My name is vignesh. Flipkart blocked my account on nov 10th and they telling the reason that i purchase the products for reselling. But i clearly explained them through email and phone calls. My flipkart account consists of rs.8999 worth gift card. I want my gift card back but there is no response from flipkart side. They are sending the same email to me for the past 25 days. Please help me to get back my gift card. Below i attach the screenshots of the email conversation i had with flipkart customer care. See them they are only sending the same email to me.

    I recently ordered a mobile redmi note 6 pro of rs 13000 of varient 4gbram/64gb on 23/11/2018 with filipkart order id no - od[protected].
    But when i receive my shipment of product then i found a fake mobile of iphone in box.
    I arise many complaints to filipkart for replacement of product i. E i orderd.
    But they cancel my return every time. I also show all the details of wrong shipment to filipkart but they not provide me any resolution of my problem.
    So i request you to solve my problem.
    And provide me my redmi note 6 pro.

    Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and investigated the case. The seller and the courier service provider have confirmed that the same product was delivered to customer's mother as was ordered by the customer, so informed the same to the customer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

      Hi, my name is sarthak pattanaik, i had ordered samsung on6 from flipkart on 23rd nov 2018 and received on 25th nov after i requested for replacement as the mobile box had dents like a used item... After that i received another one but with damaged seal and now they are not doing anything only the customer executives are telling within 24 to 48 hours your problem will solve..         Dear sir/mam,

        I am a loyal and regular customer of flipkart. On 14th october, 2018, i have ordered a "trishaa by pantaloons women's kurta and palazzo set" with an order id of od[protected] from seller named retailnet. The product was delivered on 26th october 2018.
        However, on opening the packet, we came to know that the product was incomplete as it has only kurta. The plazzo was missing.
        Thus i generated the return request fro the same immediately. However, the delivery guy refused to pick the product saying i will not receive an incomplete product despite the fact that we are returning only because the product was incomplete. I called the customer care immediately. Your customer care officer told me that they are cancelling the return request and than asked me to call after 48 hrs to enable them to generate return from their side.
        I did the same and again return request was generated from flipkart side. However, to my utter surprise, my return request was cancelled without any intimation or without assigning any reason. I immediately called flipkart again and this time your customer care officer told me to raise a new return request and assured me that this time product will be picked up.
        However, again to my utter surprise, the return request was cancelled after few days without any intimation, call or reason.

        So when i last made complaint at this forum & various other forums.. Flipkart assured me that product will be picked up on or before 05.12.2018... But again return request was declined without any intimation.

        I never expected this from reputed company like flipkart that it will promote fraudsters and behave in such a way with their loyal customers. I have also undergone huge mental harassment due to this.

        Thus request you to immediately take appropriate action in the matter failing which i shall be construed to initiate appropriate legal action at your risk, cost and consequences.

        REFERENCE: - Order ID: OD[protected], "TRISHAA BY PANTALOONS WOMEN'S KURTA AND PALAZZO SET" from seller named ‘TECH-CONNECT RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED’.

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        The undersigned is a consumer as defined under Section 2(d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as the undersigned had ordered a "TRISHAA BY PANTALOONS WOMEN'S KURTA AND PALAZZO SET" from your E- commerce website- https://www.flipkart.com on 14th October, 2018 for Rs. 1, 260/-, with an order id of OD[protected] from seller named TECH-CONNECT RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED. The product was delivered on 26th October 2018 and Invoice No. of the Product was FAAAAB[protected].

        However, on opening the packet, the undersigned came to know that the product was incomplete as it has only kurta i.e. the “PLAZZO” was missing. Further, the Kurta Size was Much bigger than size which we have ordered. Thus the undersigned have generated the return request for the same immediately. However, the delivery guy refused to pick the product stating that “I will not receive an incomplete product”, despite the fact that we are returning only because the product was incomplete. Thus, the undersigned called the customer care immediately. Your customer care officer told us that they are cancelling the return request and then asked us to call after 48 Hrs. to enable them to generate return request from their side. The undersigned did the same and again return request was generated from Flipkart’s side. However, to our utter surprise, the return request was cancelled without any intimation or without assigning any reason. Thereafter, the undersigned immediately called Flipkart again and this time your customer care officer told us to raise a new return request and assured us that this time product will be picked up. However, again to our utter surprise, the return request was cancelled after few days without any intimation, call or reason.

