      Have a flipkart account but from last 4 5 months i am not able to login into my account and i am continuasouly getting emails calls about making payment of paylater account credit but i have not used paylater for any purchase on flipkart please help me with this issue.
      Please help me and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am suffering from this problem from 5 months and flipkart is continuously sending me this message s for the payment and my account is also blocked and i am not able to login in it please help me

        For last 10-11 months my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
        Then i used forgot button and then received code.
        Entered the code successfully.
        After that it was asking please set a new password.
        Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
        That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

            Why i have to suffer for a product where is not my fault at all.

            Don't try to force to me to highlight the issue to the concerned department.

            I need to get the product on or before today within 07:00 p. M. Or refund the amount within today within 07:00 p. M.

            There are two options which i have mentioned above.

              I have ordered kaspersky 3 year 1 user on 31th december 2018 by flipkart "pay later" and i paid the money later. While ordering it was mentioned that the product activation code will be sent to my registered mail id within 6hours. Today is 12th january 2019 till now i have not received the activation code. I contacted flipkart customer service about this issue but no use. Even today when i checked my orders it's showing delivery will be made by 31st december 2018. Very disappointed with the service.

I paid for both of them (rs. 596/-) and in the packet there was only one...when called up the delivery man he isn't picking up the phone... I don't know what is happening... After the return period is over i got a line in the tv and i called the flipkart for replacement but they are dening for the replacement and totally i got cheated and money is fully wasted...                     customer has raised the concern with regards to the defective product and customer has raised the concern post return policy as we have interacted with the customer and informed customer as there is 1 year of manufacturing warranty so get in touch with the brand but customer is not ready to listen, hence closing the complaint from our end.

                      I would like to know one thing. Flipkart have this “ guess what” in your game zone. As you get in, there is average highest score is mentioned. Its usually around 2170. Each question carries 200 marks along with time bonus. If all your entries are presumed right, you will score around 2000 points. Now to score the bonus points, you have to answer them as quick as possible. To score 2170, you will have to answer each question within 3 seconds so that you could get 17 bonus points. How on earth can anyone answer a question within 3 seconds, leave alone reading it?... Are you fooling people to use flipkart...

                        On 9th january 2019 i have ordered hp 678 combo pack multicolor ink cartridge from flipkart for ₹937 so i booked for ₹937- and paid full amount through credit card. On 10th january 2019, i got the message that my shipment is "item cancelled: sorry, 1 item (Hp 678 combo pack mult...) from your order od* has been cancelled due to limited stock availability with the seller. The amount you have paid for this item will be refunded. We will notify you via email and sms when the refund is processed. You can check details of the cancelled item here http://fkrt.it/********.
                        But on same day i called flipkart customer care that the shipment is still in the stock and seller is selling the same thing but at a different price & the product is out of stock now at the same price. So there i got a reply from customer care to reorder after my complaint is resolved and they cannot do anything as they do not have authority only senior staff can do it. At that time when i checked the flipkart the product was still in stock as the reason mentioned by them for cancelling is invalid. They now claim that the said product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available by the same seller and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price.
                        They cancelled my order saying that the product is not available inspite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me. It is to be clearly make out that flipkart and retailnet seller is making fools of their customers understanding the demand of the product. Also on the prepaid orders. I request you to take action for this fraud and provide me with the same thing which i have ordered for price ₹937/- as a compensation for my waste of time and money getting locked up for these days. Attaching the print screen of the flipkart with the same product as on stock. On the bottom you can see the date and time.

                            My order id is od[protected] i ordered kenneth cole monk strap shoes instead of the shoes i reveived a fake product and i want my refund back.. Flipkart has blocked my account without giving any prior information or warning. According to the flipkart policy i can return the product within 30 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product.
                            Even if there was any issue with my account rather than closing my return request they could have closed the orders from my account.

