Sir/madam
I am guddu kumar i booked the vu premium smart 109cm (43 inch) full hd led smart tv and cancelled this product but amount has not credit my amount
23999.
. I contact to flipkart customer care he tole me your amount is credit 24 hrs but not credit my amount now.
Login my flipkart id show the always message unsuccessful login i thing flipkart blocked my id.
Please help me and refund my amount i shared my account details all in flipkart.

Flipkart Team contact me name karthik and he told me your amount will be credited 72 hours .flipkart reprsentive have taken time 72 hours but nothing happend right now i checked my account amount has not credited this time many times contact to the flipkart and always told wait for 24 to 48 hours call the technical team slove your problem but no body call me.
Please help me what to do .please refund my amount fast .flipkart policy is not good and also promised the customer totally wrong information.

    The above printer was received by us on 3rd nov., 18. We installed it and started working. The printer stopped working since yesterday. The 16.12.18. The on-off button continuously blinks when the printer is started. It doesn't accept any command. It looks like it is 'hanged' in computer terminology.
    We are not able to print or scan or copy from this printer.

      Being a valuable flipkart plus member, flipkart blocked my account suddenly without any notice, one of my product lg g7+ thinq 128gb mobile phone return is in process, not received the accesories yet. Now suddenly i was checking i was unable to access my account then i put up this issue with escalation team, they sent a mail on 24th november like -
      "we're sorry to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our token of apologies policy. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account. We are concerned and would like to understand the issues you are facing in a better way. Please reply to this email and we'll get back to you with an update."
      Unable to use my flipkart account, neither able to see my buyback offer details came with the product i have mentioned above.

        Dear team,
        I purchased ipro power bank 20800 mah on 24th nov and product got delivered on 26th nov in flipkart offer for rs.1199. No issues with packing or delivery. The issue is am using redmi note 4 which as 4000 mah. I should be charging my phone 5 times atleast in full charge of the power bank. But i am getting full charge of phone only 2 times now which is not good. My order number is od[protected]. Need refund or exchange with new product which is best and works perfectly fine. Please let me know if you can resolve this issue asap.

            Hi, i tried ordering airpods by apple through flipkart in a sale during 6-8th december 2018. The order was getting canceled from seller's end claiming out of stock. My friend from his account placed the same order after mine got canceled to the same address and to my surprise his order got shipped. I tried placing my order again and it was canceled again and finally i tried the third time, and still, it was canceled. All the orders were placed through my debit card and almost rs. 31000 got stuck for a refund. On raising the issue to flipkart they responded they are looking into it and then i got a message that technical team will respond to it.

            This was the response -

            Hello,
            We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been canceled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

            This is very sad that with no grounds how can you blame someone of such a misuse. I am a very genuine buyer and all the products that i have purchased are for me and my family. If they feel orders are going in bulk they should implement a limit of one per user per item instead of blaming them as resellers.

            I have just one contact number and one gmail id that i use for e-commerce sites. I want them to unblock my account and let me enjoy my online shopping experience.

              I ordered and paid for arrow sport regular fit brown trousers on 1st of december, 2018. It reached to destination hub for delivery on 4thof december, 2018. Instead of delivering the product the dedicated courier partner of flipkart kept on calling but never delivered. It delivered three goods along with it but the above mentioned product was undelivered and cancely without my consent. I called flipkart customer care, they say that "seller has cancelled it, and flipkart is just a mediator."

              I asked for my complaint number and they fetched me with the number and email as ""help us with your feedback - in[protected]".

              Flipkart keeps your money for 15 days, keeps you annoying with calls for 15 days and later cancells your product with the buyer's consent.
              I will complain about it everywhere for this.

              Pathetic and worst service, pathetic responsibility/accountability. It is a brand with no self respect and image, infact it is is just a broker of the sellers registered under it.

              Sorry, i bought goods from you.

              There is nothing to revert, they are unfair in their process. And they want to follow the process of their's.

              They have problems with their delivery partner and they are inefficient to rectify their problem and means.

