I have already registered a complaint here to enquire about the issue of continuous supplying of wrong product and there by wasting my money and time. Anyhow I got a call from the concerned team but, they are saying not to return the item which I got and to give back my money back. But the item which I received is simply of no value and even that watch is not having a guarantee card or even a slip to recognise the particular brand of the item. So they are forcing me to take a no valuable item in return of my loss. This is not fair as they have fooled me twice with wrong product and making me to get stuck with a useless item

    The so called ecom express is not a good authorized delivery service for flipkart in delivering parcel in imphal area.They have unpacked the parcel before delivering and this act of theirs is not a civilised one. I have lost trust in ordering from flipkart if Ecom express is the authorized delivery service in manipur imphal area. Please chance the courier service or the fear of being theive is high regarding ordering an item from flipkart.And the reviews given on the website for ecom express is too awful and many unhappy customer have drop many unhappy reviews for them.

        My account has been hacked by somebody, changing my email id, phone number ect and placed orders also, when reported to flipkart thay are not taking necessary action to block the account. Have been following up them for about 4 days now.

        And the email/phone numbers are not changes till now, allowing them to do further damage to the account. I had 1500~ in my wallet and left with 36/- now.

        Flipkart is responsible for their lethargic action.

        Till now no solid action taken place.

        You Flipkart bad on you for your worst service. I would rather prefer amazon for their security and good customer care.

        Got a call from Flipkart support and asked me to wait for another 48 hrs.

        I have been asked several times like this for more 6 days now...

        You ppl never respond to emails and support calls as well.

        Waste Flipkart...
        Please return my money back

          I have purchased american touristor bag from flipkart on 29th october 18. The quality of the bag was very poor & it's one wheel broken. I requested a return as per return policy of flipkart. But after so many requests every time i got a message that your product will be picked up & on next day i got message your request is cancelled. They don't even have a mail id for sending complaints. Only chat option is there & i have messaged them so many times but nothing has been done. I am so disappointed that a professional company like flipkart is behaving like this with their customer.

Interacted with customer regarding the same issue, where as courier service provider picked up the product and the refund was done by the seller. Customer also confirmed that refund is received. hence closing the case from our end.

            Mene flip card se date 15.12.2018 ko nokia 6.1 plus mobile kharida hai. Aab me exchange karna chahta hu exchange ishka ime number dalta hu to invalid ime number bata raha hai. Ishke liye mene flip card me complai kiya huva hai vaha se bataya gaya ki 20 dec tak problem sol ho jayega lekin abi tak mere problem ka soliusan nahi huva hai mene customer care me bat kiya to bta rahe hai ki ye exchange nahi hoga to ye mera problem nahi hai ye flip catd ka problem hai ki selar aksep nahi karega. Mene selar se nahi kharida hai mene flip card se phone kharida hai to flip card se hi ishka soliusan luga. Ishka soliusan kush nahi hai to mere paise muje vapish kijiye me aapka phone lotadunga. Jaldi ishka soliusan dijiye.

It is a valid IMEI showing as invalid. The offer is till 29th December please help me.

                    I purchased the above said mobile on[protected] and was delivered on[protected]. When i opened the box mobile was not working and now it is not powering on also sometimes. I reported the issue to flip kart on the same day and asked for refund but till now there is no solution. They are telling every day that our technical person will come and check the issue after that we will process this case bt till now no one reverted and technician gives wrong update that customer is not available. Please help me in getting the refund

                          First i ordered a jacket (Od[protected] from flipkart it was damaged. So i put a return request so my pickup were supposed to done on 19th dec but now its been more than 8 days they did not do anything. Apart from this they portrayed me as a liar when i called them and they said i cancelled request when they tried to contact me, obviously they didn't contact me even once. And my another order which i was placed on 20th dec it was a reebok shoes (Od[protected] they promised to deliver it by 22nd and so obvious they failed again. And when i tried to contact them each and every customer care executive gave me different explanation. They said i rejected that order when wishmaster called me but its all rubbish they always make you liar to hide their faults. After so many chats they assured me to get call (Some ivm call) from their senior within 48 hrs but i got call after 2 days and he then said i could not get those shoes. So basically their customer care executives were giving me fake hopes by telling lies. I must say that flipkart is harassing their customers, i badly needed those shoes but due to their worst services and policies i could not get them. They do not even have proper compensation policy. I am still waiting for my refund and they are still giving me false information.

                              I recently purchased phone from flipkart and in exchange an old phone was given. Now instead of exchange it shows as money given to delivery guy which is not correct. I submitted many complaints via flipkart app but they do not respond in efficient manner instead they send fake messages that customer is not responding. I am still waiting for flipkart to give me a resolution but despite multiple attempt I failed to get the desired info from flipkart about my old returned phone. The status still shows as money given though I gave phone and not cash to the delivery guy.

                                I have placed an order and have raised a return request which was within the return period mentioned by flipkart. However the product wasn't picked up and the return had been cancelled 4 times so far. Every time I call their call center they admit that it was their mistake and say that the product would be picked up and refunded would be processed after the product is picked up. I spoke to their supervisors and they aren't able to help. I also remember speaking to Abhishek Singh their senior supervisor on 25th December 2018 approximately at around 7:30 PM IST.                                     Somebody called my father as representative of State Bank of India and asked the Debit Card Number and the CVV. My father provided him the same then he did some transactions of Flipkart. Then my father received 4 messages back to back saying that you have used your debit card to buy something on POS Fkpayments and here is the transaction number. The transactions have been done today that is 25/12/2018 and one of the transaction number is # PU[protected]. The amount in this transaction is INR26218. There have been four such transactions. Kindly block these transactions as soon as possible.

                                      Flipkart Plus coin's [Incident: IN[protected]]

                                      Flipkart play and win - 10 plus coins are not credited yet.they promised me the plus coins are credited on or before 17 th December but not received after they escalate the issue and promise it will be credited before[protected] but not received till now

                                      Please help me to receive the 10 coins

                                      We do not have contact details to interacted with the customer about the concern. Hence not contacted the cusotmer.