                              I made and order od[protected] and pais the money at time of ordering the item. Immediately after placing the order i asked them to change the delivery address. First then assured me that the item will get delivered at my new address but they did not changed the address. I was told to receive the order at old address and now when i asked them to deliver it at old address now they changed the delibery date to 15 jan 2019.
                              Their customer support is of no use as they don't have any info regarding the logistic and they are unable to track the order.
                              Why customers has to suffer for your bad functioning.

                                I want to pay our flipkart paylater amount ₹586 pending on november 2018 month, but when i click that link they show me try after sometime,
                                Because flipkart block my account for high cancellation issue,
                                But there is not my fault, i want to pay my due before due date but flipkart blocked my account,
                                Manytimes we send mail on flipkart for that issue and also call customer care executive but there is no one resolve that issue,
                                If flipkart doesnt solve this issue so why they send me sms daily for issuing legal notice,

                                I have 150 or more call records which i was tell them to give me an option to pay and all the mails from which i was replied them to give me an option to pay...

                                Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Earlier account was unblocked but customer did nit make the payment so that account has been blocked again and no longer customer can use the account Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                Flipkart was unable to provide me that when they was unblocked my account. I was received a call from Flipkart Customer Care stating that I will be informed via call/email when my account will unblocked but they was never called me and when I was asked for proof of when will they unblocked my account but they was saying that 'we don't have' so why did they was said that Account is Unblocked??

                                  I purchased vu iconium 109cm (43 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv and as the name suggests, it’s a 4k smart television.

                                  The issue i faced with the television is that the native youtube application on television does not support 4k videos so there’s no way to confirm if the said television is 4k or not.

                                  I played same video on my another television which is 4k but manufactured by tcl, supports 4k content on youtube and shows 4k option in the youtube application and i have an internet plan of 100 mbps and router too is of high model, so the idea that low internet speed is causing the issue is eliminated.

                                  I contacted vu support regarding this issue and i was told that the inbuilt youtube application or any other application inbuilt in the television does not support 4k and the only way i can view 4k content is through a pen-drive or connecting a 4k capable device via hdmi device like chromecast ultra or amazon fire stick 4k.

                                  The name itself is deceptive as
                                  Vu iconium 109cm (43 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv
                                  Indicates that the smart television is 4k when it really is a 4k television with smart features capabilities but it is not fully a fully smart television as the software does not utilise the hardware entirely.

                                  This is an example of deceptive marketing by vu and flipkart where customers are led to believe that the television bought by them is 4k and now for me to enjoy the 4k panel, which i have no way of confirming, i will have to invest approximately 5, 000-7, 000 rupees to purchase an amazon fire stick 4k or chromecast ultra which totally negates the idea of the television being called smart in the first place.

                                    I availed flipkart pay later service on december 2018 and the due date for payment was 10th January 2019. And iMade payment for Filpkart Pay Later on[protected] and amount is debited from my bank account but payment is not reflected in flipkart account. I contacted your customer care team two times and the response from their side is not satisfactory. I still recieving messages regarding my overdue amount. And very sad that my flipkart account got suspended. Please do the needfull.

                                      Maine 25 dec 2018 ko ek bluetooth headset purchase kiya tha yahan par aane ke bad wo piece damage nikla main 26 dec 2018 ko reurn ke liye process main dal diya aur 26 dec 2018 se lekar abhi tak na to mere pass se head phone nahi leke gaya aur jab bhi customer care par bat karta hun hamesha 24 hrs to 48 hrs ke bich call ayegi magar abhi tk call nahi ayi har 3 se 4 din bad call karta huna tabhi 24 hrs to 48hrs ka wait karo

                                        I have ordered kaspersky 1 year mobile security on 18th december 2018 by flipkart pay later. While ordering it was mentioned that the product activation code will be sent to my registered mail id within 24hours. Today is 11th january 2019 till now i have not received the activation code and flipkart was sending me mails daily regarding my payment dues (Which i had to pay before 10th december) from the 31st december to january 9th (Which i paid on 9th). I contacted flipkart customer service about this issue but no use. Even today when i checked my orders it's showing delivery will be made by 21st december 2018. Very disappointed with the service.