              Seriously you have pathetic customer service and orientation. You are just a broker of your seller's and you are just intrested in your brokerage. You believe in hell with customer safeguard and intrest's.

              Customer raised a complaint stating that the order placed was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and and informed that order was cancelled by logistics service provider. Asked customer to place a fresh order and the seller will provide the price difference but customer declined. Also, the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed 15 December, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                My name is vishva and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Flipkart is continuously harassing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs2095. Wheres i try to open my account for last one month which had been blocked by flipkart. Screenshot submitted. Is giving reason youve purchased are for reselling, who buy two or three items and resell i tell them clearly to my reason for use, i ordered bms lifestyle paddu pan 3 quantity because i have a big joint family morning school going kids in my house, school bus come early morning time saving and fast cooking i have a 4 burner gas stove that reason i ordered 3 quantity, not for reselling. I contact customer support team is raise my issue after customer team calling is telling we cannot do anything, because your account under review. I contact many times to customer care but no use. Now tell me without opening the account, and not giving any link or option how i can pay my pay later bill.

                    I have orderd a womens maniac full sleeve solid grey sweatshirt of xl size on monday, 10th dec'18 and today i. E.16 dec'18, i received this order... Instead of this order i received an oversized sleevess grey coloured mens sweatshirt... And the meassage of delivered not yet received in my phone... So i don't have any other options of exchange/refund/cancellation... Only have option of cancel item and there wil be no refund... Flipkart is a fraud company... M uploaing an order id of this product - order id-od[protected] and amounting rs.599. No flipkart customer care is helpfull... Just # to flipkart... Such a # company flipkart is... I insist everyone not to buy anything from flipkart... And flipkart used to sell duplicate products and the quality also sucks... Pzz don't trust on flipkart... I'm gonna complaint in consumer forum and also gonna viral this in social media... Can't do anything rather than complaining... So, this is the best platform to share fraud activities

                      This is vishal kumar singh a flipkart customer since 4-5years i order each and every product which are essential for me and my family from flipkart only if you can’t trust me you can check in my orders

                      I have so many orders and i am one of the flipkart happiest customer but in recent times my account has been blocked and the reason got from flipkart side is that due to high number of returns my account have been blocked

                      But i want to clarify that the orders i have returned are damaged or somewhat dissatisfying so i have returned the product and if it is the problem from my side i apologise you and from now i will order the product after giving a look on product reviews and i promise you if i return/cancel any box my order you can block my account permanently,

                        Is customer valuable for flipkart? I think big no.
                        I have ordered metronaut watch on 10/dec/2018 and promised delivery date was 13/dec/2018. Today is 16/dec/2018 but still didn't get my watch.

                        I have called your executive on 15/dec/2018 he was saying that order has been delivered into another city so it will be delivered by 16/dec/2018. I said no issue if on 16/dec/2018 at least i can get this order. Today on 16/dec/2018 just for confirmation i have again called your customer care desk, not they are saying order won't be delivered today, you have to cancel the order.
                        Then i asked your customer care executive, why would i cancel my order? Then she said you have entered wrong pin code might be because of that it didn't get delivered. This is the logistics issue, not flipkart. Now i had asked her that we are ordering from flipkart not from logistics team directly. This is not our problem that the logistics team is not able to deliver. Then her final comment was we cannot do anything now, you have to cancel and reorder again.
                        Now, what's the guarantee that this time you so called logistics department will deliver my order to the right place? This time again i would have the same address.

                        My biggest problem is that there is no communication about order delivery. Even on the flipkart website, it is showing that order will be delivered by 16/dec/2018.

                        It's not the first time i am facing this issue, you can check my order history.

                        My question is that why only flipkart have this kind of delivery issues? For flipkart only pin code is not correct, the logistics department is always right only customers are wrong. Jabong, paytm and myntra are able to delivery my orders on time at my doorstep without any pin code issue even the address are same in all portal.

