1) lg oven: the seller promoted on the app that he will be providing starter kit along with the oven because of which i placed the order for this specific oven, unfortunately they did not provide the kit. After receiving the order i realised that this seller is fooling all the customers as there were many complaints raised by the other customers that they are not receiving the starter kit. I decided to talk to flipkart about this and i was offered a compensation of 500rs which is something i declined. All i asked them to do is ask the seller to send the starter kit hence i was promised by the last rep i spoke with that i will be getting the starter kit in few days. Since then i have not heard anything from flipkart. Really stunned with the way flipkart is operating its business they don't have any control on their sellers and customer service advisors.

2) bajaj 3l geyser: i placed the order for bajaj geyser and when i received the delivery i realised that its a different model than the one i had placed the order for. Although i received a wrong product i still decided to keep the geyser. Once the new geyser was installed it did not warm the water at all. I tried to place the request to return the geyser and get the refund however flipkart did not give me an option for refund hence i had to go for replacement of the product. Why is flipkart deciding which product i should be keeping don't i have the right to decide this myself. I am sure that the product that i received is duplicate and not original as branded product like these don't go faulty so soon. Why is flipkart quiet and not taking any action against such sellers who are fraud and don't know how to treat their customers. Flipkart is responsible for all the issues that any customer faces as all the products are sold on their name/app/website. Hence they should be careful and focussed towards customer service and not only minting money.

All is expect is the starter kit from flipkart like promised and want a refund for duplicate geyser that i have received.
Hope for a quick resolution before i take this further.

I have received a call reg that I have own a car on lucky draw.They were using using your brand name stating that I have to pay 15000rs in advance to get that car and that will be a one day offer.They were telling my address correctly.How my informations get misused like this???

    Harrowing experience with flipkart

    I had the most bitter experience in e-commerce when i bought a new phone from flipkart in exchange for my old iphone. The courier guy who came for pick up wanted me to hand over the old iphone with just the apple id signed out without erasing the phone, leaving the entire data at the mercy of the people handling the phone thereafter.

    I tried to communicate this to flipkart through their helpline and email option. But for a week nobody contacted me. When i called today on the helpline again they asked me to cancel the order.

    When i insisted on escalating the complaint, another person called me and i had to repeat everything to her again. Meanwhile, a mail has was sent by flipkart asking me to take snapshots of the phone and send it to them. Within 5 minutes of me doing so, they have rejected my phone and given me the option of buying the phone without the buy back option by paying the exchange amount.

    Interestingly, the person who came to pick up the phone was satisfied with the phone and had only a problem in me handing over the by erasing. Suddenly, my phone has become unsuitable for flipkart.

    This is the worst customer experience anybody can get from any service provider. Flipkart did not even have the courtesy of calling me throughout this episode till today, till i insisted to speak to someone.

    I am sure there would be vary many customers who have received poor customer service from flipkart. I am sharing this so that people are aware of the kind of service flipkart provides to the public

      I ordered gopro hero 7 black for 36000 and it send me jbl speaker which was only of 9000 approx i was really shocked when i got the box and i even made unboxing videos of it and placed many times return request from flipkart but always it cancelled.
      I am from poor background family and first time i placed so expensive order in my entire life i was really shocked.
      I contact flipkart customer support many times but they always pretended to resolve my issue but they never dead and not even doing.
      Please anyone help me to solve this issue as i am from poor family and it was too big sum of money which i spend to buy this camera but i was cheated if this issue will not will be solved then i would come on streets.

      I ordered this camera in December 2018 but it is 2 months and till now comapny hasn't provided replacement of this product but instead they have blocked my account saying that due to multiple returns it is so but I want to make them clear that really there was more than 15 returns of this product only which was always been cancelled by the seller and the last three replaced were approved also but two of them were cancelled automatically and one which came to my city was not replaced by flipkart courier executive who denied to replace this saying that camera picture was shown so he needs camera to replace but I applied replacement for different product reason. It is now more than 2 months and in this months I faced complete trouble in contacting always to company and appealing for replacement. After all that now company has bolcked my account and not hearing to me anymore. I have tried the way to reach company but none of them are listening after delivering different product. They are now being very rude to me now after when they assured me that they would replace the product. I have every audios recorded when I talked to company and when they assured that they would replace the product but they didn't did and also every videos and photos from the time when flipkart executive deliver me the wrong product to every moment even recorded opening of wrong product which was sent to me.       I am a Middle class poor man and I had great trust on Flipkart that is why I bought this camera by spending all my savings on it and if I would be knowing that a trusted site like flipkart will cheat me then I would rather prefer buying from market.
      I received this parcel a day after delivery date of product and I was called at other place by courier wishmaster if I wanted the Product. I got the product from him by paying COD and have attached its spy video in this mail. When I got the parcel then I thought of making its video as evidence because I had spent all my savings in it and I had seen some fraud to people on youtube.
      The parcel was taped from all sides with tape as you can see in video but in the parcel there was a speaker rather than camera which I had ordered, I was almost dead at that very moment and surprised that a trusted company like Flipkart can even cheat its customers. Till now I had placed more than 6 return request but that all are being cancelled by company and too the Seller RetailNet and I have contacted more than 15 times customer service but they always pretended that they will have concern but they never had pity on me as I am poor.
      Please have a little favor on me by approving the return or it would be better you kill me than cheating me.I have no other words to say because you will better understand if you will keep yourself at my place and if you would be a middle class person and cheated like me.

