I ordered a mobile phone from flipkart on 6th december. Its reached to my address's nearest hub (Sakinaka) on 8 december. But due to misroute (Same city misrouted) my parcel has been dispatched to mumbai sort facility. Even though that hub was nearest to my home. I guess they did know my exact address but they should have call me. Because the sakinaka hub is just 2km from my address.

    Sir from flipkart i have ordered sanhan 8 plug point led indicator extension board surge protector. And on their website it is given that the length of cord is 4.5 m. But i have received cord of length 2m only. On their website. I have made return request 5 times but all the times they have rejected my request i am trying to return it from last 15 days. When i made a call to flipkart they are saying that our concerned team will contact you but they are making me fool. I have given money for the product so i have right to accept correct product only. Sir you can also understand that the cord is this much small that it is not reaching to main power supply of my house and if it is not reaching then what i will do of that product. Sir please try to understand my feeling and take strict action againt flipkart or seller

    I want refund as soon as possible.

      I had ordered a samsung note 9 on 25th nov'18 and to my surprise i received a samsung galaxy j8 on 28th nov'18. I immediately contacted the vendor boy as well as talked to the flipkart customer care who asked to raise the replacement request and i did the same. The replacement request got rejected by seller saying there is no stock available. Again the customer care asked to raise return request on 1 dec'18. I raised the same which got rejected on 6th dec'18. I again raised return request on 6 dec'18, which has been rejected on 8th dec'18. Return period gets over on 8th dec'18. I'm stuck with a mobile of 16000 by paying an amount of rs 68000. How many times do i raise the return request and what about the money that i have paid...

The company is fooling the people by attracting the sell of the mobile phone and they are not taking any inerest in this matter i have complaint before but the company doesn't provided any solution of my order tracking.

          I had odered a marq led 43 inch led which belongs to flipkart company. I ordered it on 24 nov 2018 and the delivery date was 03 dec 2018. After waiting for 10 days i didn't recieve anything not a single call from flipkart. Now it is 8 dec and i didn't recieved my led tv. So i request you to please send my led as fast as you can. Flipkart is very disgusting shopping site. I am very much disappointed from it.

            Hi my name is raman reddy, i have ordered microsoft lumia 640xl mobile. But when the order was delivered the mobile had a problem with its battery and touch so asked for replacement the second phone was delivered but this phone was something else and was complete dead phone and not 640xl, it was (Verizon mobile) immediately called customer care and info about and asked for refund they said complaint is raised and resolve the issue in 24 hrs and you will receive your refund. But yet still dint receive my refund in total i am having 5 complaint raised and yet dint receive my refund in[protected], in[protected], in[protected], in[protected]. From past one month flip kart is playing around to return my money this is the worst service from filpkart, i am pissed up calling filpkart and i am going to spread this all over social networking and consumer courts sites and make sure no one receive this kind of worst and waste service. And till i get my money back daily i will post this on all sites. To be honest amazon is the best received my refund in two days of complaint without a second call. If filpkart can't provided service to they customer it's better to shut down they site and company

              I bought my poco f1 (Armoured) from flipkart on 02.12.2018. From the very first day my phone's front camera faced flickering issue especially when you were on a video call. A technician visited me today and assured me of replacement. I visited my order's page only to find out that it has been rejected because apparently the issue has been resolved. But trust me, it is still there. I feel harassed and cheated. Never buying anything from flipkart. Extremely disappointed.

              There was another technician that visited me and the process has yet another repeated itself resulting in rejection of my replacement request. Flipkart is losing a loyal customer. I have a train to catch on 12th December 2018 and my last date for return policy is 12th December. I am so furious with their service. I have placed another request. I will not leave this issue until I get my product replaced.

                  I have received a mail from flipkart ([protected]@flipkart.com) and the
                  Subject of the mail being "update / your return request against your my
                  - od[protected] / feedback requested" and when i went to the link
                  Provided in the mail it took me to my flipkart account where i was shocked
                  And astonished to see "replacement (Return id:[protected]) - rejected"

                  "we're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request. Reason :
                  The issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will
                  Be no replacement or refund. Please refer to flipkart return policy?

