I ordered gold coin on 27th oct 2018 (Order id - od[protected] from p. C. Jewellers through flipkart to gift someone on occasion on bhaidooj.
Estimated time of delivery of same is 6th of nov 2018. But still time order not delivered.
Meantime, i got msg from courier partner that your order is out for delivery on 1st nov 2018 but they unable to deliver my product.
Same msg received me on 2nd...

I ordered a headphone on flipkart on nov 2'2018 (Friday). I was notified that i'll receive the order on nov 5'2018 (Monday). As a general process, i was excited about my order. Then on monday they said that the product has been misrouted in same city. I kept my patience and contacted them. They said the issue will be resolved within next 2 business days. That means on nov 8'2018 (As 7th was a holiday due to diwali). I waited for that also....

I did payment to flipkart on nov 1 for the purchase of iron box but the transaction failed. So i did the payment again and it was successful. But as i checked the bank account statement i came to know that amount was deducted from my account for both the transactions. The delivery guy called me on 21-10-18, but i didn't pick up the call, after some time i got message that my order is delivered which i couldn't check as i was busy. Bank customer care says they need utr no. They can not provide any information with arn no. Provided by flipkart.
