My order id is od[protected]. I placed a order for mobile through flipkart and made a advance payment.. After one day seller cancelled the order without asking anything.. Callee flipkart customer service and they asked me to place a new order. They do not have any reason why seller has cancelled my order. I placed a new order and called flipkart customer service again to make sure that this time i get me order. They said order is approved by seller and confirmed but we can not gurantee that you will get the phone.. Seller sometime cancels the order.. I have never seen such a poor customer service and online shopping website in my life

    Sir/madam,
    I have ordered some products from flipkart in bona-fide. I am facing the issue of cancellation of order from the seller. And the reason given by the seller is limited stock, if there is limited stock then it should be notified as out of stock. After ordering and after few days the seller is cancelling the order.

      Washing machine motor sensor problem
      Drainage problem
      Machine restarts without any instructions.
      Water fills automatically even if the machine is off.
      Technicians are not at all qualified to resolve issue.
      Tv technicians are been sent to check washing machine.
      No response from the service center.
      Machine is not working from the day it is purchased.
      Registered complaint with marq brand customer care 6 times still the issue is not resolved

        Yesterday i have booked honor 9n mobile handset from flipkart

        Hi deepak yadav,

        This was the massage/email i got from them and after 5 min they cancelled my order without my permission.

        That means i don't have control over my account and they cancelling that.
        I have wasted my time by calling them and they do not provide any solutions.

        Help me to resolve this issue for very other customer who is facing this issue.

          I ordered a product with order id od[protected]. The product was ordered on 29th november on cash on delivery basis. The order was successfully placed and i was to recieve the parcel by 11th of december. However, on 6th december i received a mesaage reading that my order has been cancelled by the seller due to non availability of the product. If the seller had ran out of stock then he must must have not acceptd the order. My order should not have been successful and also it must have been shown out of stock. Hence, i require the same product at the same price. And no such instances to be repeated in future. Also i was willing to pay 65 rs as delivery charges. Now i donot wish to pay the same as i have been aggrieved.

            I have purchased phone on 14th Nov, facing battery issue and complained within 10 days to replace the same . They temporarily solved it asking to do troubleshoot and all . Again after 5 to 6 days I am facing issue. Mobile is not getting charged. And battery issue .
            I formed to customer care, they are asking to go service center and denied for replacement. After buying a mobile I am complaining repeatedly within a month, still no action from Flipkart end . Such a bad service, we should stop buying costly things from Flipkart

              I purchased sd card from you which was not working, and you not replaced it, told me to contact sandisk to check the originality of the card, as i provided details to sandisk team, they confirmed that the card is not original, so please arrange to refund my amount or provide original card.
              Reffer images i attached, also they confirmed that always original sandisk will have adaptor with packaging, which was not there, it is confirmed that seller selling fake items through flipkart, please find attached images for refference, i am want my money back, if you selling duplicate items like this you will loose all customers.

                I order motorola one power which was delivered on 28th of november and i requested replacement on 3rd since it has been 2 more times i have requested replacement and got cancelled,
                Flipkart is denying my replacement request and has cancelled my request 2 times but it is in the policy that if i am not satisfied with the product then i can send it back and get the refund but they are not giving my refund either please help me i have spent 15, 999 of my savings.

                  My problem is still not solved. Flipkart is not providing refund of the defective data cable provided with the redmi note 5 pro package. I want refund against my order please help me, to get refund as soon as possible. It's my request the data cable in this package is defective it is not working and i want refund this time please help me and help me in getting the refund of the product.

                    I have Purchased a watch in flipkart by using Cardless EMI on 28th October, but i didn't liked it so i returned the product on 14th November after paying the first month EMI. They say that seller has refunded the amount to my bank but i didn't received that amount till now. Whenever i call them they keep me waiting.
                    As They are not even providing me the transaction details Like ARN number which the bank is asking me to provide for the Tracking of my refund.

                      I hereby inform you that, i purchased a product from flipkart recently and it was found faulty. So i raised a return request within the return period. I got a confirmation of replacement and i received a sms and e-mail.
                      But without prior notice through sms or phone call the replacement was cancelled from flipkart end. And now the return policy is over. They are neglecting to make a replacement and asking sorry for inconvenience caused.

                        And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

                        Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                        Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                        Entered the code successfully.
                        After that it was asking please set a new password.

                        Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                        That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          My flipkart account blocked [protected] and i got revert from team that due to cancellation of last product system is accept that the items i purchase is for reselling.. Which is totally wrong, i purchase these product for my self, my family member and for friends, but mostly my family member and freinds are never trust online product. But from my direction and after seeing my online product they belive in me and ask me to order the needed product for there use. And i order the product from my account. Beacuse they are not in handy for prepaid items because more discount is getting through only prepaid order only.

                          Due to this i purchase more product in big billion sale. I has order oppo f9 phone which have buy back garantee plan. If my account got blocked so in future i am able to claim for this buy back gurantee plan.

                          Please help to solve any one scenirio ether unblock my account which is blocked ungeniounly or help me how to claim buy back plain if my account is a blocked.

                            I have earned 50 coins as a member of flipkart plus zone members and try to redeem it by exchange of flipkart gift voucher but by mistakenly touched the free flight ticket where as there is no service of jet airways flight from odisha i. E. Bijupattanayak airport and also i have no plan to go anywhere in near future.
                            I would therefore request you to plz do me a favour to redeem my earned coins to avail me a gift voucher instead of free flight ticket and excuse me for first time mistake.

                              More than one month I have requested for the fridge replacement process.
                              Hence the product was delivered defective.
                              But still no any solution for the fridge replacement.
                              No customer service representative doing their job.
                              Default message from customer service with different different names.
                              Each time asking for 48 hr.
                              I hope Flipkart is only interested for sale not to help customer after purchase.

                                Flipkart is a big fraud company, They use to make fool to customers.
                                I have already lodged my complaint 14 days back and not received any resolution yet. Everytime they use to give 24-48 hours time. Whenever I ask to connect with senior people they use to make excuses. Do not purchase anything from this website if you dont want to put your money at risk.

                                  Dear Team
                                  I have ordered window curtains 4 packets and door curtains 4 packets. However we have recived only 2 packets that too 1 with diff color and another one diff color. Hence with the guidance of care no the order was cancelled by them and they assured me over phone that seller will redespatch 8 packets and i have to get delivery of 8 packets and return of 2 packets. However courier person handed over only 2 packets against pickup of first delivered 2 packets. So i have written mail to customer care stating the issue but again in 2 incidents they have credited refund of 2 window curtains. That means out of 4 packets of window curtains 2 has been refunded and 2 was replaced by courier person. Now i have not got any replacement or refund for Door curtains. Now there was balance in my account and flipkart blocked my account. I have escalated the issue to head of dept over mail but no reply. They have blocked my account stating more no of cancellation of orders which is actually not. Please resolve the problem.My registered mob no is [protected].

                                      I ordered a parcel from flipkart having order id - od[protected]. Its delivery adress is semiliguda, dist - koraput. But in tracking this parcel is sent to malkanegiri from koraput which is opposite direction from semiliguda. The parcel so much urgent. So i want my parcel before 10th december evening

                                        I'm not able to login into my flipkart account

                                        Sir i want to login my account but i can't. It shows login unsuccessful please try a minute. And i select a forget password enter otp and new password is shows unable to update your password.
                                        The main problem is i have a credit of pay later from flipkart and i want to pay my amount of bill within 10dec. How can possible?...