                  Firstly there has been no communication between the seller and me.

                  Secondly flipkart is being absolutely irresponsible by not even verifying
                  Whether there has been any communication between me and the seller or not.

                  Thirdly you market your website by saying that you? Ll provide free and easy
                  Returns.

                  Fourthly you? Ll boast of 100% buyer protection

                  I don’t see any of the above that you have complied with. I have spent my
                  Hard earned money to buy this tablet and the very second day after
                  Receiving the product i have informed you that i don’t want this product
                  Longer, due to i purchase it from out site –due to i not received item on
                  Committed date by you guys |and second reason is this product specification
                  Not fulfil my requirement |

                  You are duty bound to give me a replacement but in stead of doing so i am
                  Being mentally tortured and harassed by you.

                  My valuable time doing all this communication with you.

                  I need a refund/replacement, or i will be forced to approach the
                  Legal system and will also approach the newspapers and tell them my story.
                  I will not spare flipkart as i am really being stressed, strained and
                  Hassled by flipkart!

                    I have already raised a complaint that my account has been hacked. Now i recover my account just to see that i have to pay 5400 in my flipkart pay later account. I have been complaining from month n half and there is no response. They have responded once somebody had used the account and had to pay the money. They give back my account and ask me to the money that should be paid while i didn’t use the account. This is not how they treat their customer.

                      My order id is od[protected]. I placed a order for mobile through flipkart and made a advance payment.. After one day seller cancelled the order without asking anything.. Callee flipkart customer service and they asked me to place a new order. They do not have any reason why seller has cancelled my order. I placed a new order and called flipkart customer service again to make sure that this time i get me order. They said order is approved by seller and confirmed but we can not gurantee that you will get the phone.. Seller sometime cancels the order.. I have never seen such a poor customer service and online shopping website in my life

                        I have ordered some products from flipkart in bona-fide. I am facing the issue of cancellation of order from the seller. And the reason given by the seller is limited stock, if there is limited stock then it should be notified as out of stock. After ordering and after few days the seller is cancelling the order.

                            This was the massage/email i got from them and after 5 min they cancelled my order without my permission.

                            That means i don't have control over my account and they cancelling that.

                              I ordered a product with order id od[protected]. The product was ordered on 29th november on cash on delivery basis. The order was successfully placed and i was to recieve the parcel by 11th of december. However, on 6th december i received a mesaage reading that my order has been cancelled by the seller due to non availability of the product. If the seller had ran out of stock then he must must have not acceptd the order. My order should not have been successful and also it must have been shown out of stock. Hence, i require the same product at the same price. And no such instances to be repeated in future. Also i was willing to pay 65 rs as delivery charges. Now i donot wish to pay the same as i have been aggrieved.

                                I have purchased phone on 14th Nov, facing battery issue and complained within 10 days to replace the same . They temporarily solved it asking to do troubleshoot and all . Again after 5 to 6 days I am facing issue. Mobile is not getting charged. And battery issue .
                                I formed to customer care, they are asking to go service center and denied for replacement. After buying a mobile I am complaining repeatedly within a month, still no action from Flipkart end . Such a bad service, we should stop buying costly things from Flipkart

                                  I purchased sd card from you which was not working, and you not replaced it, told me to contact sandisk to check the originality of the card, as i provided details to sandisk team, they confirmed that the card is not original, so please arrange to refund my amount or provide original card.
                                  Reffer images i attached, also they confirmed that always original sandisk will have adaptor with packaging, which was not there, it is confirmed that seller selling fake items through flipkart, please find attached images for refference, i am want my money back, if you selling duplicate items like this you will loose all customers.

                                    I order motorola one power which was delivered on 28th of november and i requested replacement on 3rd since it has been 2 more times i have requested replacement and got cancelled,
                                    Flipkart is denying my replacement request and has cancelled my request 2 times but it is in the policy that if i am not satisfied with the product then i can send it back and get the refund but they are not giving my refund either please help me i have spent 15, 999 of my savings.

                                      My problem is still not solved. Flipkart is not providing refund of the defective data cable provided with the redmi note 5 pro package. I want refund against my order please help me, to get refund as soon as possible.
