I had placed an order on flipkart on 12 nov, 2018 for a laptop i. E. Dell inspiron 15 5000 core i5 8th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) 5570 laptop (15.6 inch, silver, 2.2 kg, with ms office) worth 50490 rupees (Paid through debit card), but instead i received a totally different and old & used laptop i. E. Dell latitude 3440 (Black colour) on 15 nov, 2018.
I placed a request for replacement on 15 nov, which was approved on 19 nov and they said it would be replaced by 23 nov. On 23 nov, i received a text that your order for replacement is out for delivery and you'd receive it by 7:00 pm & around 6 pm one of their guy came he took the photographs of the delivered laptop and on asking regarding the replacement, he said he has not brought it with him and would bring it tomorrow after confirming the serial no. Of the delivered product and later on that day i got a phone call that your order for replacement is cancelled since that guy reported that customer is happy with the product.
On complaining regarding this to the flipkart customer service they registered another complaint and said it'd be resolved by 27 or 28 nov. On 26 nov i got a call that another request for replacement has been processed and by 3 dec a technician would pay visit and by 6 dec, the laptop would be replaced by the one which i had ordered.
They do not seem to take the complaint seriously and are just extending the dates by which they claim to resolve the issue.
I have all the records, photos, and unboxing video concerning my complaint.

    mobile phone imei number shows invalid

    I bought a motorola moto g6 play from flipkart. Now i want to exchange it for another phone on flipkart. For buying a phone from flipkart through exchange one has to fill the imei number and it is automatically verified. But in my case the imei number is showing as invalid.
    When i checked the imei number on independent imei tracking websites, it shows some other model. I believe there is something wrong with this as the imei number...

    I had a gift card of rupees 10000 and i was trying to order a phone.When i was in checkout page i have checked the box of the gift card and chosen credit card as other payment so when i was trying due to some network reason the app has not loaded and i have closed that and came after somtime to see that my giftcard has disappeared i have contacted them many many times but no correct information was provided for what the money was taken..They promised to refund within 27 november 2018 and it is now 26 november 2018 10:34 pm still no sign of refund..Its an emergency for me but they havent understood that and i will never order again on flipkart.

        I ordered ivoomi mobile battery as on 22 november 2018. I received this as on 26 november 2018. Its very shocking for me when i see totally fake/duplicate battery. It has built in two parts. Extra material joint with another battery to make fool even this battery wrapped with duplicate ivoomi wrap. It clearly feel during touch.           Why ur ekart guys refuse to pickup exchange products? It was happened while I bought washing machine .. My exchange product (TV) work as well but but they simply said like working condition is bad.. And collect exchange offer amount through CC. I don't know whether is sales trick by flipkart or ur ekart guys are lazzy to pick exchange product.dont do this kind of sales again and again it will reduce ur reputation .. After checking I had check with my technision he said product condition is good. Plz don't appoint lazzy people.. Or with draw ur exchange offer..call me with proper solution else going to push complain forum
          Don't believe this kind of exchange offer from flip kart .. They use their sales trick to buy products.. I have attached my products there is no defect ..

            Whenever i trying to reset password i am getting message as "login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute".
            Then i used "forgot" button and received code, entered the code successfully, entered the new password but it was showing "unable to update password please retry". I have tried from web as well as from the app, but same issue.

            I am facing this issue for last few days. I have some items in my cart & some coins which i want to redeem.

              Ordered oswaal question bank of class 12 of amount-rs770.
              Order id - od[protected].

              12/11/2018- date of receiving order
              Received wrong product.
              Ead question bank.

              12/11/2018- date of replacement order
              Placed replacement order.
              Date given by flipkart of replacement - 23/11/2018.

              But till present day - 26/11/2018 replacement is pending no response from flipkart.
              Want a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
              This is my humble request to look at the complain and do the needed action as soon as possible.

                Hi.. I bought a thomson tv from Flipkart 10 days back, i was not satisfied with the product quality. I raise a refund request within 7 days, asking for resolution. I got a message that they will call me and give resolutions, I got no call from flipkart and my return request was rejected..

                I raised the return request again saying that the tv dispay quality is not good.
                They promised that we shall contact you and resolution will be given.

