Hi my name is ron p cherian

And my problem is i am unable to update my password & login problem.

For last 1 month my account is not opening.
I used my old username (Mob no) and password. But it was not opening.
Then i used forgot button and then received code.
Entered the code successfully.
After that it was asking please set a new password.
Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I have ordered sneakers on flipkart (Order id - od[protected]. It was expected to be delivered on 24th nov but was marked delivered on 23rd nov. No product was delivered to my home. When i called customer care, they have told me that it was delivered to my neighbor as nobody was present at the address mentioned. Have checked with my neighbor but there was no delivery made. After raising a ticket for 4th time, flipkart wants 7 days to investigate the matter. I am worried that they will just dilute the issue and cheat as i feel there is no seriousness to solve this issue.

    The delivery guy didn't call me to confirm whether i am ok with getting it delivered to my neighbor. I suspect some serious fraud from flipkart.

      I purchase a philips selfie stick form flipkart with six month warranty on 03.10.2018. After some time selfie stick capture button not working. I try it another phone but it is not working. I visit philips service center but they not give this product service. After this i contact philips online customer service. But they are clearly told company not give any warranty that i contact flipkart customer service their representative told me to contact philips service center.
      Philips and flipkart both aren't take any responsibility. So what i do?

          I ordered a gopro action camera hero black 7 from flipkart, i received my courier but the product which i ordered was missing the box and the box was already hammered. I have already complained about it many a times but no one have looked into it. I got resolution which was “sorry we couldn’t help you” i have already paid my money and got missing product.

          now they are like they can help me with my issue so they have blocked my account if i’m having multiple numbers of return request that doesn’t mean you’ll not refund me my money, i’ve received a empty box without product and now you’re giving excuses for not refunding my money, below are some proof where my product is missing and i haven’t opened the box yet. the box was already hampered and i immediately complained about it. please solve this issue.

                  I order my note6 pro in first sell at 23/11/2018 at 12. Pm order conform and payment done by phonepe... All ok and after 1 hour i receive massage your product is shipping and deliverd at 26/11/2018 and after again i receive massage your products is cancel (By seller) and receive my payment back on phonepe

                  But why shipping is cancel after shipping... Customer know the filpkart not a seller... Third class services not solve the problem and filpkart customer care say try with next sell is the answer in correct?

                    I ordered " asus laptop" on 25th october. Order id - od[protected]. Today (31st october) i got a bundle of a4 size paper inside of the flipkart branding wrapped box instead of the laptop.
                    This is highly unacceptable from one of the largest e-commerce sites in india. When you sell a product from a seller to a customer the customer has high expectations, there is a reason why people prefer flipkart than other e-commerce sites for buying products as it is the one stop shop online. If this is the current scenario for you guys then am very sorry to say that you guys are a shame in the name of e-commerce. Please take necessary steps for this as a lot of money is at stake and not only me but any customer would expect a speedy remedy to this disastrous activity which has been done by flipkart. I can go to peoples consumer forum for this inhuman activity which i faced as a buyer. I am waiting for you peoples intervention here and neither the product was received nor any sort of communication or actions has been initiated by the flipkart executives. This is shambolic and highly ridiculous from your end and a complete harassment for customers like me who rely on online shopping for most of the day to day products we use. At least show some professionalism and do the needful steps as the money is stuck and the product was not received.

                    Till now i have been to my humble best and this is the time where i am gonna lose my cool and this time the thing has boiled down to such a state where i will be force to seek legal action against the so-called e-commerce giant namely flipkart and its fraud activities. After they misplaced my laptop with a4 sheets inside the package and after several requests and incidents and evidence, all i got was dates from flipkart and nothing else, nothing was said or provided as a concrete solution. This is some kind of a joke? Once the consumer-forum knocks the door of flipkart you will come to your senses. Date after date was given but not the money which was said to be refunded, i have checked with the bank everyday but they were so transparent they showed with the reference no. That no transaction occurred. There was no money credited to my account, and flipkart executives and authorities are so naive and vulnerable at their own words that they are not 1% transparent, they have not provided any evidence showing the fact that the money was successfully transferred to my account and even if the transaction doesn't get successful the money rolls back to the parent account which is flipkart's account. I will take this to consumer forum and will file a lawsuit against you people. This is high time. I have all the recordings from your # customer bpo executives, highly disgraceful and ridiculous act from flipkart. You bloody hypocrites will get to know the real deal once you face the legal axe of perjury and this deceptive skulduggery.

                        Od[protected] is my order id, i have been wrongly charged for a product that has not been delivered to me at the first place and now your executives have been playing with my money and time. I dont care if you take a year to analyse the issue but why would you keep my money on hold! Rs.307 should not be a big amount for flipkart, but you people have been wasting my time and money spent.. Please let me know how to register a complaint against your company and seller if you are not going to refund my money!

                          Hi,
                          My order id is od[protected].
                          I ordered this pvc gym equipment set on - nov-07-2018, and the expected date of delivery was 15-16nov-2018. On 16 - nov-2018, i received an email from flipkart that due to some unforeseen reasons delivery has been delayed, and they assured me to deliver the product on 23-nov-2018. Now on 23-nov-2018, i didn’t get any mail or delivery. I called customer care over 4 times and they assured me that order will be delivered till 7pm on 23rd - nov-18 only.
                          And around 8 pm i received another email that order delivery is delayed and expected date of delivery is 20th-december-2018.
                          When i called executive again i asked him to connect my call to his senior, he put my call on a hold of 29 minutes and then asked me to hung up as senior is not available. (I ve attached screenshots) also, he told me that money can’t be refunded as order is non cancelable.
                          (Who delivers an order after 45 days?)
                          Now i simply want my money back as the order is non cancelable and pre paid flipkart is taking it for granted.
                          I hope i ll get my money back.

                            Sir i had bought a fastrack watch just before a month. It was mentioned that the watch is water resistant but it is not. Every time when i wash my hands wearing this watch water vapour are appeared in the watch. I want to replace it. Sir how can replace it. This watch had a warranty of one year.

                              I don't remember whether i login flipkart or not. But now i got a new mobile and new number, i always use one mail i'd commonly and my phone number. But its showing account doesn't exit. Then i signed in as new user, its asking for pswd its showing account already exits. I tried n number of times, thn it was blocked for security reasons can be use after 24 hrs. What is the pblm.

                                    I ordered symphony diet air cooler from flipkart on 9th october. Delivery date was given on 16th october from flipkart. But my product was not deliverd on 16th october. When i called flipkart, he said that your product will be delivered to 20th october. But he did not deliver to my product 20th oct. And he gave a date 22th oct. After that i waited till midnight on 22nd october then i canceled my product. While i had paid its payment to net banking of kotak mahindra bank. After canceling the order. They gave me the time to refund by october 24th and the amount will be seteled in my accont till 1st november. But today, on 23rd november, there was no refund in my account yet.

                                      I have been trying to login to my flipkart account with my Gmail account "karthik.[protected]@gmail.com" but i always received an error msg "login unsuccessful, please try after few minutes". I also tried to reset my password many times but it always says "unable to update the password". I have been facing this issue from last one week and i had contacted the customer care so many times on call as well as on email but they are unable to resolve my query. Please resolve my issue.

                                      I don't know why they disabled my account ?
                                      I would like to know, how can I now login to my account?
                                      Respond ASAP? means replying after 20days?
                                      Still I'm not able to login to my account.