        Thus, 0n 28th November, 2018, the undersigned have again contacted your Customer Care Executive and raised his concerns. Further, 0n 28th November, 2018, the undersigned have also written on your Facebook Page, Twitter Page, Customer Support Email Address etc about the same. Thus, your Customer Care Executive, Complaint Cell, Social media cell etc, all assured that the product will be picked up on or before 5th December, 2018. However, again to our utter surprise, the return request was cancelled on 5th December, 2018 without any intimation, call or reason.

        Thus, despite all my pleadings you have not made good the defect in the product, which is indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional. The above said act on your part has caused us great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money.

        Thus, on account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same, you are requested to compensate the undersigned by making payment under the following heads: -

        1. Amount Paid for Product/Good :- Rs. 1, 260/-
        2. Mental Harassment: - Rs. 50, 000/-
        3. Cost of instant Notice Rs. 5, 000/-
        Total Amounting to : - Rs. 56, 260/-

        You are hereby asked to pay the said amount immediately within 15 days of receipt of this notice failing which the undersigned shall be constrained to initiate legal proceedings against you, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, against your act o[censored]nfair trade practice and deficiency of services besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.

          Payment done but confirmation not received,
          Executive told me to wait 2 days but no use,
          Again execute told to wait for 8 bank working days to get refund but still no use,
          Again executive tells me told coordinate with bank, bank tells it may take around 2 months,

          Now a senior executive tells arguingly after my query about sending the process on mail of what all process i have to follow
          "they have not mentioned on terms/policy that they will send mail or provide any written detail about the issue"
          Like they don't deal with customer satisfaction but there own
          Any as per the senior requesting the process of getting money refund steps is out of the box satisfaction term and they won't be providing that.

            I bought moto e4 plus 25/7/2018 but the cellphone was not working, when i went to authorized service centre of motorola they said the cellphone is out of worrenty whiting 2 months how worrntty expires i don't know that mean they sent me used mobile i sent many emails but no action is taken now i think i have to go legally to get my right as a consumer

              Respected sir,

              Yesterday, i ordered a mobile phone using my emi card via my above mentioned order number. But few hours later, the order got cancelled without my consent. When inquired regarding this incident from flipkart customer service executive, they told me that the order has been cancelled from the seller's side due to "bulk quantity order" which is a complete misleading statement because i ordered only quantity. Also, on the app/website, it's showing as "cancelled by you" which is also a huge lie and clearly contradicts the information provided to me by the customer service executive on phone. Just because of flipkart's mistake, my emi card is now blocked and i can't use it anywhere for next 45 days as per bajaj's policy.

              Who will take the responsibility now, for my blocked card?

              Is this kind of a service, i should expect from one of the top e commence website? I am having all the call recordings and screenshot to produce as proof, in case i need to escalate this matter further.

              Why the hell, a consumer should get harassed because of mistakes done from company's end

              I need a resolution of this problem or any compensation for this harassment for which you guys are responsible.

                I had ordered a poco f1 mobile on 29 nov 2018 but due to some reason i cancelled the product the next day (30 october 2018) when i order.
                Flipkart return process completes on 6 nov 2018 but till now my refund amount isn't reflected in my bank account. I called flipkart so many times but they said that there is a problem from your bank side.
                I checked with my bank and also gave my refund id to bank for knowing the status but bank said that there is no any status regarding this refund id. I complaint against my refund on flipkart complaint page but no action taken till now against it, even flipkart team said that we need a confirmation mail from your bank side that they didn't receive any refund against it.
                I don't know flipkart team said that they need a confirmation mail. Tell me how any bank or govt employee suppose to send an email to customer.

                I am very much disappointed with flipkart. Its being already more than a month but my refund is not in my account.

                I request you consumer forum team please take a strict action against my complaint.

                Flipkart is such a fraud they just know how to take money from consumers.