                My request was rejected again without any callback or resolution

                I called Flipkart customer care also, they took my request and said they will contact and provide resolutions, i got no call no resolution'
                Now return policy is over, i can't do anything..

                This is very pathetic and unfortunate. Please help me in this case.

                The TV has display issues.. it has black linings on the face/edges.. Not at all worth watching.. I am stcuk.. please help

                This entire statement by flipkart is wrong.. The rerurn policy of product is over, I want this product to be refunded ASAP, I am stuck I cant use it.
                Nobody from flipkart interacted with me, i got a call from bangalore but i was in office could not pick it. So no interaction/no resolution happened.
                Hence requesting to reconsider my complaint.

                flipkart again rejected my return request!! why are they doing this..!!
                I am not satisfied with the product at all.. the display qaulity is not good at all..how many times i will tell this..
                they are saying this is what you get from this brand and price.is it a resolution.
                Had i known this earlier, i would not have ordered this product in first place..

                      I order alcatel tablet from flipkart. When i received tab and i check imei number.. Number on tab and number on invoice is not matched.. So i complained to flipkart to send me proper invoice with proper imei number.. But flipkart refused to send me invoice with collect number. Since last 3 days i am contacting to flipkart and always i got insufficient answer from flipkart customer care. Really really bad service from flipkart.

                        Od[protected]Micromax tv). Rejected my refund.
                        Installation person who visited for product installation came to know that the product (Micromax tv) is defective and board has issue.
                        After that came to know that technician should come to check the product, but he is keep on cancelling the request. Finally fipkart rejected refund request.
                        Two time installation person cancelled request. Two times technician cancelled request. Flipkart says micromax team will contact you, but micromax team is not reaching us.

                        Technician visited, he said board needs to be replaced, he said it takes 2 working days based on board availability. I am thinking, if old product then it is correct to replace each part. If it is new product, then why don't you replace whole product itself.

                        What is the update? Today 30th is given 2nd deadline to check and pickup the product. Technician came and after that no updates. When refund will happen? How many days can wait for the refund? How times I can ask for this? I did not expect this from Flipkart. Amazon does immediately replace the item if item is not working, otherwise they immediately do refund.

                            Last time i did not receive my parcels because of your delivery boy and now its about your services that you provided your customers. I place 2 orders with order id od[protected] that is deliver on 24th nov 2018 and od[protected] that is deliver on 26th nov 2018 but i receive none of them because without giving any reason flipkart itself cancelled my orders, that is disgusting and very very disappointing. I has never seen this kind of services provided by any online service provider. After this i never place an order from your site and also recommend to all that please dont place any order from flipkart. I must say that flipkart is more than worst service provider that i have ever seen...

                              The worst online service provider is flipkart.

                              I have ordered matrix shampoo/lotion/conditioner combo pack from your site costing of rs:409, but when the product got delievered the same product was just a fake;

                              Eg:shampoo:clinic plus in matrix
                              Lotion:hair gel of mens
                              Serum:parachute oil

                              I complaint the same to flipkart they rearranged the product but as i say in starting the third class company again gave me the false product.

                              Then again i complaint they have refunded the money

                              Flipkart says that billing address and the delivery address should be same. But as I am ordering in behalf of a firm I want the billing address to that of the firm and the delivery address of my home.
                              While other reputable e-commerce website allow me to do so and Flipkart does not.

                                Already I contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said I used different account in same IP, so they blocked game zone . After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work. Also I have a question, In same IP I can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same IP used by different accounts?

                                  I am very much annoyed with the service of flipkart... I logged a complaint and still no action taken till date. The same problem is arising with me as well like others.. I want to get access to my flipkart account but still i am unable to... Whenever i request for new password the msg comes please try later... What the hell you have created that u can't give a simple service to your customer. One for thing i won't pay late fee for my emi because its on your side fault.

                                    I m yugesh Kumar. I m unable to open my flipkart account. My phone number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Whenever i try to login an error pop up login unsuccessful please try after minutes. I have to pay my flipkart cardless credit emi. I have been try many times to forget password also. How can it is possible when i'm unable to open my account. Please resolve it as early as possible. Thank you.