                        I will publish the same concern on social media platform with high disappointments. Highly disappointed with flipkart.

                          Broad daylight fraud is going on behalf of flipkart, kindly read all details and take action against them.

                          My details has been stolen by flipkart people and shared with fraud gang.

                          I had purchase some item on flipkart, after delivered the item, i got call from on number ([protected]) saying you won the lottery from flipkart and he was started sharing some fake document which is you will find in attachment.

                          And he was saying you need to transfer 8k first, my parents the had transfer the money and after again he got another call calming the he is calling from rbi need to pay gst, again parent paid 40k, after that i come to know this incident is happen so i try to call back again ([protected]) this number asking for back the money, fraud people said we are not going to give you money, then i started tracking the mobile number i got this number is from bihar only.

                            This is 4th time you're holding the product. If my product not delivered within 18th of dec. I'll definitely go-to consumer forum i'll make complaint on flipkart and vision star as defficiancy in service as per consumer protection act.

                              Hello flipkart!! This is writing with very warm and dissatisfied heart that i didn't like ur resolution on my recent purchase puma full sleeves.
                              Flipkart has blocked my account saying that u have unusual return on ur purchase history... But the fact that flipkart wishmaster has picked my product without giving proof of picked up... And when i complaint about this on flipkart customer care they call me 4 to 5 times and give me dates of resolution. And now they have blocked my account unnecessarily saying i have made unnecessarily return request

                                I ordered redmi note 6 pro order id od[protected] on 8th december the product was supposed to be delivered by 14th december but it got delayed and still not shipped. Also when i check flipkart the product is available now but with a higher price.
                                They are not even shipping my product despite its availability. Please help as i want it as soon as possible

                                    1) lg oven: the seller promoted on the app that he will be providing starter kit along with the oven because of which i placed the order for this specific oven, unfortunately they did not provide the kit. After receiving the order i realised that this seller is fooling all the customers as there were many complaints raised by the other customers that they are not receiving the starter kit. I decided to talk to flipkart about this and i was offered a compensation of 500rs which is something i declined. All i asked them to do is ask the seller to send the starter kit hence i was promised by the last rep i spoke with that i will be getting the starter kit in few days. Since then i have not heard anything from flipkart. Really stunned with the way flipkart is operating its business they don't have any control on their sellers and customer service advisors.

                                    2) bajaj 3l geyser: i placed the order for bajaj geyser and when i received the delivery i realised that its a different model than the one i had placed the order for. Although i received a wrong product i still decided to keep the geyser. Once the new geyser was installed it did not warm the water at all. I tried to place the request to return the geyser and get the refund however flipkart did not give me an option for refund hence i had to go for replacement of the product. Why is flipkart deciding which product i should be keeping don't i have the right to decide this myself. I am sure that the product that i received is duplicate and not original as branded product like these don't go faulty so soon. Why is flipkart quiet and not taking any action against such sellers who are fraud and don't know how to treat their customers. Flipkart is responsible for all the issues that any customer faces as all the products are sold on their name/app/website. Hence they should be careful and focussed towards customer service and not only minting money.

                                    All is expect is the starter kit from flipkart like promised and want a refund for duplicate geyser that i have received.
                                    Hope for a quick resolution before i take this further.

                                      Harrowing experience with flipkart

                                      I had the most bitter experience in e-commerce when i bought a new phone from flipkart in exchange for my old iphone. The courier guy who came for pick up wanted me to hand over the old iphone with just the apple id signed out without erasing the phone, leaving the entire data at the mercy of the people handling the phone thereafter.

                                      I tried to communicate this to flipkart through their helpline and email option. But for a week nobody contacted me. When i called today on the helpline again they asked me to cancel the order.

                                      When i insisted on escalating the complaint, another person called me and i had to repeat everything to her again. Meanwhile, a mail has was sent by flipkart asking me to take snapshots of the phone and send it to them. Within 5 minutes of me doing so, they have rejected my phone and given me the option of buying the phone without the buy back option by paying the exchange amount.