      It is more than 6 days that I ordered this product and till now I have placed more than 6 return request from Flipkart company of this product but every request is being cancelled by the company and I have contact more than 15 times in last 6 days to the company but they always pretend to resolve the issue but they never did I have a one reply to the emails but they haven't replied me back.
      I am a middle class man and I have to spend all my savings by taking loans from my friends on buying this camera for my professional work but I didn't thought even in dreams that Flipkart a trusted company wood cheat with me and I was fortunate enough that I made video of the opening box or the parcel which I received.
      I had to beg to customer support many times such that I have bought in the product for free and requesting to them to approve the request but everytime they have cancelled or rejected it.
      Please someone have pity on me as I am poor and I have to repay my loans which I took for buying this product but I have received one speaker which is not even of half price of the product which I wanted even it was not sealed looking second hand and cannot be used.
      I have even updated evidence of opening the box as a URL which I uploaded in Google drive for sending it as email it can be copied to URL box to see in consumer complaints and Flipkart also 2 days earlier butter no one is taking action till now.
      I am very disappointed now please someone help me

      MY ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED BY FLIPKART AND THE DIFFERNT PRODUCT WHICH WAS SENT TO ME IN PACKAGE OF FLIPKART IS NOT REPLACED YET.

        Got call from flipkart and they was claiming that he is the manager and saying you win lottery for 1200000 and before the processing need to pay 8000 and then after get again call saying need to pay 25000 gst tax,

        Not only this he is confidentially saying he is the manager post in flipkart.

        Note : how got disclosed my personal details from flipkart, even has details for purchase detils and address along with mobile number, this is very dangerous to trust on flipkart.

          I am maulik u suthar from bhavnagar, gujarat requesting your good self to be needful for the issue which i have been facing due to flipkart.

          Sir, during festive sale on flipkart during 5th december, 2018 to 8th december, 2018, i have ordered 1 mobile of brand honor 9n bearing oreder id :od[protected] dated 5th dec, 2018 being flipkart plus member. At time of placing order i was promised to deliver product on 7th december, 2018 but till date i have not received delivery of the same. I have attached screen shot of the same for your kind reference. Now they are blaming seller for entire issue.

          Sir, i have contacted their customer care representative on various dates they have not replied satisfactory. On communicating with them my order delivery schedule was extended as below

          1. Delivery date : 07/12/2018
          2. Revised date: 10/12/2018
          3. Revised date: 13/12/2018
          4. Revised date : 15/12/2018
          5. Revised date : 18/12/2018 (For issue resolve not delivery date)

          Sir, yesterday they asked me to cancel my order. I have recorded communication with there customer care representative as well their senior team leader.

          Sir, kindly look into matter and your kind co operation for the subject matter will be highly appreciated. Looking forward for your support.

          TILL DATE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. "SELLER (HEALTH AND HAPPINESS PVT LTD) IS FACING UNFORSEEN REASON " AS PER flipkart team.

          flipkart team has come out with new promise for query resolution on 19/12/2018 but mobile delivery date or shipping date is not not specified.

          its been 10days from actual date of delivery.

            Someone just called me from this number [protected] and tried to scam me by calling and telliing me that i have won flipkart tv show. I mean he even know my name, number and even knows what i have bought from flipkart. And he is speaking in bihari accent. Someone needs to dig into the matter and put them behind bars. My question is how and from where they find our details.

                Screen shows brand k8 plus & imei. No.

