailed number of times not getting any clear answer just confusing answers and robotic mails.
                          Till date 11dec18 money not refunded. Flipkart now given me bank reference number which is invalid as told by axis bank .

                            I dont know why but my product is getting misrouted again and again...and they dont even try to contact me...im ready to go to their nearest pickup centre which is within a km of my address but they are not willing to give that either...the customer service and logistics service sucks...see the delivery date and 11 december is almost over...flipkart sucks

                              Pls Frnd don't buy anything in Flipkart . They blocked my 2 accounts without any intimation how can they do that and now they r not even attending my response through calls, texts, e-mails . & That to u r sending fake products & i received it twice .                                 Ordered on 26th oct 18. It's been 55 days and i haven't received my product yet. I am highly disappointed with the support provided and fake promises. Flipkart didn't meet the delivery promise date for almost 2 months. Very unethical behaviour from the flipkart customer care as well. I have already made payment of rs.12349 as there was no option of cod. Now they are aren't delivering my product neighter they are providing refund.

                                  I had ordered a apple i phone 5s silver in year 2016 and flipkart delivered letv mobile costing 10000/- where as i paid 17500 rupees for i phone what actually i ordered. Payment was done online through credit card at the time of buying online on flipkart websit. However when i recieved a product i told to delivery boy to open the box but he denied that we are from courier company so you open or not open it will not be as important as we cant do anything.
                                  When i opened the box after receiving i was shocked when i found wrong product of letc mobile which cost was around 10000/- but billing details was for i-phone 5s silver when i called to flipkart customer care i was told by agent to allow us 24 hrs time to investigate the matter. It is now more than 2years but no resolution given by flipkart and when my lawyer sent the, m notice o[protected] they replied that flipkart is not responsible for any fraud as mobile was sold buy third party but my question is when flipkart is advertising the product and taking the payment of product how come they can deny to sort out the issue and how come they ran away like this.

                                  I called up 100 time to flipkart customer care number but always agent kept me on long hold and after that give me answer it will take 24hrs to resolve the issue.

                                  I have sent multiple e-mails too but no solution given by flipkart.

                                  I humbly request you to take strict action against this frad and cheating which done by the flipkart.

                                  Flikpkart should be punished for such fraud and cheating. flipkart has to pay the compensation against my money and mentally harassment. because of flipkart i mentalkly suffered and had to get financial loss aginst my mobile payment and i paid to lawyer for sneding notice and had to run here and there becvause of flipkart mistake and farud.,

                                    Todqy i got a call from [protected] and message whose screenshot attracted with this email. Person on call told me tha same that was written in message and asked me to deposit some money for registration in an flipkart account number. I easily evaluated him as a fraud and deny to deposit money. But problem is that, how that person got to know my order details infact every detail of my order. I have call recording for the same. Is flipkat sharing our data for such fraudulent activities? Want to know what really going on. Now is it safe for us to use flipkart.