                                      Interestingly, the person who came to pick up the phone was satisfied with the phone and had only a problem in me handing over the by erasing. Suddenly, my phone has become unsuitable for flipkart.

                                      This is the worst customer experience anybody can get from any service provider. Flipkart did not even have the courtesy of calling me throughout this episode till today, till i insisted to speak to someone.

                                      I am sure there would be vary many customers who have received poor customer service from flipkart. I am sharing this so that people are aware of the kind of service flipkart provides to the public

                                        I ordered gopro hero 7 black for 36000 and it send me jbl speaker which was only of 9000 approx i was really shocked when i got the box and i even made unboxing videos of it and placed many times return request from flipkart but always it cancelled.
                                        I am from poor background family and first time i placed so expensive order in my entire life i was really shocked.
                                        I contact flipkart customer support many times but they always pretended to resolve my issue but they never dead and not even doing.

                                        I ordered this camera in December 2018 but it is 2 months and till now comapny hasn't provided replacement of this product but instead they have blocked my account saying that due to multiple returns it is so but I want to make them clear that really there was more than 15 returns of this product only which was always been cancelled by the seller and the last three replaced were approved also but two of them were cancelled automatically and one which came to my city was not replaced by flipkart courier executive who denied to replace this saying that camera picture was shown so he needs camera to replace but I applied replacement for different product reason. It is now more than 2 months and in this months I faced complete trouble in contacting always to company and appealing for replacement. After all that now company has bolcked my account and not hearing to me anymore. I have tried the way to reach company but none of them are listening after delivering different product. They are now being very rude to me now after when they assured me that they would replace the product. I have every audios recorded when I talked to company and when they assured that they would replace the product but they didn't did and also every videos and photos from the time when flipkart executive deliver me the wrong product to every moment even recorded opening of wrong product which was sent to me.                                         I am a Middle class poor man and I had great trust on Flipkart that is why I bought this camera by spending all my savings on it and if I would be knowing that a trusted site like flipkart will cheat me then I would rather prefer buying from market.
                                        I received this parcel a day after delivery date of product and I was called at other place by courier wishmaster if I wanted the Product. I got the product from him by paying COD and have attached its spy video in this mail. When I got the parcel then I thought of making its video as evidence because I had spent all my savings in it and I had seen some fraud to people on youtube.
                                        The parcel was taped from all sides with tape as you can see in video but in the parcel there was a speaker rather than camera which I had ordered, I was almost dead at that very moment and surprised that a trusted company like Flipkart can even cheat its customers. Till now I had placed more than 6 return request but that all are being cancelled by company and too the Seller RetailNet and I have contacted more than 15 times customer service but they always pretended that they will have concern but they never had pity on me as I am poor.
                                        Please have a little favor on me by approving the return or it would be better you kill me than cheating me.I have no other words to say because you will better understand if you will keep yourself at my place and if you would be a middle class person and cheated like me.

                                        It is more than 6 days that I ordered this product and till now I have placed more than 6 return request from Flipkart company of this product but every request is being cancelled by the company and I have contact more than 15 times in last 6 days to the company but they always pretend to resolve the issue but they never did I have a one reply to the emails but they haven't replied me back.
                                        I am a middle class man and I have to spend all my savings by taking loans from my friends on buying this camera for my professional work but I didn't thought even in dreams that Flipkart a trusted company wood cheat with me and I was fortunate enough that I made video of the opening box or the parcel which I received.
                                        I had to beg to customer support many times such that I have bought in the product for free and requesting to them to approve the request but everytime they have cancelled or rejected it.
                                        Please someone have pity on me as I am poor and I have to repay my loans which I took for buying this product but I have received one speaker which is not even of half price of the product which I wanted even it was not sealed looking second hand and cannot be used.
                                        I have even updated evidence of opening the box as a URL which I uploaded in Google drive for sending it as email it can be copied to URL box to see in consumer complaints and Flipkart also 2 days earlier butter no one is taking action till now.
