I have purchased a motorola turbo wall charger having product ref no wall char/wu8367o/motorola hsn 85044030 at a total price of rs. 1390.00 vide flipkart invoice no. Fabp[protected] dated 13/07/2018. It was found defective after 4 (Four) months i. E whithin warranty period (Six months). I went to motorola service center at serampore, hooghly, west bengal and then to salt lake sector -1, kolkata, west bengal. Both of them denied to accept it (Though the material was not burnt out at all) and advised me to contact flipkart as i have purchased it online for repair/replacement. Please take immediate action and advice me accordingly

    I am nachiketa das from ahmapur, birbhum, west bengal, pin - 731201.
    I ordered a sandisk memory card with adapter at rs 788/- dated 5.12.18 which i received at 10.12.18 by poor pakgeing & memory card is damaged & adapter missing. Then take a step for product replacement... Resolution last date was 13th dec. We call ur flipkart agent they also take extra 24 hours to resolve this issue but it not solved till now... & also flipkat delivery concern team not contact me till now. They take it casually which is harrasing me.

    So, i faced too much harrasing moment from flipkart... I[censored]r company don't take a hard action about this issue as soon as possible... I have to f. I. R against ur company and also go to higher authority for this solution.

          Hi team,

          I have a flipkart coupon which is not working when i am using it from flipkart app/ web application.

          So regarding this i contacted flipkart, but i have not got any help from them. That coupon is worth of rs. 1000. Inst-ed helping they directed me to contact bank (Who gave me the coupon).

          Actually i got this coupon from my bank (Icici) from reward points redemption.

          As per flipkart i contacted my bank also, but they are also not able to help me because they got the information from flipkart as the provided voucher and pin are valid. The same i got from my bank.

          And when i try the same pin and voucher whcih are there in voucher card, those are not working.

          So now from both sides i am helpless.

                Delayed delivery of order id is od[protected]
                Which was to be delivered by 10/12/18 7-10 pm.
                I was not updated regarding the delivery of the same.

                On contacting the customer care they said order is shipped and delivery is delayed.
                I would like to question the lethargic attitude of flipkart and the seller vision star regarding the important order.

                On further questioning the customer care executive apologised me for the delay. He again gave me a date of 13th dec. Then after he again gave me a another date of 18th dec, for resolve my problem.
                I would like to question that who will compensate for my loss of so many days.

                There is no reason provided for the delay of one week.
                Such kind of pathetic customer service is not expected from an esteemed organisation like flipkart.

                    I had bought nokia 5.1 plus from flipkart, and last return date was 10th december, the phone was not getting charged, i had placed a return request on 10th december2018, my datacable had issue donot know what happened i was told that the concern team will call me but its been mre than 3 days no cal from flipkart and the return request have been cancelled.

                        I had purchased micromax led and voltage stabiliser (V-guard) through flipkart on 10 november 2018 on payment through debit card and the same was delivered on 16/18 november 2018. Led has also been installed.

                        At the time of booking additional payment was made for two years extended warranty. No document had been provided for extended warranty till now.

                        On checking up with micromax, i was informed that they had stopped extended warranty on this type of led.

                        Since micromax ltd. Has not agreed for extended warranty, additional amount paid by me, at the time of booking, may be refunded.

                          I ordered a mobile from flipkart last saturday with exchange option and have to shipped in 2days. So based on the expected delivery date mentioned i did factory reset to my current mobile and kept ready for exchange. But it has been 7days now and they are saying "misroute (Same city misrouted)" and to wait for another 2 business days or 24 hours. Even after 2 days the shipment was on the same status and they are saying to wait for 2 more business days or 24 hours

                          Now it's more than 3 days already and still no proper response from them. They informed me to check with the ekart logistics and they are not ready to provide the contact number of the local ekart where the package is right now.

                            I placed a mobile handset order on 6th dec, 2018, with a buyback of lenovo ki plus, but in the app after adding to cart it automatically changed the brand name and became oppo a71, flipkart also accepted the same issue, the estimated delivery date was 8th dec, then they extended till 12th, and they further extended till 15th and now they are telling by 18th, it's very disappointing, i have called flipkart around 50 times in the past 8 days, innumerous emails and messages, but they are still resolving the issue and repeatedly telling the same thing, as this is a technical bug, because the amount and imei is matching only the brand name is different, flipkart can easily revolve this issue by co-ordinating with the logistics team/wish master, wish master came to me 4 times and returned without pick up, stating that the brand name is not matching.
                            I want an immediate resolution of my issue.

                              I ordered redmi note 6 pro on 23 of nov. And get the delivery on 26 of nov when i open the flipkart box there is only some bubble wrap i complaint against this to customer care they told me that "you will get resolution by 9 dec. And they are passing the time continue. Every time i contact them they are giving me a next date. While i have also face the return rejection many times.

                                Flipkart is thief, they have misplaced my watch and assured me that they will give me refund. All executive, directors ceo are thieves. They are sitting to make us fool. No action has been taken against my missing item. After 20 days wait they have denied to refund. They only say they will revert but they only commit at the end they will deny the fact. Do not purchase anything from flipkart

                                    I have ordered a mobile on sale and made payment. Order approved and shipped and then cancelled by seller. On complaining flipkart just blocked my account saying that as per my order history i have purchased it for resell. I replied that all order are with me and my family members and can be physically verified and also to activate account. But same copy paste mail was resent from flipkart.