                  Sir, i had purchased a mobile handset vivo-11 from flipcart through online shopping. But flipcart given me faulty set. When i claimed about this faulty set to flipcart they asked me to contact vivo service center.
                  Vivo service center analyze my handset and informed me that this set is fully in bad condition. They detailed me that mother board / display adopter / charging panel / voice controller / network adapter all are faulty in this set. He also told me these are manufacturing problem and this set is rejected item. How can flipcart delivered this set to you. I had showed him all documents that we get with vivo handset, in that clearly mentioned that this set buy just before 15-20 day. Then he said yes i knew that for you this is new handset, but you're cheated by flipcart very badly.
                  Then i again approach to flipcart team. But they don't listen my voice. Flipcart customer care executive only gives me lame and false excuses.
                  Sir, kindly do needful to me. I am cheating by flipcart and they doing fully wrong thing with a customer like me.

                    I have placed an order furncity leatherette 3 seater sofa on 12thoct, committed to deliver by 2nd nov and it is not happened and given new date of 30th nov. It is not delivered and postponed to 8th dec and again given false commitment to deliver by 13th dec. Still the same again postponed to 15th dec. I am following up with 3 seater sofa but no proper response from the team it was postponed 4 times still no commitment with in the team.
                    I spoke to ashish yesterday as he is a manager sitting in rajasthan jaipur. He doesn't know the proper information working as senior department expecting some resolution from him. His level o[censored]nderstanding is very low and providing details like how junior provided. I am not at all happy with your customer service. I want this issue resolve asap with high priority.
                    Please let me know if you are not capable to provide the product. Please dont give false commitment to the customer. I am expecting resolution to be done by tomorrow

                          I have placed one order on flipkart, (Order id - od[protected]
                          But still i have not get the product, but showing the status is delivered, wrongly delivered to some other address instead of my address,

                          Then i don't see any option to place this complaint on flipkart, so i put return request, with the remarks "item wrongly delivered" i have got reply from flipkart return request is rejected,

                          Kindly help me on this issue, i need my money or my product

                            My account was unable to login when i am login it is saying that login unsuccessfull retry in a minute i had opened in desktop also.but is saying the same so please resolve my problem i am unable to order anything offers are left so many so please reopen my account i do not know why my account was unable to login i have tried so many times but no solution

                            interacted with the customer [protected] about the account block issue, informed the customer seller has found max no of cancellations and return from this account also they have considered you as a re-seller, due to that they have blocked this account and this will be remains blocked, then customer disconnected the call, hence case closed.

                              My flipkart account ([protected]@gmail.com) have a due of ₹486 which i was used to purchase a product from flipkart but on 19th october, 2018 they was blocked my account for some reason and the due date of that ₹486 amount is 10th november, 2018. So now, i was not able to pay my dues because they blocked my account before the due date and now they are calling me for payment of dues but they was nit giving mr the link of payment from which i can pay. When i was asked that unblock my account for some time then they was telling that we was unblocked your account for 24hours but actually they don'. If they was unblocked my account then they will have to inform me about the same then i am able to make payment. The amount of ₹586 (Order amount + late payment fee of ₹100) was still unpaid to them because they was not giving me an option to pay.

                              So it's a humble request sir that please look into this.
                              I want to pay because i was getting the message like 'please pay your dues to avoid possible legal action'... See i am a student and i was always be ready to pay but what should i do when if i will not getting any option for paying money.

                              No Steps was taken by Flipkart, they was tell me the same thing that 'your Account cannot be unfreeze now...I was asked for payment options but they was telling the same thing that account is freezed...

                                  I have purchased a motorola turbo wall charger having product ref no wall char/wu8367o/motorola hsn 85044030 at a total price of rs. 1390.00 vide flipkart invoice no. Fabp[protected] dated 13/07/2018. It was found defective after 4 (Four) months i. E whithin warranty period (Six months). I went to motorola service center at serampore, hooghly, west bengal and then to salt lake sector -1, kolkata, west bengal. Both of them denied to accept it (Though the material was not burnt out at all) and advised me to contact flipkart as i have purchased it online for repair/replacement. Please take immediate action and advice me accordingly

                                    I am nachiketa das from ahmapur, birbhum, west bengal, pin - 731201.
                                    I ordered a sandisk memory card with adapter at rs 788/- dated 5.12.18 which i received at 10.12.18 by poor pakgeing & memory card is damaged & adapter missing. Then take a step for product replacement... Resolution last date was 13th dec. We call ur flipkart agent they also take extra 24 hours to resolve this issue but it not solved till now... & also flipkat delivery concern team not contact me till now. They take it casually which is harrasing me.

                                    So, i faced too much harrasing moment from flipkart... I[censored]r company don't take a hard action about this issue as soon as possible... I have to f. I. R against ur company and also go to higher authority for this solution.