                I didn't get any satisfactory reply from flipkart team. Even flipkart team don't want to listen customers. You people just saying me that there will be a problem from your bank. Please tell me the problem that shown from bank side.
                Still i am not getting any satisfactory response from flipkart side. Very poor service.

                  I've ordered Transcend Storejet Hard Disk (2TB online) listed at ₹6399 for ₹6299 using MasterCard's offer on 1st December 2018 paying the full amount. The order was placed, shipped to mother hub and was then cancelled by the "seller". The reason they said was due to high demand of the product, and since they want to serve "others" better, they've cancelled it. Refund was given after a while. I called Flipkart customer care to address the issue. They have assured that it won't happen again and asked me to order again. The same events happened again. This time I've lodged a compliant against the seller, and Flipkart assured me to resolve the issue by December 5th. Instead of solving the issue, they have suspended my Flipkart account stating that there is huge number of cancellations. They acted on the customer instead of seller. In fact I doubt if Flipkart is doing sales volume manipulation by such tricks. Then it should be reported to SEBI.

                      I have order a jacket... But due to size and quality issue i didn't like it... And a return request is filed by me... But after 7 days it gets cancelled and no-one contacted me in 7 days for return and consumer executive said to put it again and gave me a time of more 7 days but samething happend...                           I have purchased a laptop by cardless credi, for 3 month no intersest plan. But automatically kshist/ flipkart change my option to 12 month emi at the rare of 25% emi. So finally o% cardless credit changed into 25% interset. Its best example of cyber fraud. If an intellectual can be cheated what about common man?
                          Beware of flipkart and specially kisht.

                            Someone hacked my flipkart account and changed my registered email address and phone number. I don't know how did this happen. I got an email and message from flipkart that your account details are changed. I am worried about this matter because i also have flipkart wallet balance rs.9010 in it not only that i also have credit and debit card info in it. and also call to flipkart customer care two time at[protected] they told me your mobile...

It is around 20 days and my return product is not picked up yet, if i contact with the customer service they provide me the same information as that seller doesn't update any information that's why we can't help you properly, why they didn't come to my address and not picked up the product and the customer executive will extend the date and i face the same problem again and again. I want my refund back asap that's it.

                                I had purchased a mi note 5 handset (Order no:od[protected] from truecomretail at flipkart.com on 23rd january, 2017. Recently, the phone started showing some serious software problems, and after diagnosis, i am apprehending the handset is a fake one (As also reported by mi authorized service centre chandannagar, west bengal, after their test).
                                I demand a replacement of my handset with an original one, failing which i shall be compelled to lodge complaint in the consumer court.

                                Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was fake.We have interacted with the customer and informed that Kindly submit the job card number or job sheet number from the authorised service center, hence cx told that he has submitted the phone with the authorised service center and once he gets the phone back, cx will submit the documents by (25/12/2018) by replying to the email, hence email sent and closing the complaint.

                                  Flipkart again sent me a wrong order which is restarting continuously, and when i demanded for refund they are saying that technician will visit. I want to complain about bad service provided by flipkart. Seller is "truenet commerce".
                                  I am getting late day by day, and they are saying that technician will visit i have no time and i am requesting them for refund.

                                    I am unable to login into my account for the past 15 days, I already made a complaint twice on the toll free number[protected]. Till now the problem is not resolved. Kindly make an arrangement for the rectification as early as possible and the error message mentioned below:

                                    Error message : "Login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute."

                                    It repeatedly showing the same error again and again for the past two weeks. Kindly do the needful.

                                      Reffer ORDER NO- OD[protected].
                                      I Ordered nivia gym belt from flipcart.In first attempt they send me one duplicate low quality leather belt. So, I filled return and exchange of product .I called to customercare of flipcart call reference no (IN[protected] .They told that they will ensure that further this will not be repeated.
                                      After one week on 4th Dec 18 flipcart attempt 2nd delivery and exchange of product .I received it and this time also its duplicate low quality local product.
                                      So, I need strict action against flipcart for this type of customer harresment.and for selling duplicate product.
                                      Humble request for strict action.
